So far the gloveglue seems to work on the leather seats in my recently acquired Abarth 565 Turismo sports car. However as we are still in lockdown I am unable to try the car out on the road to test out this potential answer to the slippery leather seats. Probably caused by whoever valeted the car prior to me taking delivery of the car on 31/12/2020 At my first opportunity to be able to tell you how Gloveglue performs on the car seats, I will do so. Used for seat on my kawasaki Z1000sx. Few sprays of liquid leave for few seconds then wipe down with dry cloth. Leave to dry and leaves seat super gripy, no more sliding about. And no messy residue. Proper good stuff

The service of the Golfbug team was amazing! I had a question about my order, and through their live chat on the website I had it answered within 5 minutes. The balls: TourBug. Feel; Off the tee: Hard. Like a rock. Felt like it should be going straight with no spin, but because it is a Urethane ball, still spun every bit as much as it should have. Long Irons: Not as bad. Hitting with the irons felt ok, and my long iron shots were better with the TourBug than they have been for a while. Short Irons: The ball spun as expected, still felt hard but played around the greens like it was expected to. Greens: Felt hard coming off the putter, but I didn't mind that. I wouldn't buy the TourBug balls again for myself, but my golf buddy used one as well and loved the hard feel, so I gave him the rest of mine. If GolfBug were able to match the softer core feel of the tour balls I'd try them again for sure. $31 is a great price for a box of balls and I was disappointed that they were just a bit hard for me.

This place is awesome. We ordered two 2020 Ping Pioneer golf bags. GolfDirectNow's price was 20% less than our local golf box store including free shipping. Both bags, placed in separate orders were shipped the day after ordering and arrived within three days to Central Florida. The bags were well packaged inside plastic bags in the original Ping boxes. I purchased a Tan Greg Norman belt. I received it in a timely manner but it was not a Greg Norman belt but a cheap Chinese knock off. The option given to me was to return it - not worth the hassle but I would not recommend ordering anything from their site.

Having heard about this company from friends who have been to their store in Hackney I was really excited to see the product range for myself. Having taken up cycling during our lockdown I'd been on the look out for a a multi functional Pannier bag that would also hold up away from the bike. Honestly the styling,functionality and quality of this bag was incredible. As I couldn't make it to see their shop before my last trip I called the company and spoke with the owner Jacqui who was really helpful. Couldn't recommend this enough !

My experience with HorseLife Canada was exceptionally disappointing. I had ordered a pair of Dubarry Galways boots through their online store February 2022 and had paid in full. I did receive the boots early March 2022 however they were too small. In communication with their customer service (via email) I paid postage to return them in exchange for a larger size. As of June 2022 I had still not received the boots. My Canada Post tracking indicated that my return package had been picked up on their end. When I tried to email the company ([email protected]) their email bounced back indicating that the inbox was either full or not being checked regularly. There is no phone number on their website and only a PO Box address to mail any correspondence. Needless to say, I am left without my boots after having paid almost $600! Sells cheap items for a reason! Don’t not buy! I went to this website as I was looking for a rare pair of football/Soccer boots that I had sold out in the UK in my size. From my surprise I emailed the customer service team asking if the items that they were selling are 100% authentic Nike products and they emailed back within 10 minutes stating that they only sell authentic products. After hearing this I purchased the item and got a confirmation email straight away. 4 days later I got an email saying my item had been despatched and this is went I started to get suspicious. I first got a tracking number sent that was from China post however the store was apparently American based! The item then took 48 days to arrive when stated 7 days on the website. When the item arrived it was wrapped in plastic with no box in sight, when opening the shoes I was extremely disappointed to find that they are completely fake! If anyone is looking to buy from this website DONT!

I prepaid for the bike on February 21, 2021 knowing that it was due to ship Mid April. Which it kept getting delayed. Then the first bike you shipped me which you shipped out late May was completely wrong and then a week later I finally get the correct bike. I understand that the box was showing the right bike but don't ever ship anything out without checking the contents of the box first.

I have no received my bike yet but let me tell you I have gotten prompt service!! As soon as I send an email with questions Jason has gotten back to me in a timely fashion and is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right bike for me. I can hardly wait for my new bike to arrive !! I highly recommend journey bikes !!!

I placed an online order. The order went to a store about 3 hours away. When I finally got them they were used. Grass, dirt, and most of all wear. The logo was even worn off one insole. The shoes had already taken the shape of whomever's clods had graced the inside. Not only was I shocked to see that a STORE had given someone a refund or replacement for these obviously worn shoes, but the level of incompetence at the store level to ship them to a new customer is beyond anything retraining could fix. I contacted support chat and since these were Guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day (Today) the agent assured me they would be overnighted to me and for me to send these back. Checking FedEX today they do not appear to be overnighted as the estimated delivery date is 6/30/20. NINE days from today. What had happened to this company? Do they even care? I am well aware this review was to be for the cleats, however I care as much as Dick's does, so since I can't review something I don't have, I'll just post my experience.

I bought an Albea Orbea 29" MTB at Competitive Cyclist last December. Shipping was fast and package was delivered undamaged. Quite impressed... Nice filled in Quality Control Checklist. From there it went quickly downhill. At the first ride I noticed that my front derailleur was jumping, my crank got loose and my chain damaged immediately my frame. Called customer service and got the reply to go to a local dealer to fix my bicycle... Tightened the crank and went for a ride... Same issue... Tightened the crank and again same issue... After 6 months all the spokes of my rear wheel broke during a ride... After 9 months the chain issue came back up. According to Customer service its all wear and tear/ servicing. Well, I use 3 other bikes (ie. Giant, Specialized, Marin...) for years and they never showed alike issues within 1 year (Yep, I do understand wear and tear and do service my bikes). Stay away from Orbea and far, far away from Competitive Cyclist for your purchases. Suggest to follow their Customer Rep suggestion to visit a local bicycle dealer.

I purchased two pair of cycling shorts. My first AND LAST order with them. Across the top of the page (and in a prior email) was splashed this text: 20% off your first order. I ordered two pair of cycling shorts listed at $80 each, or $160.00. I never received an email confirmation of the order. I never received a receipt. My account was billed $153.00 (a $9.**** shipping fee was a ripoff but with the discount I figured I was still ahead of the game). After about the third email I got this absurd breakdown: $79.02 $79.02 $50.43 Total charges do not match up with my credit card was charged. So they are running a shell game. When I called to ask about this, I was told that because THEY shipped from two different warehouses the discount only applied to one order. I saved $7.00. Next time buy from Performance. Lesson learned.

I purchased a pair of baseball pants. I paid $8 in shipping and $2 in tax plus the cost of the pants. They arrive 10 days later and didn’t fit, but in order to return them they are charging me another $7 to ship. So basically I’m paying $17 to try on pants with them , totally ridiculous. Not purchasing anything from them again.

Shopped around for a new Ultegra 6800 groupset. Found Eurobikeparts.com and asked if they would price match a competitor. I really like the saddle and so does my horse, she seems to do better since I started using it. I use the saddle for Team Penning and it really holds me in on quick turns and stops. The only thing I don't like is, I have ridden a 15" saddle all of my adult life ( I am 67 years old ). I bought a 16" as they reccomended and I wish I had gone with a 17" with such a high cantle the saddle is a little too tight. I would reccomend trying one of these saddles before buying it as I may end up selling this one and buying a 17". Jim Orrok SR Mountain Home, AR

I ordered a baseball glove, on august 17 and it was suppose to deliver on august 26. August 28th I tried to get I touch with epic sports and they didn’t have a person answering the phone, only a robot that asked the order number. All that would give is the same info I knew from tracking. I wanted to talk to a person about it. Two days later I called the post office in Kansas and they said ti call epic. So I called again. After being in hold for 45 minutes I reached a person in sales. Asked them to get me to a person who would be able to tell me about my shipment. He sent me to the same robot that asked for order number and again sent me to tracking information I already knew. I then decided to go to there “live” chat system in their site. It is not a live person at first took about 25 minutes to get to a live person. This person couldn’t help, I asked them to call the post office and gave them the number. He didn’t do anything. I finally had to ask for refund through an email and that appears to be granted based on return email. I was hoping epic sports would have apologized for inconvenience and sent out my order over night to get it to me. They stand on the post office lost the package. Do not order from here if you enjoy talking to a person to communicate, and do not expect business professionalism from any of there sales group or “live” chat.

The shopping part is easy and the website is excellent, but making a person pay for a delivery date and enter a clause on the back end that you may not be able to meet the delivery date. That is wrong, you might want to re-look that. Your prices can't be beat but that delivery clause and the different prices is wrong if you can not delivery on that date.

I ordered a Nixon Shutter on a Friday night and when they got in the office on Monday I got a phone call telling me that the shutter I ordered was on back order and they gave me a 5% discount for my next order! They were very helpful and nice. I believe his name was Bryan or Ryan (can't remember) but he made a few suggestions on other watches that were similar to the one I wanted and I ended up getting a shutter in another color and they still got it shipped out to me overnight that day and I had it Tuesday!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Came across Flatout cycles whilst on Google pondering the best avenue to sell one of my bikes due to injury and lack of use. Have to say they are a fantastic company to deal with the whole process is a doddle, replied to all my queries in good time, made a very fair offer for the bike and arranged courier at a time that suited me. Would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you don't want to be dealing with time wasters on certain auction sites. Pleasure to do business with :)

I ordered a children's bike from fribikeshop.dk in January for child who's outgrown his current bike, because the bike was 23% off. The bike was only available online but had to be picked up in one of the shops. I got a call the next working day from the shop I had chosen for pickup that the bike was not in stock. This would have ended with dissatisfaction, and the bike should really not have been listed on the website if it was not available. HOWEVER, the shop itself (Thorvaldsensgade in Aarhus) and the employee I taked to (Jacob) left me extremely satisfied in the end. They offered a slightly better bike in the same size, for a similar discount on the price (so I did have to pay the difference in prices, which was 200 kr). The bike was ready for pickup in the store two days later. Picking it up was simple, and the staff was very helpful. I felt that they had actually gone out of their way to make me a happy customer, and I appreciate that.

One comment, I thought I was being sold a 2019 board upon order and was a bit surprised when the board arrived to find out it was a 2018 board. Although the 2018 & 2019 boards designs are identical, the SUP is one year older than I had anticipated. Thank you, Bob

I ordered quite an expensive bike (something that I usually wouldn't do), which was delivered within 3 days from France to Luxembourg. The bike came well packed and perfectly assembled and prelubricated. I only needed to tweak front derailleur cable a little bit (cause probably the cable tension got messed up during the transport, which is completely understandable) and front disc caliper clearance. Other than that everything else was perfect. The customer service was quite responsive via emails and spoke English. The only thing I'd warn you about is that they are sending the things with french Chronopost, which is absolutely terrible delivery company, and I got to know this only once I received the tracking number. So needless to say, I was absolutely shitting my pants for 3 days due to my previous experiences with them, but everything went perfect this time. Maybe I was just lucky, who knows? This is my first order with Alltricks and will certainly give them a chance in the future again. 4.5/5

Made a purchase last May 1 with expected delivery date of May 12 but up to now my items are undelivered. No changes on tracking status until now. Tracking system is in French only & I have to google translate it myself. 05/12/2020 Your package is retained by the postal services due to a missing invoice. I kept on following up but they stopped replying since May 20 & just told me that they are still coordinating with the carrier... The worst part is they sent me an email to ask for my feedback regarding my purchases that they haven’t even delivered yet!

I ride about 10.000 miles a year for the past 30 years. Your products are the best i have ever used. i was a Assos rep. (representant) and used their clothing all this time, it used to be the best, not anymore. Their quality is not even comparable to yours) your product is much better, more reasonable also. It was difficult to order in the beginning but i got great help from your customer service dept. a gentleman by the name of Jerome and another guy whose name i do not remember helped me. My Sincere “THANK YOU” Liam & Freewheel Being a rider for over 40 years with little technical expertise and keeping up with bicycle development I decided as a dedicated fan my cycling team, Madison Genesis to purchase a bike to go with their outfit in time for Semaine Fédérale 2019 in France. I was contacted by Maddison regarding the possibility of a used team frame which later transpired non availability of a medium size frame but I was directed to their authorised distributor freewheel for a new one at a discounted price. In midst of all excitement I duly followed the instruction and happily clicked on the link and ordered myself what supposed to be my star possession. I received a few days later and Xmas came, thought no more about it but after when I took it to my cycle shop / mechanic Paul Hewitt cycle for building it as bike I was duly informed that it was a disc frame?! As what he meant well his explanation was a bitter pill to swallow. Paul advised to contact Freewheel or Maddison for a replacement which I did but none was available. A Bummer! Well dejected and swallowing my bitter pills with pride? I was offered a refund which I don’t believe they were obliged to do so but gracefully received however, I have gone back to where I was “waiting for the ever illusive Maddison bike). During this experience what surprised me the most was receiving the best customer service from Liam at Freewheel whom I cannot thank him and freewheel enough for their advice, assistant, support and most of all the gesture of goodwill. These kinds of organisations are a dying breed as we live in the world what I believe grab and run. My Sincere “THANK YOU” Liam & Freewheel

After an initial polite update of there being a delay of about a week for the delivery, which was OK and understandable, 5 weeks have now gone by with no communication from the company. In the fourth week I sent two e-mails, a few days apart with one by their website contact form, and there was no reply to either. After another few days I then phoned the shop last Saturday and a friendly man apologised and stated I'd get an update early in the week. It never came. So it is now another Saturday and I've really delayed answering this e-mail request for a review, hoping the company would come up with the goods. It's a shame as a courteous e-mail here and there would have cost them nothing. The £64.98 was paid and taken immediately on order and I will now unfortunately seek a refund and order elsewhere as there is still no indication of any processing or delivery being made to me.

Customer service is horrible. After waiting 5 weeks to receive my two kits, I open them up to see the chamois is so subpar. It's sewn in two inches back from where it should be. It has seams poorly sewn and running right down the crease between your crotch and legs. Saddle sores would start at mile one. I attempted to return them but all I was offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase. Then they stopped communicating with me. You've been warned.

Worst apparel company ever. Waited a month for my product. They had the address wrong so they shipped it to my zip code, but not to my house so USPS refused to deliver it and shipped it back to shipper, all while they already had my money. Whbe I went back to them they said they will have to charge me for shipping it back to the corrected address. I mean they are ridiculous . Never ever ever buy from them and I will be writing a formal complaint to the bbb. All I asked was for my money back and they refuse to refund me
