The bus quit working and we were stranded at a gas station for an hour And a half after we already had to switch buses one time because the first wasn’t big enough. Then due to the delay we didn’t get to do part of the tour and the rest was rushed and the tour guide blamed it on our group because we needed to be back by the original time. It wasn’t our fault we made other plans after the eight hour tour.

The lady who gave us initial quotations over the phone was superb at least 6 stars for her, but the one who did the insurance placement needs to receive further training I would suggest. She made errors as we fed in the exact detail, and having finally spelt our sur name correctly then sent the email confirmation to a wrong spelling of sur name so not received and had to be chased to get it right!

I was relocating to Spain and wanted to take my cat with me only I hadn't a clue where to start! Sam talked me through the process and very quickly arranged the flight for my cat along with a very sturdy travel crate for her to travel in. We both arrived in Malga safely last week and I can't thank Sam and the driver Wayne enough for all their help and support and would highly recommend their services. P.S. I think I was probably more nervous than my cat throughout the entire process, thankfully Kiki has settled well in her new Spanish home!

Couldn’t be more happy with Puppy Buddy and Veronica for making it possible for little Pippa to make it to Texas safely. Our new puppy is healthy and the cutest little thing we have ever seen. I was really worried about flying such a tiny puppy but as soon as we opened her crate we were smothered with puppy kisses and she seemed to have no issues about her trip. Peru & Brazil, May 2019 I have wanted to visit Machu Picchu for many years and when my daughter said "dad when you go to Peru can I come with you" we fixed a date to coincide with her 40th Birthday. We met Katie Aston from Revealed Travel at the holiday exhibition at Event City Manchester in 2018 and was impressed with her knowledge of Peru and appreciated the way she listened to our plans and over the next few months Katie tweaked her very detailed itinerary to suit our needs and budget. The reality of the trip greatly out-performed our expectations and I cannot begin to explain in this summary how superbly organised everything was. Peru 9 nights - Lima, Nazca, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco Right from being met at Lima Airport by the Viajes Pacifico representative with his large yellow sign with our name we were pleased with the professionalism of this company, on the numerous excursions arranged the staff were very well turned out in matching uniforms, all spoke excellent English and have a knowledge and passion for their culture and history that really made every minute with them so enjoyable. All of the five Hotels chosen by Katie that we stayed at in Peru are amazing, in the best locations with beautiful rooms and great food, at the Ollantayambo Hotel my daughter said " this is paradise I never want to leave here" and my wife and I felt the same. Brazil 7 nights Copacabana Beach This was planned as a "chill-out" by the beach week to recover from the full-on time in Peru, again the representatives from Del Bianco greeted us at Ria De Janeiro airport and gave us a good insight in the ways of Rio. The Hotel on Copacabana Beach was superb and the people did their best to look after us but had limited English so there was a lot of sign language to get by. All in all I would highly recommend Revealed Travel for the way they listened to what we wanted and then surpassed our expectations in every way :-) I would like to thank Katie and all the staff that contributed to fulfilling our dream holiday. Corsican Places provided excellent service, both from the UK bookings side with Rosie and from the local rep, Sylvie Beard, who was very helpful and full of useful tips about activities and restaurants. The package included car hire and insurance so no hassle at the airport, baggage allowance included on the flight, and there was plenty of information in the Villa. Their selection of properties suited us, and as we were booking at the last minute it was reassuring to know we could contact them with any problems. We had to pay extra for flights in our package as the seats had gone on the one we wanted, but they met us half way on the cost, which was decent of them. In comparison with booking through an internet site with little human help, as in previous holidays where we ended up with extra hidden costs, this was a pleasant experience and we hope good customer service will help companies like this survive the online world.

Smart Insurance for scratches on car: I have insurance for multiple callouts for scratches or small knocks on car. They have refused my claim because the scratches are on one side of the car, rather than spread out around the car They class this as one scratch. A totally pointless insurance policy.

A company that would rip you off!! They charge you more then the item itself . Around 400 more then what the items worth . I would rather buy it from the shop then paying them £400 extra !! What’s the point having an insurance policy when they charge you so much !! Definitely not worth it !!!!

I used Spartan FX to transfer funds to the UK for a property purchase. I cant fault the rates or service I received. Exceptional compared to my bank. I was kept informed of what was happening with the exchange rates to help me decide when to convert my funds. Paid for the renewal a week before the 31 January 2020 due date for a full year. Dad fell ill a day after payment was made and is now terminal and going into palliative care. Sent them an email advising of this and requesting refund of moneys only to receive their response stating that they don't do refunds under any circumstances. Called them to explain (in case they misunderstood the email) and was told that they have no facility to refund. Gutless manager, owner or whatever he is was muttering in the background and didn't have the intestinal fortitude to speak to me. Was actually told by the woman on the ohone to tyry and find another person interested in the service and sell our subscription to them!! While having to deal with the news that dad is dying!!!!!!!!! Writing them another email after posting this and happy to share all correspondence. In summary, AVOID THIS 'COMPANY'. Entities displaying such a callous nature should be obliterated from the business landscape.

I subscribed to mysat for the Italian service and found it very good and cheap , 200$ for the box and 3 months subscription. They asked me to get an installer as they don't deal with installation. The signal and quality of the channels is not bad at all. I definitly recommend. inexpensive 35$/month for the Italian package. Nothing

Ordered 20 items from them. Items received were having some problem with the colour inconsistency. Took photos and send them an email. They don't reply back until 2 days later after I sent them another email again. They brief reply were: we only sell genuine products, recommended me to google the manufacturer oversea and make enquiry myself to the manufacturer. They are the direct distributor of these products, not retailer. Yet when issue with products arise, they just want to brush it of to the customer to sort it out themself if they are not happy with the products received. Disputed to Paypal, again the seller give me no solution, just again telling me that what the products should be. Any buyer out there, if you don't want to take risks losing your money buying a product you are not satisfied with, and the seller doesn't look after you, please stay away from this seller.

Bought both the Glasslock Oven Safe Container 9pc Set, the Baby Food Container 9pc Set w/ Spoon, and the Glasslock Square Baby Food Container 3pc Set from KitchenWarehouse. The quality of the Glasslock products I received has been outstanding. I have used them in my microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and airfryer all without problems. Just note that because it is glass it's quite heavy and I broke one in the midst of packing up to move. I don't have babies or children, I just use the baby storage jars to store smaller portions of food, salad, and condiments.

Your website is extremely slow. In California 12 noon on Wednesday November 27th. I saw your google ad, didn't click, but copied url to get to your site. Nearly left a couple of times as it is really slow to render. Will see about service, but so far other than being really slow to load and having multiple clicks to get to check out and had to do that 2 times... figure you'll probably lose other customers who aren't patient. Great price and I think I know why, but will see if there's any issue with delivery. Thanks

I went for the bait and switch because it seem to make sense. Weeks later I'm still waiting on the TV. I sent an email and their response was, if you cancel we will take $750 out of your deposit. Overall it feels like a low life sort of outfit. Instead of trying to make things OK with me they go straight to threatening me.

We received our first rug two days ago and just placed an order for another. I've spent so much time looking for rugs that do not have a horrible off-gas smell. My cotton rug from Hook and Loom looks beautiful, feels great underfoot, and doesn't have any issues with off-gassing that I've experienced with so many other rugs.

Most of the services we received we could have easily done on our own. We had tickets to all the attractions but no idea how much time we should allow each one to get back on time. We rushed...actually missed the museum because we were told the submarine would take an hour. It took 15 minutes at most. Just having a suggested schedule would have helped so much.....Rather than handing us a handful of tickets and quickly pointing the direction of each attraction. When we got back to the van at the appointed time, we were told if we went on the city tour we might not make our flight to Maui. So we missed the included city tour and sat on the airport almost 3 hours. Really??? I would select another company next time.

Buyer beware! We booked 3 tours totaling over $1200.00 and when we called to confirm (after no contact from them) they tell us we do not have flights for the next morning. I doubt if they were planning to let us know at all...not even an apology. We are still waiting for our money to be refunded and will be contacting the BBB in the morning.

When I talked to them, they said they would refund my money but not my shipping charge on this order and I had to ship it back to them on my dollar. This is crap. Will not recommend this seller to anyone. This is not my fault. Bad seller. I will not do business with them again.

impulsedatasolutions.com contacted me stating the will provide exclucive real estate email database and in January 30, 2019, ***** from impulsedatasolutions.com sold to me a list of 50,000 emails for real estate agents in California and charged my credit card $7,500.00. I was not able to use the email list to send emails. I called him and asked how to use it. He told me that I needed the help of another company with a special software to send emails for me. He gave me the name of the company. After going back and forth with the company, we were still not able to send any emails out. I contacted ***** and told him that we cannot use the email list. He said he would send my emails for me twice a month and he would charge me $750 each time. I accepted. Nothing has ever been sent out. I am a real estate agent in California and I did not receive anything. I called ***** many times. He is not returning my calls.

To anybody who sees this, don't trust it. I have an FBVN account, it worked well for awhile but now it's stopped working. For five days I have been trying to get their "customer service" to help me fix the problem. Nothing's been solved; they don't even bother to read previous e-mails so they've just kept repeating solutions that haven't worked (note: FBVPN expects you to have a pretty good understanding of VPN software, how a DNS works, how an IP works, how server connections work - the one plus side of all this is that thanks to their inept and vague responses, I have learned a lot about all these things on my own because I HAD TO). Also, many of their responses are by people who do not speak English fluently, so if you do decide to use this appallingly bad VPN, make sure to speak simply. But the best solution is to avoid them all together and go for one of their competitors.

I just joined yesterday tested few hours and found that your FBVPN service speed is fantastic as what I'd compared with other VPN service. I'm fanatics VPN user since few years back (started 2005). Configuration is simple as 1, 2, 3 it's take me less than 30 second and everything working good and fine. Hope the service will maintained as what is now and keep your good jobs contentiously forever, thanks. Will invite more friends to join FBVPN service (Faster and Better VPN).

I am surprised nobody at sitejabber.com has yet reviewed SeaSteading.org yet. Founded by the famous economist Milton Friedman's grandson Patri Friedman, the institute's goal is no less than solving the problem of inefficient government: It proposes the creation of new social and political structures (probably many of which are libertarian) on the high sea. Why on the waters? The territorial states do not extend to the high seas, thus making them the last bastion of true freedom on our blue planet. 100% scam I bought and paid for a Canon printer almost 2 months ago and was expecting it to arrive in few days as indicated on website (2-3 days). Week later, still no printer, so rang to see how much longer it will be. Was told they were having a problem with supplier, but the printer is on the way now. Another week later...rang again and was told exactly the same story again. At that point I decided to cancel the order which I was told has to be done by email. Ok, so I emailed my request to cancel straight away and never heard anything back since. It's now been almost 2 months since placing the order. Watch out for Penta ! Scammers & liars ! 2-3 times and have been lied to each time."it will arrive in few days or

Your review will help others learn about this website. i wish i read these reviews before dealing with this backyard shop. paid for the item in time, selected for 'pick-up' deliver, waited for 4 weeks just to be told that 'item was allocated to another order, but if you want it , you can pay extract $15..' And this is after following up with them the week before, when they said 'the item is in its way from our warehouse in SA, will be available collection in 2-3 business days' What a bunch of liars. Their shop should be closed and charged with misleading practises. Never deal with them again! Please do not review if you are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website.

I did a sketch of the numerical 70 that I would like for my birthday. When I went into the shop to see Jackie, I went over the sketch showing her patterns etc that I would like and asked for extras too, according to my hobbies, to be added. I asked for vanilla sponge on one number and chocolate sponge on the other. When I went back in to the Shop to see the cake I was elated. The cake was absolutely beautiful. As for the taste, the sponge was delicious. And as for the icing it was nice and soft. Everybody at the venue said it was beautiful. I didnt want to cut it. Thank you Jackie for a fantastic cake. It really was delicious. I will certainly be coming back for future birthday cakes.

Ordered a £177 2 Tier Cake as a surprise for our Pastor We showed photo of how it should look and emailed same photos 4 days before delivery (we paid for delivery) we asked for cake to be delivered at 11am. Was told by bruske no rude man that 'we're not a delivery service' if you wanted it a specific time you should have told us when you ordered it!! Fast forward to delivery. I live 30miles away but cake was delivered and photo sent to me of the cake. I was concerned but it was not until the evening of the party i saw the design. They'd ignore all our spec and photos. We were very clear what was required. When my colleague went to return the stand we'd ordered she raised the issue. Jackie's reaction was why didnt you return it if you were not happy!!!! She expected us to not use the cake and let 70 guests down with the celebrant!! In response we asked them why didn't you check you'd got our spec right. She replied her daughter got it wrong...passed the buck cos' her daughter wasn't there! She admitted miscommunication with her and bakers. Compensation? An 8 inch cake in the exact design ......we declined. I wish I'd gone to M&S like I wanted to. Shops like this that dont understand customer service will close.

Pretty good site but sometimes the order doesn't go through and you have to wait. Also, make sure that you choose the right location! It will auto default based on locations sometimes and I have twice had my order go to the wrong location.

I am writing this letter in regard to bring your attention to a serious issue I had with your establishment about a month ago. I ordered a chicken burrito, and halfway through my meal, I bit into what turned out to be a little clump of hair. I am not the type of customer that wants to make a big deal over things that I understand can happen in the workplace, especially in the food industry, which I have been a part of for many years. I mentioned there was hair in my burrito and the workers offered to make me another one. I declined because at that point I was not really in the mood for a burrito anymore. I can say that I am I particularly regular customer at your restaurant, and I have never had any problems with your food, other than this incident. While I am relatively certain that this was possibly a fluke, I am still concerned how this clump of hair got into one of the items I had asked to be put into my burrito. I am curious of how this could have happened. I am also concerned with the lack of concern I received from the staff. I believe that just offering the same replacement menu item after something like this happens is not very acceptable. At that point, I would like to have been given a gift card or voucher so that the next time I came into our restaurant, I would have a free meal and better experience. Most customers, including myself are not interested in eating something that was just impaired. I did not make any more fuss about the burrito, and just said that I did not want something else instead. I have other friends that are also regular customers at your establishment have the same issues every once in a while. I thought I would make it known that we enjoy your food, and would like to bring our business back, knowing that this issue will hopefully be addressed. I hope to hear back from you about this incident soon. we buy pure capsaicin regularly from this company. due to the nature and use of our clients we have ALL our bulk purchases independently assessed by a lab. 100% of the the time it has come back 100 % purity and higher or as stated shu. we could not be happier ( as our clients) with our purhases of pure capsaicin. we have tried other overseas suppliers, but always return back to these guys. def a superior product than other we have tried. keep up the fantastic work.

I bought a half ounce sample of their "Pure Capsaicin Crystals 16,000,000 SHU" before committing to larger quantities. Thank goodness I started small to check them out. What they sent me was a joke. No crystal at all but recompressed powder that smelled strongly of vanilla and had very little heat. Compared to many samples of real crystal capsaicin I have on hand, I put this fraudulent product at 2 or 3 million SHU at best. A polite inquiry inquiring about shipping of the correct product resulted in an extremely rude and condescending reply. They expected me to send this garbage back to Australia at my expense for a refund when it should have been flushed down the toilet. I did return it but I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund and return shipping paid.

I purchased a faucet replacement kit from KB and I happened to mention the fact that I was looking to find out information on another project I was working on, a commercial type of plumbing for a fire hydrant, this guy asked a few questions, pulled up info and had my answer in no time flat! What! I've got diabetes? I'm gunna die? - Holy crap what do you do or say when a doctor, not your regular doctor goes ballistic at you after you do a regular blood test not expecting any surprises? This happen to me about six weeks ago. It was like he was talking a different language. With all due respect for his education and he skill. Dumping or overloading a patient with way too much information, putting the fear of God in me. My mind was racing thinking the worst. I'll spare you the whole conversation. In short he said you sugar is three times what it should be, you cholesterol is really high your obese. You need to exercise. I do doctor. Try harder! I did think that was funny at he time but did let him know. Blah blah blah blah ... You're are a diabetic your sugar is three times what it should be. I couldn't retain anymore. Why? We my daughter is Type 1. All drama and issues we have with her also flooded my mind. There are many site and groups that support diabetes. I'm not saying this is the best sight I am saying it is very helpful in answering questions and putting things into perspective. I will continue to revisit this site as it easy to follow. They keep it as simple or as complex as you need. My apologies this post recently for Wallmart which completely the wrong site. I wrote this for www.diabeties.com.

I hate to admit how much therapy I have had in my life. When I stumbled upon Dr. Mirandas site, I was intrigued but didnt expect a lot. I was so wrong! Dr. Miranda is completely focused on results, and to get them as quickly as possible. All the other therapy I have had has been about talk, which unfortunately did not always achieve results. After a month of working with her, Dr. Miranda has changed me from a mostly sad person to someone who greets each new day with a smile. My work has improved and the dark clouds I always felt were there have completely lifted. I am really hopeful, maybe for the first time in my life.

Though I have worked with other highly recommended psychologists in my city, I feel a real difference working with Dr. Miranda. She doesnt use typical psych speak, no and how did that make you feel? type of questions. She is genuine, and gets very real with you. Instead of someone just listening to my problems, with Dr. Miranda I feel like I am accomplishing something and being given tools to progress emotionally.

Casi lo perdemos a pesar de haber estado 30 min antes en el punto de encuentro (Lowes), ya que el bus era una van negra con identificación de un solo lado que se paró enfrente sobre Collins. No se lo veía. El chofer ni se bajó a ver si alguien estaba esperando. Al ver la tardanza, nosotros nos asomamos. Nada amable. Tampoco nos entregó los descuentos que prometían al hacer la compra. La vuelta en cambio fue tal cual lo informado y hasta el chofer amablemente nos acercó a nuestro hotel.

Dirty old white coach with bashed wheel arch and rear bumper hanging off was no resemblance to execute coach on their website. Driver did not provide much information during tour. Did not stop at Coco Walk or Wynwood only stop was 25 min at Little Havana then 20 min at Bayside as he was dropping some customers there for a boat trip. When asked why we weren't stopping at Wynwood the driver replied that it was a dump during the day and best visited at night. Poor tour which didn't deliver what we paid for. Save your money and jump on free trolley bus to get around.
