"Good" & not "Excellent" only because as a customer I like to see and touch the product in the flesh before buying! This time round I only bought tyres because I needed to be sure I could get a bike for my son before Christmas & the one we wanted couldn't be guaranteed to arrive by then, but my point is that I really liked to see your bikes in the showroom, that was the beauty of your old shop, being able to walk around, see and touch the bikes, hopefully you can build more bikes and display them in the public area of your new shop or at least have a 'demo' model that could be wheeled out to show older people like me who want to actually see the colour and whatnot in normal light and not just on the internet, but from the sounds of it you're business model is working really well for you so well done, thanks for the great service and professional manner in which you deal with customers!

The blue smith grind Jamie Thomas deck that was re issued could there possible be one lurking around the storage complex. That hue of blue was of the sweetest. I had the original deck growing up even the AOL screen name Zero4Life91. Idolized dying to live an dyed my hair black even. Jamie Thomas stance is like a mouse caught in sticky trap. He just rips man along with the crew. I was catching some air whipping out these roast beef grabs so I buy some fingerless Iron Maiden gloves for the old over an up an the local park, quater pipe landing on a slant part of a Mega hip next to it. I’m gunna catch some footy next time with the maiden deck hope Eddie doesn’t smash my face like the last nollie 3 I tried over the mega hip. Man zero skateboard are like the god of lamb of plys.

Hello Raquel . I am your customer already, My name is Lidi, I told to you last year and you help me a lot to buy my bike , shoes , helmet and more . I bought a bike Ruby sport last year 44, I remember I got a club members .I call yesterday to asks about tune up and the guy said if I bring my in few days I get back my bike until 16 of August . Is more the 15 days . How can training ? Why don’t take my name and give me a schedule for bring my bike and take just one day to tune up . Or if they have space call me and I can bring my bike to the early . But not take my bike for so long . Very disappointed.

Great communication and very responsive to both emails and calls. They even called me to make sure I was a 100% happy with the wheels I ordered, before they dispatched them. The wheels came very safe in two separate cardboard boxes that was then taped together. This meant the wheels weren't touching and the inside of the cardboard boxes was well covered in bubble wrap. I would definitely recommend TRI UK and use them again. /Jeppe

Hi, I did not get my clothes shipped, but I bought that from the Zumiez Store. Zumiez gave me good options of clothes, good quality, and nice customers and workers. BE WARE I ordered 2 skateboards and all the safety equipment on April 28, 2020. The safety equipment arrived after 5 weeks. It is now June 3 but no skateboards. Their phone line is close, I've emailed them 2x, nothing! This is a joke. Apparently they ship from Europe. They sent a tracking number which has no update. I will have to request a refund from my credit card.

Do not use this company. I have been waiting over 21 days for my goods to arrive from Parcel Force. Tennis-Point keep fobbing me off as do Parcel Force. No one is interested in resolving or helping me with this. Can’t get my money refunded and have no idea when or if my parcel will arrive. Frustrated beyond words.

The company took my money, then confirmed my order via email only for the next day to say the order was cancelled without any reason and i'm still waiting for a refund. I've tried to contact them to understand why my order could not be fulfilled and to arrange a replacement tennis racket but none of their telephone numbers work and no one replies to emails. Shocking service, untrustworthy.

Just received a Callaway XR Speed Driver, condition was advertised as very good, however I would say this has not seen one golf ball as the club and shaft are totally unmarked and looks brand new. The club also came with a wrench and instructions again like new. Delivery was super quick, great club great service.

This family run business really do offer a first class service. No question is any issue and they answer quickly, we had a lovely trip in Scotland, the scenery is breathtaking, the bikes first class. Nick at Hooked on Cycling adjusted our bikes on delivery and showed us in person how the E-Bike worked. We shall be back

Simply a broker for other cycling tour companies, most of which speak English and have English websites (for instance, Radweg-Reisen.com in Germany). They make a sizeable markup for simply answering emails and accepting your payment. They add no value at all. Avoid this company for your next cycling tour.

Promised free tape with every order, I mistakenly thought every order meant my order too, obviously not.Offered a refund, so I would have to pay return postage, or would send tape to me if I payed postage. Judge for yourself quality of customer service.

I was On tour with friends near Otley when I damaged my pedal crank/bottom bracket spindle on the first day. In just over an hour this fiddly/difficult repair was graciously carried out and I was back on tour. The service I received rescued the holiday. This was service beyond the call of duty and I unhesitatingly give Otley (Mark) top marks. They deserve our full support and will be my number one destination for my next purchase. Thank you!

Russell was great. I had loads of questions which he was more than able to answer, he wasn't a pushy salesman, he had lots of patience, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. So I bought the bike. I had only gone to buy a gear cable ?When I collected my brand new bike 2 days later Chris was great he explained everything I needed to know, fitted all my extra bits and pieces which I purchased with my 10%off great service!! Would definately recommend as the service is fab. I'm glad I didn't buy it off the Internet as the personal touch made buying my new purple trek bike a so much nicer experience. Awful. Ordered online and shoes came USED dirty soles, stretched to shape of a foot, marked and smelly. Emailed about this and was simply told to return them and they’d pay return postage. Two weeks later got an email confirming return (not including postage!!) and it’s been nearly a month and I’m yet to receive the money

never had such a bad experience with a retailer. Ordered pair of trainers on 30/12/2018 with dilevery timeframe between 07.01.2019 and 09.01.2018. Called on company on 08.01.2019 and found that order is not shipped and they dont know when it will be shipped. Emailed on 11.01.2019 and got a response =》I apologise for the dleay with this and we do not have an ETA on this at the moment but I will keep an eye on this and give you an update as soon as I can. Called on 14.01.2019 and have same response. What's going on?

I ordered a bike onw month ago, was told a delivery date of 5th June. Bike was dispatched 10th June. Been with the courier since 11th June. Courier have lost the bike. Rutland have not answered the phone, returned my emails and have left me to deal witht the courier directly. I have no bike and no answer about what they are doing about it. I want my money back please?

After purchasing a bike from Rutland cycling online on the 29/05/2020 I was given a ‘estimated’ delivery date of 09/06/2020. 9 day ok it’s not quick but I can deal with it. Delivery date comes no bike, no statues change in order l, no communication. At no point was it made obvious that as I was purchasing the bike there would be a delay. 10/06/2020 go onto their site, click around to see they are experiencing delays. Ok so I’ll give them a call, literally rang several time for the next 3/4 days I couldn’t get thought. While trying to get through I sent two emails and had an auto reply saying it would be dealt with within 48 hours, you guessed it no reply within time scale sent another email to this date I haven’t had a reply to the second email, but it did take a week to reply to my first. So back to bike, order 29/05 - estimated delivery 09/06 deliver 16/06 a week late I can deal with. However when it arrived the state of the box it came in was horrendous! After reading on their website the bike arrive in custom boxes etc etc mine arrived in a seriously battered cardboard box with Rutland Cycling signage but it was held together with duck tape from rips on the ends and corners. In all fairness this could of been the couriers doing. Open box get all the bits and pieces, watched their ‘how to guide’ on how to build the bike handle bars, pedals etc. Read their PDI note and noticed it mentioned I should attached ‘reflectors and Bella’ these weren’t in the box, maybe my bike didn’t come with these items but the wording suggested it did but again I’m just happy to have the bike at this point so didn’t think much of it. Set up the bicycle, sit on it and the tyres are flat I thought this would be an item completed on the PDI but it wasn’t on mine. When I finally had the tyres pumped to the correct PSI, I finally got to use the bike, it was brilliant, prefect size and was prefect for doing the cycle paths by me. I brought a Cube Aim Pro 2020 mountain bike, I’ve been using the bike on parks and cycle paths. Today 21/06, 6 days after receiving the bike guess what, broken. The gear shifter for the peddle crank is touching the peddle wheel. I’m not familiar with bikes so I can only put it like that. I can honestly say it has made me raise questions as to the safety of the bike, how well the PDI was done, and weather Rutland cycling to try and meet their demand are falling short on key areas. I will be calling into their most local store to me a good 40 minute drive to speak to them I store direct to see what the issue is. As I’m still covered by the distance selling act and the product is clearly fault I might just get a refund even tho, you could forgive all of the mess but not until the product breaks/ becomes faulty. This is a mountain bike I brought the closest it got to anything like a mountain is the small hill I ride up in the road! All in all, bitterly disappointed with the service after I placed the order and was left asking questions on the condition it arrived in for it then to break meaning I’ve lost faith in the Rutland and the safety of the bike.

Terrible unfortunately, I am very optomistic and was hoping for a smooth purchase but my bike brakes didn’t get mailed till 2 months and 3 emails after purchasing and delivered over 3 months later then original purchased date. I ordered brakes for my bike in the spring so I could enjoy the summer, and now the summer is almost gone. Summer...bummer... ?

They had the (rare) part in stock and dispatched it quickly, it was sent with a 5 -7 day delivery time, but arrived the next day after the dispatch e.mail. The part was as expected and was much cheaper than other online competitors. I would use them again.

Placed an order on October 25th… Several items were back ordered for a long time and eventually I emailed them SEVERAL times and requested that all back ordered items be cancelled and they send the rest. In the meantime I found replacement items on EBay… Finally, the next week, they actually sent my order, without responding to ANY of my emails and doing whatever they wanted with my order?? They sent most of my back ordered items, As I specifically requested them Not to, And on top of that, they cancelled my Dartboard (main item) which left me scrambling and I had to track one of those down and get it replaced. Don’t order from these guys if you want any sort of clear communication or understanding…. They could care less. Never again!

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever ordered from! I placed an order back on October 25th… Several of my items were back ordered so I decided to wait… after almost a month I finally decided to let them know to Cancel Only whatever was back ordered and send what they had, as found replacement items on EBay and already had them coming. They never responded and finally the following week, they shipped most of the cancelled items and everything else and cancelled my main item, the Dartboard, which Clearly I still wanted and it showed they had all along? They never responded to any of my emails and have now cost me over a 100$ as I have already replaced the items they sent at the last minute which were back ordered forever and suddenly showed up?? Added to that, I now had to scramble to track down and find a dart board somewhere else and get that ordered too, as they cancelled that for some unknown reason? Do Not order from these people if you desire any sort of clear communication or understanding… never again.

During a time where bikes are hard to get hold of I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday . When I realised it wasn’t going to reach her in time I got a response immediately from the company offering a refund , within 15minutes or requesting one they had arranged this back into my account . After loads of emails back and to with Jenn from customer service.Finally got my order sorted last Friday.Bike arrived with few other bits today.All boxed up and well protected.All I can say is that my experience with them has been second to none.With loads of stock being non existent in a lot of places they had time to keep updating me with what was available. Must say was very worried once order had been place but my own personal view they have been excellent in dealing with my order. Only hope that the negative reviews are a blip as I was recommended them by a friend. Thanks.
