DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to find out where my order is and the customer service is not acceptable! Find the product on another site like Amazon where you can work with Amazon if you don't receive the product! I have spent hours on this mess and still no skirt!

I ordered my products in early April and got them today, July 3, which is way too long even during COVID-19. I contacted customer service in late April and they told me they didn't know where my package was, which was very unprofessional. They said they'd resend my package with new tracking info. It took over a month to two months for the package to get from China (where their warehouse is) to my country, Canada, which is, again, unacceptable. In May, I asked for a refund two times and they would only offer me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. which I was very unsatisfied with. To make things worse, my leggings are wayyy too small for me and my bra is quite tight and uncomfortable. Will not order again.

My experience in the actual shop in Oxford Street was great, however I have been waiting for updates on my delivery since and I cannot track the parcel with any of the offered codes, not on the website(gives an error page), app (blank) or on Royal Mail. I ordered on 3rd September! I just really want to know when I'm going to get my glasses?? Very, very slow service, poor interface and online communication, which really is a buzzkill, I was super excited about the brand initially but honestly don't think I'll ever use it again. Meanwhile my partner got his glasses from Specsavers within 7 working days. I think I know where I'm getting my next pair. I have contacted customer service and no reply for a while, but they replied to me, coincidentally after having posted my first review. I was given a tracking page in French and again directed to Royal Mail. Seems that my package has been stuck in customs, after being released from customs almost 10 days ago!? How does that make sense? I am beyond disappointed, I don't even know if I will ever actually get these glasses as I'm starting to believe it's all a scam! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Sent me the wrong prescription. Won't refund the frames and expect me to pay for shipping to return them. Basically lost £60. Worst customer service ever. Three weeks of arguing with them, but still trying to get me to pay more money. Absolute SCAM. Do not buy from here!!!

Wanted to love this company because of the unique, traditional-inspired designs, but the T-shirts are made of a very cheap, thin material that is almost see-through. Tracking was very confusing since they shipped my order in 3 different packages (one of which NEVER arrived). I tried to contact customer service three times about their exchange policy & my missing item to no avail. No one ever responded, so I’m giving up. Will not recommend this company or ever give them my business again. Waste of time & money.

Style Boutique are a very efficient company. I have ordered quite a few pairs of Robell trousers from them and their prices are brilliant. The delivery of the goods has been excellent and very quick. These Robell trousers are superb and I am very happy with Style Boutique and shall certainly be ordering other clothing items from them soon.

Well this is frustrating. Vita Grace has not shipped my products & I asked them to cancel my order as they have not shipped by the time they said they would. It was a pre-order so it was supposed to ship two months after I ordered- which I was fine with- but it’s been 2 1/2 months now. They said they cannot stop or cancel the order in their system-yet they say they still have not shipped it yet. Huh??

They offered a 30% off their gift cards for their Black Friday sale. So I decided to purchase two x $200.00 gift cards. At checkout the discount was not applied. I thought that it would happen at the end of the process but OH NO! I was charged for the full amount with no discount applied. This was over a week ago now and I have sent various emails without any reply. I don’t even have any gift cards, nothing emailed to me at all or no notice that they have been posted. Customer service is appalling to say the least. I would not transact with this business at all!

Took my order 5 weeks to come even though it said express 2-5 days within Australia, received no confirmation or tracking then when it finally came it came with one of two of my items. Still no emails back from them and the one item I received feels bad quality for the price point.

I had no problems with them before, sent exactly the same frame (which I ordered online from Asos and brake it once so ordered the same frame) for reglazing 2 times and they done it as I pad with cash. I broke this frame again (fall a sleep) so ordered same frame as I love it, they rejected me with reglazing it again, saying it's because frame from asos, I asked why they done it last 2 times ? The lady on the phone just said - she don't know! Well I know, is that because I paid last 2 times with cash and this time tried to use my voucher from work, which I asked before on email if they will accept it and they say YES OF COURSE. Horrible service, I had no answers on my questions and just wasted time on sending frame to them. Let's see if they charge me for post and if my voucher will be inside parcel.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses and after waiting for 19 days I did not hear anything. I called in to chase it up and was told my glasses had not even even be made as there was “missing information”. However, when ordering I spent 45 minutes making sure there was nothing missing and received an email confirming what I had ordered. I was not notified at any point that anything was missing. Very unhappy with the process please look into sorting this out.

Absolutely dreadful, they sent completely wrong order then refused to rectify their mistake. I would have had to pay to send their mistaken order back to them so am now stuck with nothing of what I ordered just some random clothes that they sent me. When I complained they offered me 10% off my next order but would not go near this company again.
