I ordered the product the Saturday before Christmas. I then received an email stating that my card was being checked for fraud. I understand this is necessary but there was nothing in the email that stated this check may be delayed due to the holidays. The next day still no response. I emailed the company asking if there was a problem with my card. The person stated that my order would be completed when the check was completed. Just after Christmas my order was shipped. I suggest that if the offices are closed for several days for a holiday, that you state that in the email. Additionally, the product inside the box was askew. The gold cardboard holding the face cream container inside the white box was ripped and bent. I wondered if it had been used before. The website state that I would receive samples but none were included. I would appreciate samples to be sent to me.

I've ordered four wigs from CysterWigs so far, and every experience has been great. I will definitely be ordering much more from them in the future. The site is really helpful with informative information about each wig. Many times there are pictures of the wigs on someone who works at CysterWigs, so you can see what it looks like on a real person. They also have tons of YouTube video reviews that are so helpful. Their Instagram account posts pictures of their clients in their wigs...another way to see them on real people. I'm a big fan of this site and the shopping experience.

the main reason I even started buying wigs from Cysterwigs was because of TAZ's informational, upfront reviews. This store has morphed, with evident growing pains of a greedy adolescent. I lost 40.00 on a transaction - for a $230 wig with no coupons. Then they wanted another 40.00 to reorder the same wig in the original desired color. If you are not sure about a wig, don't buy here. Returns are not 'easy' but stressful, time consuming and very costly. More often than not, STOCK is 0 or low as wigs are not 'in stock' - they are only A broker. *read the fine print - as things have changed there - not for the better.

I bought an Arma Typhon 550 mega for my son and I. As soon as I took it out of the box I noticed the shock absorber was not in its housing. After messaging them I managed to get it into its housing. So I tried it out for 10 mins that day on the road. The next day fully charged i took it out properly to a little waste ground. Fine no problem the when on the tarmac a wheel came flying off. After messages and photos I got the answer on how to fix it. The basic tools supplied are not long enough(allen keys) so I had to buy a set from halfords. Eventually fixed it after stripping wheels, suspension arms and driveshafts. Again the next day out the suspension gave in. I am now waiting for a part to arrive from manufacturer. As a ready to run model I have worked on it longer than it has been on the road.

Had a severe vibration problem with my blade 330X helicopter after a crash, contacted Wireless Madness who said they would do a repair. Two days later they phoned up after they had solved the problem. This is the second time I've used them for repairs and they are brilliant. I just wished I lived nearer so that I could thank them in person. Dave.

after 6 months I am still tryin gto get a refund. They sent me a defective LIPO battery charger that never worked. They made me create a video and post it to YouTube so their'engineer' could verify that the product was broken...another delaying tactic to not refund me my money. Then they wanted me to ship it to HongKong to their returns warehouse. NO way, that was too expensive and besides, I bought the product in the US, and they shipped it to me from a US warehouse so the law is that it should be returned to the US warehouse or office, and not to Hong Kong where it will likely get lost in their mail system. The amount to ship it back would be half of what the item cost so then I would have to wait probably months for half of my money to be returned. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE THIEVES UJS Dept of Consumer Protection is on the case...they will freeze their bank accounts and shut these bastards down.

I have never been able to see clearly under water before until I bought my Aquagoggles. I ordered these with my current prescription, and used them for the first time on a cruise to the Caribbean. They are extreme high quality and I was just blown away the first time I used them, I could see clearly and with great distance in the ocean. They never leaked water and they never fogged up. Wow, highly recommended. The price was great too.

PATHETIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Last 2 orders I’ve placed were “Cancelled by our 3rd party system” 1 order for $700 and a month or 2 later I attempted again and low and behold, “ We are sorry to inform you that your order has been canceled by our third-party system” AGAIN, $200 order. I’ve NEVER had to EVER deal with such a crappy company that don’t want to accept $$$. Then the rep goes on to say, we’ll do you have a PayPal account you could use, are you freakin kidding me? Hell NO I don’t have a PayPal account to use just so your lousy company can collect the funds, if my debit card isn’t enough then I damn sure ain’t using a PayPal to pay with. I honestly can’t get over what I’ve been going through with LMR by trying to purchase parts for my Mustang. I’m going to try American Muscle to see if they send me an email 3-4 days later saying my order has been cancelled.

All models for the fox still have that factory like look, just alot nicer. Much more accurate than stock, plus more built in functions. I also bought the GPS unit which keeps your speed perfect even if you switch your rear gears, tire sizes, wheel sizes, etc.

I find the Beebeecraft products fantastic. The deals are so good! I have received bead kits, metal dies, floral tape and many more items. Each product has arrived safely in secure packaging. I have purchased many times over the years from this company. One of the ways excellent customer service is shown by the company is shipping immediately after receiving the order. Standard UPS delivery uses an algorithm to adjust shipping destinations according to zip codes for fastest delivery. It appears that queentracey has more of an issue with the status of the name assigned to her zip code, which she blames for the delivery not being accomplished in a 2 day UPS time frame. A 3 day UPS time frame should have the product delivered tomorrow at her location. I fail to see the problem that this person has with the vendor or UPS, it seems more like she is trying to put her disappointment onto another person or company.

I made a purchase, it didn't arrive when it was supposed to so I sent an email. The response was UPS messed it up here's the number. Not that short but, said to me, not my fault you deal with it. No sorry, no further information. A blow off. That's how it felt. When I responded upset , not understanding how UPS could screw it up when all the info came from them (my address was wrong) The response I then received was very rude and insulting. This Dan Hall is the owner so I guess that means he can be ignorant and rude with out a worry. There are only a few employees, now that I researched, and I think he really needs some lessons on what customer service is. Had he spent a few extra minutes on that first response, we are sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately now you need to be the one to call UPS to change the address since it is addressed to you. Etc. Etc. Etc. I wouldn't have felt blown off and wouldn't be writing this review.

I have NEVER been disappointed by anything I've ordered from DARN GOOD YARN - crafting and jewelry supplies, recycled silk wrap skirts (I have at least four), and the yarn. Oh the yarn... An incredible selection of different fibers in brilliant colours and textures, many recycled fibers, all sustainable products. This company supports the individual artisans who produce the many recycled products in areas where it means a great deal; I admire that so much! They also sell (and often feature many for free - always on Fridays) crochet and knitting patterns designed to work especially well with their unusual yarn fibers.

I've been subscribed to DGY for a little over a year now and I love everything about this company. In addition to my monthly subscription box, I've also made numerous other purchases and have always been pleased. I can only think of one time where I had an issue with an order and it was resolved quickly. The customer service is exceptional and the products are great quality. The karma points program is an awesome perk and I've gotten quite a few things for free using them. I especially appreciate how my purchases are helping to provide sustainable employment for so many people. My most recent purchase was 3 hanks of the beautiful Malabrigo sock yarn and I'm super excited to make something with it! I always look forward to getting my packages from DGY!

But, don't dissapoint if you meet memory problem with your PC or laptop, since it's common and many discussion to this problem. Frankly, very challenging

I used this service about 5 times. 2 our of 5 i received a well written paper 3 our of 5 i received a paper that could be written by my 12 year old self. I outsource technical, computer work overseas, I thought this work was written by a person whose English is not their first language and they do not live in US, UK. So, be prepared to be disappointed, be prepared to be haggled for payment and rude customer service. The good thing is their work was original not plagiarized. I was able to rewrite the work.

I've signed up to help people who need someone to vent to. In the process, I learned that the site overwhelmingly caters to people in search of emotional support and counseling. The website has many features, such as tests that are heavily encouraged through reminders and tips that appear throughout the site. Some features require you complete these tests. Since I signed up to help others, I felt somewhat alienated by all the marketing, but to get rid of the reminders and access more features, I followed as many of the suggestions as possible and responded to survey questions. Not long into doing so, I was being recommended counseling and other paid services to help me emotionally, which I found very odd since I hadn't given any answers that could be interpreted to mean I was dealing with any issues. This was a conscious decision. Based on my experience, I think it's very clear what the overall aim of the site is: to drive profits. In fact, if you continue to resist signing up for a paid membership, you'll quickly find that the use of the site is remarkably limited.

On June 16th, I signed up for a monthly therapy subscription with this organization for $150. I was matched with a therapist who was extremely unresponsive. She said she will check her messages twice a day. When she did come online, she responded back in one sentence and disappeared for hours. The therapist suggested we set up a time to chat for 30 mins and I took off from work to be able to do that. She never showed up online. On June 19th (three days later) I contacted the customer service department to cancel my subscription and request a refund due to the unresponsive nature of the therapist. I never heard back from the customer service department and I had to message them for ten days straight to finally get a response. The responded back saying that since I have used the therapist's time (2 mins?) I am only eligible for a partial refund of 50 dollars. How is that even ok? I signed up June 16th and spoke to the therapist twice for less than 30 seconds before she disappeared for long periods of time. So basically for using the therapist for 2 days with less than 2 exchanges back and forth, I have to pay 100 dollars? I complained to the Better Business Bureau and the billing coordinator got back to me and further reduced my refund to 25 dollars. This company is a mess! Never again!!

Bought the ReMix 2.0 grey primarily for running and they have exceeded all my expectations. Very light (you hardly know they're on) and crucially no bounce' unlike some I've previously used. Having used them for a 2 hour plus run today I can honestly say these are THE most comfortable sunnies I've ever had, and I'm very critical about such things. And it doesn't stop at using them for running as they look always look cool. Like to think I'm helping the environment too.

I put money into the store to download music and then the website mp3fiesta became mp3panda. I cannot access my account at either site and cannot get my funds out. When I try to contact the web manager there is a continuous loop, but no real way to connect with a person.

I became very interested in essential oils (EO) and aromatherapy early last year. I found a great site for buying Unscented base lotions and started buying many of that company's EOs also. But early THIS year, I discovered Edens Garden's 100% therapeutic oils and blends, and HOW I WISH I HAD PURCHASED ALL MY OILS THERE AT THE START! Out of the many different brands of EOs I bought, Edens Garden is THE VERY BEST!! There is a distinct difference with their oils- the scent is stronger and cleaner and to me, the effects of the EOs are much more evident. Yet their prices are less expensive than the majority of the other companies. My orders arrive quickly, and along with each order, you get a booklet, "150 Ways to Use EOs". Edens Garden has about 150 oils, in addition to carrier oils. The site has information on each oil they sell, and they have 2-3 different volumes you can choose from. I'm serious-PLEASE TRY Edens Garden's oils. Compare their oils to ones you already have, and you WILL smell and feel the difference.

First of all there is no phone number to be found at their site in order to contact them, everything has to be by email! Their return policy and customer service is ridiculous. If I had read these comments before I would have never purchased anything from them. Their system had a glitch and I emailed them to cancel an order and they wrote back saying they had cancelled the wrong order. Something so simple! Now they are sending me the wrong orders and to top that I have to pay the return shipping PLUS there is a re-stocking fee. I would never ever again purchase anything with them!

They sell items designed to care for someone experiencing traumatic surgery yet their return policy is insensitive, impractical and arduous. Let me explain. Curediva has a 30 day return policy which starts running when an item is received, even if it is received in advance of surgery. If you decide to make a return, there are many hoops to jump through including calling for pre-approval. In my mother's case, her items came 2 weeks pre-op which meant she had 2 weeks after her mastectomy to decide whether she needed the items. This was not what she needed to be thinking about in those early weeks! The items were expensive and not needed, so she wanted them returned. When we called for pre-approval, it took over a week to reach an agent. We were successful only after sending an email that we were going to contact the credit card company to reverse the charge. The experience created tremendous stress for my mother. The gifts were meant to give her comfort, not aggravation.

Salese for dry mouth is the best I've seen - I've been taking several antihistamines for years now that have left my mouth exceedingly dry to the point where sometimes sleeping is difficult, and I have to always carry a bottle of water around. On top of that, my mouth is always inflamed and rarely feels comfortable. My dentist (whom I adore!) recommended a new product called Salese to me. Salese is a soft lozenge, which seemed a little weird at first, but once I got used to it, I fell in love with it. It lasts for a couple hours and made my mouth feel so much better. It helped the dry feeling go away and it made my mouth feel less inflamed. I've used mouthwash and mints and toothpaste and all that in the past, but they've all only helped slightly. Salese is the best I've seen and I'm so happy I've found it and I hope it can help other people too.

The breath mint that lasts for hours - I've never seen anything like it - Dentiva is a breath mint that stays minty for hours (reminds me of Willy Wonka's everlasting gobstopper...). Supposedly it also cleans your teeth, which sounds too good to be true, but I certainly hope it is since I'm addicted to these....does anyone know if I can buy Dentiva in the store? My dentist friend gave me some, but I can only seem to find it online....

I'm a relatively new subscriber to their subscription service. Their toothbrush is quite honestly the best I've used in quite a long time even if it doesn't have the bells and whistles of those $100+ electric toothbrushes you can buy at the store. Instructions are fairly straight-forward, delivery arrives on time, and its easy to take with me. The toothpaste seems to be perfectly fine and overall it is just a pleasant experience. It's also cost-effective. Would highly recommend giving them a shot; customer service is even quick.
