They never responded in any manner to my emails or text messages sent through their site on Facebook. I ordered a different hoverboard from Street Saw located in Las Vegas, Nevada

It has been a week since I ordered a hoverboard for my grandson from Spadger.US and I have gotten nothing from them but a confirmation that I paid for it. Since then I have tried more than once a day to reach them via email and their web site but nothing they have seems to work. If I use my apple computer their web design does not display data using Safari which you need to send a message to them. When I use my Windows computer I get all the "prove your not a robot" questions and at the end it says your not a robot but when you hit send it says "the page your are trying to access is not available" want to keep shopping.... Yesterday out of total frustration I signed up for Facebook just so I could try sending them a post on Facebook and I was able to get that to work and I posted 2 messages. Of course Facebook isn't their web site which is why it works. I have gotten nothing back other than this survey on Customer Satisfaction which I rate as a 1 star event based on the extremely poor customer service I have experienced on this transaction. Their web site limited me on what color I could order when I put in the order originally, because they only had 2 of the 4 colors left in stock. After that limitation, the order shows "paid for " on the order query screen but also shows "not fulfilled" which is puzzling and needs an answer as to why. They proudly say we ship in 24 hours and most arrive within 2 to 4 days. To which I say "NOT !!!!".... I am ready to cancel because if trying to buy something from these guys is this difficult, I can't imagine trying to get warrantee service in the future would be like. Their web site is pretty but either it or they sure don't do much on their end to keep a customer happy. If I don't hear from them today I will cancel my order and move to another supplier. Horrible customer service. They need to post a phone number and have a real person answering questions to pull themselves out of their miserable Technology blunder they call a Web Site...

Currently, SoCalSkateshop may be the most stocked shop available. Most local shops have depleted stock and keep hoping for a delivery "next week". Next week didn't happen it seems like.

I have never been able to see clearly under water before until I bought my Aquagoggles. I ordered these with my current prescription, and used them for the first time on a cruise to the Caribbean. They are extreme high quality and I was just blown away the first time I used them, I could see clearly and with great distance in the ocean. They never leaked water and they never fogged up. Wow, highly recommended. The price was great too.

I placed an order with My Ball Stamp and was surprised how quickly the product arrived. When I had some problems with one of the stamps, I got a quick response from the customer service department. When you design your stamp, do not make it too busy. Five letters across probably is the most you should use to get a clear stamp. But I can't say enough about how good these guys were in quickly filling the order and responding to me.

So, I order their upgraded stamp with extra ink, $35 all in and when it arrives, the first impression was a light grey. So even though they claim thousands of impressions, my first one was of very poor quality. And it just goes down grade from here. After I refilled it there was ink everywhere. Even after cleaning the outside their was a bubble of ink making me think the cylinder was crocked or had a hole in it. Naturally they said it was my fault for adding too much ink even though their were thousands of impressions. When I called to follow up on my email, their customer service specialist answered my phone call and was very short and curt telling me they were on vacation. Rather than take 1 minute to answer my two questions, he then sends me this long nasty and mean spirited response saying I was rude. Internet companies seem to think they don't have to serve their customers since they never meet them and they won't hear from them again. Gone are the days the customer is always right. Bad decision buying this product. Had I looked at their review history with 3 stars I would have passed. Hopefully, this review keeps you from making the same mistake. Like someone else already said..."doesn't get any worse than this stay away.

Really not sure how to rate co. I loved fact that had what I needed and the grips were $1.00 per grip cheaper. Most importantly, had option pay for 2nd day delivery , cause face it us guys don't like waiting for golf and its goodies. 4 days later plus weekend , NO Grips.

The other they ater told me they didnt have in stock and said it was discontinued! Disappointing to know TFT advertise discontinued items and allow you to order things they don't have in stock.
