I sent a 14TB drive for replacement because it was DOA when I got it. Their RMA page states 2-5 days processing after they get it back. It's been 15 now and they say another 5. No amount of excuses covers this ineptness when I only live 2 states away. Aside from shipping they've still had it now for 15 days! I talked to chat again today, after their “processing center” said everything was fine and it will send out in 1-3 days, and did NOT ship out today on the third day. After asking for a supervisor multiple times and the agent refusing, she finally HUNG UP on our conversation because, well it was time to go they were closing. What HORRIBLE customer service!! Completely unacceptable. Newegg USED to be good, until they allowed probly 1000 3rd party sellers on there, AND until their customer service went to $#*!. This and another recent return nightmare a few months ago have turned me completely off to them. I will not buy from Newegg any more. I could have refunded it and bought from Amazon and had it in one day. I only bought because it was 20 bucks cheaper... and now I have 50 bucks worth of headaches and unprotected files not backed up. They are just... BAD now. Do NOT buy from Newegg, they are the worst and lie. They told me first 2-5 days after receipt, then they told me d10 more days PLUS 3-5, then the 1-3 days, and still I don’t have any indication they are shipping this back. ATROCIOUS.

They wait 3 business days to ship out an order. Customer service is non existing. Put on hold and after about 20 minutes you are hung up on. Only order from this place if you cannot find it any where else. Expect about 2 weeks for the shipment.

I bought a hdd Month and half ago, delivery to Ireland took almost 2 weeks just to see that product is wrong and faulty. I spent 30 eur of credit unsuccesfuly trying to ring their phone number. They told me that product I ordered was not in stock so they'll organize a refund. I got an email that refund details were wrong (my father bought me hdd as a present they probably used my name for the refund). I tried to give them his details via mail to successfully process the refund but they rejected and told me to call their phone no again which no one is answering. ? Before this I had only good experience with OCs. This really surprised me. Two months later I don't have hdd and I'm short for 60.00 eur (hdd price), 50 eur (mobile credits and 11.00 eur (postage for returning faulty product they sent to me). I just bought hdd from Amazon. I won't buy anymore from overclockers.

They charge nearly £10 for post and packaging which is supposed to be next day delivery but I had to wait two days. Only ordered 2 leads and a fan but they came in a box big enough to fit 10 times as much in! Perhaps that's why P&P is so expensive?

I want to start with saying my first Dell purchase in 2008 was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about the computer, purchase and support. My computer was at the end of it's life. I had such great support with my initial purchase, I decided to purchase another Dell. I needed a laptop for home use. I worked with Sales Support to identify a product. Support suggested the G7 Gaming computer. I ordered a 17", I received a 15". Because, it was critical to get a computer up and running, I called and was/am supposed to get a $100.00 credit for the error. I loaded my programs. Purchased by me. As I was using the computer I noticed I could not see the keyboard due to the back light color. Simple fix, nope. After roughly 8 hours or ore of tech support and personal troubleshooting I found out the G7 7590 has different keyboard back lighting options, which were never mentioned. Using the Alienware option noted on You-Tube to fix the problem is not usable. I now have to return the computer and start over. I am guessing it won't be a Dell. Customer service and sales support are horrible. Tech support tried, but no solution. You cannot get ahold of corporate, you are bounced to their off shore location with no resolution. I don't know why a company that was once a well respected company wants to let go of an excellent product platform. Maybe someone from corporate will comment on this question?

Be Careful buying Dell service contract and products I bought a Dell Laptop and am having issues with the company. Oddly they are accusing me of fraud as to how the computer was paid. They say I opened an account with them and have never paid for the computer. Each time I send them the proof that I paid for it by using my Visa, they will not listen. Plus they with not confirm who or how the account was open. I’ve tried calling their customer care many times, only to find out it’s closed.

This is the worst online shopping I have ever had. I received a computer case without any accessories such as PCI-E riser, manual, screws and etc. I tried to communicate with support via email, but. without any success. After a few days of waiting, I started to call to support. I was asked to send an email with a list of missed parts(it was sent). After two weeks of callings, they asked me to fill the statutory declaration and I did it. For now(12.03.2020), nothing had been changing. I have been calling them(endless waiting loop) every week and have been continuing to receive the same answer: we need a few more days to solve your problem. More than a month passed after my first email and my computer case is just a brick and I can't use it. it looks like they are just pulling time and do nothing. Few hours after this review had posted I received an email fro CU with offer refunding. I accept it but, for now (23.03.2020) I have received no money. customer #4156514:

Dopodiché, come già detto in precedenza, trasferiremo questo caso alla nostra agenzia di riscossione. Per di più, non possiamo rispondere favorevolmente alla sua richiesta di risarcimento danni, perché come scritto nelle nostre condizione generali di vendita al paragrafo 8 : "La responsabilità si orienta secondo le disposizioni legali vigenti e applicabili. Digitec Galaxus non si assume alcuna responsabilità per (i) lieve negligenza, (ii) danni diretti, indiretti, consequenziali e mancato guadagno, (iii) economie non realizzate, (iv) danni da more di consegna, nonché (v) per tutte le azioni e omissioni del personale ausiliario di Digitec Galaxus, siano queste contrattuali o extracontrattuali." Digitec / Galaxus has one of the best delivery and shop systems I've seen so far. The prices are still okay though they were better in the past. Nevertheless, Digitec/Galaxus is my onestopshop for almost everything. The only thing which could make it better is an option to pay monthly again.
