I would love to give 5star but I am really annoyed by one thing. I order an item that is on backorder 7-14 days, after 20 days you informed me that you cannot get it and send me the voucher for it as a refund. I login again and find similar item I needed and it says it is on stock and available and beside that I order things for another 100€ and then I get info that exactly that item I needed is also on backorder. I really think you should pay more attention on that because I lost almost 2 month to get item from another supplier and I really needed it just because of your negligence.

I live in a place with little to no Japanese food or markets, so Bento&Co is a great option for me to get things to use in my lunches. Good quality bento boxes can be surprisingly hard to find on sites like Amazon, so it's great to have a store dedicated to it, that also has a lot of collaborations with different brands. Everything I've ordered has been great and I haven't had any issues with defects or shipping. Would recommend for people who are interested in bento lunch boxes!

Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick! Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...). I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. Can't wait to bring them to the office for a healthy and cute lunch :-) There's just one thing.... you've got so much cute items.... I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

Armourlite and Isobrite watches are super tough and hold up well under any conditions. Awesome American company out of Florida. These are the only watches I buy now and I have a vast collection of watches across many brands to include luxury names that cost hundreds to even thousands more. No, you would get no such email reply. No returned phone calls. No calls answered when you did called the company. I stand corrected when they did email me it was sarcasm. Easy to navigate back to shopping cart after curiosity led me to other things in which I may be interested. upon checkout, I clicked on the cheapest/slowest delivery, $4.95 or something, yet it punched me up to the $9.99 amount, negating any savings. I searched far and wide for the best deal. In the long run I could've driven to REI and gotten them that day for $2 more. The website would not let me start over, and by then I had already invested my time.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Gearcor. Part of my order had to come from the manufacturer which the site had indicated. After placing my order I received an email to inform me that as soon as the portion of my order arrived from the manufacturer they would send out my complete order. Once my order was shipped I had it the next day, awesome! I would definitely purchase from Gearcor again.

I have nothing to hide I just read the review by "Miguel" who posted on various websites like Amazon, Google and now this site. He uses different aliases with the same story and pictures. This guy sounds bitter and jaded because of not getting his way. I have done many purchases from this company online and as will calls. They have a clear notice stating a 30 day money back guarantee or 1 year manufacturer warranty. I was nosy and inquired about this recent complain that I read on google and this Site jabber and noticed same story and picture just a different name. I had to inquiry about this complain. It turns out this guy using a different aliases and hides behind a computer is actually doing a disservice to himself and I intend to tell the other side of the story. I also understand under the 1 year manufacturer warranty "Miguel" chose not to return the item for a replacement. I bought a duffel bag from this company and it fell apart the first time I used it. A huge hole the size of my head opened on the size and 2 of the 3 wheels broke. I bought the bag on ebay 7/24/16. I left for a trip on 8/19/16 and returned 9/1/16. The first time the bag was used was on 8/19/16, and it started to fall apart when it was used. I could not return it within their 30 day window because I was away from home. When I returned, only a couple of days after the 30 day return period had expired, I tried to return it on ebay where I purchased it from, but they denied the claim despite telling them that it fell apart after only one use. The company has fought my claims with paypal and my credit card company, and refuse to take responsibility for their poor quality products. They hide behind their 30 day return policy as if it's their religion. I have emailed them directly and they only want to give me excuses, such as saying "this bag is only intended to transport fragile photographic equipment by vehicle" and made false assumptions that I abused the bag. They have offered to exchange it, but clearly nobody would want another bag that will fall apart after using it only once. Only a complete refund is acceptable. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers, and for the terribly low quality products they sell. They only care about making money and do not care about doing the right thing for their customers.

It took me close to an hour to look for individual drill bits. I wanted small sizes, which I never did find. In the larger bits, you did not have 3 of the individual 1/2" drive bits that I wanted. I ended up purchasing a set of bits, that had 2 of the ones I was looking for. Your site does not recognize '1/4" drive drill bits" for a search.

I looked and looked for a beam type torque wrench for my VW wheel nuts. In the Army I had to calibrate click torque wrenches. They are for fools. A beam wrench requires "feel". Click torque wrenches wind up being reset to "zero" but not calibrated on a test stand. Good for you for carrying this wrench!

I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

Its too soon to write a complete review since my puppy girl is experimenting bleeding in the urine, little traces (said the Vet) but blood speaks loud and I am concern. She also is having bolding spots behind ears, this is almost solve with Ox-E topical drops, the new fur is growing pretty soon and healthy as the skin is improving.. For the bleeding I am following recommendations from Kara which is a nice lady face of the company. In fact, so satisfied so far. Thank you!

Hi Your website is pretty clunky and some of the featured things I wanted were not in stock - like other Camelbak bottles and short dated Clif Bars. Because of my lowish ratings, I was promised a follow-up phone call that didn't happen. After ordering product colours that I did not really want, I was then emailed to say those colours were not available and would I accept some other colours. I ordered on the 12th but my order was not actioned until late on the 14th but I got the impression it would be quicker than this. On a positive not, my order was all correct and well packaged.

I really love this website. In the short time I have been using it I have found great friends. Yes there are other things to do on there but I think the best thing is that there are people from so many countries on there. I now have friends in the UK, Spain, Germany, India, to name a few! Sometimes if I am getting bored I listen to music on there and play the flash games. The jokes section is not bad either. I am sure I am forgetting something, because there is a bunch of stuff to do. The rooms thing is pretty cool, you can "buy" stuff from a shop to decorate your own room. Neat. Highly recommended to everyone.

This site is a very dangers site for us kids and should be close down for safety reason .I am 14 year old and was on shtyle for about 6 months and was contacted by at less 10,000 pedophiles.I was lure to a beach by a man who was pretending to be a another 14 year old girl.I was lucky my dad drop me off and he waited to see who I was meeting up with or who know what could had happen after he try grab me.. My account was close by shtyle for some reason "7 days ago" but still everyone is able to see all my photos and info about me so now I got no control over who can view my photos and stuff. I have wrote to them asking them to remove them but got no reply Please everyone, STAY AWAY FROM SHTYLE FM . The service is really impeccable, while I haven't found better prices anywhere (and I've looked). They're a British company, with great staff who are sympathetic beyond the call of duty. On two occasions I had problems of my own making and they literally made them go away within minutes of getting in touch. PC building can be a bit hairy, especially when you're on a budget and you rely on the damn thing, but CCL Computers have made it that much easier so I really am glad they are there.

Very cheap hosting on their cloud platform. Customer service is terrible and rented, dedicated servers have uptime issues, but the cloud VPS is a very stable product. Payments protip: Load several months/years of credit onto your account by overpaying an invoice via SEPA transfer to their IBAN account (list your account number, ask their customer support for more info). This will prevent you from running into payment issues if you have issues with your card payment as they'll just take money out of your "balance".

UPDATE 18.05.2020- Gary from GDK has since made contact to try to iron out the issues, hence additional one star on rating. Decent website, prices and gun cabinet was good value for money. Found the right cabinet at a good price, ordering was straightforward. Website mentions surcharges for some areas. I called and asked for price to my postcode, was told no extra charge, which was a bit surprising as I'm in the highlands. Placed order straight away based on that info. 8 working days later, no cabinet. Eventually got hold of shop on the phone. The fella told me that 'nobody had picked up on the fact that a surcharge was due, hadn't processed the order and hadn't contacted me. That implies that there is a team and somebody else may have been responsible. The sole employee (and owner I imagine) then told me that he hadn't said postage was free and that it would cost me an extra £20 to have cabinet sent. Also said he is the only one in the shop so I could only have spoken to him. Fair enough, his voice was familiar from the first call. Why then hadn't someone (him) picked up on the order and processed it in the first place? I was unhappy with the misinformation ref delivery. The order confirmation states free delivery to my post code. I was further unhappy with the poor processing and poor comms. I read reviews after I had ordered (my mistake) and found numerous unhappy customers. It's a shame he doesn't sort out the comms and order processing. Based on the website, product choice, prices and quality, I would have given 5 stars if the order was processed properly and efficiently. Finally, the 5 gun extra tall cabinet is a cracking item for the price. Would definitely recommend the product. Just not the seller based on my experience. It was well packaged and delivered quite quickly once the surcharge was paid.
