I'm a big fan of decathlon for many years. Their products are honestly priced and of very good quality. You can get even better deals at their clearance section. Have their card so returns are very easy during the warranty period. My latest buy was a road bike ultra AF 9000 cost £800 through cyclescheme. The staff at the cycling department at the Surrey Quays store were excellent: Roman arranged test ride on 2 bikes for 2days so I could buy with confidence, Pablo ordered the bike and kept me informed, Mario set up the bike to perfection and Jakub helped with the payment through the cycling scheme. I'm confident that if there are any issues with the bike I can always bring it over for check up and fix. Thanks guys!

I have ordered a bike on 23rd Nov'18 with a delivery scheduled on 25th Nov'18 i.e. Sunday and out of excitement I reached at the store in the morning but to my disappointment I was told it's not there yet and will get an email confirmation once it is ready to collect in store. The wait didn't end till Tuesday as after back n forth communication I finally got the confirmation that it can be collected on Tuesday. They lacked to inform me that it won't be delivered on agreed day hence the score for delivery service as I am yet to collect the bike therefore can't comment on the product and product service. So disappointed with decathlon as it ruined my plans for the week.

I have ordered a lot of lacrosse gear from this company and referred a lot of friends to this company for 5 years. I will not order again from them. My daughter broke a head on Sunday, called on Monday morning to verify when I would receive the head, gave them my zip code and they said I would receive it Friday, I tried to place order with him but they do not have a terminal to do that, I ordered the head in the next 15 minutes online, got a email on Tuesday night saying my order was shipped and I would receive it on the following Monday, Immediately tried to call them and they were closed, called Wednesday morning talked to Ashley, she proceeded to tell me that I was not told that and orders take 24-48 hours to be processed and then 4 more days to ship from Texas, I asked for a manager because of her snarky attitude and was told she would put in a request. I asked how that worked and she told me it takes 24-48 hours to get a call back. So Thursday or Friday I will get a call about a order that is to be here Friday and not going to make it. I will have to purchase another head here locally. I asked Ashley to cancel the order to cancelled the order and she said since it was shipped they could not do that. They made a bad situation worse by rude customer service, followed by a call back from a manager in 24-48 hours! Don't waste your time or money with this company.

It took me 15 seconds to find a slew of complaints regarding Lacrosse Monkeys customer service... Simply put this is the last time we will purchase even a shoelace from them ... They hosed us on an $89 Lax stick last year and we went back from more with a pair of lightly dusted cleats they mailed, considered "pristine condition" ... Truth is Drew lets me know it was their last pair so I figure they said "sure why not send them out and see what happens" ... Guess what , you lost a customer for life is what happened! Move on people and let your lacrosse leagues know this is their act... No need to reply Lacrosse Monkey you'll only look more foolish than you already appear to be...

I am a repeat customer of Valley Naturals, and like their products and services very much. My product of choice is the CM Response. I find this medication really works to relieve my arthritis symtoms. This product is worth a try for anyone suffering from the aches and pains of arthritis. It does, however, get a bit pricey. For me, at 4 capsules per day it works out to about $50.00 per month, for which my insurance does not pay. I could use a discount of some sort.

I ordered a baby gift from their 2019 Masters merchandise and waited 10 days without hearing any shipping info and finally called. "Mackie" stated the item I ordered was out of stock. I asked why I wasn't contacted to let me know and he said they were extremely busy, however he answered my call on the third ring, without being put on hold. Hmmmmmm. Upon further discussion with him, I found out they send patrons into the tournament and have them purchase as many items as possible and then jack up the prices and resell on their site, basically just a glorified e-bay store. They are not affiliated with the Masters tournament in any way and do not have the permission of the Augusta National Golf Club to sell Masters tournament merchandise. Be better and do better, MMO golf. If you can't match the level of service the Augusta National provides its patrons, you shouldn't profit from their merchandise.

I ordered two shirts from MMO Golf about a week ago on Tuesday of Masters week. I was concerned when my order had not shipped out within a week, so I emailed them yesterday. They told me that they had sold out of one of the shirt sizes that I had ordered. This is outrageous. They say that they fill their orders on a first come, first served basis and if they did it this way then I should have gotten my shirt. I called them to ask about the shirt size being out of stock (it was still listed as in stock on the website) and they said it was actually out of stock and that they had not yet updated the website. So they had been sold out of this size for a week and never bothered to update the website? Also, another thing that bothered me was that I had to be the one to ask why my order had not shipped. The company never bothered to tell me my shirt size was out of stock and I had no communication with them until I was the one contacting them. I canceled my order today because I knew that something else would probably go wrong in the time that these idiots got it together and actually shipped it. My experience with MMO Golf has been deplorable and I will never order anything from their website again.

I was looking for a specific accessory for my daughter for Christmas. They did not have them in stock, so I sent an email to inquire when they would be back in stock. Not only did they respond within 15 minutes, I got another email not long after. This wonderful customer service rep, Lauren, went into the warehouse and found what I needed. I was able to place my order and will receive the item in plenty of time! Never had someone go out of their way like this, especially at Christmas time!

Ordered shin pads - been waiting over two weeks. They claim flood at UPS warehouse... not my problem, where's my product? NO email updates, no callbacks to me (when they said they would) , I've had to call 5 times (because they never communicate to me) and they keep giving fake excuses "manager is not in today", "claims person is out today", total SCAM. NO product, no refund, now filing claim with credit card. NEVER doing business with them again and hoping I even get my money back.

I bought my son Bauer MX3 shoulder pads and they run small to say the least. I ordered them according to the size chart and are about 2 sizes to small. It will cost me 36.30 to ship them back to ice warehouse for a refund or exchange. I will never shop here again!!!

Utterly dissatisfied with Absolute-Snow - bought some Adidas snowboarding boots in the Black Friday sale and they turned out to be a tiny bit too small for one foot. I rang to ask if I could exchange them for the next half size up and was told they had some in stock and that was fine. I changed my plans and travelled almost 3 hours from Somerset to Watford to pick them up. On the way I even phoned to check they were still in stock and told once again they were. I booked a boot fitting and arrived at 1pm. After waiting another half hour I was told they sold the last pair yesterday morning! Before I had even made my first call! They made no effort to help beyond that and said all they could do was give my money back for the original boots that didn’t fit. 1 wasted day, a 6 hour round trip and £50 on fuel later and I have nothing to show for it. Disappointed I was given false information and for the poor customer service, wish I had bought from a different retailer!

Waited 8 working days for a delivery. It never showed, when I called to enquire why, I was told it hadn’t been sent yet but will be sent today. Spoke to a very nice woman at customer services who refunded me. Will not purchase from here again unfortunately.

I have bought over ten retro football shirts from TOFFS. I have mostly positive experiences, and I love old style football shirts. they have a great range, especially 50s and 60s. I like the quality. One possible issue for some is delivery, often the shirt you want is not in stock, and so a wait of at least 14-28 days has been common. Hence it is best to phone to check whether in stock. However I am often not in a rush, so this does not bother me. I have requested an alteration to the shirt by phone, and asked whether a long sleeved version can be produced of a 'short sleeve' shirt, and for an additional £5 they have done this. So I am pleased with this ability to customise. Another possible concern is that some muliticoloured shirts can 'bleed' in the wash. But I note they have provided more precise washing instructions over recent years, suggesting you avoid any wash over 40C and avoid tumble drying. So after a couple of disappointing experiences I have learned to wash carefully. One final issue - their range for some clubs can stop suddenly due to licensing issues, hence I was gutted when they stopped doing Heart of Midlothian shirts!

Called back again and no one knew what was going on. Said they would send my order, when I received it this time only 1/2 of the order was correct. After about 2+ weeks now they can't locate one of the jackets. Very unorganized!

"Observed numerous negative reviews here and at some other review sites although there seemed to be a trend to the better side in recent months. Still a little skeptical, I called ahead (they answered immediately, contrary to what some others have supposedly experienced) to confirm that the skis I was eyeing were in fact in stock in their system. They promised to call me back and responded with a phone call within 30 minutes to confirm they had the skis in stock. I completed the online order on Wednesday and received an order confirmation email almost immediately. I then received a shipment notification on Thursday, and the skis and bindings arrived on my doorstep on Saturday morning. I got the best price available with their coupon and free shipping as well. It doesn't get much better than that! I'd certainly do business with them again. I felt as though I got the best value and great customer service." 2/18/20 Note: This is a follow up to my original review on 1/25/20.. Given the previous great experience, I executed two more transactions with these folks, for another pair of K2 skis and two Obermeyer ski jackets. Once again the price and service were great. And the shipping was incredibly fast. Two day delivery via FedEx to my doorstep for both orders. These folks rock!

I wanted to get a larger bar for my stihl ms291, which comes with a .325 pitch sprocket. I couldn't go any larger with the factory installed drive sprocket. I found a kit sold by TreeStuff which said it would be compatible with my saw to run 3/8 chain & bar. I contacted them to make sure it would work, since I had ordered an Oregon aftermarket sprocket I thought would fit from a DIFFERENT retailer (not treestuff) which didn't fit - I thought it would fit, but I was wrong. Josh from treestuff helped me out and told me their kit would fit my model, and also answered some other questions quickly and accurately. The kit they sold me was Stihl branded and arrived in factory packaging (awesome). I am not sure how they figured out it would fit, since stihl doesn't sell a kit for this purpose, but awesome they figured out which parts would fit my saw to make the sprocket pitch conversion and offered it as a product. Parts fit as they said, and I've been cutting happy. Shipping was quick and well packed. I'll be back!

Only complaint: FedEx delivers during daytime by 8 pm, which means anytime between early morning and 8 pm, and they require a signature when they hand over the package. If you want a specific 2-hour delivery window, it comes with an additional price. I should have used my work address instead of my home address, to avoid this problem.

As others have had the problem, ordered a vest waited for the shipping email 2 weeks nothing. Called to check on my order and was informed the item was out of stock and they were sorry, than asked if I wanted a refund! Are you kidding me do I want a refund. I will never order from FieldSupply again! If I had not called I would not received my item or my refund. Very poor business.

I'm going to ride the Southern Tier soon and needed to ship my bike to St. Augustine at the start of the journey. I bought the shipping label from Shipbikes online, which was a very quick, simple and painless process (and a huge savings as opposed to going directly to FedEx). Unfortunately, I bought the label several weeks before needing to ship the bike, and then my tour got postponed due to my brother being diagnosed with cancer and needing surgery. I was needed to help him with his recovery. I called Shipbikes and talked to Chris, who was very accommodating and told me it wasn't a problem because the label was good for a year. So I kept the label hoping I could use it in about 6 months if my brother was doing well. After several months my brother was responding quite well to chemotherapy and able to take care of himself again, so I rescheduled my tour. But I was going to be in a different state than originally planned when it came time to ship my bike, so I needed a different shipping label. I called Shipbikes and talked to Chris again. And, as before, he had no problem with my change of plans at all. He happily, and immediately, issued a refund for my label so I could then buy the correct one. Then the wildfires in the west happened. Again I had to change my plans to ship the bike from yet another location. I called Chris back a third time, apologizing profusely, and told him the situation. He didn't flinch. He happily refunded the money I paid for the second label, saying, "No problem - we will always take care of you." I am still going on my tour, but this time I won't buy the shipping label until I'm ready to slap it on the bike box and head for the FedEx Shipping Center. Lesson learned. And thanks so much to Chris. This kind of customer service seems to be quite rare these days. Any time I need to ship my bike, there's no question who I'm going with.

This is the second trek bike I have purchased from Tri bike run in the past two years. I have been extremely satisfied with the customer service , overall comprehensive bike service and the knowledge of the entire selling /support team at Tri bike run. My son swims here every week and he loves it. The lessons are fun, the teachers are kind and you can really see the difference in their abilities. The facilities are great, the water fountains, toddler pool, bubbles in the water, slide, and I could list so many more. The price is better than any other pool and the parents rooms are great, but I wish there were more of them. Many times when I have tried to change lessons from one to another, I have had the longest wait ever. The classes are always full and they have quite a poor system for moving through classes. But if you are patient, or not very picky about the days then it isn't a problem.

I rate EMS as highly now as I did in my last rating, which was around the time that I realised that the Hubba NX I had ordered was the wrong model to meet my requirements; my fault but beware the generic MSR videos that show views of a 2-person tent when you have clicked through from their 1-person tent page. That is an MSR problem not EMS and I have now ordered and received my new Hubba Hubba NX from EMS, whose service throughout has been brilliant. The new tent is great and I recommend their excellent customer support.

Part of my bike was on backwards (front suspension) but it turns out that was done by the bike manufacturer and not eurocycles and when I called to explain it a member of staff told me he would be out to my house to fix it and he arrived so fast on that day! This was after the shop had closed too so he really went out of his way, absolute legend !!! He also checked the rest of the bike, pumped up my tyres and adjusted my handlebars! Would give higher than 5 stars if I could

After buying a kids bike for my daughter the chain broke within 1 day. I had it repaired at a local bike shop for 15 euro, because I had a very sad daughter and agreed that fietsenplaats.nl would refund, but now they act as if we never agreed this. Completely untrustworthy. Very bad experience!!

Ze kijken de fietsen helemaal niet na voor verkoop en aan garantie doen ze alleen als het niet te veel kost. Sparta Moeder fiets van 400 euro gekocht, binnen 1 maand waren er een aantal spaken los gekomen wat prima te herstellen was als garantie bij Raaks. Bij het ophalen van de fiets bleek plotseling dat de fietsendrager was afgebroken op de las naden. (zo was hij niet gebracht) We zijn 6 weken verder elke week bellen, Nooit hoor je wat terug op emails of dat je terug gebeld wordt. Elke keer krijg je die monteur daar aan de lijn en hij weet nooit wat alleen maar aan het lijntje houden met ik ga het navragen meneer bel over een week nog eens meneer etc etc en na 6 weken krijg je een K.. excus dat het niet leverbaar is (wat het dus wel is volgens de lokale sparta dealer hier) kom je zelf met een oplossing omdat er nog z'n fiets daar staat geef mij dan dat onderdeel, maar nee dat willen hij niet. Dus ja wat voor oplossing ik dan zelf in gedachten had en dat ik dat maar even moest mailen naar fietshokje zelf..... Met andere woorden zoek het lekker uit.... Ik raad deze club zwaar af mij zie je hier niet meer

I've bought a new E-Backfiets (Euro 1.400) from "'t Fietshokje" Amsterdam and the computer broke after only 5 months. I called immediately the shop and they told me that I should contact their shop in Harlem And bring it there. I sent an email to ask more info and "'t Fietshokje" confirmed the policy. >>>> WHAT?? According to the European Legislation the replacement/reparation should be provided costless from the same shop. I could not travel to Harlem immediately, so I went there after 1 month from the email. I explained all the situation and provided the proof of purchase and the email. The employe e in Harlem stated that the defective part (e-Bike computer) has only 6 months warranty and I was therefore out of warranty. When I tried to explain that there should not be any problem to apply the warranty, since I've informed them on time by email. I asked for some sort of written statement about warranty policies (not clear on web) but the employee became very rude and aggressive till the point I had to call the Police because the employee started threatening me. Terrible experience, disgusting service and very bad quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 't Fietshokje

This is the fourth time I have ordered from Game Time and all my previous expereinces have been smooth and amazing but this one was the worst one. I placed an order of four beast series watches Minnesota, Stanford, and NY Yankees at their website on September 25. I entered promo code and received free UPS srandrad shipping which meant my order would arrive the following week by 3rd or 5th October (estimated). However I only received confirmation of my order and the week it was suppose to arrive it didnt and there was no tracking number. I called the GTSW customer service and found out that Minnesota and Stanford watches were sold out and the order was on hold. Interaction with Brendon Kutcher the customer representative was the only positive thing about this shopping experince. He guided and helped me through out the process, he first replaced the two watches that was out of stock with the watches of my choice. He kept me updated through email about my previous order where it was and when I would recieve the NY yankees watch that was shipped out. Eventually Brendon was able to find my orginal order of Minnesota, Sranford and NY Yankees watches (due to the company's technical issue it showed that the two watches were out of stock and only NY yankees were shipped out). I received the watches the next week but there was another problem. Instead of one Minnesota and other Stanford I received two Minnesota instead. I contacted Brendon again and he updated me via email that I can ship the wrong watch back and he will ship out the correct watch asap. He emailed me the shipping label and I have dropped it off at my nearest fedex office this week. I still havent received my Stanford watch yet but Brendon have emailed me all the shipping info and he is working hard to get the tracking number via UPS and hopefully I will get my correct watch by the end of this week. I would give Brendon Kutcher 5/5 stars of his excellent customer service but Game Time you recieve 2/5 stars for poor performance.

I received two game time watches (NFL) for gifts from my wife. One was purchased through the mail and the other at the NFL Hall of Fame. Both watches have stopped working. Called Gametime after researching for their number and the lady advised watch was to be wound very day. Instruction stated differently. For the money that was spent this product is not worth the money
