I recently bought a pair of running shoes from Kelley's (March 2017). I needed a larger size, and wanted to exchange, assuming I would get the same price. I called customer service to guide me and sent back the original shoes. They told me they could do the exchange and provide the same shoes with the increase of 1/2 size. Instead, they sent the same mode/make but latest version, and charged me 2X more than the original price. I have complained to multiple customer reps for Kelley's, but to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM KELLY'S RUNNING WAREHOUSE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LOOKING TO SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

My fiance ordered some Danner boots for me on Sunday evening. She received an immediate confirmation of the order via email. By next Tuesday (7 business days later) I received the package - delivered by UPS. The boots were brand new and delivered in the original manufacturer's box. The only discomfort I had during the ordering process was that bootbay never sent an email stating when my fiance's card was charged or when the item was shipped. I did call customer service on Monday (6 business days later) to get an update and the rep told me that I will receive the boots on Tuesday. I was extremely happy with the quality of the item and price.

As a starting entrepreneur, I did a LOT of research before I decided which company I would trust to get the start-up inventory for my bracelet shop on Etsy and after days of research, my choice stopped on LBeads and gosh am I happy I trusted them! Everything is FLAWLESS, exactly as described and the shipping was really fast! Their customer service is absolutely amazing: there was an issue with the delivery company who kept my package in their trucks for 3 days and they did everything they could to get the situation resolved really fast, keeping in touch with me every few hours and updating me! I'll have to order some new material soon and there's no doubt in my mind where I'll be getting it!

I have ordered from Norway on Blackleaf trough the Norwegian domain witch shows prices in local valuta included the norwegian VAT on checkout. - Blackleaf charge this VAT but they don't are registered in the VOEC - index, witch allowes to charge foreign VAT as prepaid service. This is problematic when your parcel goes into your country and getting handled by the customs. Since Blackleaf didn't have a VOEC registration - your local custom service will charge you again your local VAT for the whole amount, included the already prepaid VAT at checkout. Blackleaf so actually earned additional money from you and don't reporting this further to the TAX Authoritys... - The result for you as a foreign customer is a much higher total amount at the end... - Be aware of this treacherous business conduct from this supplyer! - This behavior is already described from other customers here on Trustpilot. Once Blackleaf is faced with this problem - you will not getting any statement or admission to clean this up... - You getting a rude answer and that's it. - All Blackleaf want - is to earn most possible money from you as a foreign customer. I ordered a sweatshirt from them to be shipped to Germany. The thing was delivered to some neighbor, but I did not receive a notice who that was. Long story short: I asked Blackleaf to look into it, which they refused to do. I never received the sweatshirt and I did not get my money back. I was astounded at how fervently their customer service refused to be of any help at all. They kept saying that they had proof it was delivered, not addressing the issue at hand. I've e-mailed them, I've called them...I don't recommend ordering from these people.

No reply on emails about returning the product. Failure to pick up parcel at the address listed. I needed to swap the long sleeve anti slash t-shirt for a Medium. As per the returns policy, I sent the parcel signed special delivery but nobody at the address picked it up according to the post office site. I contacted the team via email multiple times and on the sites contact page. I had no reply. I've had to have the long sleeve shirt that doesn't fit re-delivered to my own address.

I would just like to show my appreciation for all the help and assistance i received while trying to buy my son a present. Im no genius at computers so i tend to get rather frustrated when trying to make a purchase. So i called them and they went above and beyond to help me get what i wanted. which was a slash proof hoodie as im worried for my son due to there being a lot of knife crime in our local area. After i expressed my concerns on what i was looking for they spent over an hour showing me they're range of products and advising me on which would be most suitable. So for that i cannot thank them enough. They were so professional and helpful. i highly recommend titan depot and will be shopping there again.

There was no contact number, no status update after payment, no tracking number. When they finally sent me a tracking number it was for another order. The chains the necklaces were on broke the first week and i had to replace. My daughters choker broke after 4 weeks.

They have a large selection of shoes, free 2 day shipping on MBTs and free return shipping on some brands. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes because I wasn't sure how they would fit. They immediately refunded my money on the pairs I returned. Their customer service people are easy to reach. They are very helpful and friendly. They sell some expensive shoes, but have good prices compared to other sites.

Notice how similar the 4 or 5 star reviews are on TrustPilot etc. I see they are now submitting very positive reviews (almost identical) with a 3 rating, so they will not be picked up by fraud bots! Many have had the same experience as me - not just very poor quality, but the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small). Returns must be to China, and within 7 days - as items come separately over a period of several weeks, this is not practical. Returns must be sent with their post label, which they do not send, to an address which is not published. I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow. If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full. If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!

I placed a $400 order with the site and hopefully to get some discount. I acquired a 10% discount coupon online and applied that with my order. Three days later, I received an email and saying the 10% discount only offered to new customers, and the discount has been canceled. I ordered from them over a year ago with an old email address I no longer used. The new 10% discount coupon I acquired was from my recent email address, and their site did not say the discount only applied to each household ever once. Since their prices prior the discount are not cheaper than other online stores, I replied their email and requested to cancel the order. I received an email immediately (that was 11:30 p.m.) from their "customer service" and said the order has been canceled, and I am not allowed to order from them again. I cannot believe Swim2000 has such arrogant and rude services. Actually, I saw their booth at one swim meet. That is a small and one-man store. There is no such so called "customer service". The customer service is the owner himself. He called me dishonest. His site did not indicate the discount only apply to each household. My understanding was it applied to each email address purchased from them, plus I have never received discount from my previous order from them which was over one year ago. The store owner got mad that I requested to cancel my order and called me "dishonest" ?!?!?! I have shoped online A LOT. I have never experienced such bad attitude from any sites ever. It's not I retured a used merchandise and acquired a refund. I was just trying to save money and followed the instruction to acquire a discount coupon. He could simply tell me the discount only applies to each household instead of calling names. This site's owner is very childish, arrogant and rude. If you search carefully on the internet, there are other sites offer cheaper prices and with fast services. I am not the only one complained about Swim2000's attitude. I am sorry for this site owner's attitude. I will not shop with them ever.

Luisterden goed naar wat ik mooi en belangrijk vond, namen de tijd en vonden het ook geen probleem toen ik er een nachtje over wilden slapen! Dag daarna werd ik weer net zo goed en lief geholpen. Ordered two pairs of Luxottica titanium frames online. The email reply said to expect 5-6 weeks delivery, but I received them in a little over one week. They were EXACT frames I was hoping for -- titanium, gunmetal finish, in the right size. I'd looked for them everywhere, only to find they'd been discontinued and were no longer available in stores. Was so happy, I ordered two more pairs, and they just arrived (took about 5 days). All came in heavy duty silver cases, well protected to prevent scratching. Total cost (including shipping) was about the same as I paid for my original frames at a 1/2 price sale 7 years earlier.

So first off I couldn't find the brand of glasses I wanted anywhere else and the other prices were significantly higher than the eye doctor. Immediately after my order they emailed me about the PD measurement at your own eye doctor and once I gave them the information I was always involved in the information about the temple size and the glasses themselves. Any questions I had were answered and once I received the glasses they were perfect and I love them so much I wanna order another pair. You get to be apart of the whole process and the price is fantastic. I am not sure about return fees but I am sure they would be more than willing to discuss and work through customer issues.

I placed the same order three times and, every time, they would cancel my order, claiming they were unable to verify financial institution. They never tried to call me. My card would get the authorization and show as processing and they still did not approve it. When I called them, they could not elaborate. Getting a response from an automated machine would have been more effective than speaking to one of the Customer Care reps. Buying a home or a car is easier than shopping from this horrible website. I guess they will lose a customer. Awful!

Referring to the Ann Taylor - Short Pump store in Richmond VA, I was not happy with the return policy. I tried to return a pair of pants after 45 days and they gave me a store credit which is absolutely fine since I took so long to return them. What was completely unfair was that they only gave me the mark-down amount even though my receipt clearly stated I had paid full-price. I would understand if I didn't have a receipt and they had no way of knowing how much I paid, but if my receipt clearly stated that I paid $71 for the pants, only giving me $53 credit is basically stealing my money. That is not good business. Also, the cashier who was waiting on me was on the phone with another employee at home asking why she hadn't shown up for work and arguing with her that she was on the schedule ... all while ringing up my purchases. I couldn't even ask her a question, because she was on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed on AT has declined in recent years.

I ordered lens and before ordering them called and verified I would have them by Sept 26th. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem and i would get them in plenty of time. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Sept 26 came and still no lens. I went back and forth with this company about when my lens would be shipped they kept coming up woth excuses ad to why the lens hadnt shipped. Finally i said enough is enough and cancelled order. I went with wickedeyez.com instead and will be receiving my lens tomorrow. Do not use A.C.lens. what a joke

I ordered two shirts to determine the quality of this product and was told I would have the shirts in hand within 10 business days. Here it is nearly a month later and I am still waiting for my product. First I get an email saying the item was shipped, then I get an email saying it is delayed for poor quality and now Prep Sports alleges the shirts were already shipped. I can not contact anyone by phone, nor does anyone return emails. This company is obviously a SCAM, and I am contacting the appropriate authorities. Do not order from them, the overpriced shirts never arrive and customer service is non existent.

Stay Away! They may be filing bankruptcy since waiting for my refund for 8 weeks! My work wardrobe in the past was from CWC so I tried again. Horrible clothing - nothing like what they used to be. Also, they steal your money. I returned over $215 worth of clothing using their return label and tracking shows they received on 8/3/22. On 8/24/22 I called asking where refund was and was told will take an additional 14 days under expedited processing - what about from 8/3 the actual day they received the merch? I called back on 9/9/22 and was told that it should hit my account within 5 business days! Updated 9/29/22: on 9/11/22 received a letter from CWC that they refunded money to my CC and on 9/28 I called again since my CC still doesn't have the $$! I started a dispute through my CC since it has been 8 weeks and I believe CWC is going bankrupt and has no intention of refunding my money for merchandise I returned on 8/3/22!

I ordered dance shirts two weeks ago, which I thought would be plenty of time to receive the order. The next business day after ordering, I got an email saying my card was not going through. So I called them, verified my information and they ran it through again. The same thing happened the next day, so I called them and tried using a different debit card - again, same problem. Then I called my bank to check to see if there was a problem on my end. The bank said that they hadn't even been trying to run my card through. So I called one last time to tell them what my bank said - they put me through the exact same process and said they would call me back if there was a problem processing. After two days, I received no call, but got the same email. I finally got fed up with it and ran a credit card through instead... but still waiting to see if I get the same email. I need these costumes in a week and now have to express order them.

I paid extra for 5 day shipping, and it didn't arrive in 5 days (so I had to scramble to buy something else), and they refuse to refund the shipping cost! Last year my business partner placed an order right after i had placed an order, and they automatically changed the shipping address I had put in for my order to the one she used - didn't even ask about it - so my costumes ended up in Indiana instead of Tennessee! Multiple times I've ordered items listed as "available" only to receive an email days later saying the items are backlisted. They're just not a reliable source for dance needs any more! And their customer service reps always manage to blame the customer instead of helping. I'm through with them! Too bad too, since I own a 400-student studio!

I found this hat again! I love this hat, I have the unfortunate incident of having two of them stolen from me and it really hurt me to my core because this hat for me was a head turner. Easy to use website and more IMPORTANTLY multiple payment options. Other websites (ebay most notable) accept s credit cards only thu paypal. For some reason paypal won't process my credit card (I was told there's a limit in the number of transactions per credit card) trying to force me to sign up for a Paypal account. But I know my credit card is good since I have used it in the cafeteria at work and make purchases in other websites. So I am not going to sign up for a paypal account and websites that clear credit cards ONLY thru paypal will loose my business.

The shirt came separate from the suit and the suit came after we left for our wedding we had a destination wedding but thankfully my mother didn't leave until after me so she drove out to my house and picked up the package which was a hassle but she did it so next time please try to send the suit and the shirt together and that's a request I would ask for all customers that's getting married and request 3-day shipping

I ordered "Italian Diamond Cut Rope" chain from Sarraf. Its website clears states the chain was "made in Italy". The chain I received only stated purity but not country of origin. I returned it, and requested made in Italy chain that I originally ordered. I received the replacement that Sarraf sent, and was breathless for awhile. They had simply stamped "Made Italy" on the same chain. The stamp was done in such a micky mouse manner, even 5-year-old could see that it's fraudulent. The sales associate, "Kevin" admitted that they stamped country of origin on the same chain. He said, they receive chains in a big rolls, and Sarraf, in its stores, stamp country of origin, not manufactures in Italy. Retailers stamping country of origin on products cannot be legal. I'm returning it, Sarraf, however refused to credit back shipping. I will be contacing authorities about this. Sarraf cannot be trusted.

It arrived exactly on the due date in a stylish red box. I signed for it from UPS. I am very happy with this bracelet. It is exactly as described and very handsome and shiny. It’s marked 14kt on both ends. I am very satisfied with this company and will most likely do business with them again. In addition, I was able to track it easily via the UPS Website from the e-mail sarraf.com sent me. I felt at ease from the beginning of the transaction all the way to its arrival. I took the time to read several different review sites of sarraf.com before I ordered from them and noticed there were several people that complained about this company, however, I took a chance and on doing business with them and am very glad I did. The first order I made they cancelled with one email that went to my spam folder. I tried to re-order and after 4 or 5 attempts to finally pay, I tried to use paypal. My mistake as apparently paypal returns give you store credit not refunds to your card. My order finally arrived and most of the clothes feel terrible on my body. I knew they'd be cheap, but I didn't think they'd feel this cheap. It's a shame because they're very cute. I will be attempting to return the clothes. As it is not free returns, I will be paying a significant amount of money to return the poorly made clothes. I will not be ordering from here again (except to use the store credit I have)

I chatted with someone on their page since their "contact us" link does NOT work! and no resolution, they even said the offer had ended at 7:59 am when i didn't even get the email till 8:30 am the employee was going back and forth with me debating the fact, I had to send her a screenshot of the email! then shes like oh it because you already had a discount and you can only use one at a time. so the why did your email say "Use the code BuyNow30 and get 30% additional discount for completing your purchase now" I ended up canceling my order and they never apologized for the confusion/misleading email.. SMH

This is a wonderful piece of history combined with a great story about young women having an adventure in New York City. I love the things that get left out of her letters home. It could be fiction as easily as biography. She's a really nice writer. You get a sense of life in a tight-knit Iowa town. I would really like to see more from Ms Hart about life in that area,...

I bought less than $80 CAD worth of kids clothes, supposedly including shipping. I later received an invoice from FedEx for $42. When I contacted Justice for an explanation of these ridiculous costs, they responded "Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping.". In short explaining, too bad!! They also make clear that rejecting an order due to these ridiculous fees will not result in a refund from them. Never shopping with them online or in store again!!

I ordered products a month before Christmas. They tell me it shipped, and then tell me parts didn't ship with it. I ordered matching outfits, and did not want mismatched items. So I am supposed to pay shipping and return to them, or drive an hour and return to store? Ridiculous. I will not ever order from them again.

Half my wardrobe is from Venus - no, really!! Everything is of great quality, always fits, and prices are great! The only time I ever sent anything back was due to my ordering several similar items at a time, i.e., gowns, to get the best one(s), knowing I would be sending some back.

I placed an order on June 28th that according to the website was back ordered until June 30th. I received an email stating the order would be shipped on the 30th, two weeks later still hadn't received the order for a dress that I needed for an event. When I called the customer service number, they said it hadn't passed through customs and was still on back order. I ordered this dress over three weeks ago with more then enough time for shipping and they basically said "sorry its still on back order and we don't know when you'll get it. Horrible customer service and THE worst back order "system" from any online store. You are much better off buying somewhere else. Will never order anything from Venus again

Order shipped on 15th May. Sent to UK for some reason, but i'm living in another country in Europe. Now it is for almost a week waiting somewhere in UK to handover to GLS for local delivery. From experience of other guys, who has ever shipped something from UK, i could even take 3 months to get the shipment delivered. Opened a claim with Paypal. My recommendation is to stay away of this shop.

In search of a 21 mm strap for a watch, I went through many websites before finding one with a style I liked. Not only did I solve that problem, but they had a buckle I wasn't having much luck finding state-side either. The shipping from Germany sounds worse than it was (about a week), although the USPS made me pick up the package at the local office myself. Euro currency-conversion didn't work out too badly either, due to the already reasonable prices.

I would actually rate adorable gems 10 stars!!!! I purchased the gold knot studs for my 6 year old daughter and we absolutely love them!!! My daughter actually lost her earrings and so she's been going for weeks without and I got recommended by a friend and my daughter and I are so pleased with our item!!! Best earring a by far that I've brought my daughter and even more perfect that it comes with a spare. I will definately be ordering again from adorable gems. I have been using my suit that I bought last month for a month now. It is pretty decent, at a price tag of $200 it beats anything out there in terms of value. Only issue I had was with sliders, the free pair with suit wasn't as good as the suit itself. Then again it was free so can't complain too much, I will replace it after two to three months.
