I recently ordered from MULondon for the second time. Unfortunately they sent me out the wrong item. When I let them know they responded within 1/2 hour and promised to send out a replacement right away which I received 2 days later, and I've received a follow up email a week or so later. Great customer service!! I've now tried 2 moisturisers and love the Marigold, Frankincense and Myrrh moisturiser, a little goes a long way, it smells great and my skins never been better. I've tried the Rose, Rosehip and Rosemary one this time and it smells divine.

For the last three years I have ordered the six pack of Aloeride “for humans” for my wife. The appeal is the reduced price per pack for the bulk package offer along with free postage/ delivery. So, in late May, I go to your site again to order for her and see the multi pack of six is “out of stock”. The site informs me that due to the current pandemic the company cannot supply the six packs, but the 1, 2 and 3 packs are available. Ok. So I understand this dreadful pandemic is affecting supplies etc. However, I order a three pack and see if I can order more than one package of three. Wow! I can! I order two packages of three, the six I originally required. But now I am ending up paying £20 to £30 more than the usual deal for the same quantity! I do feel the cynical amongst us just might think Aloeride and its parent company are riding on the pandemic wave and increasing their profits unfairly. So much for customer loyalty.

i noticed the 1 star review, and based on my experience buying from Austin Natural Mattress late last year, decided to add my review. I bought a mattress from the Bee Cave location. Steve was amazing. Knowledgeable. Non-pushy. I had actually come in for a frame after buying a mattress online. i ended up canceling my online order and going with Austin Natural Mattress. I'm SO glad i did. I was given a wonderful deal. i've had my mattress for 6ish months now and i LOVE it. Steve added a couple free pillows as part of a deal, and encouraged me to take my time and test out loaner pillows to make sure I was happy. The delivery & setup were well communicated. So price was great, product was great, I trust them. I am wondering if perhaps that 1 star review is some kind of personality clash? Or miscommunication?

I’ve been trying to simplify and make more natural my skincare for a while and decided to try the By Sarah products and I am impressed. It’s still early days but my complexion improved; pores diminished and even an occasional breakout settled down very quickly. My shelf looks very empty now (still thinking whether to just throw away my remaining jars or keep for a while...) and the simplicity of the products and the universality of the oil took the whole headache of figuring out which product to use. I am now thinking of moving on to the body oil! To top up - the service was excellent; delivery was very quick with minimum packaging. Great work, Ladies!

Firstly I didn't receive my first delivery so had to contact to find out why and was told that the courier didn't collect it. Secondly I ordered the six week flexitarian plan and received week 3/4 as my first week of meals when i was expecting week 1/ meals. As this is a structured plan I'm quite disappointed by this and will need to make contact again! However the meals so far have been very flavoursome and I'm enjoying them. My second weeks box has just been delivered and I paid for three meals a day and have only received two meals a day as the breakfasts are missing. Becoming very disenchanted with the service and inconvenience of having to chase up on orders!

It would have been five star if some problem hadn't resulted in the order (not a big one) arriving late and only after it had been chased. However full marks for a very straight handling of the complaint and immediate admission of where the fault lay. C'est la Vie - it happens ! I fully agree with Milly, who dealt with the matter and included in her apology that at least it will be worth waiting for. It is, delicious, well packed and with simple instructions. Ironically it was however only chased because the request to "Review" arrived before the delicious package which nudged me that it should have been here. (Haven't eaten them all yet but do not expect to rescind this critique).

My senior dog can experience anxiety when I am away and has been having seizures close to 2 years now. I have tried other products aimed at relaxing him but it’s been touch and go. I was searching for something to help him in his golden years and found Cannimal. I thought there was no harm trying it. My dog has been on Cannimal Relax for about 2.5 weeks now. While I do not know yet if it will help his seizures, it has certainly made him more calm and relaxed. I would recommend Cannimal Relax for anyone who has a dog with anxiety issues. I will be able to provide more information later on how it does for my dog’s seizures.

I ordered the Clasic 100mg vape liquid which arrived next day with standard postage, It's a very smooth smoke (I'm using it neat at the moment, but plan on mixing with a bit of my usual vape liqiud just to get the throat hit as it is seriously smooth) i'm finding it great for winding down in the evening and it helps me sleep much better, not using it for pain relief so can't make any comments about that side, but it definitely allows me to relax much better. I have a seperate vape pen just for this and as it's only occassional use it's lasting very well so far, great price and does just what I need it for, I definately recomend trying the product to see if it works for you personaly, at these prices why not.

The cbd did help to relax me and helped my sleep,but the terpene's that are supposed to be in the liquid was a total let down,ive tried 4 different flavours and they all tasted of nothing,so now after a friend recommend Canavape terpene e-liquid there product if the best choice and I'm gettin a better deal for £45 I'm getting a 30ml bottle with 3%of cbd were cbd buddy its £45 for 2x10ml bottles with 2%cbd.

I have been using coconut merchant for 16 months now. I swear by it. I have a 16 month old little girl and don’t use any products on her but this oil.. i love the smell and how versatile it is.. I received 1 month after my order ( after going to the local post office by myself) a broken box with filthy products that I wouldn't even want to touch. Even the little book that I found inside was destoyed. I sent in total 3 e-mails in French (1 wondering where is my order and 2 other with photos, explanations and ideas about what could we do) and they just made me a discount of the cost of one soap (- 5,90 euros) for a future order. I really didn't want to give a bad feedback, but I had to, as their only answer was indifferent and I received a lack of respect for me, my time and my option to make an order of almost 30 euros by Comme Avant. Unfortunately, I hadn't the opportunity to get the warm and friendly value that they promote through their social media, which is really sad.

Digital Media Team have been running our account since last August and I cannot fault one thing about their service. They provided an honest, realistic proposal that they went ahead and smashed by the end of month two. They are always available if we need a chat, to go over the account or just want to check on something. I cannot stress how rare it is to find an honest and reliable agency who isn’t just trying to get your business. DMT are one. Cameron, our account manager has been faultless. I am currently using the D’or24k Face Cleanser, Tonor, Eye Serum and Day Moisturizer. I started using D’or24k about a year ago and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. The products are superb and I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders. They arrive within a few days of placing my order and are packaged beautifully. I’ve seen reviews where price seems to be an issue, however, you get what you pay for and D’or offers 50% off sales several times a year. The delivery was very good, the driver put the pallet exactly where wanted. The rest was less satisfactory, rather than compost the contents was still composting! It was steaming and so hot I could just put my hand in but not keep it there. This leads to my second area I wasn’t happy with, amount. Don’t take any notice of the photos showing full bags on the web site. I have had bulk bags from other suppliers over the years and one of compost at this address last year. Then the bag was full, Garden Topsoil was at best ¾ full and as still composting rather than compost would compact even more if left to fully compost as the contents of last year’s bag was. The compost has been used on the same six 2 year old raised beds as last year, topping the soil level up to the top of the boards. Last year I had enough left over to have already used the reminder of that bag this spring to nearly do one bed. Garden Topsoil’s bag thus had one fewer bed to do and given the plants in the beds was now more mature and there had been the mulching last year I was a bit disappointed the amount was so much less as to make it difficult to actually finish mulching this year let alone have any left over. I was however pleased with the low amount of plastic, there was a number of bits of black plastic bits and some old rubber bands (looked like the dreaded Royal Mail rubber bands). In summery 1/ delivery good 2/ not compost but composting material 3/ disappointing amount in the bag and given 2 would be a diminishing amount compared to actual compost.

Easy to order, good value & was able to book exact day for delivery which was in a 3days following order placement. Lorry turned up on the day requested & was able to offload bulk bag on pallet onto drive. Topsoil was better quality than I have had before so was well happy to put it to test on my lawn returfing project. All in all would defo use again & would recommend to others

The order arrived slightly before the two weeks specified, which was a great treat, to begin with. The 1kg bags of nuts are amazingly good value and tasty too. So helpful to have large quantities. The person delivering the order was extremely pleasant and actually managed to find our house without phoning! - we live off the beaten track. - Our order was beautifully packed in its box with purple tissue paper. Everything that I ordered came. I have submitted another order already and will definitely take a photo of the box and contents next time! Thank you Grapetree!

Good products but they seem to be extremely lacking in basic social skills which is a great pity. Here is my case. Because of their lack of response to my email apart from a bot reply telling me it would take 3 to 5 days before they would email me back, I threatened to leave a bad review in another email several days later, if I did not get a response. I still got no response. You see they sent me a link to review their product and I hadn't gotten the product, so I thought it might have gone to the wrong address, hence my email querying delivery. As I got no response to either my first or my second email several days later I left a bad review. Below is part of the over the top reply I got from Markus after what I have stated above. You can make up your own mind if this is the type of company/ people you want to deal with. I want to make it clear that the only threat made was to leave bad reviews if I did not get an email response. I have to also make it clear they responded to me in record time once the review went up. I see from other reviews online the response below is very typical of how they respond to customers and I have seen other customers quote similar terminology online in relation to this company. ''We do not respond to abusive messages and we will report any threats to ourselves or members of our staff to the police. We will not respond to any further communication from yourself.'' They also told me that they had actually reported me to the police. I am however not expecting a call from the police any time soon because the whole thing is ridiculous beyond belief. I will never buy off this company again.

We've had both water kefir and milk kefir granules from Happy Kombucha and the quality and vigour of both products have been very good indeed, better than anything we'd previously bought from various other suppliers, both UK-based and abroad. The water kefir granules were supplied some time ago and they've continued to multiply at such a rate that I've given away more than we need for our own use. The milk kefir granules (2 sachets) arrived only days ago and are already producing a good product in quantities equal to our needs.

I booked Sam a number of times in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and I knew when I got pregnant again a few years later that I would definitely be booking her again. Her massages are so relaxing whilst being really effective for helping to treat the various aches and pains of pregnancy. She really knows her stuff too and is clearly so passionate about her work and the whole subject of pregnancy, birth and beyond. I've tried massages elsewhere - Cowshed etc. and they are never a patch on Sam's. She gets you into the most comfortable position, which is obviously so important for helping you to relax, and uses lots of different sized cushions for support, not to mention her delicious smelling massage balms. I really can't recommend her enough.

I have NO idea what the disgruntled customers are talking about,but, their complaints must come from when the business first started or something. I've had and have nothing but good things to say about the quality of the oils, the SWIFT delivery of the merchandise and the over all condition of everything I've ever received from them. I haven't had to call customer service ONCE, and even if I did, I'd chalk it up to human error and call it a day. I was actually on my way to the site to make another order. I usually spend $50-$100 at a time(I keep burning through citrus oils like CRAZY. I'm just going to have buy them in TUBS from here on out SMH/LOL).

They appear to have really good quality sources for their foods and they have nice videos that explain the source of the food. Wise Choice seems to be a good alternative to Whole Foods for specialty food items although not for general groceries. The biggest downside is that's it's all pretty expensive. Although if you buy a lot the prices come down quite a bit.

For my birthday this year (May) my sister bought me a year long spice subscription. I placed my order with the gift card on May 13th, and paid an additional $5 for shipping. After a few weeks I contacted customer service with no response. My sister has contacted them, as well. Our next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB and with our cc companies for a refund. Such a good idea, but it seems pretty clear this company doesn't intend to fulfill orders.

I ordered 110 allium bulbs and they are all dead, not to mention teeny tiny. They should not have even shipped them to me. I tried calling twice, but nobody answers. I tried to create a ticket on their website, but it lags out and freezes. I have a couple emails in to them. At this point I am optimistic and hope they respond. I will update my review if they do - hopefully with good news. I also ordered 100 tulip bulbs and was given a note that they will ship them this fall, which is reasonable. The two seed packets I got look good. Shipping was reasonably quick.
