This would have gotten the five however the pushbutton clips kept falling out of the tube as they just slide around on the inside. I had to use electrical tape to secure them from sliding. Be prepared to do the same if you buy this product. The rest of it was well engineered. They should fire the guy that designed the clips though.

J'ai acheté mon Tiki à 15h et je l'ai testé le soir vers 19h dans un vent très hésitant. J'ai pu faire 2 bords pour cette première fois. Quand le vent était un peu présent le Tiki m'a semblé très accessible. Il faut juste bien avancer les pieds pour le water start. Les reculer est simple. Je pense que cela va être super. J'attend ma prochaine sortie avec impatience. Le Tiki est très beau et la housse pratique.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, Ayant suivi les conseils du vendeur, j'ai commandé un pack aile OneLight V1 9m2 + barre sweet + pompe pour 880 € Produit conforme, livré dans les temps, et plutot de bonne facture. J'ai déballé le tout ce jour même samedi, à coté de North, Duotone, Fone Cabrina et Naish, rien à redire au niveau visuel, la takoon semble même de meilleure facture que les 3 dernières marques nommées. Environ 80 kg je navigue en surf strapless (un Blakwing 5.1). Compte rendu de la première navigation: - points positifs: remontée au vent malgré les molles un bond fond de puissance: un moment je me suis retrouvé pratiquement seul sur le plan d'eau, alors que les gars naviguaient pratiquement tous en 9, 10, 12 ou 13 m2 (après le vent était irrégulier) l'aile reste pourtant douce (peut-etre un peu trop douce, voir points négatifs) - point neutre: l'aile une fois gonflée ressemble fortement à une Gong Strutless (j'espère seulement que l'aspect visuel n'est pas que pour le plaisir des yeux et que la qualité sera au rendez-vous) le crip de la barre est agréable, la matière des lignes a l'air correcte, mais bizarrement lors des remontées au vent et contre courant, je me suis souvent retourvé la main arrière très proche du boder-choquer. Des repères à prendre, sans doute. - points négatifs: La pompe!! 1) Le crochet du leach de pompe n'était pas attaché: sans faire attention c'était un coup à vour l'aile partir au vent pendant le gonflage. Et pour cause 2) la valve de gonflage qui se déconnecte du tuyau de pompe... Pour un produit neuf, ça fait mauvais effet. Les connecteurs auraient mérité plus qu'un simple noeud Le gonflage laborieux de la latte centrale. Il faut se battre pour la place afin que l'air rentre dedans (alors avec les problèmes de pompe en plus, mon enthousiasme était touché) Dommage que le réglage des avant se réalise sur la connection avec le bridage, ça aurait pas pas mal d'avoir un système un peu comme chez Fone ou dans la même lignée que le réglage des arrières sur la barre sweet L'aile flappe beaucoup si bien qu'on a tendance à vouloir boder pour éviter cela. La navigation n'est pas plug and play: autant pour les virements de bord, l'aile semble bien se comporter que pour les Jibe, ça a été un peu plus compiqué. L'aile tourne vite, un peu comme la version 1 de la bandit, mais sans le petit coup de pied au cul qui allait avec. Si bien qu'on se retrouve en échec et dans l'eau foide. On a l'impression que les lignes restent tendues mais sans traction Après c'est le retour d'une première nav, le pilote doit affinier ses réglages et espère que tout ira par la suite car pour finir sur une note positive (c'est important en pyschologie): 2 ou 3 surfs plutot sympa avec des lignes qui restent tendues et une aile en place. Désolé pour ce post un peu long qui explique mon avis neutre pour l'instant (3 étoiles) et vivement les prochaines nav pour savoir si je me lance dans l'achat d'une Wook ou pas (car au prix du matos, la société Takoon est plutot très bien placée) Cordialement PM

A SPC Rep was very helpful & concerned when the bat I order for my son was discontinued. She quickly found a compatible solution by calling me to let me know SPC will be upgrading my son's bat from a 2019 series to a 2020 series bat! I placed my order and had decided to go with echeck as I was waiting for a replacement card. I've used this method many times before and understand there is usually a 2-3 day processing period. So after 5 days it says the check is processing so I send an email to check on it. Two days go by so I send another email to which I explained I was leaving in a week for a wedding and would be gone for 9 days and if it was going to take too long to get here to cancel it as I had to be here to accept the order. At this point the money had already been deducted from my account since the day after the order was placed and over 3 days later from the day my order was cancelled and the funds have yet to be returned to my acct.

Placed my first order with TC ($300+) on July 6. Received my package in the US on July 10. Very fast shipping considering TC is in the UK. Prices are very competitive on most items. Some more expensive items can be purchased for up to 50% off US online prices. Shipping can be high. However, if your placing a large order, your saving more then makeup for the shipping costs. Sent customer service an e-mail prior to ordering and took a week to get a response. Will purchase from them again.

I placed an order on 7/23/15. I got 1/3 of my order. Today is 8/5, I have no idea when I'll get the other 2/3, say's backorder on my invoice. They did send me a email AFTER they shipped telling me part of my order was backordered. But no mention of the product being out of stock when I placed the order, or BEFORE my partial order shipped and they had no problem charging my card for the full amount. I tried using their live chat feature three times, nobody responds. The 3rd time someone responded and said can I help you, but then after I typed my question, there was no response for 15min so I closed chat. I also emailed their customer service 2 day's ago and still have not received a reply. I'll stick with my regular online supplier from now on. Tried to save a couple bucks and now I'm pissed. I rated their customer service 1 star because not only have they not told me anything about my backorder status, but their live chat feature is useless and it obviously takes more than 2 day's to answer email about order status. ****UPDATE: After 7 days I finally got a email reply. They said they were not sure how long my items would be on backorder, it usually takes 2-3wks, but if I called on Monday they would research it further. This is hilarious because in the 7 day's it took them to reply, I got a shipping notification from UPS My Choice that the package was on the way, 3 day's earlier. Sooooooo.....the person that replied to my email, never even bothered to look up my order in the computer or look to see if the item came back in stock before sending me a stupid reply. WOW. Oh and by the way, I got nothing from them saying that my order was shipping or anything, the only reason I knew is because I'm a member of UPS My Choice and they always notify you when a package is on it's way.****

I live in Florida about 300 miles from Divers Supply. Checked on the status of my order with Divers Supply on the 9th day after the order had been placed, and the order had not shipped! Then looked at my invoice and saw that Divers Supply had not logged my order until a day after it was placed, charged me $6.68 for "shipping and handling" 8 feet of 9/16 surgical tubing, plus 6% Georgia sales tax. Cancelled the order. Bye, bye, Divers Supply.

I ordered a Large blue camo spearfishing wetsuit yesterday, 1-2-11 for $170.00. Got confirmation today, 1-3-11 that they were shipping a Small. Communication so difficult, it took me 40 minutes to navigate and obtain a new password. They have NO land-line. I related that I am a 35 year NAUI Instructor specializing in Archaeological Expeditions. I once again gave my sizes for Chest, Waist, WT., and Ht. Let's see what happens.

I ordered a set of Callaway Razr X HL iron golf clubs from Hurricane Golf. They had exactly what I was looking for at the best price I found. I also liked the idea that they were a small shop located within 50 miles of my home. I received an immediate email response from them confirming my order. I placed the order late on a Sunday night. On Monday I received an email from Hurricane Golf that the order had shipped with the tracking number as well as a confirmation email from Fedex that the order shipped. I received the order on Tuesday. The clubs arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I appreciated not only the quick response from Hurricane Golf on my order, but also the follow up emails alerting me of the progress of my order. They actually have audacity to say they cancelled the order because of wrong info when I have an email from them confirming the order with all the correct info. Good experience. Took me a few weeks to purchase what i wanted only because i was going back and fourth with different websites. You guys had some guns they didn't and they had some guns that you guys didn't. Also color of guns was very limited. Very limited on sights and scopes :( but the ones you had i liked. I liked that there were videos for certain guns. Please create more vids!! Updated vids also plz! I suggest a rewards/points program?? But other than that my experience was good. Simple to use! I am a weekend type rider of moderate trails/mountain and have been in mountain biking for about a year, but have built and fixed bikes for much longer. Overall I had a very good experience with them. Moderately Shipping, not blazing fast, not terribly slow. Prices are very good. Stock is updated on a day to day basis, so it may be 'in stock' when you add to cart, but then become out of stock when they update it the next day, but as soon as it's in stock they will ship it right away with no need to place an order again (unless you cancel it of course) Their Price Smash (price matching) is my only complaint in that, they don't always provide manufacturer item numbers so it is difficult to match prices and see if it gets accepted or declined. Also, I could only figure out how to do one price match per order, but it wasn't a big deal because they have good prices on nearly everything by and large. They don't always have the best communication over email, I believe they are very busy because they're often short. However, over the phone, they are very courteous and will explain nearly any question you have. Be polite to them and they'll be polite to you. That is common courtesy I think. I will buy there again.

Did love my Giant Fastroad SLR 1 but the frame cracked a year later. The Giant warranty team offered me a replacement frame but was not the same one I had bought as it was not available, its a 2017 model so not exactly old. I offered to pay the difference on a frame that would be better for me but they refused and offered me a lower grade frame instead. Don’t know what the point of that was. I was a fan of the brand but this service is not worth dealing with them again. The frame warranty will leave you with something that you don’t want, it’s their fault their design failed. They should be doing everything they can to rectify it, particularly when it wouldn’t leave them out of pocket as I’d pay the difference.

I bought my spurs t-shirt online following their size guide so I decided to have it personalised because I expected the size guide on their website to be correct. So I woke up today on a Saturday to find my parcel and realise the shirt is too small... so I phone them and explain i used their size chart to be told there's nothing they can do. Ordered boys kit same time as sports direct told same delv within 5 days. Waited 2 weeks nothing delivered went back on websit to look for order. It stated there was no order put through so ordered again when went through to pay it said I had 2 in my basket . Not happy as I could of easily not paid attention and paid for two. Due to a Bate n' Switch practice, Bikes Online did not deliver Deore Components as advertised. Bikes Online boasts (but falsely claims) their 2021 Polygon Xtrade 6 comes with Deore Shimano Driveline and Brake components. After I received the bike, I did not recognize some of the components. Due to a Bate n' Switch practice, Bikes Online did not deliver Deore Components as advertised. When I researched the downgraded components, I found the Huffy bike (the cheapest bike in the world) uses the same components for $900 less than the $1000 I paid to Bike's Online. I guess they expected me to be as dumb as dirt and would accept the bike without noticing or complaining about what they did. No apologies from Bikes Online, no admission of wrong-doing, no resolution, and no customer concern or communications, whatsoever. They didn't bother to reply to my complaint, except to say the problem was resolved. What that resolution is, they never told me about it. Upon returning the bike, they’ll refund you less than you paid. And they say Free returns but you have to pay for the shipping. FREE?? They are dishonest, a rip-off, and frustratingly a waste of time. Stay Away! No matter how you interact with Bikes Online, YOU LOSE!!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNur7xu43yg

I ordered my bike over a month ago I experienced shipping delays. FedEx lost my package they told me I needed to file a claim with bikes online. I responded to the service email bikes online sent to me that night it was sent. I have not had a reply from them for over a week. Garbage company with no regard for service. I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they will simply not respond to my numerous voicemails emails and dispute submissions on their website.

I bought some golf clubs for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves them! I bought a set of Callaway clones for him online and the ordering process was very simple even for a non golfer like myself. I did have to call and ask a few questions about some of the options, and the person I spoke with was very helpful in making some recommendations. I was told on the phone that it would take up to 2 weeks for delivery, and after about a week they emailed me a tracking number and then they were here 3 days later - so about 10 days total. Greg has been playing with them for almost a year now and he likes them so much that he has been asking for a driver and some wedges for Christmas this year. I hope he doesn't read this review and spoil the surprise that I already ordered them! :)

I wish I could give this place 0 stars - it does not even deserve one!! Every review here that says how bad it is is correct. I ordered a wetsuit from there over 3 weeks ago. I kept phoning and emailing them to find out where it was, as it was showing as 'in transit' for at least 2 weeks. I kept speaking to incompetent people who said they would 'find out where it is', but never got back to me. They finally emailed me today to say it has been lost! Great! If I had been told this 2 weeks ago I could have started looking for another one in time for my diving trip.

I ordered 2 life jackets, one adult and one child, 11/07/2014: The vests to rescue the little girl was not available in the warehouse stocks, I had to wait 4-5 working days. We arrived on the 25th of July and still do not know when they will arrive, maybe when the season is over! On 18 July, after my email, I have risporto telling me that if I wanted I would be refunded the amount spent, but since I had been told that the product would arrive July 21 for three days, I decided to wait. From 21 July I did not know anything, I had to call this morning for I always have the same answers and justifications. If you do not go running and you have a month to receive the goods ordered then you can always hoping that in the end merchandise is available. I'm sorry but my more!

I thought I could order some Jos from this website, but instead I got 10 rotten sticks that were all damaged. I sent in the pictures for them to send me new ones, but instead for two shipments, they send me the wrong sizes (diameter). I'm sick of this. So now I'm trying to return all of them, they give me a return label and when I call them about how to return them no one picks up. The first time they don't pick up, probably because I had called so many times before about how wrong they got my order. In the end I end up spending to much money on postage, because I returned the jo's "incorrectly". I call them about a refund on the postage because it was THEIR fault in the first place that I got the incorrect items three times, they refused to refund me the total cost of the postage. This will be the first and last time I will be ordering from this company.

I've ordered three items All three arrived in individual plastic bags. The tennis skirt and a black tennis shirt were neatly packed with the original labels. However, a white tennis polo shirt was stuffed in a bag. It was dirty with signs of being tried on many times or even worn. I considered complaining and returning but felt it was too much trouble to deal with it beause it was reasonably cheap on sale. Not sure I will trust the sale items at this company.

Please steer clear of Wiggle Please steer clear of Wiggle! Extremely poor customer service. I have a fault with a bike I haven't even ridden yet due to a faulty pedal and they have washed their hands of all responsibility. The bike cost almost (£1500) which shouldn't matter as it should be fit for purpose. The point is Wiggle will take your money and if you have a problem they'll then 'wriggle'. I wish I'd spent my money elsewhere and will never buy another item from them.

Do not shop with them....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MIKE (owner manager or whoever that is). I have been a very loyal customer of Universal and I have purchased so many products over the years. Just to put in perspective what type of buyer i am: Since 2014 i spent: $3800 and $1500 (last 12 months). All returns excluded and they are a very minor percentage of my overall purchases. Sometimes when I shop, I will put a few items in my shopping basket considering that the store doesn't always carry those products on floor and it's hard to tell which size will fit me. So I will often times purchase items of various colors and sizes and return the ones that don't fit me. Except that today as I placed a few orders for various shoes (5 pairs of shoes at $150/each varying in sizes and colors and some ring pliers for $18 was planning on buying) and I receive voicemail from Mike who told me that he had reviewed my purchase history and said that it would be a "waste of time" (I am not kidding you) for them to be fetching and returning products for me because it was time intensive (as if me trying those out an the store would have been any worse specially considering that now your sales associate has to help me instead of being given the luxury to fetch those products from an online pickup order). As I was writing this email I decide to just call and speak to the supervisor who happened to be Mike that day. So I explained how insane his request was coming from an online store, Mike Just didn't understand my point despite my various attempts (with me speaking very politely thinking Mike might get it) and the phone call somehow dropped off midway our discussion (i waited for a solid 30 mins thinking that Mike wouldn't want to leave such conversation midway), my online order was also cancelled (not by me and without my request) and I never heard back from the dropped phone call. So let's just look at another angle (for the business savvy folks) I was planning on buying a very expensive Mtb shoes on my lunch break @$150 (full ticket price) plus another $20 item for a total cost of $170. Let's assume now it takes an incredible long time (1 hour) to fetch those shoes from your shelves and another day 10 mins for the return (70 mins total). So $170/1.167 hr=$101.2/hour worth of wage: with that it' pretty clear you would have made a profit despite all of that effort to fetch stuff off your shelves. But that profit won't be realized because instead I will buy the shoes elsewhere. Lastly, before you harass your customers for their "terrible" intentions of buying your products you may want to review your return policy because nowhere in your policy you have a clause for not allowing such type of returns which means you have no grounds to be making such phone calls. Anyhow, if you shop there be sure to know they DO NOT like you to overbuy products because Mike thinks it's a waste of time to fetch those products for you.

I placed an order with prosoccer.com late Sunday evening for a Christmas present. I did not hear from the company until Tuesday that the item was not in stock and would not be delivered. I was surprised that their system could not have notified me earlier that the item was sold out. Since I was leaving town and I wanted to get the item in the time, I asked a representative over the phone what kind of shipping deal they could give me to make up for the time lost by their inaccurate internet inventory. The representative talked over me and refused to listen to my concerns and I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I wrote their customer service an email about this incident and got NO REPLY. So beware: just because you think you ordered something off this website doesn't mean they actually have to it to sell. And customer service will not make any reasonable attempt to make things right when their ordering system wastes your time.

Yodel were contracted to deliver the product. We tracked the delivery van around our town & they didn’t even enter our road & yet they sent a message saying “they missed us”. Total lies from the driver on a Friday afternoon !!Yodel now claim they can’t deliver as their drivers don’t have mobile phones... how pathetic!!!

Yes, they did arrive on February 23, 2012. Upon receiving my earrings, I was quite amazed how in VERY FINE print on the back of the earrings, it said "MADE IN CHINA." Yet, on January 25, 2012, Champions On Display Customer Support emailed me stating this: "This is a reminder that your order included item(s) (see below) that are custom made in the U.S. and require additional production time. The estimated delivery time of these items is four (4) weeks from the date of purchase." Uhm, I don't know if you think I couldn't read this very fine print, but I feel as if I was lied to about the whole custom made in the U.S. type thing. Other than that, I love my earrings and thank you from ordering them from China... I am still confused on the "custom made in the U.S." part. What was custom made in the U.S.?

I think this is a scam. Customer support is arrogant and stubborn. Ordered online and the order was duplicated (by Cycology) and paid for twice. Cycology's only proposal was to return one delivery for a refund, but they would not refund the shipping costs. With the cost of returning the items, I would have been out of pocket, so no option really but to keep the duplicate order. If anyone else has had this happen, please respond. It is a well-known e-commerce scam.

Really terrible customer service. Similar experience to what many other reviews have said. I ordered a set of small soccer goals from them even though they were more expensive than comparable products from other companies specifically because they were advertising a 1-3 day delivery time (after I submitted my delivery zip code in Colorado). I really wanted the goals for a specific event for my kids later that week. I paid an additional expedited shipping fee of $26.99 for the 1-3 day shipping . The order wasn't shipped out of the UK until 3 days after I placed the order and I received the order 3 days after that (6 days after I placed the order). I tried calling them to arrange a return or at the very least request that they refund me for the expedited shipping charge. You only get a voicemail when you call them stating that they're unable to receive phone calls due to Covid (really?) and to submit your request via their website. I submitted a request on their website and received an automated reply stating that they currently have a 7-10 day response time, and to please not send any additional requests. That was on July 21st (today is August 19th) and I've still yet to receive any response from anyone at New World Sports (though I've been blasted with all of their marketing emails since then). Not a good company. I would never buy anything from Net World Sports ever again.

Ordered a set of Pin Hawk SL irons from Value Golf for my 14 year old daughter who just started to play. The clubs are a great value and perform great! It is nice having an affordable 'Single Length' iron alternative. My daughter now only has to learn one swing for all her irons. I like them so much that I will be buying a set for myself to replace my old variable length irons. You can just buy the component heads if you like, or choose from a variety of shafts and grips, and you can add an insert too. These are different from the old Tommy Armour EQL clubs, in that they all have the same club head weight and the latest in club technology. I love their site and will definitely recommend them and do business with them again.

I just purchased my second awesome bike from Giantnerd since late September. In each case, Jon wrote a 'best wishes and thank you' message on the inside flap of the box my bike was shipped in. As with my first bike purchase, I took a photo and distributed it to my family and friends letting them know that this is how a company wins a customer for life. What SafetyFirstSports.com does NOT tell you is that when you order a custom helmet there is no guarantee that you will get the correct color(even though you ordered it) and that manufactures may have a different version of a specific color. So if you return it they charge you a heavy restocking fee all because they failed to mention that the color you order may be correct. Otherwise you have to pay additional shipping plus an extra $40 to have it repainted. They are VERY slow to ship and respond. Not to mention they will delete any negative review off of their site which is why you only see 5 star reviews(which is deceitful). I highly suggest you look elsewhere and contact the manufacture directly and talk with them directly about the custom colors.

Never got what I paid for. Placed an order six weeks ago, received multiple reassurances my product would be delivered as ordered. I received only 1/2 of what I ordered, no explanation given. After contacting them via e-mail, I was told some of the product was unavailable after all, but I was still charged for some of the product I did not receive and shipping charges for everything. Multiple attempts at contacting them finally resulted in a promise of partial refund, but they have not offered to refund any of the shipping costs. A company shouldn't have to be chased around to get a response, and I specifically told them NOT to cancel any part of my order... I am getting a brush-off and minimal response to my concerns and it looks like they are ripping me off for shipping costs.

Very bad customer service, extremely slow delivery. Whenever you make an online order you get no notification when the order will be received. If you call and ask when the order will be arriving, you will be notified that they have 7 days to make the delivery, but no estimated time, so you basically have to be on the address all of the 7 days, since you don't know when it might be arriving. But don't worry, you will be getting the order on the 7th day, if you're lucky. Not a day early. I was injured and couldn't walk and was staying at home, so i ordered something. I ordered it on tuesday, of course it came the next tuesday while I was at work now, so i couldn't pick it up. Mind you, the actual shop is 15 minutes away from where i live. My advice is, if you are ordering from this shop, make sure you use the pay on delivery option so you can at least just not pick it up if they are too slow, or it might actually motivate them to work faster. Another advice is, since most of the stock of this shop comes from Ali Express, you're better off ordering from there. I’m a 60 year old woman who is just getting back into ridding. Safety and comfort was my first priority. I rode in a few of my barn friends’ saddle and I just fell in love with Lindsey’s saddle from saddleonline. The saddle name was Amazing Comfortable Endurance Saddle and it is truly amazingly comfortable. I've never ordered anything online so I called them to order the saddle. The rep was very polite and courteous. She gave me a free shipping and had my saddle shipped the same day so I could ride on the weekend. Saddle was absolutely perfect when it arrived, I installed my stirrup turners and oiled the saddle on Friday night. Rode the saddle on Saturday evening for 2 hours one of the most comfortable rides I've ever been on. I love saddleonline and their products, since I got my saddle last year. We experienced a delay in shipping during COVID that was the fault of USPS. Horse Health was on top of the situation from the moment I contacted them. The product ended up being returned to them. They offered a refund or to send it to us again. We wanted the product so had them ship it again. It got stuck in Chicago again, and Horse Health has been in constant contact with us trying to resolve the situation. I've received a response to every email I've sent, and I simply could not be more impressed with their customer service. It goes above and beyond what 99% of other companies would do. We do hope that the order finally reaches us, as Horse Health carries wonderful products. Curse the USPS for a double blunder. Bless Horse Health for working hard to correct the situation from their end.

Shocking customer service. Horse Health took full payment for my order but failed to supply a pair of gloves with no refund or explanation offered. After 2 weeks I contacted them to ask if they would either supply the gloves or refund them, I was assured they would be in stock within a few days and shipped to me. 5 days later I get an email to say the gloves are now £13.50 more expensive as they are a new version so I’ll have to pay the difference! I thought this was really unfair as I’d waited so long and had to chase them up etc so I decided not to pay the extra and asked for a refund. Horse Health assured me on 16th December that they were sorry for the inconvenience and a refund would be issued. On 2nd January I had to contact Horse Health yet again as no refund had been issued. At this point I was told attempts had been made to refund me but they couldn’t access my PayPal account which I find really hard to believe, particularly as nobody had tried to contact me to try to sort the problem out. Funnily enough as soon as I mentioned leaving a bad review my refund was processed. I won’t be buying anything from Horse Health again and would advise others to steer clear!

The shoes arrived in a box stating size 14 the order stated size 14 however the box contained size 10 I had to pay £12 to have the shoes returned. I did ask for a postage refund but has not happened. Not happy I’m £12 out of pocket.

My son put his new shoes on to see if they fit, walked around the house for a second, and noticed they were too big. I returned the shoes and was sent a notice saying they would not replace them...due to them showing wear on the bottoms. My son walked around my clean floor and never outside. I advise everyone not to try their shoes on and walk around in them.....try a better company with a decent return policy that takes care of it customers!!!
