They provide consistently high quality meat, fish, cheese and other produce at competitive prices, with excellent customer service, chilled packaging and prompt delivery. It is like having an old-fashioned butcher's shop, but online. It reminds me of the fresh meat my parents used to source; wonderful flavour, beautifully butchered and from top quality beasts. The cured meats are where they earned their early reputation, but they also source from quality outside suppliers, like Robsons of Craster, who supply them with pairs of the country's best kippers, and from artisan cheese makers..

I ordered oil and all filters from their website. I received an email from DHL who are the couriers they use saying they were going to deliver and then they changed it to the next day.So my delivery came and it was the oil and no filters. After my 3rd attempt of waiting 30 minutes for customer services again l finally got through and was told if l want them now to go to my local Sheffield (Aston) branch because it said my order had been delivered even though the delivery note said it was just the oil.So l went to collect but they said one of the items wasn't in stock and come back tomorrow. The diesel filter had leaked all over my drive.They said l would have to buy another one and would only reimburse me when l took the old unit which was on the car.l phoned them back they said they had the filter ready on the counter and l could collect it when l got there 35 minutes later they were closed and faild to mention they were closing.So l went down next day and sent my wife in as l am chronically disabled. She said that she was disgusted they had lied and took about 20 minutes to sort out as she could hear them kicking a ball about and swearing.There seemed to be one young man on who was being treated like a whipping boy.I took the old unit back and was told the guy who sorts refunds out has just gone out and come back tomorrow. By this time l was losing my patience and got my chair out and said l am not moving till l get my money back. The poor guy who was obviously learning l heard them tell him get out of my way l suppose l will have to sort it.I will NEVER use this firm again. I phoned customer services who answered and they said they were still waiting for DHL to return items.Another week later they said DHL had gone to wrong branch and they would sort it out.They still have my money.DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD THEY SAY.They tell lies.

Poor service. Ordered a part but by accident it was the wrong item. Contacted their customer service immediately stating the problem and if possible to cancel the order. No reply, the item arrived after the specified dates of delivery. It was undamaged and well packed but not what was requested.

Their customer service in not responsive although I filed a claim and uploaded my receipt copy. This company has horrible reviews all over the internet from customer saying that they were ripped off. I and my family paid £30 for a DIGIPASS from Picsolve at LEGOLAND. Pictures of other families were uploaded into our album on some of the rides we were on. I phoned and to bring this mistake to their attention and was asked to email about my complain. The issue was never resolved after the email and I did not even get a reply back. I have called after the email but the phone is picked up and put straight back on. I will never recommend their service to anyone at a theme park with their services.

Few weeks ago I was purchasing a desktop from Kelsus. Everything worked splendidly until a few days ago my desktop stopped working. This happened at the weekend and I gave a call to Kelsus on the Monday. In a few words I explained what my trouble was and the gentleman I was speaking to said "How about we send you a new desktop coming Wednesday and let us have the defective one back. Wednesday arrived and at the promised time the so did the new desktop. I have been very impressed by the the speed and the no quibble at changing the faulty desktop. This is showing a business that is serious and absolutely reliable and I will recommend them to anyone.

Instantly answer the phone and have a no quibble return policy - Demonstrated when I stated the PC was not powerful enough for my application ( I should have checked before buying ), they suggested the upgrade and I made a further purchase and they change over the PC. I need a i7 6th and I had brought a i5-2400 i think. Great Company, UK Bassed in Surrey I think.

Despite informing CnA I'm having issues with the brand new bike I brought from this dealership they told me their is nothing wrong with the bike. I've had a few experienced riders have a go and they all say there is a problem. And they had the bike back to see what was wrong they used it for about 60 miles and still said "nothing wrong" i made a phone call to some other dealerships and just from me explaining on the phone what is wrong they believe they can fix it. So I'll never be taking my bike back thier for repair or service ever again.

Stay well clear of these kitchens, the quality is absolutely shocking. I had a total of eight units replaced due to hole alignment issues and an additional unit that had surfaces resembling something that had being kicked around the car park. Other issues included; damaged edges, poor quality edges, panels not aligned, parts missing and joints not aligned. Despite bringing numerous quality issues to the attention of the customer care team almost two months ago they have failed to resolve the outstanding issues. Due to delays whilst waiting for replacement units, the lack of action to resolve and acknowledge the poor quality, implicated costs, substantial amount of time spent trying to sort, the whole experience has being extremely stressful. I have added several photos to highlight these issues.

Horrendous experience from start to finish (although technically still not finished) Started later then the agreed date and they didn’t let me know in advance or even in the day. I was chasing to find out what was going on and had wasted taken time off work. All materials did not arrive when their installer was at mine to fit it, which resulted in half days here and there and doing the install in bits over a 3 week period. The installer rushed to complete due to the delays experienced and start their next job with magnets, which resulted in wonky units, chipped worktops, and uncompleted works which have not been sorted several months later. I would never recommend magnets and have no intention of using them on any future refurbishments. Magnets also wrongfully charge for electrical certificates even if no electrical works have been carried out, taking advantage of people that are not from a construction background.

Was very sceptical about ordering a watch from this website as the prices were very low. I kept believing it would be a fake watch. After requiring support to log on to app, it briefly worked. Then first time it was used the lock connects with my Iphone, and when the app “unlock” is pressed it says the lock is unlocking (but the lock remains locked). When fingerprint is tried, the light turns from white to green (briefly) then goes out. Lock doesn’t open. When morse code is tried it shuts off before the “10” digits are entered. 4 emails to support without response over the past month is unsatisfactory! I'll need to cut the lock or my favorite gym bag if it wont open.

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received. Ordered the Las Vegas wallpaper but it doesn't match in a lot of places but does in others. They have said it has been put up incorrectly. I've sent pictures and videos to show how bad it is and asked how it could have been put up incorrectly if it matches in some places and not others but they either ignore you or blame you. Appalling customer service. 6 weeks I've been trying to get a refund and they said that I can have a new one at cost when the goods are FAULTY. Disgusting!! I don't see why I should have to pay for it to be taken off and put back up again when it's their fault. I've never had such problems with a company before. The website says 'edge to edge' but its not. You can also see the white lines down the paper. PLEASE AVOID this company.

I wasn't able to change delivery address or pick the mobile phone up from the depot, so had to take day off work... Emailed your company and got no reply.. Also it wasn't made clear on your site that the p40 plus can't get Google and app sore on it... I've just had another look at your add and I can't see anything warning customers of the no Google and app store!!! Basically you are now calling me a liar hahaha I think EE should get rid of your company for false and bad advertisement... Go on buy mobiles.net and see for yourself... OMG I wish I'd read these reviews before choosing these crooks! Nearly everyone here has been charged additional insurance. In my case I was already fully covered through the broker Autoeurope with whom I'd booked the day before. Autoeurope advised me that the only thing I'd be charged for on my credit card would be £150 deposit (to be refunded upon return of the car). Like others, I was exasperated with the appalling customer service agent who kept me waiting over an hour - he couldn't remember his PC password. He handed me the keys and asked me to initial the 4-page contract and sign at the end but never mentioned he'd sneakily added additional insurance for £101. I just signed without reading it through and got the surprise at home when I saw my bank statement. As you can see, there are several pages of people who've had this done to them. Avoid, avoid, avoid Firefly!!

Alicante Airport FIREFLY who is owned by HERTZ Car Rental have taken £332.78 From my credit card after I arrived back home in the UK - 2 Days after I returned the car back to Alicante Airport. The Payment seems to be for additional car insurance with the car hire company FIRFLY. A cost that Ryanair have since told me was optional but we were not given the option at the time of collection. It was not explained to me that this was an option or that we would be charged additional money. We had already paid RYANAIR the rental car cost and insurance cover on the 21st August 2020 when pre-booking the car. Why would I agree to another additional insurance cost with firefly if I had already bought insurance cover? We questioned the person on the desk at the time of pick up of the car, we asked them to make it clear to us that there was definitely no other charges as we had already paid the hire car cost and insurance - he said no there was no other charges. We were concerned about some of the figures in the right hand corner that was titled estimated charges - as this didn't make sense to us - the man assured us that there was nothing else to pay and he made it out that this was a holding fee on my card NOT AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OPTION. He didn't ask us if we wanted additional insurance, he disguised it as a holding fee that would be put back onto the card. We were not made aware about any options for additional insurance or that we would be charged it or could opt out of this on the document. IT WAS A PRE-PRINTED FORM! We had already paid for hire car insurance with Ryanair (Which can be seen on my statement and firefly was aware of this) It should also be highlighted that this charge of £332.78 was also not made until after we returned the car and left the country - This equating to 20 days after we picked the car up from Firefly. How can insurance be charged after the event? This is obvious Fraud and deception ! We have since found whilst looking on trustpilot.com that this is a regular occurring scam and that Firefly have conned hundreds of their customers by charging credit cards after the event for insurance they didn't agree to This is clearly FRAUD and ROBBERY I was given a pre-printed document to sign that had no options for extra insurance cover. I was deliberately manipulated by the FIREFLY representative to sign that document. I was told that the figure of 358.66 euros was a holding fee on my card in the event that I didn't bring the car back - NOT an extra OPTIONAL insurance that would then be sneakily taken from my card days after the event! I questioned this figure multiple times and the firefly representative assured me there was nothing else to pay as I had already paid for the rental and had my insurance with Ryanair. Can you tell me why insurance would be taken days after the agreement has ended?! It's completely obvious to me and many innocent customers that this is pre-meditated fraud on behalf of Firefly Car rental. You deceive customers into thinking the figure on the sheet is a holding fee and will be released when really, it's a lump sum of money that has been taken days after they leave the country and arrive home. I did not agree to extra insurance with Firefly, I already had insurance with Ryanair, I questioned the document that I was given to sign and then I was lied to Do you understand that this is Fraud? dishonesty and robbery?

Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...

Ordered their "Web Power Switch III" on 6/17/11. Had a FedEx tracking# in my hand that evening. Had the box in my hand a week later. It's hooked-up and working at this instant; very well made, with a longer-than-expected power cord (always a plus). The LEDs are brighter than I would prefer, and I wish the unit had an internal clock for logging, but nothing's perfect. Prior to ordering, I'd asked a few technical questions via email. I always received a response. Overall, very satisfied.

I bought the Mil-4000n, this is a great machine very easy plug & play, features are exactly what is needed for our small office, problem is the hard drives go out like clock work every 2 years at a replacement cost of 350.00 this gets a little pricey not to mention the loss of your data. DLI loggers customer service is the worst I guess since I'm not a government contactor I don’t matter to them. They made a good machine but the reliability and their service is not worth it.

Returned back to shop on 27 December 2018 item faulty not fit for purpose & not satisfactory quality under the sales of goods act 2015 , Followed their own instructions to obtain replacement / refund , they refused to help at the shop 38 Shandwick Place Edinburgh. It appears that the male staff was confused regarding another customer . The matter is now in the hands of Consumer Direct & Trading Standard for full report . This is now the second one that was faulty from the shop prior to leaving the shop itself .

Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

They have cornered the market (I believe) on selling comic single issues. On the 21st of April 2020 I ordered KENWOOD - KSBSX17 American-Style Fridge Freezer, on watching curries online videos for delivery inform me that this fridge freezer would be delivered to the room of my choice this was the main reason I ordered. everything was going well delivery day coming ring at the door and that’s where it was left dumped outside the front door delivery driver refusing to coming in even though I was informed by curries it will be delivered to the room and my choice. I contacted resolver on the 26th April 2020 and so far Curry’s as not replayed.

The tiles arrived at our Michigan residence within a few days of ordering them and were easy to install. We were a little worried about the border tiles when we cut them but they look good. Installation was very simple and the tiles for the canned lighting were easy to cut with a sissor. A delivery person remarked how nice the ceiling looked and we agree. We've only had them for a couple weeks but are happy so far!! I ordered online which was a snap!!

I bought a Rolex about a year ago from Ermitage. After wearing it for a few months at work I accidentally smashed the dial. I took the watch by a local Rolex dealer and their price to repair a new crystal was too high for me. I received Back Yard Ocean's 8' x 26" Float to Fill Ring Pool this summer. It is a smaller-sized pool, which is perfect for my preschool-aged kids. The product itself was very well-packaged, and delivered quickly.The quality was very high as well, especially considering how affordable it is. The materials are quite durable, and the set-up was incredibly easy. We have truly enjoyed having our own backyard oasis to cool off in on hot summer days. The only downside is that this pool does not have a filter to clean and circulate the water. I suppose that is typical for a pool of this small size, though. Next summer, I plan on checking out one of Backyard Oceans larger, filtered pools for added enjoyment.

This means the visa centre will not accept your document and will ask for you to redo. I have tried to call however, no one speaks English. ordered a small indoor antenna. I arrived in three days. Could not get it to work properly. Made six phone calls for technical support. No one ever returned the calls. Requested a return and they granted it saying in their letter to return it to lava electronics in Ontario California. I sent it there and they claimed I was supposed to send it to Texas. The letter clearly states to send it to Ontario California. Still waiting on a refund. I call antennadeals and no one returns calls. You can only leave a message in an automated system sends you a text message. I even responded to the text message and heard nothing back. Horrible company to deal with. They are tied into lava electronics in Ontario California, but live electronics won't claim any responsibility for what antennadeals does. It seems to be a game they are playing. They are expecting people will get tired of pursuing them. Highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.

Product did not meet my expectations so the product was returned. Followed website instructions, received RMA #, packed and shipped in original materials. Shipped on January 7th, 2020, product was received in Texas a week later but no refund. Emails, phone calls all unanswered. If the product you order does not work for you I would just give it to someone else to use because it is doubtful you will ever get a refund from this company.

Never never ever do business with this unprofessional, dishonest and unethical company who wants your money but does not deliver to your satisfaction. Prachi Gupta is a fraud, who does not answer phone calls, takes a long time to respond to emails and ultimately drops the ball as she did in our case. The pan card which she claimed was delivered after a very long long wait time never came to our destination. Either the address she wrote was wrong or the fly-by-night courier service she chose (E Com Shipping Solutions Pvt Ltd ) never delivered the mail and probably trashed our package.

I made a card with a photo. I had made a mistake with a word and would have been able to have corrected it when I noticed the error on confirmation email.Also a photo on the back cover did not download even though it was showing on the card before I ordered it. I received the confirmation email 6 hours after the order was received and so the card had already been dispatched. I was told by the Moonpig rep that this happens with Macs and was offered a 50% discount on resending the card. This was a sympathy card so that was not an appropriate result. He also recommended that next time I check with them once I send a card from a Mac for confirmation. Next time I'm using Apple.

I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

I won't be using or recommending. I waited so long for my watch band and when I finally received it, poorly packaged, no instructions, no tools to make the watch band smaller. Band is useless!! Communicating with you guys is such a frustrating process and don't think that's matters to you anyway, cause, no one responds to complaints. Definatelty first and last time I give money for a poor quality product, with a non existent customer service.

I was a little skeptical at first, but my old laptop had been sitting around for 6 months so I figured why not. I was quoted an offer and sent a shipping label the same day. The e-mail with the shipping label included a tracking number, so I was able to keep track of the package. It took about four days to arrive. The laptop got there on a Saturday morning and by Saturday night the amount quoted was in my Paypal account.

Having used previous energy suppliers we switched to EDF a couple of years ago and have found their service to be so friendly and competitive that we have aga just signed up for another fixed price promise until 2021. Their app is easy to use, giving opportunities to submit readings and see all bill history etc. And their online chat service is very efficient.
