I take a size 2 shoe and I am most grateful that Pavers still sell size 2. Today I visited Wilton Pavers and to my delight there was a selection of size 2 shoes to choose from. A real treat!! I have visited a number of Pavers stores and alway found the staff most helpful and patient with my small feet. Please do NOT stop selling size 2 as so many shops it is really difficult to buy comfortable, well fitting shoes at a very reasonable price. Thank you. I am now looking for a pair of low boots with Velcro rather than zips as I find the zip boots too tight. I am told there are none in stock at the moment but the assistant gave me a number to enquire in 2/3 weeks time so I am hoping to be fortunate.

I have been buying Pavers shoes for years now from their Liverpool store. I have always had good service from friendly staff and been extremely happy with my purchases. I have had four pairs from them this year all very comfortable fit and will carry on visiting this store. I am very surprised to read a negative review of Pavers from two weeks ago and wouldn't let this put me off buying from them

I spent $70.00 USD on a backpack. Funds were deducted from my account, never received shipment confirmation, never received the product, have contacted representatives over the website, through email, and phone, and get false promises of being contacted at a later date, and false promises of having the issue resolved. It has been over 2 years, every few months I try again and again, and the same old story. I realize I will never get my product, never get a refund, I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS WEBSITE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! topb2c! I am curious as to how and why they are STILL allowed to have a website up and running, they are worse than a Nigerian scam, being sheltered by some rouge government probably. You have been WARNED!

I placed 2 orders withe www.topb2c.cc and over a month ago and have still not received confirmation that they have been shipped. When you email them they either dont reply or send standards replies about your order being shipped in a few days. I would never ever deal with them again!!! I have given up ever getting my orders. I have 3 words of advice if you are thinking of dealing with them....AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!!!!!

Having been a customer of Selfridges since 1979 and having always received good service and good quality products, when deciding where to purchase a Black Leather Biker Jacket as a Christmas gift, I automatically got on the 'interwebby' and searched the Selfridges website.Bingo, item found {cost of £345.00}, item ordered, item despatched, item received.Item too big. Needing to return said item, I contacted Selfridges Customer Services and they arranged a Courier collection for December 10th 2018.All good.The Courier duly arrived at 11.15am and collected the item in its original packaging and I awaited confirmation of safe receipt and my monies refunded so I could purchase an alternative gift. Not having heard anything from Selfridges about this return & refund, I completed the online form advising them of this and waited.On the 17th of December Selfridges sent me an email saying 'We're looking into it'.By Christmas Eve, I had still not heard from Selfridges, so telephoned them and spoke to a 'Customer Services Agent.I once again advised them of the situation and was told that whilst they could confirm that the parcel had been successfully collected from my house by Selfridges designated Courier service, they could not now find it and therefore WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY at this time. I followed Selfridges instructions regarding the return of items of value to 'the letter' and personally handed the goods to Selfridges designated agent/courier as arranged.How can I be held responsible for what happens to it and where it goes once it is no longer in my possession?.Why should I be held financially responsible and be penalised for someone else's unprofessional conduct. This item was a Christmas gift and due to it's value, one I could not afford to replace until I had received my refund.As a result of the very poor 'Customer Service' I have received, not only do I not have my money back, but the recipient of my intended gift did not get anything for Christmas. If this is the way that Selfridges treat longstanding customers then very soon there will be very few left. I ACTED IN GOOD FAITH, I EXPECT THE SAME OF SELFRIDGES.

I bought a dress from IfitDress in a size 4, and it came fitting horribly, far off what any normal size 4 would fit. I tried to return, but the rude stagg at IfitDress told me I needed to take pictures of my daughter (who is underage) in the dress before they would accept a return. I would never send such pictures in a poorly fitting dress that shows a lot of skin to a bunch of potential perverts in China. NEVER BUY FROM IFITDRESS.COM !!!

I was initially hesitant to purchase the jacket online, from China, with a new company. After the jacket arrived, my fears were quickly erased. I receive compliments on the jacket constantly. Almost every evening I wear the jacket, someone will approach me with a compliment. As for the customer service, it's been excellent. There was a slight tear in the jacket's pocket after only a few months of use. But the customer service number here in the US works. The rep quickly forwarded my issue to the company in China who not only once, but twice, overnight shipped me replacement materials (leather, thread.). Extremely pleased with both quality and customer service; will recommend CWMalls to anyone looking for a lifelong jacket.

I have bought over ten retro football shirts from TOFFS. I have mostly positive experiences, and I love old style football shirts. they have a great range, especially 50s and 60s. I like the quality. One possible issue for some is delivery, often the shirt you want is not in stock, and so a wait of at least 14-28 days has been common. Hence it is best to phone to check whether in stock. However I am often not in a rush, so this does not bother me. I have requested an alteration to the shirt by phone, and asked whether a long sleeved version can be produced of a 'short sleeve' shirt, and for an additional £5 they have done this. So I am pleased with this ability to customise. Another possible concern is that some muliticoloured shirts can 'bleed' in the wash. But I note they have provided more precise washing instructions over recent years, suggesting you avoid any wash over 40C and avoid tumble drying. So after a couple of disappointing experiences I have learned to wash carefully. One final issue - their range for some clubs can stop suddenly due to licensing issues, hence I was gutted when they stopped doing Heart of Midlothian shirts!

I am still waiting for my refund of £22.70, it has become a nightmare, no one from the Company deals with the problem. As a last effort, details are Customer Number A4416349. Original order was goods BF155A6 &G07553A posted 09 Oct '17. I was asked to prove my cheques had arrived,by Usman Ahmed, Customer Service @ Manchester. I sent proof and have Royal Mail delivery signature. No response, not even an Email! 20Nov'17 received from Mr.Swindells, ref.RE07/A/101 a refund of £5.91. of my second cheque, so if this was traced, why could they not find my £22.70 cheque?? This is the worst experience of mail order, never again.

My order had not arrived after 14 days. I phoned H of B and was told that the vinyl tablecloths were out of stock. When I phoned customer services the phone was not answered, so I then got through to sales. The phone was answered promptly. The tablecloths were in the sale at a third of the full price. I asked, and also wrote to ask, why there was no system in place to inform cusomters if an item was not available. I had to make an expensive phone call to find out where my order was. I ordered my items by post and enclosed a cheque. I was asked if I wanted the company to retain my money against a further order. I said that I had no intention of ever ordering anything from H of B again. My payment was returned in the form of a cheque. I did not receive an answer from customer services as to why I had not been informed that the item was out of stock. Strangely in the next catalogue that arrived the same vinyl tablecloth was offered at the full price. Perhaps it is always out of stock when it is in the sale. Never again.

There should be an option for Zero stars, 1 is too generous! Looks like my problem has happened to a lot of others. Placed 2 orders for next day a couple of weeks ago for comparison. kept 3 and returned 7. Partially refunded and partially gift card due to sale items which isn't clear online. Chantel unhelpful (shock, i see a pattern in the other reviews) Cost me over £12 to post the 2 parcels back. They only have 1 parcel so far, the other is sitting at the sorting office in Manchester due to them being closed on saturdays, if it doesn't get to them by tomorrow it will miss the 14 days therefore will get a voucher for those items! Absolutely disgraceful. The women in my office are horrified and also will not be using AX Paris in the future. Currently taking this up with Trading Standards

A man from naveet gem asked me what kind of stuff I am looking for and how much I will buy. He told me that he's busy and minimum purchase is $1000. NavneetGems has been my supplier for cabochons since one year 2 months, my recent order was for 6mm round cabochons in moonstone, sapphire, lapis, agate, amethyst and peridot. As always, they guys sent me pictures before sending me goods and once I approved then they sent me, my ordered goods. I have never been unhappy a bit, their services, delivery are always satisfactory.

I cannot believe all the 5/5 reviews. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a vendor of any kind. 100% terrible experience. The dresses were cheaply made, the sash was not a true sash, the color was all wrong, and they didn't want me to return the merchandise until I got my credit card company involved, then I had to pay the shipping TO CHINA. Needless to say, it was expensive, and I still didn't have either of the bridesmaid dresses I needed. Don't do it, but if you do, keep fighting them in your e-mail exchanges, and get your credit card company involved if needed. Not only did they insult me via e-mail, try to make me believe the poorly made dresses were acceptable, and try to cheat me out of getting a refund SEVERAL times (word to the wise, don't settle for their coupons--you can only use one per order, and they make sure you can't get anything for the price of one coupon), they also constantly tried to make me think I was at fault for all of it. Do not purchase from this company, go to an actual store and talk to a live person. Update: I would still not recommend this retailer to anyone, but after four months, getting my credit card company involved, e-mailing with eight different "customer service representatives," and way more time, effort, and cost than anticipated, I did in fact get my money refunded for the dresses and the shipping cost back to China. Moral of the story: keep at it.

I ordered a new pair of goggles from one of the big co-op sports stores because I had a gift card there. I wanted another lens for the Smith IO/7's and found prolens.com. After realizing they were one of the few who had the lens in stock with the the lowest pricing and free shipping I placed the order a day after my online goggle purchase from the big co-op. I found the earlier reviews on here and became concerned after I placed my order and worried I may be in for a not so good experience. However, many ski gear forums recommend prolens.com so I decided to wait. Within a few hours of placing my order, I had a shipping confirmation number! The lens arrived yesterday and was perfect!! The funny thing is this order was placed after my goggle order. The goggles were shipped from a location that is physically closer to me, by far, than the prolens shipment. The lens arrived yesterday and my goggles wont even be here until tomorrow :(. For me this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and I would highly recommend prolens.com. The pricing was unbeatable and extremely fast shipping. I just want to add that I am always skeptical of reviews but I was not asked to write this, I have no connection to this place but with the great experience I had, I think it's important to list it given the other reviews on here.

I ordered mine about Feb 25th and got it about the march 6th. On the march 14th they fell apart! Both nose pieces and so did the ear pieces. I told them they needed to send me a new replacement. They said that it was my fault and I needed to pay for them to be sent back. I asked them if its covered under the warranty. they said there is no warranty and it sounded like they are going to charge me for the new ones. When I kept asking if they are going to charge me for them he started getting mad at me. They won't give you a straight answer!! Then they told me to text a picture of it and send it to them but they wouldn't give me the number to text. Every time I asked for the number they would yell at me!! The paint came off. They look like used frames! The frames look old and used just put in new lenses. My old eye glass doctor fixed it for free! He felt so bad because I got a voucher to get these for free because I am poor. He is giving me a free top line glasses! So If you want good glasses don't get them here! They will fall apart and you will have to pay for them!!

I ordered two sarees to be delivered on the 20th of April. It is 18th of April now and I do not hear anything from them. They are not available through phone calls or emails. How can they leave a customer in the dark with no point of contact at all? The product was supposed to be shipped on April 7th. Please Beware of this company. I am going to have legal actions taken against them so that I get my money back. But do not use them company. Instead use bharatplaza which I just used and they have also a chat option and almost all the sarees are available there as well.

I have purchased a number of shirts from Allied in the past with excellent results. However, the results on my most recent (January 2108) purchase (2 shirts) was quite disappointing. I had ordered teal green shirts with forest green text and what I received was teal green shirts with faded-looking, glossy blue-green text rather than the dark forest green I had ordered. My fiance lost the beautiful 3 ctw Daniela engagement ring that I had purchased for her a few months earlier; she was distraught. After a call to our insurance agent, I contacted Brian Ali at Daniela about getting an exact dupliicate replacement of the lost ring. He was very responsive, sent photos of the stone he had available and the exact setting I had purchased before. Several calls and emails to finalize and... the very next day I had the replacement ring! Dealing long-distance can be scarey with a major purchase, but Brian and Daniela did everything they said they would do-- and at warp speed. I will definately return for wedding bands and other jewelry pruchases.

I returned some items from my order in Sept. I have the USPS tracking number which shows when the package was delivered to them. They now say they never received the package, even though the tracking number confirms it was delivered and when. And they refuse to issue me a refund. I will never buy anything again from them. Buyer beware if you need to return items to them. They took over 2 weeks to deliver my order to me and only give you 14 days to return anything to them, and you need to get an RMA code before you can send back your return. Horrible customer service, I don't know what more I need to prove to them they received my return and someone there possibly lost it. But now I'm the one suffering because of their mistake. Would not recommend purchasing from them. Never been treated so poorly by any company.

I’ve been ordering from them for the past 2 years. The quality of the clothing is beyond amazing, pricing is so low and affordable it almost feels like the clothes are too low priced. The size charts in their websites are too and 100% spot on, which makes ordering clothes on line all the more enjoyable. Delivery has always been quick. I've made a few orders from clearly, the first order I got an excellent deal buy one get one free so I got 2 pairs of really nice glasses for a total of $63 dollars and they came days after I ordered. My last order 2 days after placing it the glasses we're here, they have the quickest service 2 days is all I've had to wait when I go in person anywhere else it takes at least 2 weeks and I've waited a month for glasses so I'm very happy I don't have to wait when I order from clearly. Not to mention the prices are way less I just had a pair of lenses made for old frames and paid $130 just for basic lenses, times I've had new glasses with lenses I've paid $450 but at clearly I can spend less than $100 for a complete pair of glasses and if they have a sale even less, and get faster service I really like being able to skip the whole thing of going in to a store and overpay and wait weeks, the glasses I've gotten at clearly have all been great quality. Highly recommend

I cannot get them to send me the return address, even after weeks of trying. I had used Paypal for this transaction, and opened a complaint through Paypal, and they too, have been completely useless. Don't use this company. If I get any assistance from Very Tango Store, I will retract this post.

Five months ago I ordered and paid a pair of shoes via Very Tango online Store. Since I paid the invoice, nobody from the customer service or retail answered to my questions when I can expect the shipment to arrive. So I spent almost 200 USD via Very Tango online store and never received any goods from them. Should I report them as Internet scam? And how? I am willing to do so. I strongly do not recommend this shop!

They only responded when started a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charge, and they refused to do anything at that point. I recommend looking for a more reputable company to purchase from.

Not only were all the employees polite, they were very hospitable at the office and accommodated my needs. They answered all my questions in full detail as to what goes into the process, value, and depreciation. I was impressed that they took the time to get to know me and my level of taste. I actually saw them on TV and really likes their ad and felt like they were good people to do business with.I went in there the next day to sell my Rolex Daytona that I got as a gift from my previous employer. I spoke with Steven and he was excellent to deal with. He was straight with me which I appreciated the most and gave me a fair price for my watch. I actually ended up buying some gold coins that they had in their display case too.They are honest and straight forward just like the other reviewers stated,I am happy with the transaction.

My dad's old watch which he probably got in the 1930s (he died in 1943) was in pretty bad shape after the back fell off while I was on a detail in Korea in 1957. The back was dinged and sweat got into the works and gummed that up. The repair wasn't cheap, but the results exceeded my expectations.

After I placed the order for the 1/4 zip sweatshirt, I looked around at the range in the quality of sweatshirts on the market and so many of them are cheesy and feel more like a t-shirt than a nice sweatshirt. I became worried that this would look and feel cheap and was very happy when it arrived and it was good quality. We haven't had it long enough to wash yet but I'm hoping it holds up in the wash as well. This was something for my daughter to feel proud to wear and it wasn't cheap to buy so I'm happy that it came out the way it did.

I spoke to Eric and explained to him that these were going to be for the victims of the Las Vegas Route 91 shooting. I explained what and when I needed them and he exceeded my expectations. I have dealt with other wristband companies and had so many issues. Eric made sure my order was approved by us and exactly how we wanted them. Only complaint: FedEx delivers during daytime by 8 pm, which means anytime between early morning and 8 pm, and they require a signature when they hand over the package. If you want a specific 2-hour delivery window, it comes with an additional price. I should have used my work address instead of my home address, to avoid this problem.

Sent us Pins 10 days after our event was OVER (and we paid EXTRA for expedited shipping). Then refused to answer our phone calls, voicemails, emails. When we finally reached them after pretending to inquire about a new order they said it wasn't their fault the shipping company didn't get it to us on time. Our 10 year old's were the only ones at World series without pins and were very disappointed. Parents were disappointed in the $650+ down the drain. Such bad business people with awful customer service.

Ordered 2 different patches from this vendor. Communication was very good with David, and I had a designer do the design in the appropriate format so they would be professional. When the patches came, on one of them the colors were way off. Vendor did not have a universal color chart or thread color to choose from. He pointed to website that has a color chart you can look at on the monitor, which is not an accurate way to do colors either. Asked him to do a sample and get a photo from the factory in China so we could be sure it would not happen again. He said that was a $50 fee!! He never made it right and should have made sure it came out correctly. I ended up going with another patch company, they did a sample at no charge, got it right the first time, and when they came in the mail they were much thicker and better quality than the PatchSuperstore patches. I asked for a credit, multiple emails, zero response. Will never use again.

Tradesy changed its return policy, without disclosing it to the customers, which now requires that all returns must be send back to sellers, even thou the sellers represented items correctly and followed sellers policy. Normally Tradesy would be obligated to hold returned inventory. When I reached out to Tradesy, they said that "due to a pandemic we are not taking any returns". Tradesy warehouse is operating as every return is shipped to the warehouse, inspected by Tradesy staff, and than returned to a seller. So to say that because of the pandemic we are not taking returns is ridiculous. Not taking inventory is just more profitable for Tradesy and they are capitalizing given distressed market environment. Tradesy returns on average take about 8 weeks, and chances are that you will not receive your item back (there is a huge error rate in shipping labels), and if you do get your item back most the time it will be in terrible condition Tradesy has relaxed rules for buyers in terms of returns and buyers can return items after 10+ post delivery. I am still waiting for two items to be returned to me since February. As an ex seller I would not recommend Tradesy.

I recently purchased the Laren IV, 2 CT and proposed to my, now Fiance. When I first seen it I was amazed! I’m a hair stylist who does hair weave. I use the bead method on my girls when I put in extensions. I purchase thread beads from pandahall on a regular basis and have not gone back. Not only is it cheaper, but it seems as if they hold up longer. I like using wooden beads. A lot of the ones that I have used…the top coating that keeps them smooth and shiny would begin to peel. Not anymore. No sir. The ones I get from pandahall can be washed and reused which I love. The thread is awesome as well. It doesn’t lift or puff up when I apply it to the hair- this was a problem that I had encountered before with hairstyling. I love pandahall. For all of you hair stylists out there who do weaves or use thread I recommend shopping here because you can get more colors for way cheaper.

As you do, I read reviews and they were very good for JeenJewels. I first contacted JeenJewels on Dec 24th when I ordered a beautiful diamond engagement ring for the very special lady in my life. I fully expected that because of the time of year (Christmas Eve) that I would not hear anything about the order until at least after Christmas and really wouldn't have been surprised if it was after New Years. I was so surprised and impressed when JeenJewels contacted me on "Christmas Day" to thank me for the order and explain the production cycle and when I could expect the ring to be shipped. Jeenjewels followed up through every step, when it went into production, when it went to the jeweller to have the diamonds set, and when it was shipped. It was an amazing experience and by far the best service that I have ever received from an online store or a brick and mortar store. The ring arrives two days after it was shipped (it is absolutely beautiful) and came in a beautiful ring box, and she loves it. We purchased my .75ct emerald cut morganite ring from Jeen Jewels in September 2016. We paid a modest $399 and were very excited for the ring to come. We ordered 9/15 and the "ship date" was 9/29. We received the ring on 9/21 via shipping from Canada. Here are some PROs and CONs of using Jeen Jewels: PROS: 1. We actually did receive a ring, before schedule... 2. Independent jeweler did confirm the size, and said the prongs, etc. were well made. We did not get screwed.... 3. My ring truly is beautiful, my center stone is bright, clear, and well cut.... 4. Budget friendly, You are going to get a killer deal... 5. They did answer my e-mail to customer service in a timely manner CONS: 1. The side diamonds are not SI1 grade, they are cloudy to the naked eye.. But for $399, I could not complain 2. This is not "hand made", nor does it ship from Florida... These come from some factory in Canada. Be aware of that. We live in Michigan, so this did not bother us... 3. I never received any certificate of authenticity. However, independent jeweler did confirm that this ring is real. You may want to do the same... 4. This ring DOESNT look like the photo. Photo had me believing that it was MUCH larger. We both were shocked at the small size. However, the description DID say it was .75ct, and jeweler confirmed it was .75ct.. Just READ the print people! Do not rely on the photo or expect the photo..... Overall, you are getting a nice ring at a discounted price. Expect some hiccups for a ring under $1000... You cannot go into this expecting amazing customer service and a flawless ring when you are paying so little. You get what you pay for! But truly, this is the best bang for your buck if you are on a tight budget. Overall, we are happy and my ring is very pretty.

I am in Canada and placed an order with TeeTurtle on November 21st. My order was shipped to Germany where it sat for two weeks. It is now back in the States. I will not get it before Christmas even though I placed over a month ago. I PMd customer service on Facebook and they asked me to get in touch. There is no phone number so I sent another message. Now my messages are being blocked. While I have no doubt the quality of the merchandise is good, I will NEVER order from them again. If you are in Canada, I do not recommend you ordering from them either. And regardless of where you are, if you depend on good customer service, you should not order from them either. :(

I ordered a jacket on the 2nd of December to give to my husband for Christmas. I noticed that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size so I attempted to do a quick return or possibly cancel the order. There was no response. I waited another week still no response. I attempted to write to their customer service but still no response. Today is the 28th of December and I never received a refund and still no merchandise. I have attempted to write 4 times to customer service with no response at all. This company just stole 130 dollars from me and of course, there is no phone number to call or person to speak with about this problem. I would never recommend ordering anything from these swindlers.
