Great communication and very responsive to both emails and calls. They even called me to make sure I was a 100% happy with the wheels I ordered, before they dispatched them. The wheels came very safe in two separate cardboard boxes that was then taped together. This meant the wheels weren't touching and the inside of the cardboard boxes was well covered in bubble wrap. I would definitely recommend TRI UK and use them again. /Jeppe

Discovering this company via Amazon has been a masterstroke. They have the widest range of watersport-based products I could wish for at my amateur level. Misinformed on the website bought an adults bike and child size arrive. Completely out of pocket for the last month and it is in bits in my room. It won't untighten, looks previously used and I've mistakenly thrown the box away to get it into my third floor London flat. Apparently this make for another week of delayed response over email. 130 pound to the wind!!! (I am not the only one I can read, and read, complains and complains...) can say, DELIVERY COMPANY IS NOT CORRECT THAT'S : GLS Standard Delivery Order 900087499 But who package in "DeporVillage", he put to big box for 6 small items (I did not exept this broken-tear down box) Should I accept broken box and mining items in broken box??? THAT'S MY DILEMMA, BETTER TO TAKE SOMETHING THAN NOTHING? ARE YOU DOING REFUND??? The Package come open, the box is tear all one side, and put two sticker that don't hold things to come out!. I could see the items whiteout opening, the box its in bad condition I ask the delivery guy to wait 5 min to check the order on my laptop and to count what he bring I prefer to get all my 6 items!!! or you can refund me!!! Its risky to work like that, I pay lots of money for items that my don't come because bad packaging? I refuse to sing for package because I am afraid there is not all inside, delivery guy didn't what to wait me to cheek the items, he sad he will come tomato again. BE WARE I ordered 2 skateboards and all the safety equipment on April 28, 2020. The safety equipment arrived after 5 weeks. It is now June 3 but no skateboards. Their phone line is close, I've emailed them 2x, nothing! This is a joke. Apparently they ship from Europe. They sent a tracking number which has no update. I will have to request a refund from my credit card.

Do not use this company. I have been waiting over 21 days for my goods to arrive from Parcel Force. Tennis-Point keep fobbing me off as do Parcel Force. No one is interested in resolving or helping me with this. Can’t get my money refunded and have no idea when or if my parcel will arrive. Frustrated beyond words.

The company took my money, then confirmed my order via email only for the next day to say the order was cancelled without any reason and i'm still waiting for a refund. I've tried to contact them to understand why my order could not be fulfilled and to arrange a replacement tennis racket but none of their telephone numbers work and no one replies to emails. Just received a Callaway XR Speed Driver, condition was advertised as very good, however I would say this has not seen one golf ball as the club and shaft are totally unmarked and looks brand new. The club also came with a wrench and instructions again like new. Delivery was super quick, great club great service.

I've ordered from Kramer before and have been happy with what they have supplied. However, unless you are very careful you can end up with expensive products that you don't want and are too expensive, in terms of packaging costs, to return to them. Whilst Customer Services were polite they could not help me resolve some misleading information on their website. I've ended up with two expensive heated water drinkers without the required transformer to power them and without the thermostats to activate them. The additional parts required are not listed on the website which lead one to assume (a dangerous stance to take) that the drinker would work out of the box! The drinkers arrived with no fitting instructions nor product specification. I have to say, at £119 per drinker, they do not represent good value for money. I wasn't given information on how much I would need to spend to make them work I'm VERY unhappy with this and shall not be using Kramer again

Tried to buy a product but I wasn't allowed - It didn't meet with their minimum spend criteria of £25. Who has a minimum spend criteria in this day and age?? I emailed to ask if something could be done but I got a blunt verging on rude answer referring me to their terms and conditions saying i had to spend £25 or no item. How ridiculous. Just charge me for postage like everyone else does if it doesn't qualify for free delivery. I would have thought they would be happy to accept any legitimate order especially at the moment. Suffice to say I will buy what i want somewhere else rather than be forced into spending extra just to be allowed to shop with them. Bad policies and terrible customer service. I will be telling my equestrian friends to avoid them.

I was On tour with friends near Otley when I damaged my pedal crank/bottom bracket spindle on the first day. In just over an hour this fiddly/difficult repair was graciously carried out and I was back on tour. The service I received rescued the holiday. This was service beyond the call of duty and I unhesitatingly give Otley (Mark) top marks. They deserve our full support and will be my number one destination for my next purchase. Thank you!

Russell was great. I had loads of questions which he was more than able to answer, he wasn't a pushy salesman, he had lots of patience, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. So I bought the bike. I had only gone to buy a gear cable ?When I collected my brand new bike 2 days later Chris was great he explained everything I needed to know, fitted all my extra bits and pieces which I purchased with my 10%off great service!! Would definately recommend as the service is fab. I'm glad I didn't buy it off the Internet as the personal touch made buying my new purple trek bike a so much nicer experience. Avoid this store at all cost. I have never been so embarrassed I went into the store with wife and kids to look at getting fish and rock and power head for my marine setup I chose some ocean rock and look at it under the blue light as it had a crystal effect on it to see what it look like to be told don't be stupid it contaminate our tank I wasn't even putting it in the water then told he was not serving me as my kids were with my wife and touching the water fountain display outside. Will never spend any money in this or any other Maidenhead head aquatics I will also make sure none of my family and friends will either. The store can thank Craig for this fantastic customer service.???????????????

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have been in several times and I have always had first class service. I have purchased fish and plants which are healthy. The fish are active and give a lot of pleasure. The plants don't last quite so long and not because they are unhealthy but they are nibbled by the fish. Not so easy to find ones they won't eat!

I ordered a rope, the wrong product was dispatched, I needed a quick turnaround on the product but alpinetrek needed me to go out of my way to post the incorrect product back. I managed to get it posted and sent over proof of postage as requested. 4 days later I have still not heard back from Alpinetrek. I've had to order the same product from a local company. Avoid alpinetrek if possible, very poor customer service, exceptionally slow to deal with problems when they arrise, genuinely not worth saving a few pounds/euro If you want a product sent correctly and within a reasonable timeframe

Awful service policy. I ordered a shovel/ice axe. They sent the wrong item. They didn't have stock of the correct item. And then kept my money until I could return it. I needed the item for a holiday and this process prevented me from being able to reorder anything. Also the initial delivery took a significant length of time. A German company fronting as an English one. Avoid if possible.

Ok so I wanted a BB gun to mess about with so order a £50 kit with machine gun, hand gun, pellets and target's. Hand gun was fine but machine gun wouldn't work. Please do not buy from kombatkit they don't reply to emails And the guns are rubbish.

Terrible, awful! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY ARE SCAMMERS They won’t answer to your emails. They sold me a faulty BB gun. It’s been almost TWO WEEKS without a reply. I’m getting frustrated. I’ve tried calling their telephone number MULTIPLE TIMES but had no response, as the telephone is always switched off. Its ridiculous how these “businesses” are allowed to operate. Seems Like they are SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY! They barely deserve 1 star!

Sold me a TYR race suit in the Black Friday promotion. Took the money. I was informed when I had to ring them to see why I had not received tracking info that it was OUT OF STOCK. "But it isn't. I can still purchase on the site" I said. "Oh I mean OUT OF STOCK at the price you paid" WHAT!!?? It's a con and they should not be able to miss sell and miss lead people like this. the web site is very good. so the shopping experience is much easier and trouble free. the menus are intuitive and guide you very easily to the right place. the constant feedback on your order makes you feel more in control. the prices are very competitive. the range of products is very wide. the things to improve: it would be very good if there was a estimation on delivery options (only states express and standard;but no estimation in days - and i state estimation; precision is not really needed) the costumer should not need to pay for exchanges or return of the mail costs.

I ordered a bike onw month ago, was told a delivery date of 5th June. Bike was dispatched 10th June. Been with the courier since 11th June. Courier have lost the bike. Rutland have not answered the phone, returned my emails and have left me to deal witht the courier directly. I have no bike and no answer about what they are doing about it. I want my money back please?

After purchasing a bike from Rutland cycling online on the 29/05/2020 I was given a ‘estimated’ delivery date of 09/06/2020. 9 day ok it’s not quick but I can deal with it. Delivery date comes no bike, no statues change in order l, no communication. At no point was it made obvious that as I was purchasing the bike there would be a delay. 10/06/2020 go onto their site, click around to see they are experiencing delays. Ok so I’ll give them a call, literally rang several time for the next 3/4 days I couldn’t get thought. While trying to get through I sent two emails and had an auto reply saying it would be dealt with within 48 hours, you guessed it no reply within time scale sent another email to this date I haven’t had a reply to the second email, but it did take a week to reply to my first. So back to bike, order 29/05 - estimated delivery 09/06 deliver 16/06 a week late I can deal with. However when it arrived the state of the box it came in was horrendous! After reading on their website the bike arrive in custom boxes etc etc mine arrived in a seriously battered cardboard box with Rutland Cycling signage but it was held together with duck tape from rips on the ends and corners. In all fairness this could of been the couriers doing. Open box get all the bits and pieces, watched their ‘how to guide’ on how to build the bike handle bars, pedals etc. Read their PDI note and noticed it mentioned I should attached ‘reflectors and Bella’ these weren’t in the box, maybe my bike didn’t come with these items but the wording suggested it did but again I’m just happy to have the bike at this point so didn’t think much of it. Set up the bicycle, sit on it and the tyres are flat I thought this would be an item completed on the PDI but it wasn’t on mine. When I finally had the tyres pumped to the correct PSI, I finally got to use the bike, it was brilliant, prefect size and was prefect for doing the cycle paths by me. I brought a Cube Aim Pro 2020 mountain bike, I’ve been using the bike on parks and cycle paths. Today 21/06, 6 days after receiving the bike guess what, broken. The gear shifter for the peddle crank is touching the peddle wheel. I’m not familiar with bikes so I can only put it like that. I can honestly say it has made me raise questions as to the safety of the bike, how well the PDI was done, and weather Rutland cycling to try and meet their demand are falling short on key areas. I will be calling into their most local store to me a good 40 minute drive to speak to them I store direct to see what the issue is. As I’m still covered by the distance selling act and the product is clearly fault I might just get a refund even tho, you could forgive all of the mess but not until the product breaks/ becomes faulty. This is a mountain bike I brought the closest it got to anything like a mountain is the small hill I ride up in the road! All in all, bitterly disappointed with the service after I placed the order and was left asking questions on the condition it arrived in for it then to break meaning I’ve lost faith in the Rutland and the safety of the bike.

Ordered several items for myself and my daugher - all of which were of good quality. However the shorts I purchased ran in the wash and ruined several other items (despite no washing instructions to say that they should be washed separately). I wrote a review to warn of the issue and within an hour Saltrock contacted and requested photographs of the damaged items. They refunded the shorts and compensated for the damaged items. Really impressed with the service and would order again,

I bought a pair of training shoes from this guy which didn't fit. This was because he uses what looks like the European sizing system - but which turns out to be a Chinese one - resulting in my receiving tiny shoes. When I wrote him about this his response was that this, "happens with shoes when buying online". I requested a full refund - including return costs which - as I pointed out - are the seller's responsibility under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations. He denied that he had this obligation but promised a full refund on the original order. In fact he refunded only the cost of the shoes and kept back the original postage cost - again contrary to The Consumer Contracts Regulations. His belligerent attitude, refusal to respect consumer law and his falling back onto 'buying online' as a get-out-of-any-responsibility means I for one will never buy anything from this character again - buyer beware!

Terrible! I bought a sword and it was broken. After many attempts of reaching them via both phone and email they send me a replacement and that one was even more broken! I couldn't get it out of the package as the punnel was completely broken. I emailed them and they never got back to me. I emailed back and then they just ignored me saying that they won't give me a refund or a replacement because it is too late. It is not my fault their customer service and products are so terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible unfortunately, I am very optomistic and was hoping for a smooth purchase but my bike brakes didn’t get mailed till 2 months and 3 emails after purchasing and delivered over 3 months later then original purchased date. I ordered brakes for my bike in the spring so I could enjoy the summer, and now the summer is almost gone. Summer...bummer... ?

During a time where bikes are hard to get hold of I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday . When I realised it wasn’t going to reach her in time I got a response immediately from the company offering a refund , within 15minutes or requesting one they had arranged this back into my account . I was very impressed & re-assured so much so that when I couldn’t find the bike any quicker anywhere else I re-ordered it with Winstanley & also ordered myself a bike as well :-)

After loads of emails back and to with Jenn from customer service.Finally got my order sorted last Friday.Bike arrived with few other bits today.All boxed up and well protected.All I can say is that my experience with them has been second to none.With loads of stock being non existent in a lot of places they had time to keep updating me with what was available. Must say was very worried once order had been place but my own personal view they have been excellent in dealing with my order. Only hope that the negative reviews are a blip as I was recommended them by a friend. Thanks.
