I bought a set of most talon bars, intial service was good but when they arrived they was a different finish to the ones I ordered as advertised on there site, and they was missing a stem wedge that without it’s impossible to use, I’ve had around do a lot of legwork to track one down in England , I did email them stating this and have had no reply.

I ordered it for my son, it came in package. That is only good thing. It looks to me that they sent me one of their returned item. I contacted them immediately (within few hours of receiving) , but they did not respond me within their promise time with resolution. The bike had worn tires, inconclusive instructions and few other issues. Their customer service is worst. I would have given them negative, if there had been one. I do not know if they have local stores, but I would strongly suggest not to trust them and do not order online, their return policy is very complex too.

Love my new EnVe golf shoes. I have arthritis in the left ankle from an old injury and in both big toes from who knows what. But I still like to walk when ever possible. I have tried almost every shoe known to man kind. These are the best to date. I'm walking 18 on a Saturday and another 9 on Sunday. I still have foot pain but less in comparison to other shoes I have tried. I notice it mostly in the ankle. This shoe gives great support to the ankle and preforms all around as great golf shoe. I purchased a black pair to try them and now have a pair of white ones as well. I would like to see Athalonz take this technology to an every day street walker. But I might try the G-Force 2 for this. Thanks John Massey

Received the Athalonz golf shoes just over a week ago, and I've already played 4 times wearing them. WOW! Athalonz recommends that you order a half size larger than you normally wear, and that is true! BUT....when you do that, they fit like a glove! They give superb support, and are comfortable right out of the box! They obviously use top notch materials, and I expect them to be more durable than the vast majority of shoes. They are good looking, extremely stable, and have quickly become my favorite of several pairs that I own. Simply put, they are worth every penny!

Bought a Felt Dispatch 9/70 - really cool bike - and ordered the $99 for 99% assembly. The bike came with no pedals (some don't but this one is supposed to), no front wheel quick release skewer (meaning I can't attach the front wheel!), no manuals/warranty/instructions. It's as if some important stuff was not put back in the box after partial assembly! So far I've received no response from customer service. Will keep trying. ------- update: reached them on phone after a while (don't bother with their email support!), and they are having the missing parts mailed to me. Rating updated.

No not with these guys , It's been 3 weeks and they still can't figure it out. Sent front and back scan of card but still nothing. One look at original order as compared to what they sent back and they should be able to figure it out.

I ordered a bronze package and when I asked about the submission form and I was a little confused I was told this Bronze package has a free grading for a 10 day turn around service, however since we suspended the 10 day service we suggest to hold it off until our 10 day service is back. Submission under this package is valid for 1 year. On the other hand, we have a non-guaranteed turn around service which would take 9 10 minimum to complete. $10 per card. You also have other options to choose from, 5 day service at $30 per card and 2 day at $40 per card. After paying 117 for this service and now not available they still will not refund my money.

Be warned, if you pick the default shipping you're going to wait close to 3 weeks to get anything. I placed an order on the 13th, and got notification of shipment on the 16th. Not bad so far right? Well it turns out they may have printed the shipping label and packaged the merchandise, but USPS didn't even recieve the shipping info into their system until the 24th, more than a week after they claimed it had shipped. I wish I would have checked this site before ordering. I've always received the performance bike catalog and thought they were a decent company, so I didn't bother checking up on them.

I purchased a $200 gift card for my wife. We used about $80 of it. I went to use it again today and it said the number wasn't valid. I called them and got this very rude agent that told me to basically kick rocks. He essentially said Nashbar went belly up (bankrupt) and stole everyone gift card money. He said they (the owners of Nashbar.com) aren't honoring any gift card no matter what amount. To me that means my money was stolen. I said I'll have to put this in a review and he told me go ahead, put it on the pile of other negative reviews. And politely told me to F off. So I repeated it back to him and hung up. If you had a gift card with Nashbar, I suggest you check it right now. Who know what they're going to do or did do with your money. I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. There are hundreds of other sites out there that will honor a gift card you paid for - this is not the place.

The "deals" are far from it since they overprice to begin with and good luck with battery powered stuff on sale. Poor experience with purchases that were inferior. You have to look long and hard at the catalogue to find a real deal and then it is buyer beware.

I have placed 2 orders with Iguana Labs, and both shipped out the very next day. Packaging was very good, and all parts arrived in perfect condition. Service is very quick and friendly. I'm an electronics newbie, and the included documentation (with the microprocessor kit) was invaluable, and even I was able to build circuits, program microprocessors, and write/compile my own code in a new project. This is a great deal for beginners like me. Iguana Labs are a 10 in my book.

By far best place to shop for all Lacrosse gear. We came from out of the area and it was well worth the drive. My son was brand new to Lacrosse and we had no idea where to start in terms of equipment. Staff was phenomenally awesome in helping us select the right equipment. The Father/Son team working were knowledgeable and let my son spend about an hour throwing the ball around with his goalie stick to make sure it was the right stick to buy. They did not oversell, but gave you options. As long as my son plays Lacrosse, we will make the trek back down to Lacrosse Fanatic.

The straps appear to be strong and well made but the price makes it poor value in comparison to similar alternatives. It really needs to be half the price to be competitive and I would have returned them (I bought 2) apart from the additional costs to me and something about supporting a UK business. I would not recommend these to my friends on this basis so cannot recommend them here either.

Great bike overall and built like a tank. However, technical support is lacking so if you have a problem like I have with power unexpectedly cutting out where I have to pedal back home (which is not easy with an 85lb bike) and plug into the charger to reset. I would recommend to check out more of a brand name bike which has a US network for support

Great bike but support is not very helpful. The bike does exactly what is said it will do and more. The only feature I wish it had was a key to turn it on and off so I can leave it locked in front of stores and know that no one can mess with it. But overall its a great bike, just wish they would ship me the rest of my order.

Today I visited Mikes Bikes in Los Gatos. I did so because I wanted to buy a spare part, the connection to mount our bike child trailer on a bike, the Thule Ezhitch. We forgot the ezhitch at home when travelling to California on holiday. I found the part with an extra axle (Thule Axle Mount Ezhitch) online through the brands store locator. On mikesbikes.com the part was displayed as available in Los Gatos. It was displayed as available at 10 out of 13 stores. I drove from Capitola, approx. 30 min drive. At the store it turned out that they didn’t have it. They called the closest store. They didn’t have either though it was also displayed as available for this store. So they called the next store and here they had the part, another 30 min drive away so I would need to drive another 90 min with two small kids in the car before we would be back at our house. In the shop they had two Thule child trailers. They come with the ezhitch. It is released by hand in seconds. I asked if I could buy one from one of the trailers. I even offered to pay for the axle mount so they could just replace it with the spare part from the other shop. NO, they did not want to sell it! It was part of the trailer and could not be sold separately! (as they could risk that if they sold all their bike trailers before the part was transferred from the shop then it would be missing on the last one). So if you consider shopping at Mike’s Bikes then consider this: -Their webshop information is not up to date. They know it and they do not correct. The sales guy asked a colleague where to find the part and the other guy told him that he should not look at webpage as it was often wrong but to look in their internal system. After I visited the shop it has not been updated for “my” part. -They do not make any effort correct errors (We drove 30 min based on the incorrect on their webpage) or help a client with an issue. They could have solved my problem with a minimal effort -transferring a part from the other store 30 min drive away (or ordering from their supplier with the slightly increased risk of being a part short if they managed to sell all their thule trailers before the part arrived). And now you might think this is just the attitude of the one sales guy but no, he went to his manager for advice before choosing not to sell the part so it seems that it is the policy of Mike’s Bikes. We went back without our spare part and Mike’s Bikes failed their mission “GET MORE PEOPLE ON BIKES!”

Shipping took 2 weeks for a pair of pants paid at full price. I have yet to receive them. Asked why by email and phone no response. Even warned them I would leave this review. Absolutely no response - not only poor customer service but you’d think they would take the hint which makes it even worse. There are a lot of opportunities to by bike hardware and apparel on the internet- you should choose someone other than Mikes Bikes (two one syllable words -brilliant)

Ordered two sets of 8 wheels, 2 shirts, brakes. Contacted customer support numerous times, with no responses. Unable to track order. The brakes, the ONLY reason I origionally shopped at the site, did not arrived with my order (they were removed from my order, as they were out of stock.. of course, this isn't listed on their site, and they dont tell you until your package arrives)... Wheels were flawed, but about what I expected for the price. Prices are hard to beat, there is always something you could use for a VERY good price... however, shipping is 11 bucks, with just about any order you place, so it evens out.

I ordered 3 shafts and ferrel to be shipped to south africa, paid a huge amount for the taxes and ups speedy delivery, after 3 weeks I began to enquire, ( apple products and porsche design items. take maximum 7 days from date of order to deliver to my doorstep ) ups -i parcel came up with the one lame excuse after the other, even/tually they are not responding to any enquiries, needless to say the order has not arrived , 7 weeks after the order... I contacted golfworks for a refund of my monies, due to non delivery... they didn’t even respond. In short you place an order, pay for it and they simply don’t deliver it. Seems to me they simply steal the money . STAY AWAY PLEASE

I have bought many Golf items from this reseller over the last couple of years. Have always had outstanding service and great products. My most recent purchase of the 427DC Putter has been the best purchase yet. Received within 2 days, used today and shot a 76, I'm a 14 handicapper and this putter saved me at least 6 strokes today. I am not into golf but I wanted to give a friend some personalized golf balls for his birthday. I did a Google search and turned up nothing in my price range. A forum member suggested Austad's so I went to their site and found a wide variety of balls. I ordered them on May 5 and they were delivered on May 15. The price was right, the delivery charge was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. Needless to say, I am very pleased with this company and would definitely order again.

I placed an order for a set of clubs on August 5, plenty of time to get my new clubs for my golf vacation starting Sept. 2. Or so you would think - first I was told the item was "backordered" and would ship Aug. 24. Then today, Aug. 31, I get notice that they "oversold" the item and that my order was cancelled. They offered to "help" me find a replacement item and said they would give me an additional 10% off, but I declined. Screw me over once and we're done, especially when you kept me on the hook for so long. I will NEVER use Golfsmith again, and will advise anyone I know what an unreliable company they are.

I was so disappointed that the metal detector that my husband has wanted for YEARS had already been opened and used. This was to be a 70th birthday present! i bought a 45'gym parachute after its second use it broke (after having paid over 100$ in duty fees) they were nice enough to send me a second parachute although they were supposed to get back to me BEFORE sending it to me so i can get it shipped to a U.S address and avoid paying duty for a second time. they didn't apologize and in fact said too bad for me more or less but offered to reimburse me 50$ ...1/4th of what i paid on just duty. after receiving the second parachute shortly after, (2nd use to be exact) it tore again. both times i was there and saw that the kids were not abusing it in any way. i just contacted them now and will keep you posted on whether or not they reimburse me the full amount that i paid.

After LOTS of research and trying out probably 50-60 bats, I happened upon a Miken Triad, 27 oz. end loaded Maxload (the blue and black bat, not the gold one,) and fell in love with it. It felt amazing and the ball just sailed off the bat. I wasn't able to spend the money needed for it right then so I just lusted after it for a while. By the time I was able to buy one, it was discontinued and couldn't be found. Heart break. A friend of mine said she found the bat on Batsunlimited.com! Hooray! I immediately put in an order. That night I got an e-mail stating that I must call back TOMORROW AFTER 9AM (it was all in caps lock, I swear.) Once I did, I was told that it was sold out, so I inquired about what was the closest. I stated that I really loved 27 oz. end-loaded and immediately he, STEVE PONZIO, said girls can't swing above a 26oz and guys should only swing 27oz and above. I was a bit taken aback but was calm and said that it worked for me and that's where I felt comfortable. I wasn't rude, just stating my experience. He proceeded to tell me about all the studies and all the girls who play college ball that he works with that prove girls shouldn't swing anything above 26 oz. Again, I told him I like this bat in a 27 oz, and he said that girls who think they swing better with a 27 oz. don't know what they are talking about and it is in their heads......I'm just going to state for the record, that I don't care about studies. I care about feel and this is what I like and what I was looking for. It's about confidence and this bat felt good. Isn't the customer always right?!? Then we discussed Miken's replacement for the Triad (namely, the Freak) but I haven't had a chance to try is so I didn't want to spend money without more research. He was a bit frustrated that I was asking more questions and told me to call the Miken Rep and ask them. He gave the name and number, which I called. The Miken rep was really helpful and then I asked about girls swinging 27 oz, and he said to swing what is comfortable and what works for me. He then said he would not do business with someone who said something as ignorant as what Steve was saying. I agreed. Thing is, they had my credit card info and Steve told me that if he didn't hear from me within a few days, they would shred my info. I didn't trust that and wanted an e-mail confirming my cancellation. So I called them and spoke to a woman there. Let me say this, She was GREAT!! I asked her who the manager was and she said Steve was the owner. I laughed and said "oh crap, I am calling to cancel my order and complain about him." She laughed and heard me out. I told her what the issue was, that I was really put off by his attitude and that I wanted to cancel my order. She was very apologetic and was trying to take care of me when Steve overheard the conversation and got back on the phone. He proceeded to argue with me and state all these studies. I stated I didn't care and I just liked that weight in the end-load. Then he said, "fine, you don't want to listen to someone who knows...." and hung up. Sigh.....I still hadn't told her I wanted the e-mail for cancellation. So I called her back and told her I just needed the e-mail please. Steve got back on and argued some more. Then when she was able to get on the phone to continue my request, STEVE said, "just hang up on that b*tch." Which she said that she most definitely would not. He proceeded to rant where I could hear him. He also told me that the Miken rep, which HE SUGGESTED, was a knucklehead and that he didn't know what he was talking about. Oh, the irony!! She processed my cancellation right then and there and was very professional about it and very kind. I never once resorted to yelling, name calling or any kind of belligerence. I just didn't agree with what he was saying and told him I liked that weight and that's what I wanted. I have never had this kind of reaction from anybody selling a product. Can you imagine going into a store, stating your preference and then get yelled at because that person didn't agree with your preference?!?!?!? I am beyond shocked and this review is going on MANY, MANY more sites.

I wanted to express my satisfaction with 3 Balls Golf. I have ordered several times from this company and ALWAYS been pleased with the service. This Christmas, I ordered a set of irons for my son. They needed to be lengthened, so we went to the local pro. After watching him swing for a while, he determined the irons we bought were not stiff enough for his swift swing. UGH! My son had already removed the plastic from the clubs. I was concerned that we would not get a full refund bc the plastic had been removed. I just received word that we are indeed getting a full refund (minus the return shipping charges - which I fully expected). 3 Balls continue to show how awesome you are with each transaction. Ordered a Marmot "Drew" hat on the 16th of December with ground shipping, since their site guaranteed the arrival of ground shipping orders made by the 18th at noon for "Zone 1" where I live. I received shipping confirmation on the 18th, and in fact my item had left the 17th, which meant to me that everything was going smoothly. What Paragon failed to inform me was that the order was leaving from California, and would not in fact arrive by the 24th, but instead on the 29th. They could have at least sent me an email, or asked if I wanted to rush the shipping, which I would have paid for. Now it is two days before Christmas, Paragon's shipping guarantee is a lie, and I have to go find a suitable replacement gift,even as Paragon is tying up some of what little money I have. In the end, I would never purchase from their store again.

This is an Amazon vendor. I read through 2 pages of reviews bugt should have read the third page. Ordered 6 sweat bands, Amazon charged my card for them and all I received was an e-mail noting that the potential chip dates for the items was 9/15/06. That was all I ever heard! No delivery. No reply to e-mail inquiry to Karate Depot. No response to e-mail inquirey through Amazon. Wouldn't touch this vendor unless you live next door to the owner, but think it through first!

MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM 2WHEELBIKES.COM Bought the bike in May 2008 and it is Nov. 17, 2008 and the issue is still unresolved. Bought a tandom bike. It arrived defective (confirmed by local bike shop). No phone number on web site. Emails not returned. Found phone number through other channels. They do not return call promptly. They told me I was responsible for this big bikes shipping back to the company (even though it arrived broken). I decided to drive it over 300 miles from Las Vegas to Arcadia, CA to return it. The person I contacted there took the bike back and said I would get a full refund. She refused to give me a printed credit, but rather hand wrote on the receipt bike returned and she signed her name. This woman no longer works for the company. The inside of this company was comical. The one employee at the desk was handling angry calls. There was a few customers there that were upset as well. Anyways, they never credited me. Instead they charged my credit card in full. 6 months later after dealing with their manager (who refuses to get me in contact with the CEO nor his email address) they finally gave me a refund...BUT WAIT! IT WAS ONLY HALF MY MONEY! He said they charged me for shipping the bike initially (he said shipping was free, but once I didn't purchase the bike, he could charge me for it) and he also charged me for a restocking fee (on a bike that was damaged). I have since read lots of reviews on this company and my situation is not unique. The reviews show they often send defective products, fail to return calls, and do not refund customer money. The Better Business Bureau has had over 60 complaints in 36 months. I may not get my money back, but I will let as many people know about this company and my ordeal.

I ordered 4 Nike ankle sleeves in medium. One of the boxes was marked medium but contained a large ankle sleeve. I called Tennis Plaza and they sent me a return label. They received the item back on 11/28 with my note to exchange it, but they never sent the replacement. Numerous calls to their customer service were pointless, as they kept saying they were shipping me a new sleeve but never did. Today they told me they never received the item back but the tracking number proved them wrong. Then they said the item was out of stock and that's why they never shipped the replacement. They had no idea when they were getting them in again ("sometime next year"). I told them to refund me, and I would buy it somewhere else. I do almost all my shopping online, and this is pretty much the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from them again.

I purchased the Geek Golf Little Bastard - Rebel without a COR driver with the Boomstik shaft a few weeks ago but only recently was able to get to the range to test it. I was pretty sure I ordered the 9 degree but received the 10.5 degree. Be that as it may, I went to the range to try it out. Being a hacker, the head shape didn't inspire confidence, as previously I have gravitated to head shapes with a bigger footprint, but those concerns all disappeared within the first few balls hit. This thing is looking. In the past I'd b lucky to hit the base of the range fence but now I'm hitting the fence close to the top... and it was a cool 48 degrees out, so I would expect the ball not to travel so far. The trajectory was booming but not ballooning or distance robbing. I'm guessing I gained about 15-20 yards... under cold conditions and using range balls. As to dispersion; I was able to hit several right down the pipe. I pull hooked a couple and faded a few but none of the slices off the planet that I had hit previously with my previous Cleveland Turbo driver. It's all kind of counter-intuitive but it works. I think I would have realized even more distance if I had received the 9 degree but am fairly happy with what I'm seeing.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. On Dec. 17 2016, I placed an online order for a jersey with procyclegear.com. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged $84.51 the same day. Dec. 19, I received 2 emails, one that said my order was awaiting shipping and one that said the order was shipped. Dec. 23, I received and email from the owner, Luis Fernandez of ProCycleGear.com saying there was a problem with my order, that they ran out of the item I ordered and if he can ship a substitute. This was after I received the email that said it was shipped. I replied back asking if there was a black and red version of the jersey. He replied "let me check." After 3 days of no response, I called. No one answered. I left a message to call me back and left a number. I also emailed that I hadn't heard back and to please call me. On the same day, I get a reply through email with a response "sorry only black white." I reply back if he can please call me as I'd rather discuss this over the phone rather than go back and forth via email. I don't get a reply so later that afternoon, I send another email saying I'd like a full refund since they don't have the item I paid for. Then Luis replies back "Will process full refund." 3 days later, Dec 27, I still don't see a credit on my card account. I email him again asking for a refund. 2 days pass and still no word. I call and leave a message saying I still did not receive my refund and to please call me back. I also send an email. Every time I call, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail and I never received any phone calls from ProCycleGear.com. I finally had to call my credit card bank to dispute the charge and get a full refund. This was absolutely the worst service I've had to deal with from a business. I was charged $84.51 for an item that was never shipped and then the business did not send me a refund. I consider that theft. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. When I looked for the address online, Google map shows it to be a residence and not a legitimate brick and mortar store. Seems very shady. UPDATE 01/03/17: I finally received an email from Luis saying that I will get a full refund and that he was on vacation. Too late. Not how to run a business.

Just for some feedback: We have to be really gentle about mounting the boards onto the skateRAX because just a tiny bit of pressure will make all the boards tumble and collapse on each other because they are being held on by a small chunk of the board. I would like to think that we will be gentle every time, but i have a 5 year old and 7 year old that can be quite rough... to be honest me too ahaha. I have to admit I was sceptical - buying a pricey pair of Google’s without trying them was a gamble, but I must have an assortment of 10 pairs of goggles, at varying costs and they all either fog, leak, weep or leave me with panda eyes - now done about 10 OWS and they are brilliant! At $72 for a small chunk of carbon fiber, I was afraid I made the wrong choice to purchase just the shifter lever for my 2013 SRAM Red rear shifter. But it only took me about 15 minutes to swap in the replacement. All the parts were exactly what the SRAM Spare Parts Catalog showed and they went together without any real issues. Just fat fingers and tiny parts were what made it take 15 minutes instead of 10.

However, when deducted from my account it was $18.95 more as they decided to ship my order 2nd day air. I called customer service and they were less than friendly. Frist said, "You must have called to request this" then said "there must have been an error when the order came in". They wanted to offer me a gift card. After placing me on hold they told me they would refund the extra charges. However, I have not received it yet ten days later. I have opened a case with paypal. I ordered this item in mid dec. 2014. They were not able to ship it until May 13 2015. I received the item may22 2015. This is a Half of a year later and The Price Changed 30%. They simply say I am free to return it at my expense! I would save every receipt, catalog etc. on orders from this operation. Order from the other horse stores in the future. Hope this is helpful to you. Very disappointed!!!!!! As customer service was so unappreciative or understanding.

I have been playing golf for over 35 years and have had numerous iron sets from nearly every major pro line manufacturer out there. I have NEVER had a set of new irons that have been more enjoyable to hit and game improving than my new Ben Hogan PTx Pro black irons and Equalizer wedges!! I have approximately 20-25 rounds played with them this Spring and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied! I had them custom made after trying the 2 club demo program from Hogan. I had them made with the UST Recoil shafts and adjusted to the correct lie and length. From the moment I started hitting them my shots were MUCH more consistent for distance, accuracy and shot shape and felt so buttery smooth!!! My friends have been AMAZED how my ball striking has improved and my distance has increased. I am approximately 1/2 to 1 full club longer without having to swing harder. They are VERY consistent in their gapping as well. My USGA handicap index has gone from 11.7 to 8.5 in just 3 months! I wouldn't believe this could be possible if I didn't live it myself! My confidence has sky rocketed and I can't attribute this to ANYTHING else but my new Hogan clubs! Thank you Ben Hogan for making such a QUALITY product at such an AFFORDABLE price!
