I had to return my dress ($319) because as listed on the website "one size fits all" is not an entirely accurate statement. I am a US size 6 to 8, which I think is average. However, with this dress, I could not even get this dress over my shoulders. It doesn't have any zipper, elastic, or anything to help accommodate different body types. I don't recommend ordering from them unless you are a size XS. Just sent my dress back; however, after reading several reviews, I don't think I'll get my money back. Also, for returns, they did not send a return label, so to send back any returns or exchanges, you must pay for those yourself on top of their already expensive items that aren't of great quality for the price they are.

Ordered a $400 two piece gown that looks like it costs no more than $30 to produce. Cheap thin fabric which looks like the lining from a dress. Not even nice enough for a table cloth! My first clue was when the gown arrived in a box the size of a pack a loose leaf paper! What a disgrace...would absolutely never ever deal with this company again. No wonder they have a no return policy! Otherwise no one in their right mind would pay hundreds of dollars for a gown that probably costs 30. Now I’ll have to pay hundred more at least to line the piece of junk or just trash it because it’s completely see through

I LOVED the earrings that I bought my daughter. Problem was when the post broke off of the earring. When I contacted the company, they blew me off. I had to go to my personal jeweler and have them fix It. I feel like at $250+ a pair, the company should back the product right away or replace it and try to keep customers happy. We didn’t even have the earrings a year. More like 6 mos. I’m not UNHAPPY with the product. I will order from this company again. I just wish that if I have a problem that they would be more willing to help. That would have made this a five star review!

They filter negative reviews on their site -- which is why all their items seem exceedingly well-received. I wrote a negative review about an item being defective, and it was not put onto the site. Essentially, I got a defective item and they didn't take it back as a refund. In addition, the jewelry is pretty much worth nothing. I got a 14k solid gold ring priced over $280 CAD and measured it to be less than 0 grams. Worthless, would not recommend this brand.

Placed an order for the first time. They indicated they would ship the same day. That turned out to be 4 days later. Then I received a messy envelope with no accompanying letter and half of my order was missing. Later it turned out that it had been sent by another service. My questions in the meantime by mail were not or carelessly answered (no excuses please!). And meanwhile the customer has to pay for all shipments, both there and back. Not unimportant: the item was a winter hat and in a ridiculously small size. As if it were for children. This was my first and last time shopping Aurelien.

Bathing suit is very cute though, but again, it's frustrating when a business is run by people who are not respectful, polite, and understanding towards their customers. I work in customer service, so would know this. It doesn't take much to be respectful toward someone.

When my husband proposed to me, he hadn't picked the ring yet because he wanted me to choose my own. After doing some research, we found Aurorastone, and asked if we could get a bespoke ring made based on a picture I'd found online. Not only is my ring the most beautiful one I've ever seen, but due to the level of diamond quality that they keep, there was no way my husband would have been able to afford it if he was paying high street prices. It was delivered with it's original GIA certification, which was a nice touch. I definitely recommend Aurorastone, very professional and top quality.

My daughter is finally getting her first communion...postponed twice because of covid....and the dress is as promised and more. My daughter is in love with this dress and doesn't want to take it off. One note...I did have to attach each butterfly with an extra stich to stay in place...but otherwise me and my daughter are pleased. Also there was a sizing issue with the first one but customer service was incredible and I got the second dress without hassles in a couple of weeks.

My money went through right away and I have the confirmation number and email. All they will email me back is a message saying they will review my order. Wish I would have saved my money.

Worst Customer Support with replying times over 2-3 weeks After receiving the product, the same was returned because of sizing issues. Only 4 months afterwards I got the confirmation that the dress was delivered to Bali (I received it in one week period). I asked for a refund because no other product was in mind. Aya Sacred Wear said it was ok but 2 weeks later it was not possible because the period of refund time as passed. The customer support of Aya Sacred Wear normally takes 2 to 3 weeks to reply to an email, obviously the refund period was over. The customer should not be harmed because of these replying times, after trying to communicate to Aya Sacred Wear the company simply stopped replying and now, no dress neither refund, 6 months have passed. This has been the worst customer support I have encountered, I don’t recommend it and there is zero Love & Light, only Money & Ghosting. I’ve seen other reviews online with the same issue as me.

Received my parcel within a week so no complaints, you can track where the parcel is by following a link supplied via email. Down side is ... I received the wrong Tee! some back and forth via email, the team member has arranged the correct tee to be dispatched- which I absolutely appreciate! The one complaint I have is I have to pay upfront to return the item which was an internal error to then be refunded the fee I incur. Quite concerning that customers need to pay out of their own pockets to return something that is absolutely not their fault! Please fix this!

I am a disabled pensioner which means I have very limited finances. I purchased these boots for school/work. I only wore them for 1 day with thick socks. The inner lining does not cover the external leather of the shoe properly. Within hours of wearing the shoes the leather rubbed so bad that it actually rubbed off my skin and left me with nasty wounds on the backs of both my legs.

I bought the white face/silver mesh strap Banmoore watch. It's a little more expensive but totally worth it because the mesh is killer. Except for the fact that the size adjusting took more than a few tries to get right, this watch is AWESOME. Not to be superficial, but I get complimented for it all the time (two strangers in the subway yesterday!!). I'd always been very hesitant to buy watches online, because most brands seem better at taking pictures than making quality products (just read the Loreti reviews....), and then you don't recognise the watch when you receive it. Well, when I received my watch, it looked just like their pictures: clean, solid. Love it, I'm recommending Banmoore to all my friends now.

Bought $500 worth of clothes from them and even though their website advertises returns, it was super difficult trying to get a return label. They charge you and then say they need verification because payment wasn’t received. It’s a scam they try to get u to send drivers license and card photo. And they don’t ship the items. U can’t even get the money back if u cancel because they claim they never got it. They also never respond when you try to contact them. Extremely bad experience, I would recommend better brands like gul Ahmed or sana safinaz. Maybe they are fine in person in Pakistan. But online they are scamming you.

WORST SERVICE EVERR!!!!! I Placed an order on the 8th of july with expedited shipping which is supposed to arrive in 10 days, but I still have not received it. I placed another order on the 14th of july with expedited shipping and I have not received it. They never reply to their mails. They never picked up their calls. They don't reply to their DM's either. They ignore all their negative comments on facebook. Very frustrating. I had placed another order with Jazmin.pk on the 8th of july and I received it in 12 days WITHOUT expedited shipping!!!! These clothes were supposed to be worn on EID but oh well. Not anymore clearly.

THE SITE IS LEGITIMATE i decided to bite the bullet and order a necklace called baddie cuban necklace from this website. i was extremely unsure at the time, but it is was all worth it. considering it’s made in scotland and then shipped to warehouses in china and etc, you MUST consider the fact that STANDARD shipping will take sometime. if you’re impatient (like me) you’re better off paying the extra $15 for express. also, it’s super high quality, so it’s very heavy to wear around the neck. also customer service team take around 5-7 days to reply. so this site will test your patience. at first my order was cancelled (i assume it got lost) so i was frustrated and reached out to them since it was already 2 weeks and haven’t heard anything. HOWEVER the customer service team were still super nice so overall i must say the experience was great because the jewellery is absolutely stunning. the price you pay is super cheap compared to other average, overpriced jewellers!!

This is the worst experience I've encountered with ordering online. I spent well over $200 just to have them deliver my product to the wrong address then refuse to refund me my money as they tried to blame it on USPS. BeadsVenture says USPS refused to refund BeadsVenture so now BeadsVenture refuses to refund me my money. I am a single parent trying to make an honest living just to have a company steal my money. They have horrible customer service, no one has called me to try and rectify this situation that has been going on for over 2 months now. BeadsVenture needs to be shut down. They are stealing from people and getting away with it which is wrong. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE look elsewhere because they steal.

The merchant charged my card the full amount, and I have received no goods in return - this is fraud. The item is essentially lost in transit and the merchant has wrongfully taken my money. It is interesting that the merchant also has multiple complaints of undelivered goods similar to my own that are listed under a separate BBB profile, location of the merchant is different but link to the online store is the same (https://www.bbb.org/us/nc/cornelius/profile/online-retailer/beary-kids-0473-679195). The merchant has essentially stolen from me and it appears they have done the same to other consumers.

I never received a dispatch email and had to contact them through a mobile number. From then on the company only replied to me through text (with poor English). After several attempts as contact I was given a wrong tracking number before being given the correct one. After 2 weeks my package turned up. However, it had been poorly secured and the bag had been opened with one of the dresses missing. There was no delivery note. I contacted Beauut and was told that this hadn’t happened but luckily I took photos to prove the bag was split open. I was eventually offered a refund for the missing dress but again was not contacted to say this had been processed. It took 4 days to get a response from Beautt to confirm the refund which was received without problems. However, despite the problems the dress is beautiful (a little long) but well made and of a high quality. I would definitely buy more dresses from Beautt if only the service and communication could be improved.

I ordered a dress from Beauut. When I had not received the dress or a despatch email and I saw other reviews for the website I decided to contact them. I tried to contact them via the website and via email but received no response. I also rang a number of times but the contact number was for a mobile which went straight to voicemail every time. Then, without explanation, I was refunded the cost of the dress - no email, no return call and no dress! Very poor service. I will not be ordering again but at least I got my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!! Company states they deliver through Royal Mail. My Parcel was instead supposedly delivered through TNT, where someone forged delivery of the signature. I have still not received my item and it has been 8 weeks now. The customer service is also horrific and neither the company or the courier are accepting liability for the item and I have still as of yet not received my refund. The dispute continues! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Update: have tried to go through the refund process. I purchased a jacket which was nearly £200. The value of the goods were declared at around £2 by Beauxnarrow so this is the amount that I will be refunded. Big scam, be wary! Company has also blocked all my accounts (Facebook, Twitter) after leaving my review.

Ordered a pair of jeans, didn't like the fit, emailed 6 times without response to try and return. Shocking customer service!! In the end I had to go through American Express to get a refund. This was after multiple lies they provided to avoid the claim. On the claim response I have received this was denied for the following reason by the retailer. 1. A pair of jeans purchased at a discount a. The pair of jeans retails at £59.99 and this is what I paid. I provided evidence of this also. 2. Item is ineligible for a refund as it’s been delivered over 2 weeks. a. I emailed them within 2 weeks of receiving the jeans to find out how to return them for a refund. How can I return an item without knowing the details or receiving any response? 3. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, we can’t afford to have the items returned and resold as this compromise our precaution standards. a. My purchase was made before the epidemic and my return email was also before the epidemic. On top of this there is no mention of no returns due to the epidemic in their policy. In summary all I’ve ever wanted to do was return and item which simply did not fit. Beauxnarrow have purposefully ignore my emails and then provided false information so that I could not do this and receive a refund. This took months and so much hassle to get a refund for an item which did not fit. How they are allowed to operate like this I'll never know but avoid!

After buying a cheap make-believe MC jacket, and being jerked around by a competitor company, I shopped 'Leather Stand' and found their apparel to be 'The Real deal' as I knew it from experience. I bought the 'Men's Sporty Scooter Leather Jacket', and to my complete surprise and satisfaction, I received a quality made, protective leather jacket for riding, that looks great on you - (and even on a hanger too...!). I look forward to my next purchase from 'Leather Stand', as I need to replace a well-worn riding vest, which seems to have shrunk after all these years.

I've visited the store in person before buying anything. I've always loved vintage dresses! This place was heaven! All staff are super friendly and even make you feel great while trying on dresses. I found the dresses to fit me well. I am a 3x for their dresses ( 40D, 200lbs, 5'6"). To compare to City Chic clothing Size 18, Old Navy 2x/3x depends on dress style. I couldn't afford the outfits at that moment. The in store staff worked with me and created a layaway option for me! To note I live in Iowa and they will ship me my clothes from Oregon! Super easy to work with :) I would recommend going in-store to try on dresses and enjoy the body positive environment they create! The photos added are the ones the store staff took and posted on their Facebook and Instagram! I highly recommend going in person to try on dresses for the first time. If you can't I highly recommend calling the store to find your perfect fit! They are all lovely people!

I was so very excited to get my new Bernie Dexter dress and then it happened. The first thing that happened was I tried the dress on and it didn't fit. I though "Ok. Fine. It's not going to work for me". Then, I googled my dress and found out that Bernie was selling the dress for $156.00 on her website and then started discounting the same dress I bought on her website in her eBay store the week after I bought it and started the bid at $25.00 on her ebay store. Seriously? Why would you offer it for $156 on your website and $25.00 on eBay? This makes zero sense to me. I asked her to discount me the difference since most of her dresses ended at $80 on eBay and she said NO. Why would you do that to a customer who could just return it to the store and then re-buy it on eBay? Actually, she does not allow returns on her website (only store credit) but Paypal will let me return it. This woman makes NO SENSE and I will never again put my money into a person who has nothing to offer the world other than what she eats and wears. Zzzzzzz... BORING BERNIE DEXTER. FOR SHAME! SHAME ON YOU, BERNIE DEXTER! My advice is to not spend your money to support this woman and her ridiculous habits.

Terrible. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF ALL THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS! The images displayed do not adequately explain the quality of the clothes. I purchased two items and they both arrived sheer, completed see- through! Although I would consider these items faulty they refused to refund me, only offering store credit for further terrible quality clothes. I think that the reason that they only offer store credit is because they know that you wouldn't want any other clothing from them, so they can then just keep your money in the end. There are a thousand and one other online merchants for similar styles, and I recommend trying them all before wasting your time and money with Billy J.

Ordered a dress for an event, which ended up being too BIG, I double checked the size guide before purchasing again to ensure it fits for an event which is tomorrow. Upon trying this dress on, it is too SMALL. This dress is so short i cannot wear this without my underwear showing (while standing still). I now have to pay an additional shipping fee to have this dress sent back which will now be $15 in return fees plus what i had paid for both to be shipped originally. I am definitely upset with my purchases and I I’ll be requesting a REFUND as I will not be buying from your store again. Expressed my disappointment and got a standard response saying I need to pay for this to be returned again. Not happy.

This is a fraudulent business. I paid around $200 in November 2021 for artwork. It is currently June 2022 and I have not received anything. No one answers the phone, no emails are returned. Google states the business is permanently closed. We will be initiating a chargeback with multiple unreturned emails as evidence of fraud. Do not give this business any of your hard earned money.

Blackbough’s swimsuits, tho a little pricey (around $100 for a bikini huhu), are still DEFINITELY worth it. The fabric feels heavenly and comfortable and you can definitely tell they aren’t cheaply made. Customer service was also very responsive and they even give sizing and style recommendations if you aren’t sure :) 5 stars for Blackboughswim and will definitely order again!

I've ordered from Blackbough on 3 different occasions. The material isn't bad but I probably won't be buying from them again. They make you pay $15 for express shipping but it normally takes 5(+) days for your order to be dispatched. The bikini bottoms are all sized incorrectly and you have to pay the shipping cost to size swap/return (another $15). If you want a full refund, tough luck; they only give store credit (again, minus the shipping cost). The last straw was when I made a purchase of $189 and nothing they sent me fit correctly (for the second time). I'm normally an XS-S but what I was sent couldn't fit a toddler. I had to pay to return them and then they never gave me store credit!! Their shipping/return policy is absolute garbage and I'd advise people to look elsewhere for bathing suits.

Terrible customer service. Sent me broken bracelet, I returned it requesting a refund... resent me a new one. apparently company policy to ignore you. No apology or problem solving simply told to return the replacement! Inconvenient and rude! Just to add that the response from this shop suggests they didn’t know I wanted a refund. There was a note inside the parcel. When I raised my frustrations yes they did answer my emails but only to state that their company policy is to replace faulty items. No apology or recognition of their error. I also got a disgruntled email about me posting this review.

Our bulldog, Gumbeaux, decided that my daughter's glasses would make a tasty treat. He ended up breaking the lens. Blue Light Kids absolutely stands by their warranty that if ANYTHING happens to your glasses, they will replace them. When I told them what happened, I had to fill out a small form and send pictures of the glasses. Less than 24 hours later my daughter's new glasses are on the way! So simple! AND this all took place over Thanksgiving! For them to be this on top of it over a holiday is amazing. They are also so friendly! No need to shop anywhere else. ☺️☺️

This company "BLUE OFFER 7" is a SCAM! After 4 months of waiting and disputing the charges with my credit card company because I never received my order, they FINALLY shipped my order. The items are sort of similar to the (very nice) photos they post, but they are NOT the same products! They make it SEEM like they shipped it by sending you USPS shipping number... but that number does not mean it was actually shipped! Now my CC company says that evidence was provided that the order shipped so they are not reversing the charges for me. I could push back harder on this, but it's not worth the $50+ I paid... and the BLUE OFFER people count on this, I'm sure. SHAME ON YOU, B.O., and shame on me for ordering from you.
