I purchased the Hype Bronze boots from 'indestructibleshoes.com' and within 2-3 weeks they fell apart. Sticking in the back heel. Holes in the bottom of the rear sole. And when I contacted them for a refund or replacement, they said they can give me a 40% off and nothing more. This company is a JOKE! Do NOT waste your money.

I work in traffic control so I'm on my feet 8-12 hours a shift. This winter my co-worker and I complained to each other about our aching feet so much that I decided to do something about it. Researching the web about shoes so much that an ad showed up on my Facebook page. I checked out the site and after reading all of their info on these new high tech shoes I decided it was worth a try. I ordered a pair for myself and one for my co-worker. After they arrived in the mail I tried on my pair and called my friend to tell him that his feet won't be hurting tomorrow. For about a month now, both of us have been singing praise about our 'J3' Indestructible Shoes. I've since bought another pair, and plan on ordering 2 more soon. I tell everyone I meet about the shoes that don't make my feet hurt.

I ordered my Inkkas with the website six months ago and have been kicking myself (with my snazzy new shoes) for awhile, meaning to write up a review. It's the first time I've felt so stoked about a pair of shoes - four actually. I meant to just get slip-ons to wear when I didn't want to bother with shoelaces, but their designs were so cute and interesting (and there was a sale) I ended up getting three more - two sneakers ("FlexAires") and a low top: the Springbok Slip On (not as cute, but the cutest slip-on that was available in my size), Butterflies FlexAire, Camo Garden FlexAire, and Bald Eagle Low Top. I found Inkkas through a list of well reviewed vegan shoes and the tidbit that they plant a tree with every purchase got me hooked. All four styles came from the vegan section they had at the time, but it looks like it's been removed now? Which is a shame but it looks like you can still search "vegan" and get relevant results, so just be sure to double check the product details. I was curious to see how they'd feel because it'd be my first time wearing non-leather shoes, and also a little apprehensive because I have big feet and they didn't offer wide sizing. I was a women's 11.5 in my old sneakers (Nikes, I think) so I sized up to a men's 10/women's 12 for my order even though I still wasn't sure. Turned out that they fit perfectly, work just as well as my old sneakers, and have the bonus of an interesting fabric texture upper. They're definitely the coolest looking designs of any shoes I've ever worn; it kind of reminds me of Kipling bags (the brand I favor for my handbags and wallets because they're so colorful), but more elegant or stylized. People like them when they look down to see them, and I've gotten a compliment from a stranger on the Butterflies FlexAire! I placed my order back in January 2018 and it's now nearing the end of June 2018. Having worn them multiple times each week, I can say that thus far, they're holding up well and the FlexAires and slip-ons especially are extremely comfortable. The low tops are also comfortable, but I won't rank them quite as comfortable as the others because the type of shoe just seems slightly more narrow and less cushioned; it's my first pair of low tops and I think my less favorable rating of them comes mainly from an incident where I wore them out on a long walk and came home in pain. I guess low tops aren't designed for that! - or maybe I just needed a bigger size in them. On regular outings though, they've been snug but not tight for my big wide feet, and I still adore them. If Inkkas continues to make vegan shoes and especially if they continue their current environmental policies, I do believe I've found my new permanent shoe brand!

Before I purchased two pairs of shoes from this company, I read a few reviews that the shoes take a really long time to arrive. I really wanted the shoes and read that they ship in 5-7 business days so I thought maybe a couple of people just had bad luck. Going against my better judgment, I ordered 2 pairs. The first arrived about a month and a half later and we're too small. It's been almost 3 months and the other pair hasn't arrived yet. When searching for a customer service number, you can't find one, only email. They have only responded to 2 of my emails not resolving any issue. I have never dealt with such an terrible company before. These are cute shoes but not worth the trouble you have to go throw to get half of your order. Inkkas, you're the worst.

Did not inform me that I would be charged an extra 30% of the bikini price after purchasing it for taxes and duties! It is incredibly sneaky that they can get away with doing this! I even spoke to customer service and showed them a screenshot of the page that appears right before payment, showing them that in no place was I warned of the extra charge... but since it was in the small print of a different part of their website they are refusing to pay. Incredibly abusive to their customers.

The bathing suits are fine. They were already expensive to begin with, but the taxes and duties were very expensive and unreasonable. If you are going to order expect a large tax and duty cost once it crosses your border.

Mountain Classic Down Bomber Good customer service and premium transport service. This is where the positive ends. Product to the customer in something that can be compared to a garbage bag. Product you recive is what you get when you pay 39$ on Ali Express, Wish. Low quality, China made. The jacket itself is very poorly made with everything from bad seams to direct stitches and threads that protrude a little here and there. the inner lining of the hood is very cheaply made and of inferior material. I can not comment if there is down in the jacket, it does not feel that way anyway. And if it's down, it's probably not duck down or goose down. The hood on the jacket is very uneven, the elastic in the waist is very loose, so if you use the jacket for a period, it will hang at the waist after a week or so. The jacket is generally very strangely sewn as it is very large around the body but sits very tight around the arms. I did of course return the jacket, you have to print a bunch of documents. Took about 17 days to get my money back. So yes a hassle...

The quality of the coat are fine. But the mismanagement is disgraceful! I bought an expensive coat for my partner which she fell in love with! It was good for but a medium Size could be better (skinny fit). It was out of stock so I was waiting for Jack1T to email to let me know when Size M will be available, and sure enough few days later I hot the email that it was available so I promptly bought it. I asked my partner to return the Small size I bought earlier and she had to take the day off waiting for the courier! Anyway we waited Over a week for the medium size coat but it never arrived! And after days of back and forth emails Jack1T informed me that the coat will never be available as they stop selling it!! So we don’t have the small Size as we returned it thinking the medium size is coming anytime. And all they offered me is a 10% discount with you can get anywhere online!! Plus it’s been over 2 weeks and I didn’t get my refund yet!! Won’t be using them again that’s for sure.

The cleaning product and brush itself are both excellent. As indicated in the title, my only gripe is with the packaging. The lid to the cleaning fluid was either defective, brittle or not fit for purpose, because on opening it after only several uses the lid sheared in half in my hand. I’ve transferred it to another bottle and still use it although it was a little bit of a hassle to do that. I’d buy again on the assumption this was a QA fault and not a material selection fault.

I wish I had better things to say about this shop. Their stuff is honestly so adorable but my goodness the shipping SUCKS. I get that she is a one woman show and COVID happened but they made a lot of unrealistic promises regarding ship times. Placed two separate orders and one took over three months to get. It was swimsuit for my daughter and by the time I got it summer was over and she couldn’t even fit it. The second order I’ve yet to receive and it’s been about six weeks. Only order from them if you’re ok waiting for months.

Terrible service. Ordered joey boots in red in February. No where during order is it specified that the product would be made to measure and that the product will take 4 months to receive. When I finally received the boots they were the wrong pair..a pair I didn't order. I was advised to keep the incorrect pair whilst the correct pair was sent. I obliged. Another month later I email for an update and all I get is radio silence. I email again requesting a refund and I was denied a refund. To receive a refund I was instructed to return the incorrect pair that I was previously advised to keep. Can you believe it! The pair I was told to keep was requested back in order to action the refund. What a circus! The boots are definitely not worth it. Poor communication. Poor service. Poor product.

Poor communication and poor customer service. Been waiting for 7 weeks for an update regarding my order and the owner just brushes my enquiries off. She blames covid and the world for her lack of delivery, as if jfahri is the only business operating in this climate. I made at least a dozen orders from other businesses since my order from jfahri and had zero issues. The website is misleading and when confronted, the owner said it's not a simple website change. Well, I work in communication and let me tell you something, reputable businesses do communicate with full clarity and transparency through their main communication tools. Can't comment on the boots I bought as they were never delivered, but this communication is indicative of poor quality. Very unprofessional and appalling. Don't waste your money on this business.

I ordered the cutest apron as a gift for my sister on December 8. These items are coming from China. My package got to my post office but they said there was an incorrect address so it was returned to China. It's now February 1. Jack Jill's says I gave them the wrong address to my house. I gave it to them 3 times. I also asked for a refund. All they say is that I should call the post office. Cute apron but not worth the hassle. Very disappointed.

I was looking for a website that sold felt, that I could use to line the bottom of my work boots. I found one site that sold felt shoe liners that came in various sizes, I find the only problem with any pre-cut shoes liner, they never are quite the right shape, so they never fill the space completely. Then I found Joe’s toes. where you could buy various sizes of felt sheet. So that meant I could cut my own to the exacted shape of my boots. I found the website easy to navigate straight forward in place my order, and then pay for it. I received my order a copy of days later, the felt sheet I received is nice and dense, so should help to keep my feet warmer. In the order I also received a thank you note which is of the print type, that lots of companies put inside, with your order, now a day’s. But Joe’s toes have added a person touch, as Amanda had took the time to write my name, and then sign it. Not the normal robotic action, of lots of companies, where its just another piece of paper to add to the parcel.

I really love the helmet. Although there were some problems to the eye lights, they sent me a pair of new ones to replace, easily to do it on my own with their video instruction. Mostly I can get their reply on the same day, even though there 11 hours time difference. Sometimes I thought I would never get the real helmet because it's really a long time waiting. But my experience improves that you can count on them. Believe me, you are gonna love it as much as I do.

I got my helmet, with good package. The Jarvis system can easily react with my voice command. My head circumference is 58 centimeters.And the helmet fits me well, just a little bit big. BTW, the customer service is so good. I can get the fast response every time. This helmet really worths the wait.

I placed an order that was then late to dispatch, I tried calling, Facebook message, and email, with no response. The item was then sent out and then when I received it, I discovered it had marks all over it. I am now awaiting an email response in order to start a return. They only allow three working days to report a problem, and do not provide a way of obtaining a returns label. No one answers the telephone and I’m unsure whether I will ever get my refund on the faulty item. I would not purchase from this shop again, nor recommend that anyone else does!

I purchased clothes from this brand and now I am disgusted to find they use a racist model who freely posts this on her social media. I do not want my hard earned money going to a bigot who films minority ethnic groups being beaten up, especially when my family is mixed race. Given the brand I would have expected a better standard of moral ethics from them, based on this I do not feel the clothes I purchased are worth the money we purchased them for, knowing where the money goes now. I also believe everyone has a right to know the moral and ethical standing of the company they are purchasing from. If this upsets or offends then perhaps the brand needs to be questioning their own choices, not their customers, as I will never purchase from here again.

The products are pricey (I swear you can find them cheaper on their competitors sites and even Amazon). The shipping generally takes about 2 months--I don't know if this is how it's always been, or if it's due to COVID. The products themselves sometimes turn out to be bootlegs or worse quality versions of what they advertise. I got a graphic tee from Juku where the size of printed text was way different than the one in their pictures. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the decent customer service. They were friendly, cooperative and willing to give a full refund after my complaints. And they typically get back to you in about 1-3 days. But I remain sad that they don't have the genuine products I was looking for. Be wary of buying their tops/shirts as that's where I've had the most issues. I think the skirts were fine and I've yet to wear the shoes (but they look fine). There's still a wide variety of other items on the store that might be worth getting, if you're willing to bear through the shipping times.

I went to track the number and it said no label was made and therefore the bag could not be tracked. They have replied to one out of three emails and I'm still waiting for my bag. I did not know it's coming from China nor made in China. Very disappointing. I may ask Lisa to credit my account. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I would not trust their site’s ratings. I ordered two pair of shoes and returned one and gave them three stars. They left my comments, but changed my rating to 4 starts. The other shoes aren’t really working out either. I got the Chanel cap toe heals and straps do not stay on despite taking to a cobbler to have the elastic tightened, which was recommended in the reviews. The cobbler said the elastic can’t be tightened anymore. So sadly I wasted money on these, but they do look nice. I do have a friend who liked their rock stud flats though. Just beware they tweak their reviews.

Just to say firstly, I have never written a review but I am so appalled at this companies customer service I thought it was needed! As many have said before, this companies customer service is an absolute shambles! 14 day return policy at Christmas time when they are well aware that customers will be buying presents for Xmas/birthdays! Contacted them and was told I collected my parcel 15 days ago and I should take responsibility for my actions for not contacting them sooner! Advised that this was a present and I could not have let them know sooner and didn’t ask for a refund. The customer service advisor after back and forth then told me he would not answer me until I apologised to him & then proceeded to send me emails just saying you are out with our 14 days return policy. I advised as they had sent an item of the wrong size from what I ordered I was due a refund under the Consumer Rights Act, again the customer service advisor just telling me I was out with the 14 day return period. Absolute shambles of a company, at some points I thought just have hacked their account due to how unprofessional it was! Stay clear & go elsewhere, save yourself the hassle!

I placed an order for a necklace and I thought it was complete but then I got a notice that I left some information out (my phone #). So I started over with my order, entering my credit card information,etc. Kallati confirmed my order. Got offered a bikinimodelling deal with Kappa Crew. They offered free bikini but only pay postage, which was more than the bikini itself. Then came offer for ambassador deal. Half price bikinies no postage and free set for a friend. Bought few. Paid all. Never got them nor tracking info or nothing. Weeks went pass, no info no emails. All the helpful personal messages on instagram ended to my payment. Scam. Do not fall for it.

I started off ordering The "Basic Painting Kit", which contains 6 paints of different colors. There was no problem buying the product, but the delivery was really bad. It took 20 days for the paint to arrive. And when it finally arrived, the paint brushes were bent, and I was missing a green color. The packaging was also terrible and messy. Good news and bad. The good news is that they sell good quality stuff. The bad news: it's all other company's products, marked up a LOT. For example, I was thinking about buying their Slithering Snake Snakeskin Booties for $130. After a ton of googling, I found the maker of the shoes: Show Story, who sells them for $40. Same with a lot of their lingerie. My advice? Do a reverse google image search for their products. You can find the original seller, and it'll likely be a lot cheaper.

The bra I ordered didn't fit quite right on my body, and Knix customer service was absolutely fantastic - I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future (in the correct size/style next time though!) I’ve purchased several things from knix over the years. First was a bra back in 2018 and they just didn’t have inclusive sizing. So it was returned. 2020 came around and I gave them a try again. I bought three body suits and did some exchanges for sizing.customer service was 5 stars , so good but Out of those three body suits, once sizes were figured out, two of them had to be replaced due to quality issues and the the garments not being finished properly or with care. Customer service was so good they sent me replacements and I moved on. When I saw the new rompers I loved them and I bought two, in two different colours..so many problems ..they weren’t even the same fabric as each other and they didn’t wear or stretch out the same way. The size chart for the romper was again inaccurate based on measurements. Secondly they were sewn SO poorly. Right away,The stitching was all coming out. I’ve had to hand sew them to fix them, more than once. They sent me a replacement for one of them and the same thing happened to that one too. Most recently, I ordered a bathing suit and after one wear I had welts on my back from the unfinished work on the straps where raw elastic was left open without being covered. This time I was told they’d do me a favour and let me return it but was told I should get a different style, something with thicker straps. The thickness of the straps wasn’t the problem it was once again the poor quality control of knix wear. Not to mention that the panty line protection they send the bathing suit with, once removed, leaves so much glue and sticky stuff all over the garment. In addition, the size charts are NOT accurate. and the price tag is so -high- for what you get. Truly not worth it. I’m super disappointed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t keep ordering from a company that literally doesn’t seem to care about quality. I don’t know how more people aren’t having these issues, it cannot be just me that “happened” to get a few duds. . I’m over it. No amount of excellent customer service can make up for ACTUAL bad products.

First... the background story. Generally, I've been a loyal Maui Jim (Kaanapali's) customer for years. They are great sunglasses... no argument from me, but they are pricey. Yea, pricey... they are expensive ($200.00US and up). And, I have multiple pairs... So, why am I writing this? Simply, to share how great the sunglasses from Knockaround are. Candidly, they are a great value in eye wear. A good friend lent me a pair while boating one day and I was hugely surprised. The glasses were lightweight and comfortable. More importantly, as you are aware, the lenses make the sunglasses. If you're squinting and your eyes are tired afterwards, throw the sunglasses overboard. Junk the damn things. The knockarounds were fantastic. Quality impact resistant, polarized, crystal clear lenses that offer UV400 protection for around $35.00US. (They also offer less expensive glasses too.) Impressive... Yes, I still have my Maui Jims, but I also now have 5 pairs of Knockarounds. When I visited the site, I couldn't decide on just one style. So, at this price, I bought all five. Check it out!

I always loose sunglasses or they get damaged bc they fall out of my bag while on trips or doing outdoor activities. Because of this, I always buy cheap looking glasses from the gas station while on trips. Although they look cheap, they are not always cheap! (to me, cheap is $20 and under). When I saw these sunglasses on instagram, I thought they looked cool and that the price was right. I didn't have high hopes when they arrived in the mail, but wow- they felt like real quality in the palms of my hands. I've been a fan since. I think I've bought about 5 pairs over the past 2 year (at least!). Thanks knockaround! Keep on rockin'

First off, I have no complaints about the clothing. I purchased two pairs of jeans and a tshirt. They were excellent quality and attention to detail is amazing. The fit on the jeans is awesome and they fit very very comfortably. Unfortunately though, the whole customer service aspect and store policies are not the best for consumers. Their minimum order amount for free shipping is $250, that makes it difficult when you want to purchase just one or two items without having to get dinged for shipping fees. In addition, if you want to make a return, you’re charged a 10% restocking fee, not to mention no sale items can be returned. As an honest consumer who orders a few extra items, takes a look at what he likes and then returns the 1 or 2 that he doesn’t want, it makes it prohibitive for me. I would rather shop at a store like Zara which has a much more relaxed returns process, making purchasing easier especially in a time where physical stores are closed (there’s no other way for me to see the Kollar items except through ordering them in-person, Kollar doesn’t have a physical store etc.). Overall, the items are really nice, but the poor ordering process leaves a sour taste in my mouth. It gives the consumer the impression that Kollar really doesn’t want its customers to return anything. Would buy more frequently if these policies weren’t so restrictive.

I rarely give 5 stars but I ordered 3 bracelets of a style I’ve been looking for, for the longest time and i stumbled on kampsos and they had everything I wanted. Very good quality, very simple and some even made from recycled plastic which is a plus. I think I paid roughly 5$ shipping (I could be wrong) and got to me in a timely manner. Will definitely be ordering again.

I had to return a couple of items because the fit was not ideal and was not aware that sale items were not returnable, however, they made an exception and processed a refund for the items anyway.
