re: ordered 14k gold diamond (0.13ct) zipper belly ring When the body jewelry arrived, I was wowed speechless. It is a gorgeous piece with a dangley zipper tab, diamonds on the ball (an unexpected but pleasant surprise that I did not see on this item's website photo!) as well as the zipper. Yummy! Personnel respond quickly to calls and emails, a quality touch. The package shipped on Saturday via FedEx and arrived Tuesday, a 2 day delivery.

I purchased a watch from 3G Watches as a gift to a friend in LA. Their ad specifically states that an adult would have to sign for receipt of watch (gift). My friend did not received gift and I contacted 3G. 3G emailed the UPS tracking #. The UPS delivery states that it was delivered to the address given but, was left at the door. No adult signature!!! 3G will not reimburse the loss. I feel that 3G has an issue with the shipping company. In the interim, I have not received any replies or emails from 3G. I would caution anybody doing business with 3G.

I bought a Smartwatch from 3G. I lost the charger connect. Have been trying to get in touch for a replacement of the connector and no response since July 2014. Bad bad service. I am stuck with a watch, without a charger connector. I cannot even find spare on the entire internet.

Overall I like the meggings very much. The fit is very good. The phone pocket is not quite as impressive or secure as in some other brands of compression tights/shorts. The printed pattern is not quite as impressive in person as in the photographs. I’ve worn them for outdoor exercise several times and they definitely serve their purpose and look pretty good.

I requested a smaller size (story below) and the next email I received was a shipping notification and a super friendly response email letting me know my request was on the way! Story: I bought two shirts to test them out (the bamboo shirts are extremely comfy - perfect for my new work from home life). I'm 5'11" and purchased a large, not knowing if / how much they would shrink. While comfy, they were a bit big and I wasn't wearing them. So I wrote an email to Onno at 3am MT, with a response not more than two hours later! Could not be happier to invest in a quality piece of clothing that is sustainably sourced by a very attentive company.

When I shopped inside a store, my daughter was wearing 2 sizes bigger in formal wear than her regular clothing size, so I was a little skeptical about the size to order. The size chart on the website advised that it was pretty accurate. I followed the size chart, even though it showed to be at her regular clothing size. The dresses I ordered fit my daughter perfect. I am very pleased with the website and guaranteed to be a returning customer!!!

I have on 03.12.2018 with the order number 400045484 made a purchase, paid for watches and watch straps and chose the international delivery with German Post. The seller changed the carrier without my knowledge and sent another courier service. He caused me to unexpected expenses in the form of debt collection and brokerage services. The same day I wrote to the customer service of the business. I hoped that & quot; reasonable people & quot; worked there. I wanted them to cancel the delivery from a muddy forwarder, cancel the transaction, and return the money. The store ignored my requirements and began to hang noodles on the ears. So two weeks passed, the package came back to the seller, the store did not return the money. They did not even apologize, by the way, I got the money only after 2 months thanks to the Paypal support dispute. The shop did not want to return my picture and left the goods at home. This is not a praised German quality. These are circus performances from the gateway that rob gullible people. Many reviews about this store can be found in the last year of the negative. If you want to buy a good watch and get it guaranteed, you will see other offers for comparison. Good luck to all readers.

Had a very bad experience buying an expensive saree from them online. Looked specifically for white color (for a themed special occasion) and even confirmed with them over email that it is indeed pure white. After a long wait received a completely different color saree. Their excuse was that they didn't have what I ordered fo and hence sent me a saree with similar design!! And the saree I received looked like old and used - had threads coming out from the sides!! I still see the white saree picture in their website. BEWARE

I ordered a bathing suit from this company over a month and a half ago. When it was scheduled to arrive, I got a call saying it was no longer available. The refund I was promised in writing and on the phone never came either, to the point where my bank has to get involved. I’m out almost 90 dollars and never received a product. Coats were great, customer service was worse than fastfood after midnight. Rude. Unopen to feedback and snarky. The coats don't stay shut with the buttons they chose. I let them know and they got super rude with me. As a seamstress I gave them notes about the updates they need to do to their duster coats for their buttons to work, the snaps they used were too small. Instead of thanking me for the tip.n I was told to return the items even though I said I was keeping them and fixing them. RUDE UNGRATEFUL UNAPPRECIATIVE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS HARD PASS

I’ve bought a number of pairs of shoes from Sophia Webster and this is the last time I’ll buy anything. They sent shoes which didn’t look like the website image. I sent them back over 2 weeks ago and still not received money back into my account. Also not had a response from my enquiry. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had. They took a double payment before and I had to wait a week till they released the hold on the funds. When I asked them about it I had the most rude customer service experience. I’ve bought Louboutins, Valentino, jimmy choo shoes and the customer service and experience is the polar opposite. Do yourself a favour and spend your money on one of these brands who know how to treat customers.

I got a mothers ring for Christmas from here. I ordered a 9. I tried it on its to small. Went to a jeweler to get it resized they said the ring was a 8 3/4 so I just paid 64.00 to have it resized. Thanks a lot for costing me more money!! Will never order from here again.

I ordered a Prince theme necklace for my GF, my budget is 3000 but was quoted 3200 by Pual Mazza. I found a lower price elsewhere but the item was already produced. I had called to cancel, was told no refunds, only store credits. At time of order, their refund policy was not disclosed. They claim copy rights to the item so as to dissuade me from going elsewhere, which I already have. This policy was also not disclosed. My word of advice is to shop around before buying, especially a custom order. They will deny a refund and claim copy rights to the item. In this case, its a Prince item and no way they can claim a copyright to it. They are ridiculous.

That I had to get a local tailor to alter it substantially. Ordered high heels which were the right size, (sole) length wise, but the rest of the shoe - height of the part covering the toes and ankle etc - were soooo off, as if they made the shoe only in one size, and just shortened it, for smaller sizes. My foot would lift up by 1-1,5 cms every time I wanted to take a step, so walking was impossible. I felt like a little girl walking around in mama's shoes!! The design was great and I couldn't find an equivalent anywhere else, so I took my chances, but it costed me 20-30 bucks to send the shoes back, and get less than a full refund. Milanoo .... never again!

Sorvolando l'assenza prolungata di un'assistenza in lingua italiana, e la lentezza di evasione delle mail, questi signori non hanno compreso che portando i livelli di controllo al pari delle boutique gli oggetti usati, stanno perdendo venditori, e senza venditori, fine degli oggetti in vendita, fine degli acquirenti e delle loro commissioni (le più elevate del web) che li tengono in vita. Vendo dal 2006, ho talmente tante cose, che saranno state usate due volte, ci ho venduto circa 20 oggetti, ma da 6 mesi torna tutto indietro (con una lentezza inconcepibile) per rifiuti del cliente: ebbene si, anche se si tratta di usato (altrimenti si andrebbe in negozio), l'acquirente può effettuare un reso, è ridicolo! Se si reclama, rispondono "Vestiaire Collective non ha un efficiente controllo di qualità", corretti, non vi pare? Se lo sapessero su VC.. però la si vende, le commissioni sono umane, e le offerte di prezzo non possono essere ridicole come su Rebelle. Offerte basse, diritto di recesso, rifiuti, e gli oggetti sono a spasso quasi un mese, spesso restituiti in involucri inadatti e senza protezioni. Quindi, impossibile vendere e anche acquistare: le commissioni elevatissime, più la spedizione, costringono l'immissione di prezzi di vendita improbabili e non concorrenziali, spesso Rebelle stesso consiglia un prezzo nettamente inadeguato -inferiore- non negoziabile: se non si accetta, l'oggetto non viene accettato! Veniamo alle modalità di vendita: mmesse solo 5 foto, se un acquirente ne chiede altre, bisogna inviarle prima al sito tramite mail, ma conviene anche chiamare, dato che sono lenti; il risultato è solo una risposta tardiva che scoraggia la vendita. Nessun cliente che ordina con bonifico bancario, porta a termine l'acquisto, senza conseguenze, se al contrario un oggetto non fosse disponibile alla vendita, il venditore viene ammonito con minaccia di pagare PURE le commissioni! In merito a ciò..è stata dichiarata falsa una maglia AUTENTICA di Vuitton, scuse telefoniche della povera Ilaria che, dal call center, si sorbisce ogni lamentela, ma in quel caso io ho perso la vendita, e nessuno mi ha dato un soldo. Questo non accade su Vestiaire, e, diciamocelo, se l'acquirente può fare un RESO SULL'USATO, IL VENDITORE DOVREBBE POTER AMMINISTRARE DEI PROPRI OGGETTI, dichiarando subito se sono disponibili o meno, dato che sono soltanto IN CONTO VENDITA se non si usa la concierge. Tutela 100% all'acquirente e 0% al venditore. Spero di essere stato esaustivo, aggiornerò ogni commento alle prossime esperienze.

Commissioni elevate, assistenza inutile, controlli che inventano macchie e altri difetti, spedizione indietro degli oggetti rifiutati più lunga di un parto e con scarsissima cura..solo una perdita di tempo! Peccato che abbiano rifiutato anche oggetti originali, senza averlo saputo riconoscere, quindi anche largamente incompetenti, ma non hanno una PEC, essendo questa in Germania non obbligatoria, quindi si rendono intoccabili. Mai acquisterò da loro, e sto rimuovendo i miei oggetti presenti: hanno sbagliato troppe volte, non sono alla pari dei competitor e la loro pessima fama precede quasi il loro tremendo operato.

They shipping company said they delivered it, but I don’t know who they delivered it to. When I contacted them to let them know I did not get my dresses they were no help. Not only did I end up losing money, but I ended up spending more money to get another dress for an important event.

Ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming. She is very tiny and we were able to order it in a custom size. It was ordered, made, shipped and delivered in less than 2 weeks. The dress is beautifully made and fits perfect. They did question the measurements I sent in, I confirmed that yes she is that little. Customer service was great.

Never deal with this company. Gift cards are matured 24 months from date of purchase and not when given. Customer services are just reading scripts. Do not waste your money with this company. All the unused gift cards just line their pockets, you are better giving cash. Other large companies like Marks and Spencers and John Lewis are customer friendly and will help you with gift card problems. Not Monsoon. Will never recommend anyone to purchase or deal with them, as they are just not friendly to customers.

I placed an order on August 9th 2009 and have not yet received it and it is now december 18th. Yes it is almost 5 months. I have gotten answers that it has been shipped and it must be lost, no way to track pkg because they dropped it off in an overnight box, weather conditions stopped mail ( I heard the weather did stop for 1 day but if it was mailed when they said it was I should have gotten it way before the weather conditions. then a new one was being made and it was being mailed out. never received it. Then for my troubles i could pick out a christmas outfit. I was going to say thanks but no thanks but I gave in and tried to work with them and give the benifit of the doubt. Still nothing. This was over a month ago and the turnaround for the items is 2-3 weeks? I don't think that's quite right. Now christmas is almost here and nothing. No rockin denim petti (original order) and no christmas freebie. Even if I received it tomorrow the original skirt won't fit my daughter now. I have just emailed them to have them reimburse me and I am waiting for a response. I am NOT happy with them at all.

I placed an order on May 12th and was sent a receipt that the dress would take 3-5 weeks to ship. I contacted the boutique after 4 weeks of not hearing anything and was told it "shouldn't be that long". Contacted after 6 weeks and asked to just be refunded if I wasn't going to get it any time soon. NO REFUNDS. Was told it would ship on the 29th of JUNE. Not shipped...contacted again on the 2nd of JULY and was told it would ship on the 3rd...again NOT shipped....contacted again on the 7th and was told it shipped that day!! I finally got it AFTER 8 weeks of run around!! The dress was not what I expected. Definitely not worth the money. I ordered and PAID for extra ruffles and DID NOT get extra ruffles. I will never shop at this store again. Extremely excessive shipping costs also. Charged me $13.85 for shipping and sent it Priority for $4.80. Horrible customer service!!!

Do not bother! Purchased a pair of tights 2 months ago which were faulty and have FOUR holes in them when I had only worn them a total of 10times!! I paid over $100 for them and was told that they were considered reasonable wear and tear! Are you kidding? Not to mention that the lady at the Macarthur Square store was unbelievably rude about it. I have previously liked my Lorna Jane products but due to the fact that they do not stand behind their own product, I will never purchase from them again. Go spend less money and actually get what you pay for. These are not better tights, they just cost more and the staff are rude.

I ordered a ring and earring, paid $50 shipping, items arrive and the ring is correct but the earring was wrong, I emailed 3 times, after 2 weeks they replied and arranged to have someone pick up the incorrect item however I said I want 2 x the earring as I didnt realise it wasnt a pair (should be made more obvious online) however they told me I have to order the earring again, pay another $50 shipping despite them about to send me my original earring anyway. I've now ordered 3 separate items from their website showing as "available' but each time it takes over a week for the company to write back to say they are unavailable and then suggests the refund for these items will take 5-10 working days ! Surely this is just a con to keep everyone's money in their bank for half a month when the items probably never even existed !! Horrified and disgusted !

From the start very poor communications skills (who wants to be called "hun" by the company you are buying from?!) and miscommunications. From a very cheap price point I did not expect much but NFD has actually managed to be worse than I thought. Upon buying a skirt I was sent the wrong size (after delivery took ages) and once I tried to exchange this the whole mess just grew bigger as no replies were given by their Returns team after a week of chasing. In the end, not only was I waiting over a week to hear their incorrect item had been delivered back to them but I had to chase many people to try and see if the size I bought had been sent over, only to find out they had a "problem with this sizes batch" and wouldn't be able to do the exchange. Now, I can only hope that they actually refund my purchase (checking statements non-stop) and this nightmare will be over. Very unprofessional and an overall mad experience that I just want to be done with.

After purchasing sunglasses totaling £1023.25 and receiving a 'successful order' confirmation, the following day I received another email the next day from Edel claiming my credit card had been declined. Despite my then sending Edel my on line credit card statement clearly stating the transaction was quote "Approved" they still maintained they had not been paid. My bank confirmed Edel had definitely been paid, yet once again Edel falsely claimed they had not been paid. Edel then emailed me to say they had refunded my credit card and cancelled the order. How can they refund a payment they claim was not made? Totally incompetent. Don't waste your time guys, order elsewhere. (I have no doubt Edel will post a reply still falsely claiming they hadn't received the payment. Trust me they had and were sent black & white proof. The fact they continued arguing after receiving this positive proof just about says it all).

Ordered a fridge freezer which I had to wait in for delivery of. Standard stuff. When it arrived the driver refused to take my old one as he didn’t have room!!! He didn’t want it in his van because it would be in the way. I had paid for scraping. So Costco arranged for another crew to pick it up the next day. Another wait. The new fridge was then faulty but customer service said the replacement couldn’t come the next day with the scrapping crew because there would not be room. This didn’t make any sense as all vans had room!! They were taking my old one so room wasn’t an issue. So a third day wait has to be done but not for 5 days!! Meaning I had to ask my neighbour to store my frozen goods. No compensation for my time or the inconvenience was offered. They could of at least refunded my extra scrapping cost. Poor customer service. I won’t be buying online appliances from them again or recommending friend do.

I was stunned when I tasted your new pre-cooked bacon. The previous product was aways a great joy, easy to open and close, and absolutely delicious. The new product, which I see was produced and assembled by Costco is in a package very difficult to open, and is even harder to close securely. I could live with that, but the flavor is objectionable, way too salty and not even a pleasant flavor. You should stick to your nice roast chicken and go back to the previous precooked bacon. Somebody up there seems to be immune to salt. Thank you.

Always a huge selection, and have been able to snag some items that were out of stock elsewhere. They have a good selection of fuller-bust lingerie which always comes in handy. Customer service is generally good, although when I once ordered a "100% cotton" scarf as a gift that turned out to be entirely synthetic, I never received a reply from customer service at all. All in all a solid pick for when thrifting won't do.

I ordered from this company a long time ago, the quality, material, fit and colour of the item were far from the picture shown in the website. I sent them a polite email to which I had the most blunt and rude response telling me their pictures were a true representation of the items. I was outright refused a refund even though the quality was extremely poor and the item was unwearable. I was told I needed to pick a new item. Which I ended up doing as there was no other way of resolving the issue. To no surprise the replacement item was also of poor quality. Cheap, thin material which looked more like pyjamas or even a ‘dress up’ outfit. I delved further into the ‘store’ online and saw a few home truths. I wish I had done my research beforehand as I have yet another unwearable item. This company has ZERO customer service, extremely rude and do not care once they have taken your money. I tell everyone I know to NEVER order from the site. Disgusting.

Do not order from this brand. My order arrived missing an item and they are refusing to take any action. Honestly shocked. Disputing via PayPal now so wish me luck... In terms of quality, it has been hit or miss. The good items are really good but some stuff isn’t lined which is a shame. Overall not worth it if they are going to lie about packing orders and not actioning disputes.

It takes Lacoste 24 hours to take your money for an order. But three weeks to process a return order and refund( they receive my return on December 29th told me there wouldn't be a refund at least until the 19th). I will never do any more online shopping with them. More than likely won't be buying any more of their clothes cuz the nearest Lacoste store is two and a half hours away from me

I ordered Charlie Banana reusable diapers from Figure 8 Maternity and they were the best purchase I have made for my 7 month old! I have 2 children; a 2 1/2 year old and a 7 month old and after using disposable diapers for my first child and for the first 6 months of my second child, we were so tired of the amount of money we spent every month on diapers. I ordered 2 boxes of Charlie Banana reusable diapers and absolutely love them! They fit great and no leaks! Best of all, they save us tons of money! I would definitely recommend these to a friend!

Bought a 9ct gold pair of earrings just over a year ago and the 2 Diamanté on one of the Earrings has come out. The other one is lifting on the Diamanté strip attached. I have only worn these max 5 times. Told by sales assistant they have had a knock! I have just worn them in my ears nothing has knocked them. They would need to send them away for three to four weeks for an assessment. Did I abuse them or is it a manufacturing problem they do need to find out! No I just put them in my ears and wore them. Nice to have such wonderful after sales service. So I am without my earrings for 3to 4weeks,whilst they assess them. If it looks like I am at fault I will have to pay for the repair. Didn't like them implying that I may have caused the stones to fall out. I have spent a lot of money with this store in Lakeside and I can honestly say never again after this response.

MINUS ZERO STARS!! Cheaply made in China. Note that you never see a back pic of the model because the clothes are most probably pinned behind to make them look naturally fitted and shaped. They are not. They are sewn rectangles, and the material has a synthetic look and feel. And Noracora doesn't care about sending the right size b/c you're going to want to return it anyway. Note too that the 5-star reviews you see on Amz are in Asian English and there are no reviews (that I could find) posted on the Noracora site (with good reason, as the genuine ones wouldn't rate more than 2 stars). As other reviewers have pointed out, trying to get a refund is an exercise in time-consuming frustration. "Becky" or "Merry" will make you jump thru hoops to get $2 back on a $14.42 item (15%), which likely cost a dollar to manufacture in China and which contributed in cargo pollution to ship/fly all the way out to the States. You eat the total shipping cost, which in my case was over $10. Shipping it back to China would be prohibitively expensive. BIG SCAM. (Please feel free to cut and paste and post this review anywhere and everywhere.) UPDATE: After a great deal of persistence on my side, they are offering me a 40% refund.

The biggest online scam I’ve dealt with. Clothing items are a joke and look like cheap costumes, no hems, horrible textile printing and shiny cheap fabric. If you try to get a return authorization, you are informed you have to send items back to China at a cost higher than the clothing cost. I will continue to post reviews until I’m refunded for this junk. Would have never ordered if I knew it was Chinese junk!

I had been asking them again and again for a tracking number, they say packet is shipped from their end, will share track number shortly. And suddenly i get a refund. WITHOUT ANY ANY COMMUNICATION. Ordered 5 items initially. 1 item arrived defective where the trouser pocket had no stitching so I was literally putting my hand into a hole where I could touch my leg! 2 items randomly got cancelled on separate days about a week after I had placed my order - the amount is being refunded but their system needs to be updated to avoid this wasting my time and having to wait for funds to go back into my account. I could have purchased the same items direct from the brand seller but they are now out of stock with the time that has passed.
