Issue was originally notified over 3 weeks ago. I now have a two-and-a-half thousand euro bike that does not work and the retailer is not responding. I bought an NCM Moscow a year ago and absolutely love it - seriously the best thing I've ever bought. It's brilliant. Has never failed getting me hills on roads, however steep! Power delivery is smooth, range fabulous. have now bought a 2nd one for my wife. My latest purchase from Leon is replacement brake pads - I recommend you buy these elsewhere as they are supplied without a spring or clip. Can buy them anywhere else at similar cost and these parts come with them (which is kinda handy as can't really replace the pads without). I'm still giving 5 stars as I love my bike!

Bought a stunning pink ex display electric tricycle. The staff were very helpful. I have had it 8 weeks now. I have just got it back from the workshop as it had me been in for repair for the last week. They have been out to it before too for grinding noise coming from the back. This time it has come back with a completely different colour rear axle. I didn't think it was possible to get emotional over a bike but have come back in my home and am sat here with tears streaming down my face. This bike has changed my life in the last 7 week's that I have had it. I have been getting out and about more, become fitter and more confident. It really has been a saviour but am looking at it now and it's just not the same. They don't do my colour anymore hence why it has a different colour on. Really has changed the look and feel of the bike. Will I ever get used to it I don't know.

The website is not always updated even after several complaints about it. This results hassle to costumers due to the need for changing the order from time to time because of the unavailability of the items. It took me almost a week before finalizing my order and get items that I don't need just to proceed to the shipping. When I received my orders, it was incomplete and 2 items are missing that were ticked on the list. I sent an email right away and made a call regarding the issue. The complaint was sent 2 days ago, but still, up to this day I haven't received an acknowledgment or even a single call from them. This is bad customer servicing. No wonder many people gave only 1 star. I would not recommend this web store to my friends.

They offered cashback through quidco, I ordered around £1000 worth goods from them, they refused to pay my cashback, they didn't even response my email. They falsely advertised cashback. Watch out this shop if you buy anything online. Also they do problem with delivery. Bad customer service. Compare to other shop, they are very expensive. Not worth buying from them.

Bought a Calder leather saddle , the delivery was unbelievably quick , 24hrs . Compared to a Brooks the quality is just as good , the leather is thicker than Brooks , and it's HARD . Will need lots of "wearing in". Worth every penny .

1 star is too much. 4 week wait for a "not as described" bike to arrive and now they won't fix it unless it's returned. Only a 10 minute job to sort but they won't send me the cassette to do it. I have to send the wheel back which will be gone for ages. Pants attitude - should have been correct in the fisrt place, I have receipt saying it was checked, must have been by a blind person. Not happy. won't use and or recommend them. If you look there are similar reviews on here so there is a common problem they don't seem to care and or want to address in the most efficent way possible, just mess the customer around. Without customers you are nothing, maybe you should do something about that? Thanks for nothing

Avoid at all costs! Don't be lured into buying anything! We fell victim of the flashy looking professional website, but in reality there is no shop or showroom as the photos would make you believe in thinking. This is run by one man from the bedroom of his house. Nothing wrong with that if you deliver what you advertise, but he doesn't. He doesn't reply to emails, answer his phone, even his Facebook page is dormant and his website still has bits left to complete from the generic template that was used to create it. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from him. Google his address to see its actually his home in the middle of nowhere and his name Karl Cramp or Karl Cramp Sports and you'll be quite surprised what you might come across about him on the internet!!!

I couldn't believe that the cheapest place I could buy tennis strings from online was right on my doorstep. I was a bit undecided on what to purchase but a great conversation with owner Carl pointed me in the right direction. Couldn't be happier with my reels of Volkl Cyclone Tour, Volkl Cyclone, Tecnifibre Synthetic Gut & Prince Synthetic Gut. I will definitely be buying all of my tennis string from Crampsports from now on. Happy convert.

Bought from Loco Skates a few times now. They always offer excellent pre sales advice and are quick to respond the enquiries. They stock a good range of the latest skates and offer good deals, plus they are flexible if you want anything customising with your order. Delivery is always quick and free if your order is over a certain value and if using their DPD delivery you get an hour time slot so know when the delivery is due to arrive. Would really recommend Loco Skates and have always had a great buying experience when using them. Highly recommended!!

I have an older model board from them G2S that still runs very smooth but 6 months after I bought it G3 appeared and wheels for the G2S are nowhere to be found. It’s not cool to pay so much for a board and not be able to replace the wheels when they break. Beware not to buy when they announce a new type of board because they’ll instantly discontinue support for the old one. Not cool!

For Christmas I bought a Yonex Astrox 88D and the strings broke the first time I used it. The strings were in my opinion too tight which caused it to snap. I'm so sorry that I took so long to respond. I'm asking for a string replacement for this. And this is their response: I'm sorry to see your strings have broken, however we are unable to accept a string warranty claim over 3 months after purchase date. Thank you for your understanding Badmington HQ. I was sick during that time. Please be advice before you buy from them!!! I left one star because I cannot put 0. This was an expensive Christmas present that I cannot open before Christmas, i asked for a replacement but they told sorry the guarantee expire. Present Guarantee for Christmas should start in Christmas. I recommend don't buy from them !!!

I love my Beeline moto! Such a beautifully made, simple to use, discrete device. It's totally replaced mounting my phone to my handlebars, and lasts DAYS longer! There's a slight skill you gain to use it better. At staggered junctions, be aware which direction Beeline is telling you to go and you'll know which road to follow. I find I'm glancing down less, and looking up more. Safer and certainly makes for more enjoyable rides. One of those quality-made items that you don't know you need until you have it. My only regret is I should have paid a little extra for the silver one.

Ordered a helmet in early April. Despite telling me it had been posted, I was unable to follow the Post Office link. Two weeks later, I contacted them and they said it was on its way but the PO were having time delays due to lockdown. The helmet didn’t arrive. In June they said they would post another out. It didn’t arrive and they they told me they had “just discovered it was out of stock” and would I like to pick another colour. I appreciate the lockdown has affected everyone, but i feel they have been less than truthful in their communications with me. Waiting for my money to be refunded.

Absolute con artists hiding behind a company name . Don't honour any warranty issues what so ever. Charge you for repairs and then don't honour repairs faults when scooter stopped working after 2hrs use . Stay clear from these guys , they take your money and treat you like crap .

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for an entire year for a part and I don't think I will be getting it ever. A cheap product with lots of money spent on marketing. A little further research on the company and I find that the CEO was previously part of H&M which is notorious for cheaply made clothing that look good for a month. This bike is no exception to that.

I participated in the Nordic walking for Parkinson’s CPD course recently. The course content was very interesting and I felt that it was three hours very well spent. The delivery was excellent and there were plenty of opportunities for participants to ask questions. It was also good to meet the course leader and other instructors ‘virtually’. I know that we’re all looking forward to seeing people properly again after Covid, but hope that some zoom courses would still be on offer for those of us who live a long way from the centres. At least deck has arrived after long delays. And it is good quality. I'm happy with product. I've ordered Sportster deck 2 months ago. It was in stock and overpriced delivery was promised in 3 days. Still no board and no communication. Going though PayPal to get money back. On their web page message appeared 3-5 weeks delay, but then complete Sportster is in stock. Such good joke. Before I had Bustin Shrike. Grip tape had a bubbles underneath and didn't stick well when reapplied with heath gun. I feel let down.

Very disappointed with the customer service from capital golf. After having correspondence with a member of their team over email, confirming that if I returned the golf shirt I would receive store credit. The shirt has been returned (tracked and signed for), however no store credit has been issued and they are no longer replying to my emails. In summary they have now taken an item worth £80 from me without issuing an exchange or refund!

Received my 80mm curved base Chaintamer on time and fitted it to my Stanton Slackline Ti easily. Suggest sticking a self adhesive puncture repair pad under the base to give it a bit of grip and padding against the frame, although once fitted the chain will keep it in position. Works really well through the gears and will help protect my titanium chainstay better than stick on covers etc. Will get another for my son's bike.

Wife bought a Bamboo GTR with Abec107s for my birthday and I'm very impressed! Well packaged and protected. User manual and instructions are simple to get you started. Once charged up and ready to go, safe mode allows you to get the feel of the board without much worry. Once you venture into other modes you can still count on smooth and predictable performance. Definitely beneficial for new riders or old timers like myself. I'm a bigger guy (6'2" 240#s) and was a little worried about torque and range, but both are better than expected. Been commuting with it for 2 weeks on a rolling 10 mile round trip (plus lunch time parking lot antics with coworkers) and end each day with better than 60% battery. I typically stay in GTR or Pro Mode. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love my new bamboo GTR! Was expecting to mostly ride on the street, but as soon as I took it on a trail with the 7'' AT wheels I was hooked. That said, there are some places I appreciate improvements. 1. The charge port rubber thingy is a little wonky, would be better with a hard clip that locks closed while your riding. 2. The app should display the board battery, and expected charge duration while it's plugged in. Would also be nice to see discharge rate (% battery use during the current ride). 3. I bought some after market heat sinks for the motors after riding on a hot day and having it start to over heat. These should be standard. 4. The remote is $150 is you break it! For the $1500+ I spent on the board, the rubber protector for the remote should come standard.

I bought a dual vesc from them. I have had a terrible experience. It failed the first day. I did many videos and photos of the product yet their engineers couldn't see the failure. Any 4 years old kid could tell the product was faulty but not an engineer... They ended up offering a replacement after a long long time...and guess what: They shipped to another guy in another country or they shipped nothing and just lied to me. Even if that was their fault again they refused to send me another vesc. Their customer service is the worst between the worst and their products are very low quality. The only thing they care about is a paypal claim so do not use credit card at their site, i warn you. I swear i will never ever buy a single bolt from them.

Customer service is horrible. After waiting 5 weeks to receive my two kits, I open them up to see the chamois is so subpar. It's sewn in two inches back from where it should be. It has seams poorly sewn and running right down the crease between your crotch and legs. Saddle sores would start at mile one. Worst apparel company ever. Waited a month for my product. They had the address wrong so they shipped it to my zip code, but not to my house so USPS refused to deliver it and shipped it back to shipper, all while they already had my money. Whbe I went back to them they said they will have to charge me for shipping it back to the corrected address. I mean they are ridiculous . The service of the Golfbug team was amazing! I had a question about my order, and through their live chat on the website I had it answered within 5 minutes. The balls: TourBug. Feel; Off the tee: Hard. Like a rock. Felt like it should be going straight with no spin, but because it is a Urethane ball, still spun every bit as much as it should have. Long Irons: Not as bad. Hitting with the irons felt ok, and my long iron shots were better with the TourBug than they have been for a while. Short Irons: The ball spun as expected, still felt hard but played around the greens like it was expected to. Greens: Felt hard coming off the putter, but I didn't mind that. I wouldn't buy the TourBug balls again for myself, but my golf buddy used one as well and loved the hard feel, so I gave him the rest of mine. If GolfBug were able to match the softer core feel of the tour balls I'd try them again for sure. $31 is a great price for a box of balls and I was disappointed that they were just a bit hard for me.

Having heard about this company from friends who have been to their store in Hackney I was really excited to see the product range for myself. Having taken up cycling during our lockdown I'd been on the look out for a a multi functional Pannier bag that would also hold up away from the bike. Honestly the styling,functionality and quality of this bag was incredible. As I couldn't make it to see their shop before my last trip I called the company and spoke with the owner Jacqui who was really helpful. Couldn't recommend this enough !

Terrible customer service and not prepared to replace a faulty product sold to us. Communication with them is very difficult and they are denying any liability selling us a faulty product, everything is our fault and nothing is their fault in their opinion. At first we were told that the air mat should not lose any pressure at all and it is our fault that the air mat keeps losing pressure. The owner of the business called us to let Us know that there is nothing wrong with the mattress and that we should expect a 2 to 3% a loss air pressure loss daily which is normal for that product. If we were aware that their product kept losing air we would not purchase the air mat. Maybe they should reword their description of the products online saying to expect a 3% air loss daily and I can guarantee you people will stop buying the products. This is customer manipulation and a dodgy practice if you sell something and expect it to be faulty within a certain percentage . We will be commencing the complaint process with consumer protection first thing Monday morning!

I purchased The Huub Mystery Wetsuit back in May 2020 which arrived within a few weeks. I got an Archimedes III 3:5. It was a good fit, but very difficult to get on, but was easier after a few uses. It is good in the water and is buoyant while still being warm. However, within about 5 uses (maybe a month's use) holes started appearing under the armpits which let in significant amounts of water. The material just fell apart and is now effectively useless. I followed the guides with how to look after a wetsuit and as this was an expensive suit I was extremely careful with it. My brother bought the same mystery deal and got a slightly cheaper model but had exactly the same problems. Updated 12June 21. Huub contacted me to replace the damaged suit. To be fair the customer service was really good and the issue was dealt with promptly. The new suit is excellent and from experience, these huub suits seem the fastest ive tried.

I bought an Arquímedes 3.5, expensive and good wetsuit, at least Omar told me that. Omar is Huub seller in Spain. Since the first day I put It on, It started to tear everywhere!!! I phoned and wrote Omar many messages without response. Never more! I swim twenty years ago, Orca , Kynay, Sailfish. With Huub and Omar I was really scammed. He comunicates via WhatsApp. I was really disappointed and angry of course. Huub can be a good brand that is why I wanted to prove It. My personal experience was simply awful.

Then the first bike you shipped me which you shipped out late May was completely wrong and then a week later I finally get the correct bike. I understand that the box was showing the right bike but don't ever ship anything out without checking the contents of the box first.

I bought an Albea Orbea 29" MTB at Competitive Cyclist last December. Shipping was fast and package was delivered undamaged. Quite impressed... Nice filled in Quality Control Checklist. From there it went quickly downhill. At the first ride I noticed that my front derailleur was jumping, my crank got loose and my chain damaged immediately my frame. Called customer service and got the reply to go to a local dealer to fix my bicycle... Tightened the crank and went for a ride... Same issue... Tightened the crank and again same issue... After 6 months all the spokes of my rear wheel broke during a ride... After 9 months the chain issue came back up. According to Customer service its all wear and tear/ servicing. Well, I use 3 other bikes (ie. Giant, Specialized, Marin...) for years and they never showed alike issues within 1 year (Yep, I do understand wear and tear and do service my bikes). Stay away from Orbea and far, far away from Competitive Cyclist for your purchases. Suggest to follow their Customer Rep suggestion to visit a local bicycle dealer.

I purchased two pair of cycling shorts. My first AND LAST order with them. Across the top of the page (and in a prior email) was splashed this text: 20% off your first order. I ordered two pair of cycling shorts listed at $80 each, or $160.00. I never received an email confirmation of the order. I never received a receipt. My account was billed $153.00 (a $9.**** shipping fee was a ripoff but with the discount I figured I was still ahead of the game). After about the third email I got this absurd breakdown: $79.02 $79.02 $50.43 Total charges do not match up with my credit card was charged. So they are running a shell game. When I called to ask about this, I was told that because THEY shipped from two different warehouses the discount only applied to one order. I saved $7.00. Next time buy from Performance. Lesson learned.

After many years of travel I have found that most businesses are empathetic to last minute cancellations that are out of your control. But not Hawaii Tee Times - they are more than happy to take advantage and profit from customer's misfortune. Our recent December 2021 trip to Hawaii was disrupted by an airline flight cancellation, leaving us no way to get to the islands. We had numerous advance bookings and every one except Hawaii Tee Times was understanding of the situation and waived cancellation penalties. But not Hawaii Tee Times, who had already charged our credit card and had their funds. We knew when we booked that they had a 15% nonrefundable processing fee up to 24 hours prior to tee time and 100% thereafter, but could not anticipate any reason why we would cancel so we went ahead with the reservation anyway. If you find yourself in that situation - think again! Airline cancellations are becoming more commonplace and you could left holding the bag as we were. When we called to cancel, Hawaii Tee Times was unsympathetic to our situation, giving us the option of losing the 15% processing fee or allowing the full amount of funds to be held for a future reservation. Well, since Hawaii is not an easy travel destination and there is no certainty whether Hawaii Tee Times will even be in business when a future trip becomes possible, the only practical option was to give up the 15%. There are many golf reservation businesses in Hawaii so I suggest you do some research before booking with Hawaii Tee Times - who always seems to come up first in an internet search - and then consider what if an involuntary cancellation such as ours occurred. We also contacted the golf course, who advised they had a no-penalty cancellation policy and would not receive any of the fees collected by Hawaii Tee Times in this circumstance, so this was a 100% profit to Hawaii Tee Times by taking advantage of a customer's misfortune.
