The site was well organized and easy to maneuver. I had an question regarding the sizes and whether or not I was allowed to exchange shirts for different sizes should they not fit. John responded back promptly and gave me an explanation on the sizing and a recommendation. He was extremely helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had. After my first order, he emailed again to thank me for the purchase and to again offer any information should I have questions. My order was delivered in two days - the shirts fit exactly as described - I usually wear an XL for all brands but John recommended the L instead since they are 2" longer in the back and run 'true size'. Overall, I wish I could give 6 stars. The product and customer service was astounding. I will undoubtedly purchase more shirts from LOFT and recommend them to friends.

Every time I have ordered shirts from L.O.F.T., the service has been outstanding from my first order...to the last.....even when I had some embroidery done a few shirts it was done in a much shorter time frame than I expected. I live on the west coast and have received orders within 3 business days....once...ordered on Friday and received on Monday.....that is service! John is a great guy.....even though I wish he would expand the line to Bicycle Shirts as well......

My husbond bought 3 tickets for the US Open 2019 as a gift for my birthday. Here 2 weeks before the tournament we have still not recived the tickets due to techical problems the the download of the tickets. The app is not working. After being scammed by another hoverboard company (I got my money back through chargeback), I ordered from Swagtron.com. I got a T3, arrived in 2 days after I placed my order. Looks Baller, has bluetooth, rides smooth, and is like 10x cooler than my neighbors generic hooverboard.

So I have three kids. I purchased 2 razor hoverboard for my two oldest boys and I wanted one more for my littel girl but could only find a swagtron t1 in pink. I read up on swagtron and liked the fact that they have no overheating issues and that here is built in pressure sensor that won't let it move if your foot leaves the pad. So I was excited for my daughter after paying $400 and waiting forever once it came in to see my baby happy. I unboxed it read the instructions and calibrated the unit. The moment my daughter steped foot on the t1 it began to shake uncontrollably and threw her off. I recalibrated it several time with no luck. I got a defective unit. The T1 came with a card that said to call before I took it to the store were I purchased it, so I did. Swangtrons customer service is just as crappy as thier product! The moment I pressed the number to talk to somone about my defective product I got another atomated message that told me " if your product needs to be serviced got to swagton.com fill out a from and send it to us". Not only did I feel stupid for not just taking it back to the store but I spent another 40min on the phone to get told to go online, fill out a from and spend more $$ to send thier crap product to them. The T1 is bigger and heavier than the razors and I have no issues with the I'm at all.

FreegoChina supplied me with copies of their product UL certificates. Customs and Border Patrol Seized both of my shipments and I had to hire an attorney to check on the UL licenses that FreegoChina provided. The certificates they provided have been deemed to be flagrantly counterfeit. I am out well over $8000 in product, shipping and attorney fees. I have been trying to get FreegoChina to refund my money for 141 days. I have not been given a responsible offer to be made whole.

These guys are as shady as it gets. Spent hours trying to find the best price and a reputable seller online. The best price was, you guessed it, KrisLynn...So I placed the order, they charged my credit card, and minutes later I received a call from a very rude guy who claims the item was not in stock and it would take nearly 2 weeks to come in. Had i known that I would have ordered elsewhere. This shady business practice is a waste of time. Ecommerce websites can easily show inventory for items to prevent people from wasting time ordering things that aren't in stock. Stores like this are greedy and just want to take every order they can, and have no issue wasting people's time rather than being up front and indicating whether they actually have the item or not. Anyway, the guy actually called me and was completely rude to me on the phone and acted as if I owed him thanks for being willing to refund the money he never should have charged to begin with. If you don't want to waste your valuable time, steer clear of this store. There so many better online retailers that are honest with people.

Stay away from this store !!! I placed an order on 7.1.2022. Delivery was expected within 10 days. It is now 26.2.2020, the package got lost in transit. Tracking services says it's stuck at customs. I called customs, they don't recognize the tracking number at all. Smashinn response is wait, you'll get the package one day... I've two problems with their replay: 1. It isn't my I responsibility to call customs or any other party along the supply chain and find out what's going on. It's Smashinn responsibility, but they refused to do so. 2. From their standpoint I might as well wait forever. They refused to give an end date after which they’ll refund.

Don't bother ordering ( # 4182148 ) from Tredz.co.uk bicycle online store or use the Price Match Guarantee, as they will send another product and not the one ordered ( because they mislead you with wrong product pictures + lack of complete description ), and then you have to waste your time, printing labels for Asda dropping point, sending the item back, because of their entire fault! Who has the time to waste for this kind of procedures in London... when the client has no fault in this? If you don't take some time off or a mini vacation to send the faulty product back, for their clear mistake, they will literally offend you offering a 3-pound discount or in best case scenario, a 5 pound one for a future order, which you can get for free simply by subscribing to their newsletter! So try your luck ordering!

Ordered swimsuit with express delivery, they sent me a pair of mens trousers. Impossible to contact this company by phone so emailed and they have refused to refund me until I return the trousers. I am on holiday, this has caused such an inconvenience. Customer Service is appalling, any other company would have apologised and refunded immediately.

I was pleased to return to items directly to store, but it was a long drive, refund was very prompt into my account, The main chap or probably owner was rude.. the other one was fine. I believe they sell genuine stock in the shop, but they're warehouse online stock is copy stock. I bought what I believed to be Giant Liv shorts are not genuine, the elastic has become twisted, which makes them to income to wear. I won't be buying from them online again, now, disappointed!

Recently purchased a £2600 mountain bike. The bike is amazing but thats nothing to do with Chain Reaction. Their service was and is appalling To start you get told the parcel can be tracked with the number they provide, after two days I asked where was the number, they said I would get it by the end of the day, next day I contacted again to say I had not received it, had to threaten to cancel the order for the number. Long story short the order page was updated with a tracking number the day after they tried to deliver it. Same thing happened with the pedals I ordered from them. When I eventually collected the bike from across town the box was in perfect condition but when unpacking the bike there was several scratches on the frame, not big but come on this much money for a bike and its not perfect. Thankfully the bike company provide touch up paint so as I was desperate to use it I just got on with it. The bike comes pre built just had to put the wheels on and go. On first ride I go down the first bit of steep track pull the back brake to realize they had put the brake levers on the wrong way round, I know your gonna say should of checked first but i was stupid enough to rely on what should be a professional shop. I took the bike to my local shop and he said it will need to come in for an initial set up. So the couple of hundred pound I saved buying it online is going to go to my local shop. Should of brought it local in the first place then I would have someone I could go back to. Anyway I have emailed them with all my concerns but as of yet no reply. Seriously when you buy from these guys you might think you are getting a deal but you are not getting the service. WILL NOT USE AGAIN
