I ordered a product that I ordered before it came different it came cloudy it came the wrong color I wanted a refund because the item was different they said that I had to pay for the shipping I said that's not fair because you didn't give me the product that I ordered. so I asked the manager Brandon who is his supervisor and he said there's no one over me and we all know that everybody has a boss. Brandon said the manufacturer said that the item is alright. So I gave Brandon a scenario-- if you go to a steakhouse and your steak happens to be green and the managers in the steak house say oh we assure you the steak is alright would you still eat a green steak. He didn't answer because he know that he would not. They don't care that they are losing a customer and they have lost me. PGR from North Carolina

For a long time I was using bestessays to do my school work (without anyone knowing). They never failed me, but I was still hesitating when I needed a resume. They offer this too, so eventually I gave in and decided that it's better to pay them than some services I know nothing about. For a hundredth time I say this they are amazing. I thought this was a local boutique but the tag says made in China and the pants I bought look like they were hand-stitched by a four year old. Additionally the outfit was supposed to be 12 months but the elastic waist is way too tight, yet the pants are too long. My daughter is 75% in height and only 50% in weight so I would think any toddler tall enough for these pants would not be able to wear them because theyre so tight.

The girl's Boutique outfits are beautiful and extremely well made. They are true to size and very detailed. The prices are very reasonable for what you receive. The owner, Katie, is prompt to respond to my e-mails asking for help. Her customer service is terrific. I love that personal touch.

I can't agree more with S.H. You might pay because you get a nonsense message and you want to check it, then you use your membership to send some other messages that get never read or occasionally read after a few months when your paid membership has already expired. It seems busy because it comes up at the top of Google searches and many people that aren't serious about it sign up but they don't remain using the site long. In the long term prideangel is a much better option.

I ordered a waist cincher that was on sale for the holiday price. Little did I know that meant it was on clearance. I returned the order to exchange the product and just found out after being told I could exchange the item, I could not exchange it or get a refund! I will be calling and speaking with a supervisor ASAP, but I can honestly say my experience has been horrible and feel like I have been lied to. I wouldn't have tried to send back the cincher to exchange it for the right size if I wouldn't get it shipped back unless I pay another $10 for shipping fee or pay the full price and shipping for the right size. Needless to say, I've been in customer service for over 6 years now and they better figure something out!

The exchange policy you have to get a tracking on sending it back. So I paid to get it shipped out, they emailed me and told me they did not have the size that I needed to come back. So I picked out a different one and the woman said that I would have to pay again to get it shipped back. in which I have never seen a website charge you to send it back. So I asked for a refund and she only said that she could refund me what I paid for the item not for the shipment fees. Which I feel It should be a full refund because of the fact I paid for it to go back. I will never place an order from this website or tell anybody to get anything from here.

Just want to share how incredibly scammy the experience I had with this company was. I ordered 6 dining room chairs online. When I ordered the customer service agent I was speaking g to on their chat told me they had them in stock and ready to ship. Two weeks later I called to check on shipping update since I had not seen any updates. They asked me if anyone had reached out to me about the price. I told them no. The person on the phone then informed me that the price I purchased it at was and I quote, “not profitable” and it would cost me $400 more. Tbh, it’s not even about the money, It’s the principle. This is literally an illegal practice. You are not legally allowed to post a price, accept payment, and then come back and demand more money. When I o formed them of this they told me they would have someone call me back. Now via email they are trying to say the chairs were not in stock and that they will be cancelling my order. Clearly someone messed up their pricing online and rather than making it right, they are being SHADY. I would NOT waste your time with a company that operates this way. I am absolutely appalled and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC. I doubt anything will come of it, but again, it’s about principles and clearly this company does not have them

We used Airbnb for the first time and booked a villa for 29/02/2020-14/03/2020 but due to the coronavirus we decided not to travel as our 3-year-old son had a slight cough and a cold and we were worried about him potentially catching it. So, we had to cancel like any loving and caring parent would to ensure our young child was not put at any unnecessary risk. We asked our host if we could change the dates and got a flat NO, so as we did ask very late in the day we asked if we could be refunded half our money back he also said NO, this would have meant a refund of over £900 and the host got to keep over £900 for a villa we never stayed at. So, we raised a dispute with Airbnb, and they were not interested in the slightest which was a complete shock and even more so as the last day of our holiday fell one night short of their cut off period for automatic refunds. We only ever asked Airbnb for half our money back as we did decide to cancel but only due to very exceptional circumstances which the CORONAVIRUS is. Airbnb were not interested one little bit and did not take into consideration the health of a 3-year-old child comes first before anything. I WOULD NEVER USE AIRBNB AGAIN they were completely unhelpful in such a worrying and uncertain time and did not care at all about a young childs health.

Would you want to shop at a grocery store that does not honor their weekly advertisements? Aldi's central customer service has reconfirmed that if their weekly newspaper add does not match the add in the local store then the store manger does not need to honor it. This happened again at the Aldi Fairfax Blvd store. It happened to me and it can also happen to you!!! The weekly Aldi Washington Post add showed butter $1.69 per pound limit 4. Normal store price is $2.02. The store manager declined to honor the sale price on my $30 order as it was different from the in-store advertisement flyer. The good news is the Lidel's new store will be opening in Fairfax City in the next two or three weeks so you will no longer need to be subjected to this type of unsatisfactory bait and switch service..

Quite surprised at the bargains I've been buying. I like to eat fresh products. I was buying rocket,watercress,and salmon. This can be expensive elsewhere I was pleased to find aldis sold packs of fresh rocket,watercress and spinach all in the one bag. For under £1. Also the salmon is cheaper than my previous supermarket. There's also other surprises as you go along. Like flatbeds. I don't see them in other shops.

I've tried Pasta Evangelists a few times and I've always found the dishes delicious but they've really stepped their game up with their summer menus! Love being able to discover new dishes from the different regions in Italy and they have done some beautiful summer flavours recently. Portion sizes are generous too, me and mum love sharing a dish for a light lunch in the garden. Would recommend.

Bought some Loake chelsea boots recently, unfortunately I had to return them as they were unsuitable (although the boots were lovely and excellent quality). The service was excellent from Herring shoes even providing polish and a shoe horn with my order. They were delivered next day and provided return slip. Refund was quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use Herring again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Herring sometimes advertise shoes for sale that they don't have in stock. In my case the manufacturer hadn't even made the shoes yet. So I got no shoes and as yet no refund. Dealing with their customer service is like trying to negotiate Brexit. All I asked was to be refunded and informed when the shoes are back in stock. A basic common courtesy you would expect from a business who has just wasted your time and is holding your funds. Their customer services leader preferred to suggest I was wrong to suggest their 3 -5 days delivery promise was false and I should not mind waiting six weeks.

Bought a bedspread for £200, after a few weeks a tassel had come out and we couldn't find it. We struggled to match the tassel, so asked G & G for help. From the offset they were unhelpful, stating it wasn't down to them they only sell not supply. After a few emails and phone calls, they eventually agreed to contact the suppliers. A month later after hearing nothing, we rang and asked for an update. Again they blamed the suppliers for not getting back and promised to chase up. A month later, we've still heard nothing, not even an update. Hence my reason for this review, I've now given up on them, as they obviously have no intention of helping. Will never use them again.G

I bought several clearance items, when they arrived theywere very poor quality I returned them at a high cost They have a deal with parcel force, but we don't know that, so I paid twice that once I got to the post office. Their own collection service is £10 which to me is excessive I had to make a fuss to get the original posatage costs back, so am £12.99 out of pocket for a parcel of faulty goods. Won't be going back

Absolutely the worst experience I have had ordering online. I volunteer at children's hospitals in costume and ordered a Dr. Strange costume from this company in late August for an event in early September. Based on their sizing chart, I meticulously took the required measurements which indicated a Large size and submitted my order. I was impressed with the quick delivery but, upon opening the box, discovered that the costume was at least 3 sizes smaller than the measurements I had submitted. The belt lacked at least 5" from being able to close. The greaves lacked at least 3". I could not fit the tunic over one shoulder, let alone my torso. The ONLY item that fit was the cape, which was closed with a pair of safety pins. I contacted the company and received polite responses, first telling me that the size they sent was accurate (when it was clearly not) and then offering a replacement if I shipped it back to them. I instructed them to send an XXL costume so I could alter it if need be. Their "free return policy" cost me an additional $85.00 to send the incorrect costume from Atlanta to China. They did offer me a 20% discount if I returned it (which I did). Upon receiving the returned costume, they sent photographs of it, indicating that it was the correct size, as if to say that I don't know my own measurements. After THIRTY-SEVEN emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send the replacement... if I sent them ANOTHER $60 for shipping (again). When I showed them their own offer of the 20% discount whose difference would easily cover the shipping costs, they retracted it, saying that the discount would only be applied if I bought a second costume while keeping the first!!! They finally agreed to a refund, which does me no good at all, since I am back to square one for finding a costume. The quality of the original costume was good, but if you make the same mistake of ordering from this company, double the size that you think you'll need or you'll wind up with one that might - MIGHT - fit Peter Dinklage. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order for a costume in August, 2021 and expected that it would not be a problem to receive it for an event in the end of October, but I was wrong. First, the company will not contact you with any updates and will not provide you with a tracking number when you place the order. They will charge you a large fee for "expedited" shipping and provide no other options. They do ask for a date that you hope to have it by, but based upon their lack of initiative, it does not help much. If you contact them, they will respond once a day via e-mail, but again will not provide a tracking number, unless you threaten to challenge the purchase. The deadline that I put on the order was not met and the company did almost nothing to compensate me for their failure to meet the deadline. Once I received the costume, I could not be more disappointed. The workmanship is incredibly poor and the costume looks nothing like what is advertised on their website. For the very high price of their items, I expected so much more. I ended up needing to order another costume via Amazon, which was much less expensive, but about the same quality. I cannot say this with enough emphasis: DO NOT ORDER FROM PROCOSPLAY! You will be thoroughly disappointed and will be out a significant amount of money. I will never order from Procosplay ever again.

Tired of running out of spices at the last minute and not really satisfied with the quality of spices (not to mention the rising prices), I decided to search online to resupply my spice collection. The popular sites I found reading blogs and cooking forums were either too expensive or very specialized in the spices they offered. And some of those sites were not friendly to use. Good ole Google pointed me to Spicebarn. Rarely do I take a chance on an unknown, but I was at my wits end. I found their site easy to navigate. Nothing fancy about it. They have good descriptions of the spices. Although, they could provide more detail. For instance, they really don't describe what the different Mesh numbers mean. They also don't provide a search engine, so it could take a few clicks to find what you need. Some spice sites categorize Black Pepper under "B." Whereas Spicebarn lists it in the "P" section. No big deal, but it your searching for multiple items, it takes a few minutes longer than it should to find some items. But when you find them, they usually have pictures with uses and descriptions. What concerned me most was the quality. I don't hear too much about the "quality" of spices. But, I could not understand why I pay 50 cents for Off Brand Garlic Powder and Brand costs like $3.50. When I chose Spicebarn, I was taking a gamble that the quality would be equal or better than what I was used to getting. I was elated to find the quality of Spicebarns spices are excellent. You can tell just by the color of them that they are better than what you find in the grocery store. And when you open the lid, the aroma they give off attests to their quality. Using the old Garlic Powder, I would shovel the powder into my recipes. Since I have been using my Spicebarn spices, I have ruined two meals because I used too much Garlic. I was using my old method of calculating spices. Now I can just follow directions or even tone it down a little. The prices are good. You are not going to get "great" deals. You will find their prices are equal to or better than most sites. It's difficult to compare spice prices because you are comparing unknown qualities and some size and origin differences. It took 3 days to arrive. Not bad, considering I ordered in the evening. They did charge me for shipping, but it was a normal charge ( $12.50 for 9lbs). They don't carry a lot of exotic or specialty spices. They do provide some options for your basic spices like: Cayenne Pepper is available in 6 levels of heat. And Black Pepper is available in 6 different sizes. I highly recommend this place for spices. It's a pretty good deal once you start getting into the Quart and above sizes. I think you will notice a difference in the quality too.

Have been buying from Spice Barn for several years. Local supermarkets don't carry many spices other than the typical basil, oregano, etc. and since I make my own BBQ rubs I have to order in bulk. Great variety of spices and seasonings and fast shipping always completes a perfect purchase! Wish we had a spice store in our neck of the woods! Never fear buying here!!! You won't be disappointed!!
