From the first contact with this company I have received 5 star treatment until my purchase was complete. The bed I have bought arrived well protected so there was no chance of any damage. The two young men took no time at all to unpack and build the bed in the place it was bought for. No work at all for me. They gave the impression nothing was too much trouble. I wanted to put in my two cents - I also purchased an SRD370 from them - with extras it came out to ~ $1300 US. My NAZA2 GPS module was also defective as someone else had claimed in another review. I cannot fault Helipal for that, as they do not make the product, DJI does. I received fairly good troubleshooting information from them and quick email response times (within 1 day accounting for the HK and US EST time difference). All said, everything took about 1 week to resolve due to shipping transit times but they sent me a replacement once they narrowed down the issue - at first they thought it may have been the main control board so I had sent that back first. In my opinion, for the breadth of products, competitive pricing, and selection that Helipal offers on their site, the transit time and shipping costs from HK to the Eastern US is a manageable trade-off for me.

I ordered the ninja 250. None of the bolts were locktited. Arm came apart in first 5 mins of flight causing bad crash. Escs stopped working after three flights. Unwrapped escs to find soldering not connected. Had to resolder Flying in any mode that will let you flip or roll is a bad idea. The quad rolls like 6 times and slams into the ground. The body is basically useless and does absolutely nothing to protect the electronics in a crash as it literally explodes upon impact. The remote has sticky throttle. The camera is extremely glitchy. Ive spent more time repairing this quad than actually flying it. I really am beyond dissapointed. It was quite a bit of money to spend on something i could have built three of them with extremely better quality. This product was a complete and total letdown. they dont do refunds which is understandable but i have built more than a handful of quads and flown for a very long time now. It is not pilot error. After reinstalling allnew bolts...having to reflash the flight controller and resolder the escs and flying with no body i seriously should have built my own. Also...one of the motors died on the 5th flight. Very very dissapointed.

As a teacher, I love seeing all of the 1-star reviews by so-called parents, when it's abundantly clear that adolescents are taking a turn a review writing. I'm writing this review not only to offset the kids' reviews, but because this app has been possibly the most important one we've ever downloaded. Screentime has been invaluable for our family, especially on our Android devices. We set the amount of hours/day based on our son successfully addressing his responsibilities (school, chores), and give him the freedom to do what he wants with his time. But when his time is up, it's up. There are no negotiations, no arguments. Occasionally, he'll ask for something to do that might earn him extra time, and that's always considered. It should be noted that on Apple devices, however, this app (or any other) is not nearly as efficient as on Android, which is entirely driven by Apple refusing to allow one app to control another (individually). Apple knows that your kids want iPhones because it is very hard/impossible to monitor them or control the amount of time that they are on their iPhones. Apple does not have a business interest in allowing Screentime to perform well on Apple devices. But on Android, this app shines. If you're a parent hoarse from the last shouting match you had with your child about the unfairness of having only 8 hours a day on gaming sites, then do yourself a favor and try Screentime for Android.

We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

Horrible customer service, one of the worst I've ever seen/experienced. They have no customer service # you can contact them via telephone so your only option is their email which is [email protected]. They respond back to you in a VERY RUDE manner which makes you think if they received any customer service training ever. They will not bother to assist you with any issues if you have any. I paid $12.00 to subscribe to their account. It is a one time fee but after that you get an account which you can then use to buy/sell/trade astronomy products online. After using my account for nearly 10 months, my user account without any explanation vanished. I even tried the "Forgot Password" option to email me the new one but it seemed to not work. I emailed them several times asking them what happened to my account. My account was in excellent standing with 5 star ratings and 48 positive feedback. It took me a while to build this account with its reputation. Their first response was "You don't have one" .. Just like that, no explanation, no urge to try to help me figure out what is going on, NOTHING!.. I emailed them with proof (BoFA statement of $12.00) and also several email threads of how I purchased/sold items on their site. Still no luck. They responded back saying "You have no account, End of story, Goodbye!".. Basically put they were being very rude and could not care if their customer(s) lost their accounts. I know I will never get my account back nor will I be refunded the $12.00 I paid for the account. This comes to show that they don't care about their customers because if they did, they would truly help them out. Overall, horrible experience at astromart.com and big disappointment to the customer service staff as well as the owner Herb York.

I cannot speak for any of them, but I will say that I have been an AstroMart member for almost 8 years now, and have always found my experiences here to be excellent. I have also personally visited with Herb York (owner of this site) via eMail, a couple of times, and never found him to be rude in any way; and actually very helpful in addressing a question I had. I do know that they do govern their site very carefully, and as result, I have never heard of any scamming attempt being successful here. I now have a fair bit of astronomy equipment and as I love to buy, sell, and trade with others back and forth to achieve that ‘perfect setup’, I find that AstroMart is really a major part of that. PLUS … I now have acquired several new astro-friends around the country that have offered standing invitations for me to come and visit if I am ever under their part of the sky. Again… I cannot talk for anyone else, but the facts for me are that I now have almost 300 trades with AstroMart, and all of these experiences have been nothing less than great. The shared discoveries, the amateur photos, the forum posts and all the classified postings of hard to find equipment, have made my astro-hobby so very much richer. I personally am very glad to be part of the AM membership, so if I could rate them at more than Five Stars, I would. chipj54

I am loathe to tick even 1 star. 0 would be far more appropriate. I purchased a black glitter jacket to wear over the Christmas holiday. Whilst I expected there to be some shedding of the glitter, I certainly did not expect to cover myself and everybody around me plus the carpets and furniture. The shedding was so excessive that I had to return home to change into something less embarrassing. The staff in the Burton-on-Trent store were obviously speaking from a well rehearsed script to address this problem as was the person who answered the phone in your customer services department. Fortunately I still had the label that was attached to this garment and managed to find the stick on notice that customer services mentioned, well hidden might I add in the inner fold that the glitter may transfer. Definitely not a part of the original printed label, so I assume this is something you have done to cover yourselves from what I can only imagine to be numerous complaints. As Scrooge would say, "Roman Originals, bah humbug." I will never shop in any of your stores again!

Firstly, they have everything on their website as stocked, you purchase your product and then you'll get an e-mail 2 days later stating that your item is out of stock. So all the best chasing them up via e-mail for a refund, because you'll end up sending e-mail after e-mail without them resolving anything. As for me, I've had to escalate a claim through PayPal and now am waiting for my refund, they should have just refunded me immediately when the item was out of stock. This has been a horrible experience. In my opinion, look elsewhere when looking to get cigar accessory products or similar.

I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing!!! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!

I ordered an ice maker for my fridge to replace one that had a minor leak. The one I received never worked. I filed a warranty claim, and they never responded. I contacted customer service via chat and email five times, they were apologetic, but couldn’t get “the guy who approves that stuff” to respond. I finally opened a claim with PayPal, who settled in my favor after reviewing the documentation.

I have never felt the need to negative feedback to an eBay seller in 16 years of membership, but today, Gearooz have earned this dubious privilege. If Gearooz are able to make a sale, it appears all things go relatively smoothly. If you request a refund, as per your rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will soon become familiar with the constant empty promises of "I will chase this up with Accounts" and "They have told me they will do this tomorrow" given to you on a daily basis from the sales staff. You will not receive your money. You will be forced to raise dispute cases with eBay/PayPal - Looking at other negative reviews, it appears other eBay customers have had a similar experience. It seems that Gearooz have an unspoken policy of holding onto your money for as long as is possible until the eBay/Paypal guarantees force their arm. A shockingly poor overall experience.

after much searching bought a Rinnai 17E water heater fro Ascot Hygiene, Colin and the team there were instrumental in my purchase of the heater the information and detail they provided through numerous E-mails was excellent, we even had the offer of speaking direct to the Rinnai rep just to ensure we had indeed got the right heater for the job. A mix up with delivery cost was sorted with no fuss and everything went smoothly. the product arrived with full and comprehensive installation instructions, the chap who installed it said it was one of the nicest heaters he had seen and that the finish and thought that had gone it was plain to see. the heater was installed on 26th June 2013, although early days I am utterly pleased with it. All in all an excellent service and product.

Two weeks had gone by and more order was never processed or shipped. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have ordered with pelican cases for less many times now and have had enough. Customer service is very friendly but I do have a complaint about order retrieval time. I placed my order on Saturday 3/22 and called waited until monday to recieve my tracking number. The very next morning to ask if my order had been processed and ready to ship this was Tuesday morning. Woman on the phone says "ya we will get to it when we can, maybe processed by wednesday or thursday." My problem is that why not on Tuesday. Why wait these extra days to process my order where then I have to wait another 7-10 business days for my order? I dont understand why the delay when the only person who suffers is the customer. I make online purchases every week because I do not have time to go to the store. Unless something is done, will not be ordering from this website again if not.

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

Just came across them on Google. Ordered on Thurs 7th over the phone and told delivery would be the following Monday 11th-which it was. They sent me a text & email on Sunday at the pre-agreed time of 4.30pm to give me a 2hr time slot for the next day. Driver called ahead to tell me he was almost here. 2 very pleasant delivery folks-man & woman. Good price on my dishwasher & they price-matched for me. Will definitely check them out 1st next time

Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. They need to get their stuff together.

I switched to metro pcs about 4 and a half years ago. I decided to switch when I was trying to lower my monthly bills, due to becoming pregnant. Constant dropped calls to the point where I am scared to make an important phone call. Dropped calls during emergencies. I pay for (4G), that NEVER works. Service is rediculous. At least a hundred hours of my life wasted, to them point of crying with frustration's. Prior to metro Pcs. I used T-mobile for ten years and then At&t for five. Do not waste your money to pay for Metro-Pcs, unless you'd like your phone to show a NO SERVICE in that upper left hand corner permanently. I Never write reviews. I felt I need to. It's sad that people who are trying to minimize bills and HAVE to use a lower priced carrier can not even guarantee I can dial 911 in an emergency. This was not due to towers not being in range. Etc. etc. etc. different states, different times..... phone calls. So many phone calls to customer service with no accurate recording on metro Pcs to my account so every phone call to customer service took an extra thirty minutes to even get to someone "helping" me. The absolute waste of people's money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was hoping to find a decent vendor for a reliable replacement battery for my iPhone. I thought I'd found it with iCracked. But the battery they sent is two years old. As everyone should know, especially iCracked, the chemistry of these batteries degrades with age - whether they are used or not. (Google lithium ion polymer age.) I contacted them via chat and mentioned it, and the response was "Alright, is there a problem." Ummm ... that is the problem. So, old batteries and untrained support staff ... not what I'm looking for. Quick shipping and pretty boxes, though.

I pre-ordered LG G Watch more than two months ago together with small gadget worth less than 10£. Gadget was sent to me using DHL and expenses were 15£. Insane. Finally I figured out that I'll "last in line" to get G Watch since they would have to pay another DHL feed. Got feedback of G Watch but they refused to co-operate otherwise. I do not recommend either MobileFun or combining pre-order with gadgets on stock.

I stupidly ignored reviews I read online and ordered off this site. Being based in Ireland I was glad they delivered to Ireland. I ordered and paid for dhl express shipping. Then I heard nothing. 2 days later I get an email to tell me they can't ship my item due to the delivery address being different than my billing address. Hellooooo, every other company can do this!! I reply to say that they can piat to my billing address and then I'm met with silence. I call their order support line and leave a message. No response. I call again the next day. No response. I email them again. No response. Then I get the first email again, so I respond again. No response. So, I go online and leave a review about the service I've had, then I finally get a call. They will ship my item out to my billing address. The guy on the phone is snarky with me, "so we can deliver to your billing address? That's all you had to do, tell us that, no need for all this" I refrain from answering and just tell him to send my order out. It's been a week now since my order, paid for 1-3 days express shipping. Really regret using these cowboys as they have.np clue about customer service. Do yourself a favor, avoid them.

I waited 6 days for an emergency screen, that I paid extra on the shipping for to have it over-nighted, just to get the wrong screen, and then have the company tell me they don't have the screen I actually ordered. I felt like they were really shifty, the woman on the phone had dogs barking in the background, her accent was bad enough! The dogs didn't help! I'm still waiting on the refund. I took pictures of the unaltered INCORRECT item as I was packaging it back up, just in case they try to pull something. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I LOST A HIGH VALUED CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!!

I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. When I first started browsing the website, the company owner popped up and offered assistance - I was able to inquire right then and there about product availability. Purchased the Donner Wireless Page Turner just over 6 months ago. The devise will no longer turn on. After emailing back and forth over several days, their attitude was very much "oh well". They do not have a warranty page on their web site for good reason, they do not stand behind their products. A 6 month warranty does not instill much confidence.

Edit: Time has passed since I was asked by them to write a positive review for them in exchange of a refund for a faulty product, so I changed my star rating down from 4 to 3 and modified the contents to reflect my honest opinion on my experience I bought two batteries at once from them for a Dell Latitude E5440 and a Precision 3520, both of which came in a bit later than I expected and the batteries are in good shape while the Dell logos are covered with markings. The Latitude E5440 battery works great, while the Precision 3520 battery came in as defective; it has problems being detected unless the laptop is powered on a specific way. I emailed their support address regarding my issue and that's when I heard back, I found out that they're a Chinese based company despite them trying to appear Canadian, I then eventually got my refund in exchange of a "Positive review" on Trustpilot and Resellerratings.

Unlock River did exactly what they said they were gonna do, in a timely fashion. It only took 5 days for them to unlock my IPhone. It's also great they have 24-hour support, so you can email them at any time of day and they'll respond quickly. Great Service. Highly recommendable.

I recently purchased a Hypertherm 45XP plasma cutter from IOC's ebay store and also a consumables kit for it as well. The price was consistant with the lowest price I could find and the communication was excellent as well. A lot of money for me to spend over the internets but happy to say the item was delivered quickly and in great shape. Also, I noticed that the device had only been manufactured just about 1 month prior so truly brand new which was nice - not some old unit sitting around for 2 years or so. I had a very good experience from IOC and I also just love the machine - amazing quality and performance from this 45XP. Everything great !!

I purchased a Miller Tig Welder for my husband for Christmas. The welder was approximately $2,000 and the customer service during the purchase was great. I had no idea what to buy and I was trying to surprise my husband. They walked me through all the options. My husband used the welder for the first time today, March 1st. He would have used it sooner but we have had issues with our local supplier being out of gas. Within seconds the welder popped and stopped working. My husband contacted Welding Supplies from IOC today to let them know that we were sold a defective product. Their response was it has been more than 14 days so you have to take it in for a repair. I will not repair a welder that we have never used. The welder needs to be replaced immediately with a new one. I will continue to write reviews on every forum in addition to opening a BBB case. We are not satisfied with a repair. Stand behind the products you sell. I would not recommend buying from this company.

My son (14) who has Asd went into Tallaght branch 27th. He had the money to puchase controller & 150 Psn. He came home with controller. He definitely parted with his money in the shop. The girl / boy in shop never gave him the psn docket. It wdnt be familar with it as his older brother normally buys it. I am disgusted. Im seeking advice around it. sent them my daughters water damaged 5s, they came back with 3 extra items that were broken, which i half expected, but the price to repair them was very fair,i thought. before going ahead with the repair i phoned them and asked about warranty for the repair and long term success rate of the repair and received an honest answer. went ahead with the repair and got the phone back the next day. all working well. they kept me in the loop with emails and sorted out a world pay issue too. highly recommend phone came back just in time as my other daughter dropped her phone its going to free fusion

Good product when it works - there are ongoing issues with uploading m3u files for weeks now where the site just times out. The service was completely down for +5 days last month with no offer made to refund users or extend their subscriptions for the missing days.. this issue was compounded by admin/customer service advising people "so your epg is down, this is first world problem; US government is shut down for weeks, have some perspective". Imagine any established brand telling their paying customers that during a loss of service. Above all this service is let down the most by the admin/customer service (same person) who cannot help themselves and constantly talk down to people, telling them their feature request is stupid. Some examples of late: 1. Site not working for a month - user asks for update, admin responds with "In your place I would keep my mouth shut and wait patiently" 2. Another user on the same thread asks when their paid service will work again: Admin responds with "What don't you understand from the words "we", "are", "working", "on" and "it"?" There are countless other examples on the "support" forum. Based on this I'd say just go with xtream-editor instead, it has no limits on the number of channels in their package and is still cheaper, and crucially their customer service actually help people without the need to talk down to them with a smug and arrogant superiority complex. Finally it should be noted the owner of EPG for IPTV has offered a free month's service to people who post "an objective and honest review". This should be kept in mind when reading the (mostly positive) reviews here.

I have purchased a one year subscription however after two weeks their services was so inconsistent, that I have exchanged 34 emails over a period of 60 days IPTV.Shop came up with one excuse after the other when asking for a partial refund of my annual subscription they simply had the audacity to cancel my account and refer me to "7 days full refund policy covered after I initially purchased their service" which clearly I wasn't eligible for that. I truly believe after looking online their are thousand of customers every month who are facing the same issue. Which is why I am in the process to take action against IPTV.SHOP to protect any other fellow citizen from this SCAM. I will launch my complaint with OFCOM and Trading Standards and strongly encourage people to do the same. Hopefully I be able to see part of my hard earned cash back! Needless rot say that IPTV services plus customer services SUCKS!!!!!! Stay away....

I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.

Rehan arrived perfectly on the time he said he would be there. He was very welll mannered and respected my house upon arrival until he left. He talked me through what was best and the perfect positioning of the cameras. I opted for 3 x 1080p dome cameras. His work was very efficient and very neat and tidy. When the installation was completed he took time to thoroughly go through how to use the Hik Vision box also installing the application to my phone. Overall I’m delighted I opted to use IseeU CCTV. The camera quality and work is worth every penny. I’d highly recommend anyone to use this company if thinking of getting and CCTV done for either your home or business. For 90 euro and 1 hour they install in my iPhone 6s chenese peace of crap, not even retina display, which make my phone hot, ans working wrong : sometimes the buttons on the screen do not work at all, then films, music and cursor switch by his own mind, music turns on and off independently, and so on. And all this crap was not exist in those 3 days when I used the phone with a original broken screen, so, i blame his work and low-quality details. I don’t know, maybe they even have extracted some other details and chandget them in Chinese, but you can sure, I’ll write reviews about you in all possible places. You are scammers. I can see the grid on the screen at a certain angle, like on the screens of old calculators! I know where such screens come from: aliexpress for $ 5. But no one warned me that for such money I would get such crap, no one gave me a choice, I would never agree. I demand refund and apologies! I do not recommend this awful cervice to anyone.

I have owned 3 pairs with no issues, however my current pair broke at the toe strap. I contacted them about a repair or replacement and sent some photos showing the sandals. They informed me that it looked like I got them wet and that's why they failed. Really? They have deck soles for sailing and no where on their website does it say that they should not be used in wet conditions. I pointed this out to them and they did not reply, my poor review on their website also was not listed. Don't buy them if you are going to sail, fish or go to the beach, because they don't stand behind their product...
