I ordered the size S leggings after reading a review from someone the same size and height as me (5ft 6, size 10)which came quickly but unfortunately the waist was too small for me to get over my hips, contacted the team who responded quickly and arranged an exchange straight away. My size M arrived today which personally fit much better. I’ve already had them on for a walk and some yoga. They feel really comfy all over and look good as well. Would recommend!

I visited Daniel George Chicago location to get my first fully custom tailored suit recently and had a fantastic experience. Daniel took time to explain the different styles and patterns available as well as what he thought would look best on me. They were delivered very quickly and the medium fitted a treat. I didn't try the large on. Iput them back in the return post the day they arrived here. I'm really happy with them. I ordered a set of pjs for an event and they advised they had shipped, well still waiting I had the same response as everyone else in the group that ordered the pjs I was even advised after I said I was taking it to trading standard that they would ship a 2nd on 24hours tracking well you guessed it they didn't now I have a event to go to without pjs so it looks like I will be nipping to the shops for a pair and out of pocket until my refund turns up which I still haven't had a response to

9/11 I am disappointed in what I had expected to be a professional experience with a company who has received good reviews. The frames borrowing process and the ordering process we fairly simple. It made me feel like my glasses would be custom made just right for me and I would receive a satisfying product. However, I placed my order on 8/23, the payment was immediately collected, and I have received nothing. On 9/5 I inquired about my order and was assured it would be coming out the following Monday. It is Wednesday and there has been no further communication and no glasses. 9/11 . My new glasses arrived overnight as promised and they were ready to wear. I did not even have to go have them adjusted!

David was given the difficult task of completely resetting my engagement, wedding and eternity rings by redesigning them into a single ring with a hinged mechanism, I suffer from very bad arthritis in my fingers and had to have my rings cut off, so I had been unable to wear them for over a year. David rose to the challenge and after a series of meetings and fittings he came up with the seemingly impossible! I am so happy to be able to wear my beautiful rings again. The standard of work is excellent, I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for bespoke jewellery.

She went above and beyond her sevice for me yesterday. Everything was done with a very polite attitude and a lovely smile on her face. Jayne made me feel very relaxed and as if i had all the time in the world to choose my ring. Jayne made me feel very relaxed and very special, as if i was the only customer in the shop. The discount both Jayne and her manager gave me on my ring was incredible and a lot larger than I ever expected. The craftsmanship of the jewerly was second to none and well made. Hence I came away with the most beautiful diamond ring ever yesterday. It was the first time I had used this business but it definitely won't be last. I will recommend the shop to all my friends and family and inform them of the excellent service they can expect from the owner of the businesses and their well manned and trained staff that they employ. Once again I cannot praise Jayne enough for her professional judgement and her wealth of knowledge whilst serving me yesterday and helping me choose my diamond ring. I will defiantly not hesitate to use this business and establishement again in the future.

Myself and now fiance visited the design centre on Saturday 26th jan and we were greeted by a lovely lady called jayne. She was really helpful and knew her onions. She was patient as there are so many rings to choose from and try. As we were from Crewe she managed to get my choosen ring to get it resized so we could take it away on the same day. Deceived and ridiculed by customer service I requested via email accurate information about the dimension of the insole of shoes before buying online. Precisely because the molds of footwear from different manufacturers differ. I got an answer from Jackie White (sales and customer service advisor) and based on these measures I ordered the shoes online. When I got the shoes with the wrong number I realized they had given me the wrong measures and I had to return the shoes for a replacement at my own expense wich is 25 pounds. I contacted them again and they didn’t want to correct their employee’s mistake even though they admitted they were wrong. they just apologized to me. that injustice hurts me because I have a hard time making money for a living. Through email correspondence, I was realized that they were somehow making fun of me and I felt humiliated by them. I lost both time and money because of their mistake and I feel offended by their rejection and ridicule. I will never buy their products again and because the shoes I got were crumpled on the outside of the shoe. Poor quality and very ugly approach to users.

I bought three pairs of pants and two dresses for my daughter and love them. Unfortunately, my mom shrunk one dress and one pair of pants even though I told her to wash them extra carefully. Recently, I decided to buy myself a beautiful light pink sleeping top and sleeping pants in wool and silk. It is so beautiful and comfortable, but of course a bit loose given the material. So, if you are doubting buy the shirt a size smaller. Wonderful products!!!

I sent two different packages back in December, one package had already been sent back to me after the return, yet Disturbia it’s been over two and a half months and they’re telling me “they HaVEnt GotTeN iT to CoNtACt tHe CoUrIeR” which is absolute bs. I order across seas and this hasn’t happened and I got my other returned package back already…makes nooo sense. I also sent video proof of me dropping it off at the return. They fail in customer service and probably just trying to rip me off since it’s be easier considering I’m across seas. Absolute bs. NEVER AGAIN. sell stock they dont have send emails to say item is on it's way and at the same time issue a refund ordered on 6/12/19 phoned a week later for an update for them to say it will be posted out on the 17/12/19 the day I received the refund and the email saying it was on it's way phoned to see what was happening to be told they didnt have the item in stock they where sorry it was a busy time for them all very well and good but it was to late now for me to re order a personalised item else where this close to Christmas had to explain to a six year old why part of her Christmas present was missing poor customer service, poor communication would not recommend this company at all

Durham Rose have done an amazing job in creating my partners engagement ring, we now have a truly unique and very detailed ring that has been perfectly translated from the finalised CAD models we approved a few week beforehand. The design process was better than I imagined, we were not rushed in any way or pushed into settling on a design that wasn't everything we had asked for. With the assistance of the skilled CAD team we were able to collaboratively work on the design such that we have the perfect ring for us and Durham Rose were able to feasibility manufacture with the level of detail we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone looking to create a bespoke ring.

From the first appointment to the ring arriving, Melissa was truly amazing. Nothing was too much, she worked so hard to meet my budget and really listened to me. All communication was quick and easy, I couldn't have asked for anything more! The ring is more than I could have ever asked for. It is exactly what I had in my mind and it just blew me away. I can't thank everyone at Durham Rose enough, they have massively exceeded my expectations.

This wasn't the first time that I ordered something from Dyrberg/Kern. So I was so disappointing when I saw my brand new necklace in real life. The chains are much bigger as I expected. Based on the photo in the webshop it looked lighter and more elegant. Maybe the problem is that I couldn't compare the item to anything. I believe it would be great to show products on models to see the real size.

I've been getting my riding gear from these guys when they were off of 84th near I-5. They have always been patient and professional and you can't or shouldn't forget about the seamstress that will sew on a patch for you and will also make adjustments to your jacket,vest and chaps. Store is always clean and well lit. Only 1 request I have would be to bring in more hi-visibility Orange shirts,muscle,tank,short and long sleeved!

Dishonest company. Sent me an item that was advertised as a completely different color (white not burgundy) and also described the hijab as Georgette but it was a completely different fabric, suede like. I filed a PayPal claim and they made me return the item at my own expense, although it was not even the same item I had ordered, at their own fault. Now my tracking info says they received it long ago but they still have not refunded my money to me. Be Careful with this company, they are not on the up and up

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received. I wish I could say it was hyperbole, because I really want to be able to support a Muslim business with plus-size options, and I am not a person who writes reviews like this. But unless they change dramatically: do not trust this business. I had been waiting two weeks trying to clear my order, being handed off to different employees, and in that time I was assured that my order was approved and on its way TWICE. Then, 17 days after I placed it my order it was cancelled, suddenly and without notice. So here I am, two and a half weeks wasted with nothing to show for it but stress and some terrible customer service.

I was struggling to find a qipao for a wedding ceremony in China - wary of buying online and having to get altered and not wanting to get ripped off in Chinatown. I then came across East Meets Dress and all my problems are solved! All their dresses are beautiful and cut in modern silhouettes or more traditional. The online process of submitting measurements was really easy and the team clearly reviews them individually. EMD was able to accommodate my rush production request and the dress turned out beautifully.

Not capable to contact the client when the order is pending for 4 days in their system and the client (I) chose the UPS express option to be delivered overnight. Had to cancel my order, as no suitable option provided by the hotline, out of the box solution, thus I went to buy the sunglasses in emergency at another store to have the birthday present with me the D-Day not the day after. i thought I had been wise to order 4 days ahead with extra safety with the UPS express

I placed my order on the 9th of January. The glasses were in stock while I ordered them and I chose to get express delivery to make sure that I got them on the morning of the 13th, as mentioned on the website. After not receiving anything, not even a confirmation mail, I called the customer service and they told me that I would actually have to wait 2-3 weeks because there are some errors with their website stocks and my chosen pair is not actually in stock. One week later, to my surprise, I get an e-mail that my order will be delivered on the 23rd. On the 23rd I open the parcel and, guess what, I got the wrong color of my glasses, white instead of black! I send them back the same day, on the 23rd. I call with the customer service on the 24th after seeing that they received my return parcel and they confirm that I will get my money by mid-next-week. Today it's Wednesday and I called the customer service again in the afternoon as I didn't get my refund. Surprise! They don't know anything about the refund and they will have to talk to their colleagues again, promising to get back to me tomorrow. I do not trust this company anymore! 300 euros paid for nothing, just a waste of time! Customer service employees are friendly and willing to help but it seems to me that other people are pulling the strings in the company, hence the people from customer service have no power! Do not waste your time ordering here!

Be careful to deal with this company, they sent me a used sunglass (no brand sticker, fhuman fingeprint and and there a human hair) and there is no telephone number for Sweden even the website is in Swedish. They don't respond even to my email. I will contact Klarna to stop the invoice payment process until they solve it.

Ich habe weder eine Information zu der Abwicklung erhalten und das schlimste ist das die bestellte Ware noch nicht bei mir angekommen ist.Die Lieferung für den 1,3Gramm schweren Anhäger hat ja auch nur 8,45€ gekostet. Nun bleibt mir nur übrig um mein Geld zu bibbern,weil mit einer Lieferung rechne ich schon lange nicht mehr.

I came across Daka recently in Groningen and I am glad that I did. The shop is huge! You can find different types of sports good in it. A pair of sneakers suddenly caught my attention. Unfortunately, they were the last pair available in this model sizing 38 which was way too big for my feet. However, I was lucky enough that the staff were so friendly and they helped me out with online ordering from the shop. The process was fast and smooth. My shoes were delivered right in front of my door step next within two working day. I am impressed Daka. Keep up the good work!
