I had only ordered from Optics Planet once before but have known of their reputation for years. My first experience was reasonable, good price, ok shipping. My next order has not gone so well. I ordered 4 different items at once so I could get the free shipping over $49.00. After a month of not receiving my order I cancelled it. The next day I got an email saying that all my stuff was back in stock, would I like to reinstate my order? I said yes and a couple of days later I got a shipping confirmation. It's been 2 weeks now, still don't have my stuff.

Fish4dogs is het enige voer wat mijn hond met allergiën kan verdragen. Het voordeel van dit voer is dat er heel weinig ingrediënten inzitten. Dus ook minder kans voor mijn hond op een reactie. De bezorging is vlot. Dus ik ben zeer tevreden over fish4dogs.

Alle bestellingen die wij hebben gedaan, zijn altijd goed nagekomen en in goede orde afgeleverd bij mij thuis. De honden vinden het voer, White Fish brokken, erg smakelijk. Zij eten tweemaal per dag hun bak leeg......zij zien er goed uit. Ook de gedroogde vishuid blokjes vinden zij - als tussendoortje - lekker.

Discovering this company via Amazon has been a masterstroke. They have the widest range of watersport-based products I could wish for at my amateur level. As well as a wide range of products, every one I have bought so far have been excellent quality and stylish to boot. Lomo have become my first choice of retailer when I am looking for a watersport products. If the range & quality of products wasn't good enough, their shipping costs & speed are fantastic. Beware of 'auctioneers discretion' when they sell an antique japanese coffee set for £2. When I commented that I was not happy with the auctioneers discretion I was informed they could have gone to charity or been returned. Quite frankly I'd have had them back. I'll never use Byrnes again.

Shambles. I ordered goods and still waiting for them 10 days later and still no information from Fishing Republic. Buyer beware. I would recommend using a supplier who will answer the phone or give an honest update.

The worst shopping experience ever. The worst shopping experience ever. Went into the local Fishing Republic. Was followed around the shop like a thief. When I asked a question, was told " You can leave" The Management could do with some customer service training. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid This was the Gloucester Branch, not to be confused with the other possibly, very good outlets.

Great experience place an order and a week later place another order and while I was check items on sale saw that a barrel I bought was on sale for less then I paid. I contacted them and they responded and asked if I wanted store credit for the difference or my credit card refunded the difference. Was very happy with the turnaround time on transaction and will surely buy from them again.

Well the horror stories are true! Ordered a watch to be delivered today. Wasn't dispatched yesterday so I sent an email last night and contacted them by phone when the lines opened this morning (yes their call centre is as bad as people say) and was told there was a payment problem, even though the money has gone from my bank. I then got a reply to my email to say order is processed and it will be dispatched soon. As this contradicted what I was just told I replied to the email and called up again. After waiting forty minutes I was told yep all was fine now and it would be dispatched tomorrow. Great I thought. I checked my emails and had a reply waiting saying it won't be dispatched as problem with payment!!!! Absolutely shocking service. No one seems to know what they're doing and it seems they just say what they can to get you off the line. I have now asked to cancel my order and had an email to say it has been done. Log back in to account and surprise surprise no it hasn't!!!! Now waiting on the phone yet again to find out what the hell is actually happening. I've been next in the queue for 23 minutes now. Funnily enough they finish soon.. Stick to Amazon or literally anyone else.

If you're lucky, you'll receive a watch with no faults. If you're unlucky and there is a problem, Watchshop will go to the ends of the Earth to avoid any responsibility, Appalling 'customer service'. The very best of luck if you decide to buy from them.

I've just purchased a Scotland vintage rugby shirt for a gift - arrived timely and great quality for the price. However - web description is navy blue/white and it's actually navy blue/cream (strong cream at that!) Such a disappointment.

DO NOT buy from this company Whatever you do - do not buy from Living Spaces. Do not. We ordered a couch on June 10th with 6-8 week shipping. It wasn't until mid August I heard from them with a "scheduled delivery" of August 28th. Later to find out this was an "estimated window" and it was not delivered until September 17th. When they showed up, the couch was TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. After one half of the couch being delivered into my apartment, we realized NEITHER of them were the right color. In contacting Living Spaces I said I was fine keeping the color of the half couch we have as long as we could get the other half in the same color. I was informed it would take at minimum another 8 weeks to deliver and requested a refund and pickup. From there, I scheduled a pickup for October 1 (two weeks later...inconvenient to have half a couch taking up the entire living room). When I called the logistics company to expedite it I was told they have NO CONFIRMATION of a pickup scheduled. My first customer service representative, Gary, was kind and helpful, but other than that Living Spaces has been little to no help and I still have no answers regarding confirmation of pickup.

We ordered 7 network adaptors from Scan to allow our workers to work from home due to the virus. Upon receipt the goods were provided with European plugs which are of course incompatible with UK households. We requested for the correct plugs to be sent but later decided to return the goods prior to receipt of the latter. Upon returning we were informed we would not be provided with a full refund due to damage to the goods - this was impossible as the goods were provided with a EU plug and therefore none of our team were able to use these prior to returning as of course they do not have such plugs in their home or our office. Scan renamed Scam! We run a company supplies thousands of goods daily to customers and would never treat our customers in such a way, especially after sending out goods to them which were falsely advertised in the first place!

Summary: difficult returns procedure, rude customer service and misleading product listing. Would avoid them. They added an extra 'HD+' label to a webcam listed on their site which was not from the manufacturer. As far as I can tell (even after asking them for clarification on why) there is no reason other than to mislead about the quality of the webcam since it was awful and unusable quality. I tried to return it and have been told I need to pay for return postage myself and I won't be refunded for the original expensive postage I paid to have it delivered. When talking to customer service they were quite rude about all of this.

honestly don't order, its not worth the stress, they are selling items that they don't even have in stock, then sending me an email telling me that my order was with me and enjoy, i've not received any order, i've tried to call them so many times, to be on hold for hours on end, to rude customer service that cut you off or just try palm you off with anything. If you order after reading this and experience the same, i told you so!
