We have used Huntingdon Couriers for a number of years now and have always been very pleased with their service. They have always collected and delivered promptly, and have been very effective and efficient in the running of the service. They are friendly and very customer focused. Value for money is also excellent, the small charge for collection from three offices across Huntingdonshire and return to Huntingdon has not changed in all the time that we have used the service. Highly recommended to anyone. Thank you especially to Dougie and Brian who have kept in touch and built up an excellent relationship along the way.

Just Tiles always deliver a 1st class service & nothing has changed due to the current situation ( Coronavirus). My order was placed on a Saturday afternoon & it was sorted, organised & ready for collection at 12pm on the Monday. I first contacted Let's Move Home in March when I was going to sell my property. I was visited and given a valuation but had 7 other agents to see and work to still do on the property. LMH called every few weeks to check on progress but were never pushy or overbearing. In the end we decided to let the property so Hannah sent us the details of the services available. Another well known agent quoted over £700 to find and vet a tenant whereas it was £195 upfront with LMH. I thought I'd take a risk on a couple of hundred quid - I saw it as a risk as what was the incentive to let my property once they had been paid? I'm pleased to say that there really was no risk involved. The day after the ad had been placed, I had 7 viewings and the property was let to the first applicants. LMH have sorted everything out and are still in touch to check how everything is going before the tenancy start date. Their service has been first class and the excellent photography of the house made me think, 'Wow, I'd like to live there!' as it looked like a show home. I can now see that their motivation to provide an excellent service is to further expand the business and the fees are unbeatable! Give them a try - what have you got to lose?

Aggressive and threatening This company was used by a vulnerable 78 year old disabled woman to provide a bathroom to fit her needs. Upon cold calling her they came out within 2 hours from Leeds to Manchester, where they salesman spent 4.5 hours selling her a £6000 bathroom, that they would be able to begin immediately. Upon being asked to be present for them to come back out a great guy called Taz made some changes that were required and previously missed to meet the persons needs. Reassuringly he advised that he would personally oversee the project and be in contact for peace of mind. We never head from him again. The builder Peter couldn’t have been a more considerate worker, showing real care for what was being done, and the standard he worked to was wonderful. Upon completion there was a few minor snags, and when following up we suggested paying the full balance minus £500 to be paid once the snags completed. They included a light fitting, carpet gripper, brick work on an external wall. With that we were subjected to a level of abuse that was just odd. After an apology we were told it would be done, and payment minus the £500 was made. After 2 failed appointments and concerns about foam being used instead of a brick the owner of the business Mr Abbas decided that threatening me personally, belittling people who were not as wealthy as he is, he apparently drives a Bentley and lives in a 6 bedroom house which makes him better than people who live on benefits. After that he then claimed I had been aggressive an abusive to him, the joys of having recorded the call meant that who said what is clear. As a result a 78 year old woman has been left feeling devastated. She has a beautiful dream bathroom, installed by a brilliant, considerate man, who happens to work for a man who believes his behaviour acceptable. As a result this matter has been reported to trading standards, the police, numerous charities and a number of watchdogs. The owner has offered an apology to the customer for yet again his abusive behaviour, although this was whilst asking for the £500 outstanding payment, that of course rightly he is owed. Sadly she won’t be using him again, which is a shame given the hard work Peter did.

1934 House Rewire SSE recently demanded they instal smart meters in our house. They assured us they legally had the right to insist to do this and would even install the latest Mk 2 universal smart meters that are designed to work with most suppliers. Anyway, the last rewire was 40 years ago. A visit from MHI (Mafair Home Improvemnts) confirmed the rewire was probably neccesary and soon Tom & Jamie were lifting floor boards, chiselling walls, clearing up etc Within a few days the new wiring was gradually switched on and found to be functioning correctly. We had to ask sometimes as to why somethings hadn't been done as expected but a reason was always given. A lot of work was done in a short period of time

This review is based on the Streatham branch of Anthony Gold Solicitors, and this could possibly be one of the worst experiences we've have with a firm of solicitors. The quotation started out great but as soon as terms of engagement were signed we noticed the issues quickly starting. We've read a few reviews that are glowing so perhaps we were unlucky in who we were dealing with, so I'd highly recommend to avoid Mrs. Nickiesha Carter. Whilst working part time is totally fine, never have I experienced a solicitor who just doesn't pick up phone calls in the day and then just email responses in the evening several days later. The queries being asked and information requested was so over the top and completely irrelevant to what was actually needed, which we soon figured out was likely just a way to add hours to the clock to justify the extortionate additional charges added onto the final bill. We ended up calling up various third parties to help satisfy Mrs. Carter that the information requested was really not needed, in which she continued to challenge them - absolutely absurd! We'd even spoken with the bank whom was requested the information and even they confirmed the information was not needed... but of course Mrs. Carter continued to state this was required. Throughout the whole process a theme quickly developed, this effectively being Mrs. Carter signing off her emails stating if we didn't agree to increased fees our case would be dropped. Knowing the time constraints we were in this felt almost like blackmail so of course we had no option but to continue. Did we ever get told how many more hours would be added, of course not. That would make racking up the bill at the end more tricky. When it came to having the bank release funds, she simply withheld a massive chunk labelled fee retention (£6,000 compared to the £1,300 quoted at the start) which we also found very strange. Overall we found Mrs. Carter completely unprofessional and lacked any sense on empathy - if you are assigned Mrs. Carter for your case I'd pick another solicitor. We took our concerns to Mrs. Carter's senior, Mr. Steven Whitaker, who we found to sweep up the issues under the rug. Although we have now resolved our issues and thankfully recovered a partial refund, the total was still much higher than the initial quote and much higher than we have ever paid for completing the exact same works with other solicitors. I would never choose to work with Anthony Gold again after this experience and certainly will not be recommending to anyone I know. Avoid at all costs!

Horrific service - they assigned a trainee to the case without our permission , poor communication from start , online portal doesn’t work , they respond very slowly to others solicitors ,rude switchboard . Have made an official complaint and considering referring the case to ombudsman, not paying them and also compensation. Avoid if you want to see your case getting somewhere!!

However the second case handler was great and finished everything in a matter of Couple of weeks. I have been using Bio Green Clean for more years than I can count and find it to be the only cleaning product I need. Bio Green cleans everything from red wine spills to engine oil. I use Bio Green to clean kitchen stove, exhaust fan and barbeque grill. I have not found anything that Bio Green Clean can't clean.

First experience of Black Sheep following several years with Love Energy and certainly will not be using them again. Was talked into taking what turns out to be a very bad deal which we are now tied into for 4 years. Account Manager assigned to us has since left the company and no-one interested in helping us now that the deal is done. BEWARE! NOT RECOMMENDED. I will be returning to Love Energy at the first possible opportunity.

I recently contacted Britcubes looking to buy my first ever cube. I was after a specific model that I had researched. After chatting with Joe though he recommended that for my beginner ability a different cube would probably be better for me to handle. He was absolutely right as the one I have does feel a little ‘slippery’ and I’m sure the other would have been excessive for me. The cube he recommended was also considerably cheaper than the one I was originally looking at so very good, honest service. :) The postage was reasonable and very speedy. No complaints at all and I would fully recommend the store and will definitely buy here again if I purchase another cube as this is a small company working hard that deserves the business. Having ordered items over the Christmas break today I received an abusive email followed 10 minutes later by an email stating they had been hacked and all of my details had been stolen. This was my first time dealing with the company via their website and it appears to be a total con.

I ordered just before Christmas and today I got an email saying that they have been hacked and my bank account details have been stolen. Customer service is crap too, no replies to emails before Christmas and they're not picking calls up. It seems like a scam.

Uncap-able to deliver what they advertise. Do not have clue about their products. Extremely unprofessional. No wonder staff could not deliver decent customer service as the Boss (Manager) does not have basic customer service skills. Very sad. DO NOT buy form this little un-reputable company anything; is not worth it. Pay extra somewhere else and have piece of mind.

Dishwasher broke on Thursday evening spent weekend looking for a replacement deciede what I wanted then found Corbetts on the internet couldn't believe the price so rang them òn Tuesday they said not in stock checked and it could be in Thursday and they could deliver Friday if I ordered on line which I did and we had the first delivery 7:45 am as they had text me the day before. Amazing will use when another appliance needs replacing. Great service and price thankyou.

Well as a truck an owner operator we all have challenges. Cash flow is the biggest worry for all of us . I was never a fan of factoring companies simply because they all promise and never deliver. CoreFund capital has definitely made my opinion change and to be honest I never think twice about getting my money the day promised. I truly can’t be more thankful to this company and it’s staff for doing everything they say they will do. 5 stars all day long

Bought a house a few months ago from Countryside. I was expecting it will be of the same or better quality as my previous home which was also built by Countryside about 20 years ago. However, since I moved in it has been a nightmare. I have done my own snaggings (so I am not an expert) and so far reported close to 200 snaggings. The workmenship is terrible. It's frustrating, time-consuming and a waste of time trying to get snaggings resolved, because the Customer Care department hardly responds to any emails, any responses are provided after many, many follow-up emails, can't reach them via phone, escalations to their manager are pointless. Never ever buying again from them and not recommending anyone to buy. I would have given 0 stars, so being very generous giving it 1 star.

Countryside sold my own property through 'House to Home' in just over a week which enabled me to reserve my plot on Countryside Properties Abbostfield development. The whole process has been great, even though everything went on a go slow during the COVID pandemic, Lisa, Tara and Team were brilliant. Every business involved in the process kept the sale and purchase moving and ensured that everything was in place so that we were all ready to proceed once lockdown restrictions were eased. Finally I exchanged and completed in May 20! No business or purchaser has been faced with such unprecedented challenges but Countryside and House to Home have pulled it off.

Been using this company for 4 years and they are absolutely amazing! Only had two issues- once with set up and needed some guidance and today when our 4 year old IT expert logged us out and we used the wrong details to login back in. But dealt with same day and with a wonderfully warm and decent human behind the keyboard. So when I say two issues- neither were the fault of Digibit and at £2 per month, it’s an absolute steal. Thanks Digibit team.

Nadir was always very helpful when booking my flights for Bali and Singapore. I was provided excellent service and recommendations and Nadir found me a really good price. One of the main items I ordered, the Body sun screen 30, was no longer available. A big disappointment as I had been recommended this product. However the company did provide an additional face sun screen at no extra charge, as well as some little samples of other products. Hence the 3 star rating, but a higher star for their attempt at goodwill.

We had one day in Portland. This was a great way to tour Portland and learn about the different areas. The driver was very knowledgeable about the different areas. We would like to come back when we had more time and visit the areas we saw. We will recommend the pink trolley.

While the driver was friendly and courteous, he started out stating we were supposed to be at the pick up point at 8:30 when our tickets said 9. At the LBJ birthplace, we weren’t given time to see the exhibits in the visitors center. When we got to the LBJ Ranch at noon, the next tour didn’t start until 1, so we didn’t get to see the house. We told the driver we would rather spend more time in Fredricksburg and Luckenbach than wait for the tour. In Fredricksburg, we were only given 1.5 hours, which is the same amount of time I was given when I took this tour 5 years ago and we got more time at the previous stops. When we got to Luckenbach, we asked how long we had and were told 15 minutes. We stayed a half hour. The driver drove right past he winery where he said we would stop at the beginning of the day. It was clear he wanted to get back early.

I was quite skeptical by the Holland at Home claim that they would deliver my purchase by postal mail delivery within 7 to 8 business days. They not only delivered on their claim but the package was extremely well packed since it contained a 1 liter bottle of liquor. Based on this one transaction, I would certainly highly recommend this company to anyone.

I discovered Holland at Home some years ago now & can honestly say that they are such wonderful people. A lot of my childhood was spent in Holland & since the passing of my grandmother many years ago I no longer get over to Holland as much as I would like; Holland at Home have enabled me to get the products I miss from my younger years. The staff have always been very helpful when I have had any problems or queries.
