1. Take ages to reply to your emails 2. Don’t have a phone number on their website 3. No tracking number given for items that are sent – as advised in their emails that once an order has been dispatched an email with a tracking number will be sent 4. UPS (the delivery company they use) are rude and call you a liar when you say that no one delivered or left any calling card NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Ordered the grape hoe. It is very well made. I was disappointed it came not put together and had to have my son put the handle on for me. He thought it was a good tool also and he usually does not like what I buy as far as gardening tools. He does think it is too heavy for me to use, but I have used it and it does a good job at removing grass and weeds.

Easy to order. Timely delivery. Half my garden is already dug and planted (still April). Easily tears up lawn to remove sod, then breaks up topsoil, just rake and plant seeds. High value product that will not break. This broadfork is the one to get.

The site is great. Shipping and packaging were amazing, BUT...Product samples do not look like they do on the website. Product texture looks like real wood, but colors are flat and look plastic and painted. Rather disappointed.

Easy website to navigate. I think the advertisement side needs to address the average consumer better. I searched YouTube for a long period of time trying to find a solution to a fresh water drain valve leak. The only other option I was able to find was spin welding which is not available in my area. If this was marketed as RV fresh water tank repair I would of found it quicker. Just a suggestion.

1. The customer should know the total cost before placing the order including tax, shipping etc., . The shipping charges should be listed first so that customers would be able to decide to purchase or not. Your product prize is very reasonable but not the shipping prizes. 2. Customer should no the total cost before releasing order. 3. Your order processing should be re organized so that customer would be able to decide based on the cost details.

I placed an order on Monday May4th in the afternoon with a sales person by phone and transaction went very easy and his communication was great. 1 and a half weeks later my order arrived brand new as promised and I ended up being able to save over $600 from buying the same set of martin logan speakers at Best Buy! The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked. The seller was very gracious in responding to all correspondence, and very understanding in light of my personal mistake. I would this seller recommend highly!

could not find all the sites I said I wanted and was told that there were they. almost alll is junk sites that I do not watch or want and the price is much too high for it. I really wanted NatGeo and while there is one it is not the one with animals it is more of a advertisement site I am very disappointed and I will place a call to the states atty gen on tues to see about getting out of this as there isnt much that I wanted and wish to watch and more junk then any other site I believe.

There was no way for me to view the cost of faster shipping options - I was surprised to discover that the shipping fee was more than the image that I ordered. Please change to free shipping. I would rather wait than pay 14.99 for shipping. Please adjust accordingly. thanks

Disappointed at the deception....I thought I was getting a really great deal on a SEBO vacuum but the model I discussed with the associate wasn't the model I received which turned out to be a discontinued unit. I would return the vacuum but their return policy isn't especially customer friendly.

I Wish I saw their rating before I purchased from them. Terrible customer service, the absolute worst, they sent the wrong vacuum and then charged me a restocking fee, btw it too them a month to refund me for the wrong vacuum they sent me. I would never buy from them again, don't know how they stay in business.

Checkout process is terrible. Also, recovery of forgotten password is not secure, you should not have my password at all, you should have a hash of it, and should have a secure method to change it. I bought because your site says you have the product I need in stock, which is great, but the checkout is ugly. There also should be a way to checkout as a guest.

Search results are a bit strange. For instance, if I search X470, I get several results, but not the Asus X470 Pro I am looking for. I only found it via Google Shopping. You have good prices and stock on some other items that were not picked up by Google, however.

When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

Some issues with the check out process not working properly on firefox and having to click on different buttons that would naturally seem like I should be clicking on. Basically your site wouldn't let me check out, but I found a work around and it worked out in the end. Shipping was fairly fast, but my shipment contained 1 out of 6 RAM chips that is the wrong chip. Please make sure you check before you ship.

The transaction went smoothly and the item was packed securely. Upon arrival, it booted properly, allowing me to update the firmware before installing a new set of drives and doing a factory reset. As calculated, there were no interruptions during the 36 hour rebuild, and now it's going through a "baking in" period for a week before going online for its intended use.

After 1 bell ring he call me to let me know he is leaving, my wife was home front of the garage but he do not take any effort to look around. I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

I am having to return the product and pay for the shipping myself so with the hopes that I will get a full refund. It truly isn't 100% customer guaranteed. I had a fishing trip confirmed with them on the Frana. I showed up and the owner told me they had never confirmed it, and would not sail without at least two people. Tomscatch picked up the phone and said the owner of the boat did confirm the trip. Not sure who is telling the truth but I ended up waisting a vacation day for no good reason. Tomscatch did promptly return my deposit.

My direct experience with the company was while we (our company) was supporting the website of a regional importer for one of the companies that Markmonitor was "supposedly" protecting. Without doing any due diligence they initiated procedures to claim that the local company was infringing on copyright while also promoting counterfeit goods. It was of course absolutely ridiculous because the regional company was the authorized retailer. Even after the mother company informed them that the regional partner was actually authorized it took almost a month to move on with the procedures that would allow the domain to be released again. Absolutely horrendous response from this company and totally incompetent in making the correct determination. My only hope is that the mother company dropped them after the stupid mixup they created.

These people are a disgrace to honest people trying to sell original products on ebay. They come in and shut you down without any investigation to whether the goods are real or counterfeit. They hide behind the Vero program and when their tactics and trademark vioaltion claims are brought into question they ignore you. Sure the internet is full of scammers and ripe offs but these guys are not the good guys. They go around shutting everytone down without question or repucutions. Shame On Them!!!! use them at your peril - they are not protecting brands, they are hurting them online.

I was nervous at first when selecting an online platform for my course. But then I read about Asha24 and I decided to go with them for pursuing the course RPA Its is a great platform with good course content and excellent support. The customer service support is really great and they are always there to help when you need them. Easy to access and a great way to learn from anywhere! I will certainly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a safe Nice platform to learn project management. Provides good interface and flexibility to users.

This site is a book swapping site. Very easy to use and there are a million plus books just waiting to be ordered! The books themselves are free. All you have to do is find some books that you are no longer want. Members will order your book, you mail it out, and when the person recieves your book you get a credit to order a book you want. All genres, all types of books allowed!

This is the greatest idea! I love paperback swap! It's a simple concept. You join - you get 2 free book credits - you request a book - you get it sent to you FREE - you list books on the site by posting the ISBN # - someone requests your books - you send them out and pay postage... the cycle continues! :-) Overall, you are only paying $3-$4 a book, so if you are a bookworm, this is perfect.

I've used Steam for years to buy and play games. I've tried other launchers, but I always went back to Steam. I love the non-game features that other similar game launchers just don't have such as achievements. Achievements give another reason to replay a game that I might otherwise never look at again. Trying to collect them all can be fun in itself. There are some reviews stating that they got fraudulent charges on their credit cards from Steam while they never used the site. I can say with almost certainty that these charges are not the fault of Steam itself, but scammers who trade in Steam games and keys. They go to grey market sites and sell games for below their market price. They add the buyer on Steam, then "gift" them the game using your card. The buyer of said game will be the one out of pocket when you make the charge backs to your credit card after Steam revokes the game from their account. But they know the risks when they buy on the grey market, so no need to feel sorry for them. The scammer will have gotten away with their cash though. And you get your money back via changeback. This is what happens in most of those cases.

If I can rate this a zero, I would! Roblox is a scammer! In March, I subscribed to their 450 robux a month and guess what? I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED NOT 1 ROBUX!!! I emailed customer service to see what's going on. They tell me to send them receipts and date of purchases and they tell me to do that in every email. Then when I tell them to just give me my robux, they tell me to go to my iTunes and they'll give it to me. Bull $#*!ing $#*!!!! No more Roblux 4 me

So far I have waited 3 weeks for a product that the site claims should arrive in 5-10 days. It took 2 weeks before they even updated it to shipping and then claimed they waited 5-10 days to ship it because they were waiting to ship a newer product. If ordered the old product, then send me the old product. This is how business is conducted. It sounds more to me like they ran out of caeds or simply forgot my order. Either way, no need for radical stories, just tell me you forgot to ship it or ran out. I will give them 3 more weeks as others have suggested then call the bank to get my money if it does not arrive. Exactly 6 weeks. Not a day later.

I've been waiting 3 weeks. I've had them email me at first for a while but they stopped and I'm still waiting. I'd give them a 4 star when or if it arrives. 5 stars if they didn't take so long. How are other people in these reviews saying they got it in a week? To UK? Im in Ireland, shouldnt take 2 extra weeks

I am a Canadian citizen and should be tax exempt because they are shipping it to me from the usa. when i saw my bill i was charged tax even though i should not have been because its being shipped to me in Canada, and the customer service rep did not even know that. And would not get back to me I will never deal with them again.

-CHEAPLY MADE / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS; The following was my experience with Astro Gaming headset A40 (with Mix Amp Pro): Broke when simply shifting head size - plastic came away from frame & obviously wiring was effected because that side of headset was no longer functional (no sound). -NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (false advertisement on web site): After sending in for repair/ replacement (cost me $20 shipping) They did not specify if it was being returned after repair or being replaced with a new headset. Returned an incomplete headset (without side panels/ tags) FInally after emailing AGAIN- they shipped the side panels for us to 'click on' They NEVER even apologized for the inconvenience of having to ship back their defective product (at my expense). Never responded to my emails...I emailed who I thought was the owner and he emailed me back right away-turns out he sold the company to someone else but said he would forward the email to the customer service manager.... Never any response still. Even though I was without a headset for a month, they never felt it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience. Lame

I ordered an afterglow wireless headset from here, Paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and it has been about 6 days and i still have not even received a shipping conformation email. I would rather spend the extra $10-$15 and purchase it from gamestop.com, then i would at least know i would receive my product when i paid for it to be delivered.

I have waisted hours of my time trying to "simply" set up my Mars IR station and light gun. Can't even play the game because the camara is so worthless. 0 stars if it were possible. Added bonus, there tech support is also worthless.

Felt compelled to write this review for the product which I don't yet have and almost surely get the impression that I won't be getting a product. This outfit has hands down the worst communication skillset of any business I have ever see. They straight up lie on their FB/Instagram and Twitter feeds about delivery. They come up with every excuse under the sun when you do get hold of someone. I was an early backer early last year and they promised delivery my mid to late August 2018 and would ship in order of backers. As of Jan 31st still no product and no replys to emails. And now on their news feed on their website say they are shipping all EU orders first and then the rest of the world. So thats a blatant change from what they originally said and is absolute disgrace to any early backer that isn't in the EU. But more. To the point even if they said this its no guarantees anyone in the EU will get one anyway as they just lie and lie and lie. They are basically scamming people out of money for a product that doesn't exist and posting a few fake reviews to keep people pre ordering. Website now says sold out so that probably means that they have realized that we are on to them and have taken the money and run to hide somewhere. So as for THE product all I can say is FAKE FAKE FAKE. Look for an alternative as this is a waste of money and a straight up SCAM.

Stay away from them, because thats what they do with their customers. I was lucky enough to receive the pad after a long time but expected to receive a license key for the SimShaker-software that was supposed to be included in the price, but still waiting for it along with several others after submitting a ticket to them over a month ago. Even worse, many who ordered this pad before me havent even received the hardware yet! Some receive the whole kit but the license wont work, and you have to spend another ~50 for the software to use the pad since its one-way communication with this worthless company. What everyone of us have in common though is that their so-called customer support completely ignores its paying customers by simply not giving a damn about responding and helping them. Stay away from this very shady company at all cost, like they avoid their paying customers in the same manner.
