could not find all the sites I said I wanted and was told that there were they. almost alll is junk sites that I do not watch or want and the price is much too high for it. I really wanted NatGeo and while there is one it is not the one with animals it is more of a advertisement site I am very disappointed and I will place a call to the states atty gen on tues to see about getting out of this as there isnt much that I wanted and wish to watch and more junk then any other site I believe.

I received the HP docking station for my HP EliteBook and it is defective. It does not power up and power stays on. I contacted HP and they told me that the manufacturer's warranty expired March 17, 2015 but I have coverage though your company. I am going to return this docking station for a full credit.

When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

Some issues with the check out process not working properly on firefox and having to click on different buttons that would naturally seem like I should be clicking on. Basically your site wouldn't let me check out, but I found a work around and it worked out in the end. Shipping was fairly fast, but my shipment contained 1 out of 6 RAM chips that is the wrong chip. Please make sure you check before you ship.

The transaction went smoothly and the item was packed securely. Upon arrival, it booted properly, allowing me to update the firmware before installing a new set of drives and doing a factory reset. As calculated, there were no interruptions during the 36 hour rebuild, and now it's going through a "baking in" period for a week before going online for its intended use.

This company is the bait and switch type. A week after I purchased and days after the product was already supposed to be received, they called requiring more money for the purchase. Companies like this just try to put you in a position to where you need your order and therefore they believe you will just pay extra as they ask. I cancelled my order and who know when or if I will receive my refund. Avoid them like the plague as they are completely unethical.

Absolutely will never order from them again. Be warned that they don’t charge tax till after you place your order. This would be fine if they just charged the additional tax, but no; they charge the entire order a second time. So if your order was $500, they would charge the full $500+ tax, so you could have over $1000 debited from your account but in a pending status. The charges won’t fund or clear till the order ships. Which if you have back order items like I did? Can take weeks. So you can have pending charges for weeks as well and have your money tied up unable to use. I had to call to get the first charge dropped when I got the second charge. They didn’t automatically do this, which you would think would happen. I then cancelled the order bc I was told my order wouldn’t ship for 5 weeks. Leaving the pending charges on my account the whole time. RIDICULOUS! This entire transaction was not worth it.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have been following up to see why it hasn't dispatched I was told that they need to cancel the order and resubmit it and it will take another o e and a half weeks to deliver it to Florida. And get this that's if they have it in stock. If I didn't chase them I wouldn't get this information I can't believe they run such a sloppy operation Find another supplier who tells you upfront we don't hold stock, have no idea of stock levels and will take weeks to process your order

This site is a book swapping site. Very easy to use and there are a million plus books just waiting to be ordered! The books themselves are free. All you have to do is find some books that you are no longer want. Members will order your book, you mail it out, and when the person recieves your book you get a credit to order a book you want. All genres, all types of books allowed!

This is the greatest idea! I love paperback swap! It's a simple concept. You join - you get 2 free book credits - you request a book - you get it sent to you FREE - you list books on the site by posting the ISBN # - someone requests your books - you send them out and pay postage... the cycle continues! :-) Overall, you are only paying $3-$4 a book, so if you are a bookworm, this is perfect.

I am a Canadian citizen and should be tax exempt because they are shipping it to me from the usa. when i saw my bill i was charged tax even though i should not have been because its being shipped to me in Canada, and the customer service rep did not even know that. And would not get back to me I will never deal with them again.

-CHEAPLY MADE / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS; The following was my experience with Astro Gaming headset A40 (with Mix Amp Pro): Broke when simply shifting head size - plastic came away from frame & obviously wiring was effected because that side of headset was no longer functional (no sound). -NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (false advertisement on web site): After sending in for repair/ replacement (cost me $20 shipping) They did not specify if it was being returned after repair or being replaced with a new headset. Returned an incomplete headset (without side panels/ tags) FInally after emailing AGAIN- they shipped the side panels for us to 'click on' They NEVER even apologized for the inconvenience of having to ship back their defective product (at my expense). Never responded to my emails...I emailed who I thought was the owner and he emailed me back right away-turns out he sold the company to someone else but said he would forward the email to the customer service manager.... Never any response still. Even though I was without a headset for a month, they never felt it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience. Lame

I ordered an afterglow wireless headset from here, Paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and it has been about 6 days and i still have not even received a shipping conformation email. I would rather spend the extra $10-$15 and purchase it from gamestop.com, then i would at least know i would receive my product when i paid for it to be delivered.

I have waisted hours of my time trying to "simply" set up my Mars IR station and light gun. Can't even play the game because the camara is so worthless. 0 stars if it were possible. Added bonus, there tech support is also worthless.

Felt compelled to write this review for the product which I don't yet have and almost surely get the impression that I won't be getting a product. This outfit has hands down the worst communication skillset of any business I have ever see. They straight up lie on their FB/Instagram and Twitter feeds about delivery. They come up with every excuse under the sun when you do get hold of someone. I was an early backer early last year and they promised delivery my mid to late August 2018 and would ship in order of backers. As of Jan 31st still no product and no replys to emails. And now on their news feed on their website say they are shipping all EU orders first and then the rest of the world. So thats a blatant change from what they originally said and is absolute disgrace to any early backer that isn't in the EU. But more. To the point even if they said this its no guarantees anyone in the EU will get one anyway as they just lie and lie and lie. They are basically scamming people out of money for a product that doesn't exist and posting a few fake reviews to keep people pre ordering. Website now says sold out so that probably means that they have realized that we are on to them and have taken the money and run to hide somewhere. So as for THE product all I can say is FAKE FAKE FAKE. Look for an alternative as this is a waste of money and a straight up SCAM.

Stay away from them, because thats what they do with their customers. I was lucky enough to receive the pad after a long time but expected to receive a license key for the SimShaker-software that was supposed to be included in the price, but still waiting for it along with several others after submitting a ticket to them over a month ago. Even worse, many who ordered this pad before me havent even received the hardware yet! Some receive the whole kit but the license wont work, and you have to spend another ~50 for the software to use the pad since its one-way communication with this worthless company. What everyone of us have in common though is that their so-called customer support completely ignores its paying customers by simply not giving a damn about responding and helping them. Stay away from this very shady company at all cost, like they avoid their paying customers in the same manner.

So, I wanted to receive a code for 1 months Xbox Live Gold membership instantly so I could play with my friends, I came across this site whilst searching Google and it promised instant delivery of codes so I signed up and gave it a whirl. After 10 minutes and £7.79 was taken from my Paypal account I still didn't have the code, eventually I went onto their live support who told me due to the nature of their business they would have to call my mobile phone and speak to me, I was already annoyed at this point and since the live support was in the United States they didn't seem to care it was 00:23 where I was. Anyway, another 10 minutes after providing them with my number I get an e-mail saying there was a problem connecting to my phone, I rang it from my landline and it worked fine but whatever, so they said they needed to use another form of verification. This is where my experience became rather suspecious and ridiculous. They asked me to take a picture of myself holding a form of ID, so passport or drivers licence, up to my face so the information could be read and the faces could be matched up. I don't know about anyone else but I wasn't about to do that anytime soon, I don't even have a camera if I was stupid enough to do something like this! So I told them how I felt and asked for a refund, they said the order had been cancelled and a refund would be with me shortly. I still haven't received my refund. My advice to anyone looking for game cards is to go on Ebay, a lot of guys on there send them out instantly and it's the same price and more secure! Stay away from this website! Thanks.

I have ordered Jobst 30 40 mmHg stockings in the past and had no problem with the fit. However, this pair (regular size) is much too long. My height is 5'2.5" and hoped to get a shorter length, but there was no option for that. They bind my thighs and my ankles so much that swelling occurs below the tightness of the stocking. The 20 - 30mmHg fit much better and were half the price! Go figure. I will discard the stronger compression stockings and look for another vendor that will offer them closer to my height.

I received my order much more quickly than I expected. Nice surprise. The pantyhose work even if I struggle to get them on! Because I have an iliosotomy apparatus I would like the opportunity to special order as I did the first time I used Jobst stockings many, many years ago. I would particularly recommend the pantyhose for women who have very large thighs as I do.

We ordered bulbs over a month ago. They were on backorder and supposedly would be in within a week. Every week since ordering, we have received a "new estimated in stock" date. I asked multiple times when they would really be in. The other day, I asked the same via the email form on their website. Apparently, I tried to get the information from them too many times (with NO RESPONSE) because they blocked my computer from their website. I had to use my phone to request they cancel the order because you just don't do that to your customers who are looking for information on their order. HORRIBLE TACTIC TO BLOCK YOUR CUSTOMER FROM GOING TO THE WEBSITE.

Purchased LED deck step lights and was extremely disappointed. I happen to be a licensed electrician. these lights came with no protective lens or even set in hard resin. instead there was a soft gel like sealant to encapsulate them. I called to complain about the quality and said I NEVER would have bought something so sub standard. How could they survive one power washing ? I said I guess I wasted my money on the shipping and was told I would be reimbursed . Well the did not reimburse my total expense. I do not care about your restocking fees I care about wasting my time and money buying GARBAGE. I will not purchase from you again and will to public review on your quality

The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked. The seller was very gracious in responding to all correspondence, and very understanding in light of my personal mistake. I would this seller recommend highly!
