The boots are simply beautiful! So comfy and so pretty. So many compliments. Whilst I had an issue with the care of the suede in wet weather, Sarah in customer care helped until we found a solution. Thought the company was based in the US but it is in China. I did receive my dress by it is low-quality material and completely sheer. The returns email does not work but I was able to communicate with a customer service email.... they offered me a 10% refund to keep the dress and not return it.... after I hounded them multiple times via email.

I was a 1st time buyer from the UK and was hesitant to order from this site due to some of the previous reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised by how good the item looked. The style was as the picture displayed and delivery came in approximately 2 weeks. Gave 4 stars as the colours differed and I would have liked it with brighter colours at the front. I recently purchased a Lauren Manoogian bowl bag, which was supposed to be a woven cotton with some plastic in it. When the bag arrived, it had the look and feel of an ENTIRELY plastic item --- cheap looking and unappealing. When I tried to return it, following instructions on the order form that accompanied the item, Lauren Manoogian would not issue a return authorization because it was on sale. There was NO MENTION on the Lauren Manoogian site (item landing page or sale page) that suggested the item was a final sale. AS A RESULT OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAM APPROACH ON THE RETURN POLICY, AND CRAPPY PRODUCT I RECEIVED, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS DESIGNER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor AND STAY AWAY FROM LAUREN MANOOGIAN. Many designers fairlybhonor returns on a purchase with which you are displeased. This is ludicrous! For the first time in my life I spent far outside of my comfort zone on a sweater. After less than a month of wearing, it is pilling horribly (looks like it's been sitting in my basement for years). The response from Lauren Manoogian folks (VERY difficult to track them down) was buy a sweater comb. Really?! I have spent $100 on sweaters that I still own from years past and they are not pilling. Do NOT buy from this over priced, poor customer service designer.

I'm usually A size 3XL/3XT and I ordered a size larger. But once it arrived and I tried it on it was the size of a 2XL. SO I contacted you and was packing it back up when one of your management team offered me a larger size at no extra cost. The quality was excellent better than I expected for the price, the only problem I have is the sleeves are long for me, but otherwise the jacket is wonderful, it’s softer than I thought it would be. Thank you for a product that has such great quality and that’s made in America!!!!!! Yeah!!

I've purchased 3 reindeer necklaces and I had an issue with the shipment.-Royal mail lost my order, customer service was so helpful and quick. They've sent me again. Christmas time must be the busiest time for sellers. I wouldn't expect that they will send me again before Christmas, but they've done it. Quality of the necklaces was amazing really love it. Highly recommended.

I purchased an oversized t-shirt age 11-12 but received size 9-11 which was more snug than oversized and is not a size that can be selected when purchasing. I emailed customer services a week ago but never received a reply. I could return it and get a refund (minus delivery) and purchase it again but I would be out of pocket paying for delivery again due to a mistake by little attitude. This was my first purchase from Little attitude. Updated Review - I have since learnt that the email I used was incorrect hence the reason my email was not received. I received a very nice email from Madison after she saw my review and has resolved my issue. I have upped my rating to be 5 stars as I really appreciated the contact I received and the prompt resolution. I will definitely purchase from Little attitude again as I got the feeling that good customer service really does matter and you would always be looked after. Thank you Madison 😊

Delivery never came the next day it wasn't even sent out so told them to cancel but the item was still sent out after telling them to cancel and was told to send it bk if I don't want it. I was given a refund for my delivery charge but kept the item as I'm not 1 to go through the whole process in sending things bk but the item itself is actually nice so that's a positive. I did get an apology also. This is my 1st time ordering will in order again, yes as the quality is decent. Hopefully I have no problems next time

Would give zero stars if I could! I placed an international order (from USA) from littlemuffet.com and seeing the reviews and return policy which stated I had 30 days to return the item, I bought a dress for my daughter. I sent the dress to my Indian address because I was going to visit in 2 weeks when I placed the order. First red flag: delivery wasn't done to the home but my aging father in law had to go to a 'center' to pick up the package because they claimed it cannot be delivered. 2nd red flag: After I arrived in India and tried the dress on my daughter, it was a bad fit. Plus material was very scratchy and uncomfortable for a child. 3rd red flag: The clothes tag was a yellow sharp plastic tagged on the sleeve and so close to my baby's eye. I was really scared it would poke or hurt her eye. I immediately emailed customer service for an exchange and was told that I cannot return/refund/exchange for another outfit because I did not email them within 10 days of delivery. I explained it was an international order and well within the 30 day return period and I hadn't tried it on my daughter till yet. Same response. Cannot be returned or exchanged. No help for genuine customer issues. Stay AWAY and do not be fooled by all 5 star reviews on the website. 4th red flag: They pick and choose only good reviews to be published on the website. Save your money!!!

I hate even leaving one star. I ordered 5 face masks. I ordered different colors and different patterns. I received all one color. I contacted them by email which is the only way you can contact them. I was told according to their records I ordered all black. I DID NOT. I emailed them back to tell them they had it wrong but never heard from them again. They have numerous complaints through Better Business Bureau. They get your money and they’re done. Placed orders on 7/31 and 8/2. Items were not back ordered and they were in stock. They were quick to charge my account but I had to contact them to get them to ship. Received notice of shipping labels PRINTED on 8/8 and 8/12. Packages sat in their warehouse for 5 more days before they took them to the post office to be shipped. Continued to get the same generic response, no apology. Still haven't received.

Every month I have to check with them as they send no updates. I’m told again today the delivery date is pushed out another month. Ridiculous.

Cheap China junk! Was sent an incorrect item, at the company’s fault, and had to pay to ship the item back. Upon receiving the item back, the company only refunded my money, less the original cost of shipping. So I ended up paying $8.00 usd for something I didn’t order and no longer have! Company also uses USPS PO Boxes to appear that they are from the US but all products come straight from China and are even shipped via China EMS mail. Pictures on their website are no indication of what the products actually are.

I bought an expensive japanese knife during 2020's black friday event. It wasn't delivered until January - OVER 10 weeks delay. Loomrack was useless. The knife was overvalued and their service experience was terrible. I hate them as a supplier. I will NEVER use them again and advise you avoid them as well.

Ordered from loveplugs.ca which is a linked company. Ordered at the beginning of January and it's the end of March and my plugs haven't arrived. They've taken a tour to Quebec twice while I live in Ontario and I still don't have them. The company endlessly blames covid though that makes no change in why they keep going everywhere else. I was told that at this point it's Canada post's issue but as I'm not the shipper I can't fix this. Love plugs refuses to refund or reship. Do not buy from them. Worst customer service experience ever. Eta that I had to have my credit card charge back as it's been three months and their email this morning was no more helpful than the last 20 telling me to deal with the shipping company myself. Last place I'd ever order sex toys from ever again.

ordered the black wolf tail plug. Item wasn't in stock at UK warehouse so was shipped from china ordered on the 8th June arrived 18th June plug not as big as I thought but the description does say it only and inch but the image suggested it was larger as a result in order for it to stay in I had to put it in past the hilt of plug. which wasn't that bad at first but then started to hurt so feel had I checked the size and got a bigger one product and shipping is acceptable also not sure what made another reviewer think tail was real fur as it is most definitely synthetic

The website is called loveplugs.co.uk, but if you think it's based in the UK, then you would be mistaken. It is based in California, US. Why then, have a .co.uk web address? If you dig around in their shipping page, past the bit that talks about discrete packaging and shipping in 2-3 days, you'll eventually find the bit that reveals that they're based in the US. It mentions this nowhere else on the site. So, far from the 2-3 shipping days, it actually takes 4 days to dispatch the item and then 7-14 business days to arrive. Their products look good, the prices are good, and the product reviews are good. But I find it disingenuous, bordering on dishonest to make out that they are based in the UK with a .co.uk web address. There are plenty of UK-based websites, such as lovehoney and bondara who offer similar products at similar prices who don't take three weeks to ship from halfway around the world. Avoid.

If I could give it a lower rating I would. I ordered a simple case for my AirPods all the way back in April, almost 6 months ago, and it still hasn’t arrived yet! I’ve tried emailing them, DM’ing them and everything I can but there hasn’t been a response. Oh and I didn’t mention that the shipping number they gave me doesn’t work, it literally doesn’t exist when I try to track it. And when I try to write a review on their website it doesn’t let me, anyway, this site is a scam and something needs to be done about it.

Second time shopping with Lucy and this time was disappointing. I purchased two items with a 30% off coupon. Five hours later I get a text saying buy one get one free. That coupon code obviously would saved me more money, but when emailing to ask for a price adjustment (like most stores do), they refused and they said they couldn’t cancel either (even though i never asked to cancel the order). Very poor and rude customer service and will not be shopping there again.

Initially I was disappointed, I’d placed my order back in middle of May and until early June, heard nothing. I contacted them via email, initially no response but they did respond upon a second email. I explained I needed to receive my order before end of June and it was delivered 17th June. I require my blouse to be made longer in the body and cap sleeves. This communication was had via WhatsApp - I thought this method was brilliant. When the garment arrived - wow quality of the silk, embroidery and sewing was amazing, as was the fit. I was very delighted and now have a new outfit for my cousin’s Hindu wedding. I am English, Married an Indian and live in the UK. A very happy customer and would recommend ShopKund to my friends and I’ll be sure to use again myself in the future.

Never buy from #Lyra if you are from the USA and if you dont want to bend over and do acrobatics to hook the swimsuit under body! I excitedly bought 2 swimsuits and got free shipping. This is what happened : 1) the size suggested per chart was too big and the shelf bra kept popping off the breasts. 2) the swim suit part has HOOK CLOSURE- this is smack under the middle of the crotch right under the vagina - i am used to bodysuits that have closure a little higher so on doesnt have to resort to acrobatics. 3) There is no exchange and returns are not free - #Lyra is an online store but there is no free return from the USA BECAUSE, per customer service, THEY DONT HAVE A WAREHOUSE HERE. - cost me almost 50$ to return a $110 item. If Lyra will do business in the USA , they need to have a warehouse in USA &/or provide free returns especially when one got free shipping. I would never have paid shipping in the first place and then wouldnt have to waste 50$ returning swimsuits that were inconvenient to use and too big though I followed the size chart. You cant serve USA CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.

Beware, this 'so called Australian' company is actually UK based and not Australian at all! I received a faulty, cheaply-made costume at an expensive price also, like many others. I emailed the company about it, and received a reply asking if I could try to fix the fault. When I replied that I couldn't fix it, I didn't receive a reply after that! That was 2 months ago! I've sent some more emails over the past couple of months, and still nothing from these people! I've even asked them via messenger to please stop ignoring my emails, and again nothing!!! The process of ordering glasses online appeared to be straightforward, I chose my frames, provided my prescription and chose my lens options. Six weeks and many emails later I still do not have my glasses, nor are they in production. The product seems great but the customer service is severely lacking.

Bought Back to the Future watch limited edition and watch is bad. Wooden panel is blurred out so much that day is not readable at all. Strap is short and will not fit anyone with wider wrist. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I felt that I had to share my experience :) I fell in love with the MAM ring and finally bought it in December 2019. I wore it several times to the office and then in spring with the pandemic everywhere, it stayed in the original box for a while. When recently I opened it again, I was very upset because the ring got all black from silver and I couldn't understand why. I wrote an email to the support team to ask of there were ways I could maybe clean it, as it was my favorite ring. So you can imagine how excited I was once they offered me a replacement for the faulty ring! :) The communication was very timely and easy and I really appreciate such kind of excellent service! Well done MAM Originals. Love you!

So many people buy from them that I've seen YouTuber and my friends tell me they are such an amazing kpop online store. I on the other hand had a bad experience and if it wasn't for the fact I used PayPal I probably wouldn't of gotten my refund. They are horrible at keeping up with their website so almost everything will still say pre-pre-order despite it being already out for sale for months. Also they don't update their website to let the purchaser know the item is sold out. I had ordered an album and it said pre-order which it no longer was and it was sold out which they didn't bother updating the website. So when I purchased the album I waited a few weeks for them to get my album ready for shipment but when weeks passed and I was already recieving my items from another kpop online store I emailed then to try and figure out the progress of my purchase. I waited a few days for them to respond and went back to their website just to browse. I had noticed not only did they update the album I purchased and put it was sold out, they never bothered taking out the pre-order message over the album and they didn't email me to let me know. So because I saw that phishy move they did I contacted PayPal to get my refund because I didn't trust them to give me my refund. PayPal told me to email them and request a refund and if they where to refuse they would give me a refund themselves. An employee responded to my request of a refund and they where trying to get me to order something else instead of a refund. So when I told them I wanted a refund I believe they only gave it to me because I had already told PayPal that I was having issues with them. So buyer beware if you order from them. I am sad these people do this to us, they either do a really good job or a partial job like not keeping up with their companies website to le people know that stuff is actually on pre-order or sold out.

Sadly, like so many other reviewers on here I also appear to have been scammed. Placed my order on 16th March. Chased after 3 weeks to be told by Vivian Koskinen not to worry as the order has been shipped. To date, still no delivery, have ignored all my chasing emails. I even had to download After Ship App to track my parcel which initially said was in transit. However latest update is that has now been returned to sender !! More ignored emails. Can't believe I never checked Trustpilot before shelling out. Unbelievably this company is still advertising on social media so how do they get away with this type of sting ?

I bought 10 dresses and they were all in a bad quality. On dress had stains and another holes. The store did respond to my first complain but ignored my second complain. The reason for two separate complaints is because off the slow delivery. It took almost 2 months for all the dresses to arrive. I do not recommend the store or the dresses, don’t be food by the pictures. I learned my lesson and will not shop there ever again.

It took 3.5 weeks to arrive from China to Austria in a cheap little plastic bag exactly like Ali Express. I thought I was ordering from France! The quality is poor and even though I ordered two blouses in the same size (different colors) one is much too small. I’ve written two emails to customer service which were never answered. I want to return these items and want my money back. Hopefully they will cooperate!(?). Update: I had to pay the return shipping of 14€ myself (to France). They then reimbursed me for the items purchased but not for the shipping costs (from China) nor the return shipping costs. So in total I paid 20€ myself for this unfavorable experience. I do not recommend this company at all. Update: I guess they read this and have now “exceptionally” refunded the original shipping cost of €5.90.

The Jeans I purchase was below expectations which often happen when you buy online but the simple fix other clothing competitors have used to create a hedge for themselves is putting in place a viable return/exchange process. The retailer return policy sucks with very limited options to incentivize customers to want to buy or take a risk online. The shipment process was difficult with UPS finally dropping off my item at ‘ Advance Auto shop’ for me to pick up because someone has to sign for it at my house. I get things delivered at my house and left in front of my door with camera all the time but driving to advance auto pick up my item just tells me this retailer is not ready to compete in this age yet. I also sent them email about the item and my intent to return it for store credit which is their only return option BUT haven’t heard back from them to date. This is a struggling retailer with very restrictive processes that is bad for business and customers. It’s quite unfortunate I took a chance on them for the first time and For me, there’s no second chance for a first impression.

The dress took way too long to receive. The fabric quality is beautiful and th4e workmanship is great, but the dress is huge on me (I am a size 8-10 and I bought the small). If I decide to keep it at all, I will have to have it tailored. That is most likely what I will do. Do not order this dress if you need it for a specific event. You will not receive it on time.

I ordered 2 suit for my father before Father’s Day 6/22. I received one suit and the other was in back order, I have been emailing, leaving voicemail and I can’t get no return response. It’s almost 8/22 and I want my money back. Poor customer service, I would never deal with this individual anymore. Disappointed. Ordered on the 15th oct 2021 and nearly 7 weeks later ( 1st Dec 2021 ) ... still nothing with status still as order placed. Getting refund but had to email twice on chasing up this order that was just a bracelet with 5 names engraved on it. Would have loved to have had this but do not trust ads on Facebook now with things advertised. Updates would be good on product. Understand of a small business but should not take on the amount of orders that takes more then the recommendation of orders by advertising this way. Did hear back quickly from them though. Would love if things were different but didn’t turn out that way.

The customer service is excellent, delivery was lightning fast, returns were a breeze. If you exchange an item the exchange ships right after shipping it out to the post office. However I would not recommend buying final sale items. I bought a pair of shoes that were final sale thinking they'd be amazing and comfortable due to all the hype and they didn't even fit! My usual size was too small and half a size bigger was too big. So now I was stuck with $200 in store credit, very upset. I then decided to get a pair of boots with the store credit, and they were SO painful. I could not even wear them. The width was too narrow and it killed my feet. Again, half a size bigger was too big and the boots slipped off my feet. I found out that these were only returnable for store credit so now almost $400 down the drain. Maybe I can try selling them online... I also bought a pair of Scoula loafers and they were so so painful (again, half a size up and they slip off my feet) I can barely wear them for an hour without my feet aching in pain. They are not soft and very stiff. I thought I could break them in but they don't not soften even after months. Also, I had only worn them for a week and they were super scuffed and looked like I had them for years. I would not recommend this store if you're looking for comfortable shoes.

I was so excited about my M. Gemis & they were comfortable! After only 3 wears, running errands not going on long walks, the bottoms started to show significant wear. I took them to the NYC store only to be told they cannot do anything. I won't be buying any more shoes from a store that doesn't stand behind their own products.

Do not order baseball pants from this company. Despite their website saying "Hassle free returns" - what a joke. If it's a "stock uniform" then it's not returnable. Took weeks to get the pants I ordered for my son and then they don't fit, so I'm out of luck and $115.

It took over a month. The only communication is via email. Then, the dress ordered was made with this cheap material. So we had to return this $100 dress. This cost me $31 to send back to China where I will have to wait about a month to get my money refunded.

At first I was nervous about the quality, considering i hadn't seen it in person... but I took the risk after I heard that celebs like Tori Spelling order this brand. So I decided to order one of the frilly white dresses (the Eva Florette Party Dress) for my niece's first birthday party, and another (the Amelia) for my friend's little girl. To say this line is "nice" quality is an understatement - I was AMAZED at the beautiful detail and quality of the material - ESP. For the price! Both dresses were absolutely stunning and truly a high end look and feel! I have yet to find anything else like it. I was very hesitant at first about ordering from this company after reading a customers long winded bad review, however I did see a really good review as well. I decided to take my chances and I am grateful that I did! I was afraid I had procrastinated too long and would not be able to get the dress in time for when I needed it. I simply messaged them on FB messenger and I received a reply within a short amount of time that there was plenty of time for me to receive it. She assured me if I placed the order right away she would make sure it went out the next day and it did. I received it in a very timely manner and it was absolutely adorable. If I had any complaints it would just be that the dresses stop at a size 8. I just discovered them and my daughter has already outgrown their sizing. Ignore the bad hype from that 1 customer. Some people cannot be pleased and this company shouldn’t have to suffer because someone is ungrateful.

They used to be good but now it's just a Huge Scam. Devin Brugman and Tash Oakley you should be ashamed of yourselves. Customers order items, they don't arrive for weeks even though you pay for express shipping. The majority of the items you order aren't even in the package. Monday swimmer refuses to take any liability and tells you to take it up with UPS. UPS can obviously do nothing when it is clearly Monday swimwear at fault. Monday swimwear refuses to offer any kind of refund or help, they send rude emails and stop responding.

To return an item, my wife emailed them 4 times (via their contact us section and via email address) and reached out on Facebook. It's been almost two weeks and she still hasn't had a single reply. I placed 6 orders with Lahana Active after seeing how cute their Elke Crops and Tyler Crops were on social media. After carting out my second batch of items and receiving an order confirmation, I was told suddenly a few days later after I had reached out for another matter (charged me $45 more for a set) - that it was out of stock. They did not tell me which order this was and did not respond for a few days. I had to dig out my orders and confirm with them which order it was and told them very specifically that I did not want a bigger size as a replacement but a refund since it wasn't my shorts and I was purchasing it for a friend. Instead of listening to me, they claimed that they worked "really" fast during the sales period and shipped out the S even though my email reply was a whole day before I got the shipping information. On top of that, I received the parcel today and guess what? 4 mistakes were made in THIS 1 ORDER. 1. My Yellow Floral set (TYLER T BACK CROP and MIMI BIKER SHORTS) were charged $45 more than it was on site, they said they will reimburse it - they have not. 2. My Yellow Floral MIMI BIKER SHORTS Shorts DID NOT EVEN ARRIVE IN THE PARCEL. 3. Out of the 3 ELKE CROPS in Green Gingham, I received 2 of them in the correct size and 1 in the wrong size. 4. I received my Yellow Floral TYLER T BACK CROP but it came in the WRONG size. Does working fast mean making so many errors? If that is the case, I sincerely hope that Lahana Active would slow it down and get their orders right instead of sending out bogus orders like this. I have raised a case with paypal (Thank God I paid through them) and will write another review for the other orders I have placed. This is the most frustrating and stressful experience I've ever encountered with an online brand. I shopped at many places (gymshark, Doyoueven, princess polly, alphalete, aybl, etc.) this is by far the worst. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update on the sizing: the sizing is the most ridiculous thing ever. I bought the elke crop in lilac, elke crop in green gingham and the tyler crop in floral - all in size SMALL. I couldn't even fit the lilac one over my shoulders, the green gingham one fits but is really tight on me and the floral one fits perfectly. I'm okay with the mini size difference between the elke crop and the tyler crop but between the 2 ELKE crops in lilac and green gingham?? What is going on? Who is doing the quality control over at Lahana Active? On top of that, the 3 bras came in a different material. The floral set was a really soft and stretchy material, the green gingham feels like it's made out of swimsuit material and the waist band for the shorts has virtually no stretch (I almost could not pull the shorts over my knees because of that) and the lilac one is made out of cotton. I'm really confused, not sure what the logic behind the material is but wow I am not only miffed, I am amused someone thought this was a good design. I really get that your brand is a small and new company, I was patient and I tried to be nice about all the mistakes you have made for 1 single order (Lord knows how my other orders will fare) and like all small and new companies I sincerely hope you will work on the communication, sizing and quality control of your items before having so many new launches. Do better.
