Issue was originally notified over 3 weeks ago. I now have a two-and-a-half thousand euro bike that does not work and the retailer is not responding. I bought an NCM Moscow a year ago and absolutely love it - seriously the best thing I've ever bought. It's brilliant. Has never failed getting me hills on roads, however steep! Power delivery is smooth, range fabulous. have now bought a 2nd one for my wife. My latest purchase from Leon is replacement brake pads - I recommend you buy these elsewhere as they are supplied without a spring or clip. Can buy them anywhere else at similar cost and these parts come with them (which is kinda handy as can't really replace the pads without). I'm still giving 5 stars as I love my bike!

Missouri recently became a helmet free state. With that being said we have also lost two friends in motorcycle accidents in the last month; one of which was not helmet related. We've worn novelty helmets for many years and I ordered our new DOT helmets just last week. They arrived in just 3 days, they are thin and light weight and pretty perfect! Thank you.

Die Stangen links uns rechts sind bereits 3x gebrochen, auch wenn die Spot Ballprallwand ( 2.4 x 1.5 m) nicht benutz wurde. I contacted Tom's Outdoors because they stocked the wading boots that interested me and had trialed a pair giving them firsthand knowledge. I had a great conversation with Chris about the boots and discussed some technicalities. On my second call I had another discussion with Kane who was also helpful, I ordered the boots with the knowledge they could be returned if not suitable without any cost to me. (I live 5hrs away) The boots were the wrong size unfortunately and so they were returned and another pair sent, Gemma sorted that out for me, great service!

After a recommendation to visit this store I finally decided to go and see for myself, thus the problems started on arrival! I was driven by my elder daughter as it’s 1 hour away from my house and in tow my younger daughter whom is 12!! We all live in same house but she wanted dog side and Myself plus younger one wanted horse and rider but was told told only 2 from same family in at a time... so older one banished to the car!! Might I add that it was 9am not a soul was in the car park nor the shop plus elder one hates shopping she would have been out in 5 minutes The staff where exceptionally stand offish, unhelpful and just plain rude, even when asked if they had an item in stock!!

This is the worst customer service ever experienced. Order was never delivered (quick research of reviews after showed me that many customers had the same problem). They never replied to emails asking what was going on. Telephone contact with their UK representative was hopeless and the guy (Palmer, I think as he never once offered his name or an apology for the problem) had absolutely zero customer service skills refusing to give a straight answer or appreciate the problem and gave the clear impression that the whole thing was a complete hassle for him and that I should just go away. Recommendation: NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE A COMPLETE IDIOT!

Avoid Askari! They sent me wrong package about 4 months ago. I called Askari´s customer service and they promised to refund shipping expenses, if I send it back. They received the wrong package 5th of December, but never refunded that 29,00€ I paid for shipment. Receipt of shipping payment was inside the package. I have call Askari´s customer servise after that 2 times, but they don´t do anything, they just make you call expensive calls again and again. That is how they make money! Askari makes customers pay for company´s mistakes!

Bought a stunning pink ex display electric tricycle. The staff were very helpful. I have had it 8 weeks now. I have just got it back from the workshop as it had me been in for repair for the last week. They have been out to it before too for grinding noise coming from the back. This time it has come back with a completely different colour rear axle. I didn't think it was possible to get emotional over a bike but have come back in my home and am sat here with tears streaming down my face. This bike has changed my life in the last 7 week's that I have had it. I have been getting out and about more, become fitter and more confident. It really has been a saviour but am looking at it now and it's just not the same. They don't do my colour anymore hence why it has a different colour on. Really has changed the look and feel of the bike. Will I ever get used to it I don't know.

Poor customer service. We wore newly purchased shirts three times and they’ve clicked. They’ve been printed with logo/badge, sponsor and kit number. This dos is £120 plus £60 for the shirts. When I’ve contacted customer services they told me to send photos as proof. I did this. Then I was asked to send the kits in. So what are we going to wear for our next game. Won’t give us a return or exchange without giving the items back for ‘investigation’. TS3 sports is where we’ll stick to now thank you very much.

The website is not always updated even after several complaints about it. This results hassle to costumers due to the need for changing the order from time to time because of the unavailability of the items. It took me almost a week before finalizing my order and get items that I don't need just to proceed to the shipping. When I received my orders, it was incomplete and 2 items are missing that were ticked on the list. I sent an email right away and made a call regarding the issue. The complaint was sent 2 days ago, but still, up to this day I haven't received an acknowledgment or even a single call from them. This is bad customer servicing. No wonder many people gave only 1 star. I would not recommend this web store to my friends.

They offered cashback through quidco, I ordered around £1000 worth goods from them, they refused to pay my cashback, they didn't even response my email. They falsely advertised cashback. Watch out this shop if you buy anything online. Also they do problem with delivery. Bad customer service. Compare to other shop, they are very expensive. Not worth buying from them.

Bought a Calder leather saddle , the delivery was unbelievably quick , 24hrs . Compared to a Brooks the quality is just as good , the leather is thicker than Brooks , and it's HARD . Will need lots of "wearing in". Worth every penny .

1 star is too much. 4 week wait for a "not as described" bike to arrive and now they won't fix it unless it's returned. Only a 10 minute job to sort but they won't send me the cassette to do it. I have to send the wheel back which will be gone for ages. Pants attitude - should have been correct in the fisrt place, I have receipt saying it was checked, must have been by a blind person. Not happy. won't use and or recommend them. If you look there are similar reviews on here so there is a common problem they don't seem to care and or want to address in the most efficent way possible, just mess the customer around. Without customers you are nothing, maybe you should do something about that? Thanks for nothing

Avoid at all costs! Don't be lured into buying anything! We fell victim of the flashy looking professional website, but in reality there is no shop or showroom as the photos would make you believe in thinking. This is run by one man from the bedroom of his house. Nothing wrong with that if you deliver what you advertise, but he doesn't. He doesn't reply to emails, answer his phone, even his Facebook page is dormant and his website still has bits left to complete from the generic template that was used to create it. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from him. Google his address to see its actually his home in the middle of nowhere and his name Karl Cramp or Karl Cramp Sports and you'll be quite surprised what you might come across about him on the internet!!!

I couldn't believe that the cheapest place I could buy tennis strings from online was right on my doorstep. I was a bit undecided on what to purchase but a great conversation with owner Carl pointed me in the right direction. Couldn't be happier with my reels of Volkl Cyclone Tour, Volkl Cyclone, Tecnifibre Synthetic Gut & Prince Synthetic Gut. Bought from Loco Skates a few times now. They always offer excellent pre sales advice and are quick to respond the enquiries. They stock a good range of the latest skates and offer good deals, plus they are flexible if you want anything customising with your order. Delivery is always quick and free if your order is over a certain value and if using their DPD delivery you get an hour time slot so know when the delivery is due to arrive. Would really recommend Loco Skates and have always had a great buying experience when using them. Highly recommended!!

I received my order confirmation on the 13th August 2019 and today is the 30th and it has not arrived. I rang them today and they said they had sent me an email on the 16th saying my order was out of stock and they had to order it in but had not arrived yet and would be another week. I could not find the 16th email from them. The order was for simple collapsible bucket for a sequence of pier fishing trips. Not the end of the world in my case but on reading other reviews it seems that TackleUK have an issue for when you do need them to meet your deadlines and their promises.

I have an older model board from them G2S that still runs very smooth but 6 months after I bought it G3 appeared and wheels for the G2S are nowhere to be found. It’s not cool to pay so much for a board and not be able to replace the wheels when they break. Beware not to buy when they announce a new type of board because they’ll instantly discontinue support for the old one. Not cool!

For Christmas I bought a Yonex Astrox 88D and the strings broke the first time I used it. The strings were in my opinion too tight which caused it to snap. I'm so sorry that I took so long to respond. I'm asking for a string replacement for this. And this is their response: I'm sorry to see your strings have broken, however we are unable to accept a string warranty claim over 3 months after purchase date. Thank you for your understanding Badmington HQ. I was sick during that time. Please be advice before you buy from them!!! I left one star because I cannot put 0. This was an expensive Christmas present that I cannot open before Christmas, i asked for a replacement but they told sorry the guarantee expire. I love my Beeline moto! Such a beautifully made, simple to use, discrete device. It's totally replaced mounting my phone to my handlebars, and lasts DAYS longer! There's a slight skill you gain to use it better. At staggered junctions, be aware which direction Beeline is telling you to go and you'll know which road to follow. I find I'm glancing down less, and looking up more. Safer and certainly makes for more enjoyable rides. One of those quality-made items that you don't know you need until you have it. My only regret is I should have paid a little extra for the silver one.

Two weeks later, I contacted them and they said it was on its way but the PO were having time delays due to lockdown. The helmet didn’t arrive. In June they said they would post another out. It didn’t arrive and they they told me they had “just discovered it was out of stock” and would I like to pick another colour. I appreciate the lockdown has affected everyone, but i feel they have been less than truthful in their communications with me. Waiting for my money to be refunded.

I found the customer service to be absolutely first class. I ordered a bike and was kept very well informed of progress with delivery date. I cancelled the order before delivery as I decided to get an ebike instead. The service was still excellent. I would happily use them again.

Absolute con artists hiding behind a company name . Don't honour any warranty issues what so ever. Charge you for repairs and then don't honour repairs faults when scooter stopped working after 2hrs use . Stay clear from these guys , they take your money and treat you like crap .

Tried just using one clamp as u suggested but was flimsy . Clamped it underneath with both . Seems to hold him . He lifted bike ( with me on it 140 lbs ! ) going after another biker with dog across busy road , and shifted rear end onto street ! Other than heart palpitations , works as u said .

It should not take over a month to deliver a bike to a customer in the same state, and if it somehow does the company should not advertise faster shipping.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for an entire year for a part and I don't think I will be getting it ever. A cheap product with lots of money spent on marketing. A little further research on the company and I find that the CEO was previously part of H&M which is notorious for cheaply made clothing that look good for a month. This bike is no exception to that.

At least deck has arrived after long delays. And it is good quality. I'm happy with product. I've ordered Sportster deck 2 months ago. It was in stock and overpriced delivery was promised in 3 days. Still no board and no communication. Going though PayPal to get money back. On their web page message appeared 3-5 weeks delay, but then complete Sportster is in stock. Such good joke. Before I had Bustin Shrike. Grip tape had a bubbles underneath and didn't stick well when reapplied with heath gun. I feel let down.

Very disappointed with the customer service from capital golf. After having correspondence with a member of their team over email, confirming that if I returned the golf shirt I would receive store credit. The shirt has been returned (tracked and signed for), however no store credit has been issued and they are no longer replying to my emails. In summary they have now taken an item worth £80 from me without issuing an exchange or refund!

Received my 80mm curved base Chaintamer on time and fitted it to my Stanton Slackline Ti easily. Suggest sticking a self adhesive puncture repair pad under the base to give it a bit of grip and padding against the frame, although once fitted the chain will keep it in position. Works really well through the gears and will help protect my titanium chainstay better than stick on covers etc. Will get another for my son's bike.

i ordered 2 mucking out forks at the beginning of October. 2 weeks later and they hadn't arrived so i emailed them. they said they couldn't find my order from my name or address, so asked me to send a copy of the invoice. i done this, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. heard nothing back, so messaged and said if they didn't sort the issue and send me the item by the end of the week, to just cancel my order and refund me. i had neither. i emailed at the beginning of this week for an update and no reply. Avoid at all costs.

Please think twice before you have anything to do with this company. Although their wax cotton products are good quality and well made their shameful ethics and dreadful service let them down. They are Lithuanian based but their products are sent from locations in the UK. Here lies the problem, they are pretty much untouchable by UK consumer law. I ordered two waxed cotton items from them which eventually arrived after I raised a PayPal dispute. One was the wrong size. I returned it and got a proof of delivery to confirm it had reached them but no refund came. They then claimed a refund had indeed been issued but nothing subsequently appeared in my PayPal account and I was unable to raise a further dispute via PayPal themselves as the first had been closed. I have therefore run out of options and like many others believe I have lost my money. The amount of stress dealing with this company simply isn't worth the trouble. You might get lucky as one reviewer has, but the balance of probability is that you will be left disappointed and annoyed. UPDATE: Within two hours of posting this review I have suddenly been refunded. Quite a coincidence I thought! Anyway I've amended my review to two stars rather than one. I got there in the end but won't be returning anytime soon.

Wife bought a Bamboo GTR with Abec107s for my birthday and I'm very impressed! Well packaged and protected. User manual and instructions are simple to get you started. Once charged up and ready to go, safe mode allows you to get the feel of the board without much worry. Once you venture into other modes you can still count on smooth and predictable performance. Definitely beneficial for new riders or old timers like myself. I'm a bigger guy (6'2" 240#s) and was a little worried about torque and range, but both are better than expected. Been commuting with it for 2 weeks on a rolling 10 mile round trip (plus lunch time parking lot antics with coworkers) and end each day with better than 60% battery. I typically stay in GTR or Pro Mode. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love my new bamboo GTR! Was expecting to mostly ride on the street, but as soon as I took it on a trail with the 7'' AT wheels I was hooked. That said, there are some places I appreciate improvements. 1. The charge port rubber thingy is a little wonky, would be better with a hard clip that locks closed while your riding. 2. The app should display the board battery, and expected charge duration while it's plugged in. Would also be nice to see discharge rate (% battery use during the current ride). 3. I bought some after market heat sinks for the motors after riding on a hot day and having it start to over heat. These should be standard. 4. The remote is $150 is you break it! For the $1500+ I spent on the board, the rubber protector for the remote should come standard.

I bought a dual vesc from them. I have had a terrible experience. It failed the first day. I did many videos and photos of the product yet their engineers couldn't see the failure. Any 4 years old kid could tell the product was faulty but not an engineer... They ended up offering a replacement after a long long time...and guess what: They shipped to another guy in another country or they shipped nothing and just lied to me. Even if that was their fault again they refused to send me another vesc. Their customer service is the worst between the worst and their products are very low quality. The only thing they care about is a paypal claim so do not use credit card at their site, i warn you. I swear i will never ever buy a single bolt from them.
