" Been waiting over a month for one pair of glasses for my wife who cannot drive without them.. was told by the customer service Rep that there is nothing they can do the store can offer a $20.00 credit with her order. They had the pair of glasses at the Square one location and then were returned without my wife knowing anything that they were doing not even a phone call or email up until today we are still waiting. I think this is totally unfair as a customer to be waiting this long for a pair of glasses without being compensated for it a $20.00 refund is unacceptable worst service ever. Whatever you do go to a real store if you want glasses not this place

Ordered on Sept. 11th & still waiting. I had to return to the store the next day as the Optometrist is only in once a week & you have to this person by appt. (BTW my glasses are already paid for - so no problem taking your money) There is no phone number for the store - it's a call center. Today I was told my glasses had arrived at the store & to go & pick them up. When I arrived I was advised I needed to book an appt. with optometrist to release my glasses. I tore a strip off the sales rep (Sorry) as this practice is ridiculous. I have insurance, but the clerk did not fax my completed order form, thus I had to go to UPS to send it myself - cost $5.00! and I have not been reimbursed meanwhile they have my money & I am paying interest on my credit card. I am concerned because I read some reviews from people who did not feel that their lenses were prepared properly. You only have one set of eyes & I have high expectations from providers of prescription eyeglasses. Not happy with the delays & will update following pick up of the product. So far not feeling optimistic.

I was always fond of splash and am a usual buyer at the shop. However, a recent experience I had at the Marina Mall branch of Splash left me Extremely disappointed and not wanting to return to the store again. I had purchased 3 formal shirts as a gift for my husband on their recent offer. Unfortunately, my husband did not like the print of one of the shirts and we decided to get it exchanged. We were first of all sent to Shoe mart for all Splash Exchanges and then were introduced to the Splash Supervisor, who scrutinized the shirt, asked us if we had "washed it" and pointed at a mark behind the collar and said he will not exchange it coz he wont be able to sell it to another customer. Its funny, they have damaged items on sale (which once bought, they claim that its the customers who stain them) .. Who would really open the packed shirt and check the back of the collar for a stain when purchasing an item? We trust the brand, so we dont. But I guess we wont trust anymore henceforth and neither would we most likely return for another purchase!

So, at first I liked this website I used to love the quality of there lenses but the last two times I ordered from them, my lenses RIPPED inside the lens case! I didn't even touch them and they look kind of like they dissolved almost? It's so strange but literally so annoying to spend almost 30 bucks on lenses that you have to throw up. Awful.

I placed an order on 3/12/2020 this company took my money from my acct on 3/16/2020 and I have yet to receive my order I have emailed them regarding this matter and too no response. Now that the month of April is approaching still no return email. I have contacted my bank so now it's a dispute I have to file. I don't recommend this website or company to no one. But they still sending me emails to purchase from them. Bad business

Ordered two dresses for my fiance Jan 05. Web site says dresses will arrive in 10 days. It is now 1.29.20 company has not responded to 4 customer service request asking for order status. I called their customer service number. Someone, not a company, answered. Could not understand his Chinese. Called my credit card company and DISPUTED the order. Bogus company.

I took a chance ordering from a company I had never ordered from before, and needless to say the first experience left a sour taste in my mouth, so I likely won't order again. I attempted to order a pair of winter boots that were, per it's webpage, in stock. Several days later I get an email indicating that my order was cancelled due to low inventory-- really? Inventory should be updated as it's sold... I went back on the website and it indicated that they still had the exact same boots, in the same color and size that I had ordered in stock. A waste of my time ordering and then having to spend the next week looking at my online bank record to make sure I was credited the funds back.

I was nervous to order from this company based on all of the reviews, but the Kurt Kinetic fluid bike trainer I wanted was about $100 cheaper at Sport Chalet than anywhere else, so I decided to take the risk. I placed the order on October 4th and received the order confirmation, which said the package should arrive in 7-10 business days. On October 15th, I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation and decided I should probably call them to see what my order status was (and I assumed that my order would just be cancelled as soon as I called, based on all of the reviews I've seen). Low and behold, the package showed up at my apartment that evening! I was glad I happened to be home, since I never received a shipping confirmation and had no clue it was coming, but I breathed a big sigh of relief when I actually received the package.

I wrote an email asking where my shirt is and they said it is on the way and it took longer because it was being sent to the printers. They gave me free 5 dollars in points but I will never order from them again. Horrible, long, service. We'll see when/if my shirt actually arrives.

I ordered my goodies on 06/07/2016. Finally got tracking info on June 29th by logging into my shirtpunch account, no email or any notice that it shipped like the initial order email said they would send me when it shipped. I don't care if they are in Canada, my package is not due to arrive still until 07/07/2016. After 1 month? I had someone hand make me a custom plushie, ordered on 06/07/2016 and delivered on 06/11/2016. That is not from a company but a real person who made it with her own hands. I understand all items come down to being made with someone's hands, but c'mon, Shirtpunch is supposed to be a company, they have CS reps from India, they aren't a single person with a needle and thread. This is some BS. I was worried, because without tracking info I was freaking out thinking my package just got taken off my porch by drifter scum. I didn't know what to do. Fears alleviated, going to get a package (hopefully the right stuff) in 5-7 days, but this isn't a way to do business and makes no sense. Was going to give 1 star but they proffered me 100,000 punch points for an apology. Yay. 6/10 Will spend punch points.

Terrible service, my hoodie has seemingly gone missing and wellcoda have done nothing about it, told me to come back to them if it doesn't arrive tomorrow, I'm half n hour away from Edinburgh and that's over 10 days and still no sign, unfortunately I've got another hoodie ordered off them, look forward to waiting weeks on this as well.

I got the vehicle i had been looking for, what didn't make me happy was the vehicle was sold with a steering issue which should have been picked up when it was serviced as it was so noisy, Nissan sorted the problem out straight away WELL DONE NISSAN IN NEWBURY the steering fluid tube was not attached properly drawing in air creating very noisy power steering

I lost my real wedding set of 30 years about a year ago. We'd spent thousands ... and now it's gone. Of course you'll find the oddball out that just can't be pleased, but 99.9% of what I found was positive. I decided they were it. I'm going to tell you, beyond a shadow of doubt ... From the ease of website navigation, to selection, quality of product, price point (they run promotional sales all the time), being able to chat with a live human being with intimate knowledge of Berricle product, fast shipping, FREE returns and impeccable customer service! I'm beyond THRILLED with my multiple purchases! I also feel good in knowing that nobody suffered mining the stones for my ring that symbolizes LOVE! I also like having multiple wedding sets! I am loathe to tick even 1 star. 0 would be far more appropriate. I purchased a black glitter jacket to wear over the Christmas holiday. Whilst I expected there to be some shedding of the glitter, I certainly did not expect to cover myself and everybody around me plus the carpets and furniture. The shedding was so excessive that I had to return home to change into something less embarrassing. The staff in the Burton-on-Trent store were obviously speaking from a well rehearsed script to address this problem as was the person who answered the phone in your customer services department. Fortunately I still had the label that was attached to this garment and managed to find the stick on notice that customer services mentioned, well hidden might I add in the inner fold that the glitter may transfer. Definitely not a part of the original printed label, so I assume this is something you have done to cover yourselves from what I can only imagine to be numerous complaints. As Scrooge would say, "Roman Originals, bah humbug." I will never shop in any of your stores again!

i order a dress for a wedding, after chatting for one whole month regarding the size they send me the dress after the wedding, it was the most horrible experience, after i bought the $350 dress, i had to buy another dress just before the wedding.Anyway they sent it late and it was 10 size smaller then what i ordered, they just sent me without even checking, i was so utterly disgusted, now that i have send back the horrific dress there are very little communication from Kalki, my post tracking showed that they have received the dress but they are saying we have notified the concern department!! i cant tell how unethical and valueless these company and the people who wok for them are!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

After waiting 2 weeks I contacted Triads and after sending several emails and phone calls I heard nothing back. Posted a comment on Instagram and got a reply straight away asking me to message them which I did and I’m still awaiting an answer and my money despite sending them proof of receipt. Placed an order on June 22 and was charged in full. Over three weeks later item still has not shipped. the first email got no response. All i wanted was to know when item would ship. Second email also no response. Then i left a message on their phone service where they assured me i would be contacted. Never Happened. Last was email number three where a very angry me asked for a refund. Success! A response almost a week later saying too bad here is your refund. Wow! Worst customer service ever. They finally decided to cancel my order rather than ship my item. I wouldn't recommend this site to a person i despised. Be extra careful when dealing with these swindlers.

I ordered on the 15th of April and was sent the incorrect item, they were very helpful and told me to send back the incorrect bracelet and they would refund me the delivery and send the correct item. I received the delivery cost back, however I have never received the correct bracelet. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and I have had nothing back from them. Very disappointed that I am now out of pocket with no contact at all from them. I am now having to open a PayPal dispute in order to try to get my money back.

Just ordered 2 pairs of boots and have emailed them twice replies take a few days. Six days later still not dispatched and little customer service. Boots have now arrived but feel if they communicated with customers more consistently, would have been a more pleasurable experience. A customer service phone number would have helped plus a personal account on their website.

This was the first time I used 62 days and I was impressed by the rapidity with which the quotes came through as well as the very fast service with the FED EX courier ( I live in Italy and they were very efficient and even phoned me to apologise as they would be half an hour late) and furthermore the money was in the bank 2 days after the items had been collected.

Today's date:- 30th Jan 2013 My Icegrippers arrived after only one day ! A pity the Ice and Snow has vanished before I could put them to the test. At least they are ready now for any future spell of bad weather. I have now fitted them to a spare pair of shoes ready for such an event. They fit perfectly, although I did have to struggle a bit to put them onto the shoes - my hands aren't as strong as they used to be (86 years old last Sunday !!). I did speak to Carl before purchase and he helped me choose the correct size for my shoes. He was very helpful and I recommend him and his product(s). John Hunter

I bought a pair of Ezyshoes-Xtreme from Icegripper and after about 25 days one of them broke. I wear these for about 45 mins, twice a day, to take the dog walking over muddy paths and fields. I contacted Icegripper who contacted the manufacturer who, I quote, said, "products which are not cleaned thoroughly of debris after use and left to air dry are not covered under any product guarantee or warranty". How they knew how I looked after them is beyond me. I had sent a photo of the broken one taken immediately after use and before cleaning. However I am pleased to say that despite no help from the manufacturer, Icegrippers are sending me another pair. So whilst I might not recommend Ezyshoes-Xtreme I certainly recommend Icegrippers

I stumbled on this company by accident and decided to order from them and loved what I purchased so much I had to order the other 6 styles of the item I had previously ordered. But suddenly they seem to have m disappeared. When I try going to their website it takes me to this one similar to it but it definitely is not like 10dollarmall.com and their plus sizes are a joke most thing I seen are one size and we know we are not all one size. Very disappointed they are gone i really loved this company. Just put in 10dollarmall.com on google and what comes up is clothing under 10 dot com

I bought my girlfriend 3 sets of pajamas for Valentines day. After trying them on we realized I ordered the wrong size and sent them back for a smaller size. It took them 6 weeks to ship the smaller size to me and only sent 2 out of the 3 I ordered. Also we noticed the quality was very poor. Seams fall apart and the elastic was sewn in all twisted. I sent several emails to them and they failed to respond. This experienced shocked me because I thought I was buying high quality pajamas from a good company.

I now realize that I did the wrong thing trusting Pajamagram to do what they advertise. I asked them to deliver a gift to me at a hotel on an expedited basis for which I was happy to pay their charge of $30.00. Needless to say it did not ship on time as promised in their advertising and then when I called them, waiting a ridiculous amount of time on hold, they told me it would ship overnight that day. Needless to say, it did not ship until the following day, the day I was checking out of the hotel and flying out. It arrived after I had left. It was gift for a very special person and she drove back to the hotel to pick it up--embarrassing to say the least. They never actually did what they said they we going do or what is clearly in their advertising. In the end they refunded the shipping charge, but I did not get the feeling they really wanted to address their shipping problems. I will never order from them again, there are other reliable operations out there

overall, i am a big fan of singer 22. they have incredible sales, and i love a good deal! i think that they could expand their selection, however, in terms of price--it seems that they keep adding more brands, but all with similar styles and price points. i would love to see more of brands like style stalker, one teaspoon, keepsake, etc. like revolve clothing has.

Just received a Sundance catalog and am shocked at the over inflated prices for merchandise that can be bought for cheaper prices at TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less and Walmart. $58 for a freakin see through t-shirt? GTFOH!! But if you want bragging rights or if you want to support a certain actor’s lifestyle then Sundance catalog is for you. Me? I’d rather shop at a bargain store for the same items.

As another reviewer noted, they are perfectly happy with one-time customers. My first order, no problem. Second order was a fiasco. I ordered over 2dz items (shoes, clothes, and jewelry) which were damaged, of such poor quality, and in some cases not at all what was advertised, that it was impossible to believe they were sent "mistakenly". There was clearly deliberate fraud, esp. with the jewelry (not sterling or gold). After returning everything, it was a runaround getting the refund, apparently a persistent pattern with them. Hopefully, FTC will investigate, and shut down the bait & switch fraud going on with their jewelry. In the meantime, best to take your business to more reputable, ethical, and fairly priced merchants who you can be sure are actually operating transparently with their "Fair-Trade" partners. I make no such assumption with Sundance now, given how they're doing business and treating their customers. Regarding WWRR do? in this case, sell his name & reputation for a boatload of money to private equity funders. Though in fairness to him in the 2018 catalog mission statements (next to his photo) he does close with this line: "Here we move forward, we leave the norm behind". Indeed. Forewarned folks.

I bought a $150.00 gift card for my boyfriend for Christmas to go towards his more expensive Mai Jims. When he attempted to use the card it only gave him an error stating the card was locked down due to recent activity. Customer service refused to fix this only ever giving us a brush off. We have yet to get the $150 back after 7 days of calling every day trying to get someone to resolve the problem. Needless to say my Christmas present was ruined.

Placed an order on Friday night for a Prada Sunglasses with a promotional price via PayPal. The order was cancelled on Sunday without any explanation. All it says is "You've Cancelled the Following Items". I definitely did not cancel this order. Then I called on Monday to ask for the explanation. The representative seems do not know anything about the system and told me that my billing address did not match to the billing address. This is definitely BS, as the PayPal never shown the billing address to the seller for the security reason. That's the reason people use PayPal, because they don't want a third party company to see their billing information. Although they realized this issue, they asked me to place a new order in order for them to ship my item with the regular price (the promotional price has expired during the weekend). They can't even honor the price although this is definitely their mistake. Seems a fraud advertisement company. Really horrible experience with Sunglasshut.com. I would definitely suggest customers stay away from them, as you might experience one of the worst customer service.

I always buy my clothes from Burtons. Great fit & great prices. Recently I purchased a suit from there, currently they have a great deal on suits, £79 and machine washable. I always hate having to take my suits down to the dry cleaners, this is so much easier to have a suit that you can just machine wash.

Manager of Crewe store moved on Dementia Charity tables celebrating World Alzheimers Day.He claimed we were undermining his store window.We had permission from the council but Ebenizer insisted on moving us.We then had to move to an area where a gale force wind was blowing.All our leaflets were scattered in the wind. I would ask all the residents of Crewe to boycott Burtons. We were there for the people of Crewe but Scrooge could not give a damn about a million people in this country with this serious illness. Shame on you manager man and shame on Burtons for employing such a heartless man

My partner purchased me some lovely Barbour boots from here for my Christmas present in October (not everybody starts their shopping in November/December). It was only by chance that I tried exact boots on in another shop, only for my wife to be upset to find out she had got me the wrong size. She messaged Cloggs to simply ask for a exchange of size, but apparently outside of exchange policy dates. What a load of nonsense, you simply can’t expect people to be stuck with unworn, in package boots that don’t fit. These are simply a Christmas present that my wife has wasted money on due to being the wrong size, she spent all her spare money on these and is distraught to find out that Cloggs have refused to give her the size she needs. I suggest you get back to me with a solution to this problem immediately. It is not acceptable to expect someone to keep a product that doesn’t fit, especially as I shouldn’t have even found out until Christmas Day about them.

I wanted to take a minute and report about my experience with Bulk Shirts Warehouse. I know that more people will take the time to post a negative review when things go bad, but i like to take the time to reward exceptional service when I see it. As a retired Army colonel, I recognize and reward anyone who goes above and beyond the call of duty. We purchased 1,000 army color t-shirts for a VFW fundraiser. I was having a little trouble with the order because of all the sizes and color combinations, so I called this company to leave my callback number at 11:30 pm. An employee named Jeffrey took my call immediately, and walked me through the process of placing my order in real time. I was able to order the shirts in minutes, putting in all the details from sizes, colors, to styles. When I explained how we were going to be using the shirts to help local families who lost their homes to wildfires, we received a discount on the order and the tees were shipped for free directly to out local screen printer. Not only did our organization save a ton of money on the shirt prices and free shipping, we received free shirts in the order as a donation from Bulk Shirts warehouse to help out the families in need. THAT was exceptional on their part, and they have earned our VFW business as well as the local American Legion. Great company, great people, great prices, I give it 5 stars across the board.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago to ship UPS ground from Florida to Arizona. I received their e-mail confirmation of my order but I haven't received my order. When I call I always get an answering machine saying how busy they are loading the UPS truck. I sent an e-mail inquiry to them last week and have not gotten a reply. I just left another message today so if I hear from them I'll let you know. I really want my order, but I have a feeling I will be disputing the credit card charge for items never received.

On 12/20/17 I placed an order for two rings and paid $19.95 for expedited shipping. Over three hours later they sent me an email informing me they were back ordering one of the rings until 2/5/2017. I did not see this because I thought I had finished my shopping and put away my computer until after the holidays. I found out about the order when I received one ring and checked on line to see what happened. Emailing them only infuriated me with their slow responses and their lack of customer service. I called them when I received an email from them asking me how they did. Their first claim was that I should have known it was back ordered when I placed the order. Why would I have placed an order and paid extra for delivery if I knew it wasn't available? They insisted it was on the site. When I told her there were only two sizes available when I placed my order and that one of them was the one I wanted she backed off of that lie. She fell back on they emailed me immediately, another lie. When I checked the time of the emails sent there was a gap of three hours between when I placed the order and when the order shipped and twenty more minutes after I received the email that informed me about the back order. Lies and deceit is what you can expect from this company. Too many on-line stores are getting away with terrible service. Customers need to take the time to speak up. In other reviews I have read they called about back orders. They ruined my gift and they charged me $19.95 to do it. And no they are not expediting the second ring.

But now I have no way of sending back without spending a fortune- no valid return label from Germany was included in my erroneous package. Ok, let’s try customer service- no one wants to lose 150 Euros spent on their order, right? I have experienced the most horrible internet buying experience EVER. Terrible . I just attempted to purchase $3600.00 of merchandise . MEANDEM’s ill equipped website would not make the pound to dollar switch... and would not locate a “Please Notify now back in stock ” dress . This was not to be my first purchase.....I have been a very good buying customer for over a year, constantly having issues with ordering ! Truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and arrogant attitudes . I have turned several women on to your site and now will influence them to move on .But honestly they too have suffered the same as me. We are exhausted from your disorganization -3 are from London!! I ordered two of the Sherpa pullovers one in navy blue and the other in a tawny brown color, they are both in excellent quality. I also ordered a Sherpa ear warmer, and the navy striped monogrammed duck boots came free with a purchase of $125 or more. The navy sherpa is very thick and has a thick liner on the inside for added warmth, it also has the option to unzip the sides on the bottom to give it a slit look on the sides or you can keep it zipped to keep it all together. I love this pullover. I order the L/XL and it fits perfect I am 5’4” 200lbs, 40DD, size 16. Sometimes ordering online can be tricky but I read lots of reviews before making my purchases. The tawny monogrammed pullover is a different material not as thick as the navy blue one. Also ordered the L/XL, it fits more snug. It’s more of a stretchier Sherpa material, I love the monogram and how everything turned out. Both pullovers also have a half zipper at the top. The Sherpa ear warmer is very stretchy and fits perfectly. I ordered the oatmeal colored one it’s a mix of white and beige, it goes well with the brown accents on the navy blue Sherpa and the tawny colored one as well. The duck boots I order fit perfectly. I read online that you may want to order up a size, especially if you want to wear thick socks with these. I usually were a size 7.5 wide calf for taller boots. These go about mid calf on me, I ordered a size 8 and they are roomy on my foot but still fit well, also the calf part fits well. With thick socks these will fit perfectly. The calf part can be adjusted with the use of the corset styled laces located on the back of the boot. I have yet to try these outside in the rain but they do seem like the rubber bottoms will be water resistant. Ordered Christmas Eve, and received 12/31. Hoping this review helps you with your shopping decisions! Best of Luck! First time buyer and I love my items, I cannot wait to purchase more in the future.

I purchased a pair of Dingo 11" Dean Harness Western boots and found they were a little too large. I wore them exactly 45 minutes as I walked inside of a local mall. I had saved every bit of the original packing and re-packed them carefully, putting them in the Dingo box and the external cardboard box and spent 25.00 sending them FedEx. The original boots were sent back to me citing, "Visible Outsole Wear", Creasing/Wear Uppers" and "Worn Insoles". Just to be sure, I looked over the boots carefully. Dingo boots are oiled leather uppers and naturally have creases; their justifications were false. I have seen a number of other reviews from customers who were denied returns. The Dingo brand boots are great but Midwest boots has very poor customer service and clearly will not take returns. I strongly urge you to use use other companies; I found at least 10 other online companies with the same, or better, selection of work and western boots.

I ordered boots for my son for his birthday and after only 3 months of wear the soles need to be replaced. I was told to return them (at my expense) for inspection. The boots were returned to me in about a week with a return rejection letter stating they were "dirty" and had "sock lint". Duh...they had been worn for 3 months! The issue was the poor quality of the soles....when I called and spoke to Joe in the return department he was extremely rude. He asked me, "What do you expect me to do with them, they are dirty?" Do they have no clue? For the cost of these boots, over $200, I would expect them to last more than 3 months. Joe claims the worn down soles are due to wear...again NO CLUE!

I placed an order with their company on a Thursday, September 27th. It is now October 9th and I still haven't received my order, or updates whether it shipped. Prior to this current order, I placed another order earlier which arrived on time. I emailed their company (October 3rd) concerning why this current order is taking so long to process, which they were not prompt in responding, I waited a few days for a response. I then received a response which read as: "I'm sorry for the delay, our orders have been taking some time to process lately. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call." This response doesn't really answer much of my question via e-mail. Other than, "taking some time to process." That was also the only question I needed answering concerning why my order was taking such a long time. Also, the item I ordered wasn't customized, but rather a simple belt buckle. This will be my last order with this company. I advise others to be wary when ordering from them. *Edited to add* It is now over 2 weeks and still no updates on my order.
