I have trained for figure sculpting before and had an old school personal trainer. My recent PT at AJs was charging $100.00 for three half hr sessions....i mean 45 min sure... But what are this new generation of trainers being taught. I now have a sore lower back due to pissassing around with traverse abdominal core training ,in which no actual abb crunching was introduced. Wish I had listened to my own gut instinct. Anyone wanting to join should do classes and weights with a friend not a trainer, as from what I've seen, most PTs think they know best and want your money.

I've been a member for 3 years now and the new management have really made an effort to introduce some new equipment and facilities. Things have happened a bit slower than I hoped but there were a lot of issues behind the scenes that they have had to work on

I applied for Melton waves swim classes for my children and confirmed a swim assessment only to arrive there to find out no one was available to conduct the assessment. The manager on duty asked me to call again on another day to book for another appointment. Poor management, disorganised and really bad customer service. The price one would pay to take a cheaper option I guess.

We went on a sat morning, half pool was taken up, other side was packed, wave pool lasted 5 minutes, kids got bored with 20 minutes, not worth it!

Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre has EVERYTHING. Slides, inflatables, spas, saunas, gyms, and over five pools! Brilliant facilities, and attractions, and great service. Lots to do, and perfect for a family fun day! Also, there are lap pools, and competition pools which are of Olympic standards for serious swimmers to train in. Very clean and hygienic. However, this comes at a price, which is quite high. Top facilities, brilliant service, lots of attractions, EVERYHING! It's the perfect family pool, but it is also suitable for serious swimmers. The prices are high, and most of the popular facilities need an extra cost. Apart from that, it's perfect!
