I ordered an afterglow wireless headset from here, Paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and it has been about 6 days and i still have not even received a shipping conformation email. I would rather spend the extra $10-$15 and purchase it from gamestop.com, then i would at least know i would receive my product when i paid for it to be delivered.

I have waisted hours of my time trying to "simply" set up my Mars IR station and light gun. Can't even play the game because the camara is so worthless. 0 stars if it were possible. Added bonus, there tech support is also worthless.

I received a new router from my ISP, only to find that it wasn't on their list. Though the downside was, that it took a few days for support to nut out the support for my router, but once it was done; the rest was easy. I do felt support did everything they could to get support for my router and they didn't give up. I felt the price tag was hefty from my end (I live in Australia and the conversion sucked), the product did what was needed to do.

A few weeks back I decided to try buying gold for Runescape and I had no idea which site to choose. I immediately saw this one and it promised 24/7 live chat service, so I thought what the heck. In about 4 minutes I had payed via Paypal and almost 1 minute later I had my gold for Runescape. I couldn't believe that I hadn't been scammed. I'd say since the prices for gold are lower on this site now, I'd probably look into buying some if you are big on Runescape. Overall this site has good customer support and it works with Paypal, so I couldn't ask for much more.

BUYER BEWARE!! The positive reviews on this company are old and now inaccurate. This company is scraping the bottom of the barrel now. They are unreliable, scammers and do not have any honor amongst their customers. My recent story (2018) Recently I made a purchase through them. I waited 42 hours with no delivery. I attempted to contact them via their live chat, it was down. I emailed them and their reply came in 5 hours later with, "use the chat bro." I told them their live chat was down. The next day the chat was back up. I was told that they were out of items on my server and that it would be a couple days before they could fulfill my order. I was flexible and agreed to keep my order open for another 48 hours to see if they could fulfill it. So on day 7 the order was still not able to be completed. I requested a refund. They told me that I would be refunded "later." After waiting a couple days with no refund processed I contacted their live chat, I literally waited on their live chat service for 30 minutes waiting for an answer, I was conveniently ignored. I have been forced to open a case on PayPal against them for no refund aka theft. Day 7 of the case being opened with no response from them I would suspect they have no intention of refunding me and in 2 days I will have to rely on PayPal to give me my money back via opening a fraud case on them. I have been a customer of theirs for over 4 years and this is how I am treated, they steal my over $100 and have stopped all communication. I advise not using their service anymore as it seems they are the scammers now and are no longer reputable. Another thing to note, I tried to leave feedback on their website, oddly the reviews on their website cut off at the end of 2016. It has been a couple weeks since I left a poor review and of course that one is not showing. Pricing: Check it out because lately it is safer to purchase online items through your actually gaming company, their prices are only about 5 to 10 dollars more and there is no risk of getting scammed or in trouble via the gaming companies policies. This site undersells other gold selling sites professionally. If you find a spelling or grammar error, don't be put off, these people are courteous, their live support was almost instant, and despite the lack of details concerning how soon the delivery could be made, the site seemed very eager to make sure that I was happy with their service. Insightful warnings that I found true myself just prove to me more that the place is reliable, and with a 94% delivery window of 24 hours, I received my order almost 24 hours later on the dot. If you have a set time you get on like me, I'd just try to order a little before then the previous day, and your gold should be there when you get on, or very close to it the next day. I can't speak for large sums, but 1k got there as soon as I expected to. They're up front, sociable, and willing to answer questions. I would recommend this service to anyone in the market.

Felt compelled to write this review for the product which I don't yet have and almost surely get the impression that I won't be getting a product. This outfit has hands down the worst communication skillset of any business I have ever see. They straight up lie on their FB/Instagram and Twitter feeds about delivery. They come up with every excuse under the sun when you do get hold of someone. I was an early backer early last year and they promised delivery my mid to late August 2018 and would ship in order of backers. As of Jan 31st still no product and no replys to emails. And now on their news feed on their website say they are shipping all EU orders first and then the rest of the world. So thats a blatant change from what they originally said and is absolute disgrace to any early backer that isn't in the EU. But more. To the point even if they said this its no guarantees anyone in the EU will get one anyway as they just lie and lie and lie. They are basically scamming people out of money for a product that doesn't exist and posting a few fake reviews to keep people pre ordering. Website now says sold out so that probably means that they have realized that we are on to them and have taken the money and run to hide somewhere. So as for THE product all I can say is FAKE FAKE FAKE. Look for an alternative as this is a waste of money and a straight up SCAM.

Stay away from them, because thats what they do with their customers. I was lucky enough to receive the pad after a long time but expected to receive a license key for the SimShaker-software that was supposed to be included in the price, but still waiting for it along with several others after submitting a ticket to them over a month ago. Even worse, many who ordered this pad before me havent even received the hardware yet! Some receive the whole kit but the license wont work, and you have to spend another ~50 for the software to use the pad since its one-way communication with this worthless company. What everyone of us have in common though is that their so-called customer support completely ignores its paying customers by simply not giving a damn about responding and helping them. Stay away from this very shady company at all cost, like they avoid their paying customers in the same manner.

I've been a member since 2006 and in the last month I've spent over $300 because I saw that the site was picking itself back up from the crash it had a few years ago and I wanted to support them. And then they suspended my trading pass / marketplace store because of "Suspicious payment activity". Fair, it's to prevent fraudulent payments and a possible hacker. But it's been over three days, the charge on my card has already gone through and I've already paid for it. My pass is still suspended. I've emailed customer support and have not gotten a single reply. That's so rude, especially to a supporter. They try to shove premium items down your throat so that you'll keep shoveling more money, and then they block you and refuse to reply to you. I'm not supporting them anymore.

I'm back from a... 5 year(?) hiatus. The last I played was in the early zOMG days, and I stopped playing for natural reasons; growing old, university got in the way, etc. I didn't stop because the site was bad or stale. Basically, I got a sudden nostalgia trip and I was wondering how dear old Gaia has turned out in those 5 years. I was crossing my fingers that they managed to survive these past few years, that's how much I loved the site back then. So I log in with my old username, and lo and behold it worked! Excitement turned into dismay, however, when I saw that absolutely nothing of note has changed, at least with the interface. It looks old. Nothing new to pull in users. The interface is still as clunky as it was. And then I saw what had happened to its economy. 1 GC= 50 BILLION Gaia gold. When I stopped playing 50 billion was a god send. Now it seems like its worth absolute trash! What happened? What is the site doing to save itself? I can't fathom people spending ten dollars IRL for one new monthly item. It's pixels. All I'm seeing now is a site that could care less about what users it has left, and doing nothing to bring in new ones.

Really really bad! Be very careful, they operate an automatic subscription service which means they can access your bank account and take funds without any notification. My son wanted the gold membership so spent £42, as with all kids he became bored after a couple of months and stopped using, 12 months later another £42 charged to my account, for £84 this does not represent value for money, tried to request money refund due to services not used, answer "no refund, mere non usage does not qualify for a refund" so £84 down the drain.

So, I wanted to receive a code for 1 months Xbox Live Gold membership instantly so I could play with my friends, I came across this site whilst searching Google and it promised instant delivery of codes so I signed up and gave it a whirl. After 10 minutes and £7.79 was taken from my Paypal account I still didn't have the code, eventually I went onto their live support who told me due to the nature of their business they would have to call my mobile phone and speak to me, I was already annoyed at this point and since the live support was in the United States they didn't seem to care it was 00:23 where I was. Anyway, another 10 minutes after providing them with my number I get an e-mail saying there was a problem connecting to my phone, I rang it from my landline and it worked fine but whatever, so they said they needed to use another form of verification. This is where my experience became rather suspecious and ridiculous. They asked me to take a picture of myself holding a form of ID, so passport or drivers licence, up to my face so the information could be read and the faces could be matched up. I don't know about anyone else but I wasn't about to do that anytime soon, I don't even have a camera if I was stupid enough to do something like this! So I told them how I felt and asked for a refund, they said the order had been cancelled and a refund would be with me shortly. I still haven't received my refund. My advice to anyone looking for game cards is to go on Ebay, a lot of guys on there send them out instantly and it's the same price and more secure! Stay away from this website! Thanks.

I became very interested in essential oils (EO) and aromatherapy early last year. I found a great site for buying Unscented base lotions and started buying many of that company's EOs also. But early THIS year, I discovered Edens Garden's 100% therapeutic oils and blends, and HOW I WISH I HAD PURCHASED ALL MY OILS THERE AT THE START! Out of the many different brands of EOs I bought, Edens Garden is THE VERY BEST!! There is a distinct difference with their oils- the scent is stronger and cleaner and to me, the effects of the EOs are much more evident. Yet their prices are less expensive than the majority of the other companies. My orders arrive quickly, and along with each order, you get a booklet, "150 Ways to Use EOs". Edens Garden has about 150 oils, in addition to carrier oils. The site has information on each oil they sell, and they have 2-3 different volumes you can choose from. I'm serious-PLEASE TRY Edens Garden's oils. Compare their oils to ones you already have, and you WILL smell and feel the difference.

Moodscope could be a useful tool for depression sufferers and is certainly worth considering as a part of a support network, as long as your social and psychological profile fits its audience profile. I have some concerns, however. Although the founder's hope is that it will raise awareness of depression as a serious and common issue that is frequently marginalized by the British health system, it may also have the opposite effect. Major depressive disorder is a serious medical condition and may require deep, persistent professional treatment; but there are too many skeptical people who will look at this site and take it as proof that the illness is something that can easily be cured without any professional intervention, just by filling out a few flashcards. And that's something to be avoided at all costs, since any chance to minimize the seriousness of mental illnesses tends to lead to less care and less belief in the existence of the illnesses in the first place. I don't wish to take anything away from the idea or the execution, and if people have supportive friends - by no means a given, in depressive cases - and are not in urgent need of professional medical or psychological support, this could be a big help in learning to understand the nature of their own mood swings. Many depressives will also become dependent on anything that seems to offer help of relief, and I feel this site should take itself more seriously and recognize that this is not just another area in which to develop a commercial internet scheme. If it becomes successful, it will have a responsibility to the people who come to trust, or place their hopes, in it. Part of that responsibility is to make sure new arrivals see a message advising them to call the emergency services if they are having suicidal feelings, and that the phone number of at least one voluntary helpline, perhaps the Samaritans, is there in plain view. Another part is to offer some help and advice to those for whom the site doesn't work at all, and who may become more depressed as a result. I am also concerned that not enough thought has been given to accessibility. The front page offers an explanatory video clip, nothing more. Almost everything else is presented by way of cool, web 2.0-style minimalist animations. None of this is even visible to people using browsers which are customized for accessibility. Depression and mood issues are not confined to those who will see and appreciate the design style of the site more than the content and older and more challenged members of the community are particularly vulnerable. I don't think enough consideration has been given to a wide enough target audience here. It's all good, as far as it goes, and anything that helps is welcome. But there are already mature resources online, and communities which function as self-help groups. This needs to be bringing something new to the table aside from what is basically a gadget with smart graphics, in my opinion, and be very careful not to minimalize the dangers of the illness, nor target too narrow an audience. Otherwise all those it might potentially help, but who currently wouldn't feel comfortable here, are going to feel left out. And that's a feeling nobody wants to encourage in someone who is feeling down and out as it is. Worth a visit, and perhaps a revisit sometime down the line, and worth using if you have the friendly support you will need, already. If you don't, there are other places to seek help with depressive illness so don't give up looking for people who will understand.

For those who suffer from the blues / depression / bi-polar disorder / mood swings etc. a well laid out FREE site to chart your daily state through a clever 20 flash card system and record the results on a graph. Tracking your daily scores can help you work out what triggers lows and highs and then improve the situation. You have the option to send the results to a friend. The site is extremely well reviewed in the press (see the 'News' and 'Testimonials'). It certainly helps me fight off the 'black dog'!

What a terrible website! How unhelpful and frustrating not to mention betraying trust. You can't register (in the FAQ section it seems this is a major issue with most registration attempts not just mine) and any information offered is far from confidential. They call and report you to the very hospital or doctors that you say have been unhelpful and try to get you locked up in a mental ward for saying you are reaching out to them due to depression! I seriously can't believe it. God forbid should you want to talk to someone at beyond blue about your depression! The hospital wouldn't accept me because I am a lifelong sufferer of depression and they know me and my every mood and obviously I'm not depressed to the point of hospitalization. All I wanted was to join a discussion with the other people connecting on their website and after having trouble registering due to them not sending or resenting the confirmation email required to activate my registration, I emailed and asked them to resend it. And they try to have me locked up ?? Unbelievable! That website should be shut down for the safety of anybody feeling a little down and wanting to join a discussion or read members stories! Don't go here!

How can the government spends this much money in this useless service....I mean almost 50 millions??? Surely there's more efficient way to use this money to directly help people....it's so frustrating, it's not rocket science really. PS: the people working in beyond blue are not trained in mental health and try basically doing it for money the same way a Coles worker so that give you an idea of the type of service you will receive. It's absolutely disappointing and depressing actually to know that those irresponsible and careless people are given so much money to play with our wellbeing and safety

I broke my retainers before and a friend of mine recommended me to this. At first, I was really hesitant using this but a lot of people were really glad of their product so I give a try. It was painful at first, but you get used to the teeth moving. I only wear it at night and it really worked! It is easy to use and it works exactly as described. They ship the bands so quickly. Just follow their steps and directions accordingly. Now, I can smile confidently in my photos and goodbye to my teeth gap :D

I came across OrthoFill 4 weeks ago from the time I am writing this comment. And, shocked actually at how convenient and effective it is. My boyfriend was always embarrassed by his smile because of the gap in his upper central incisors. I purchased bands from Orthofill then voilà! Three weeks onward, his confidence rose up instantly. I bought a 60 day time card for World of Warcraft, which ended up being two 30 day cards. I tried using one and it was already used. The second one worked. When I told support one code didn't work, they claimed that they check all their codes. The then proceed to "talk to blizzard" to see if the card was used by me. They get back to me saying that I redeemed both cards, which is BS. If you try to use the same card twice, Blizzard has a prompt telling you that "You already redeemed this." The other card that was redeemed gave me a prompt saying that, "The code was already redeemed." So to say I didn't get my full game time and they scammed me out of it. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It is not recommended.

They are The Worst!! Don't Use. I am so frustrated with this site. I have been trying to purchase Minecraft for the PC and Sims 3 (with an expansion pack added on) for the PC for the last 2 days as per this post. First when I placed the order, I tried using one of my visa cards. It did not work. I tried using my paypal instead. That also did not work. I spoke to the Chat representative Lisa who seemed friendly at first but not very helpful as she could not resolve the issue. She suggested waiting 24 hours and trying again. So I tried again today, first with my paypal. That did not work. I tried closing out of everything and returning to the site and using one of my visa cards and the site kept taking me through a loop where it would ask me for my card details then take me back to the payment screen. I put in my details 3 times with nothing. It is not my PC as I had tried from two different computers. Then I tried again (closing out everything and trying again) with my debit card (a completely different card). It seems as though the Minecraft order went through but I'm not sure just yet. When I tried to pay for the Sims game with the same debit card, it put me through the same loop as with my first visa card. Although I understand there's no particular person at fault, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the site as a whole. The reviews on your site glorified the ease and timeliness of the orders as well as the price and that's what drew me to it. Yet, I have been given so much grief in what should have been an easy order. Then as a response I was told by Lisa that "please try to contact your Payment provider as we have checked the website and it is working properly." Not only are they terrible, the customer service is actually really awful. I'm not sure if they just don't understand or what. They just blame the customer and offer no real solutions to the problem. It is obvious that they don't care about really solving the problems of their customers.
