They tried their best to avoid 'paying'. I hit a stone on the way and had a flat tyre. I called them and informed that my car was not equipped with a back up tyre(Ford Smax). And they asked me whether I had a pump, I told them none. It doesn't matter whether I have a pump or not because I hit the stone (tyre was broken). Then they rejected to help. poor company. never use it.

Bought policy on 10 May 2018 and been suspended as it was punctured before the policy started and requested to provide receipt. Receipt has been provided on 11 May 2018 but no one bothered to reply. Made a call out on 26th May 2018 and been informed that they cant see details and spoken with action call advisors on 29th May 2018 only to tell me that my account has been suspended until they receive receipt which has been sent on 11 May 2018. Now they say that receipt is not proper so they have requested the receipt again which made me anger and asked them why haven't they replied after getting the receipt and requested them to cancel my policy and they tell me i have passed 14 day cancellation policy and future to that they charged me £6.99 for cancelling it. Been robbed twice (£38.99+£6.99) and tried speaking with higher people and the advisor said he cant forward the call as they were hired for this only. I will never recommend this company to anyone

Again no intimation, order didn't arrive, emailed Dell again - got an email saying we can offer 5% discount but no new delivery date. Called Dell on June 11th - Dell still couldn't confirm on any new delivery date. Finally cancelled the order after such a long wait.

I ordered The Dell INSPIRON 3580 laptop on April 12 and it took three weeks to receive it. I bought this as a gift for my brother and his wife. After receiving it and having one of the Dell techs talk over the phone and do a remote they agreed to ship out another one. The problems continued. It was slow and often freezing up and there were several calls to Dell and more remotes into the laptop amd several reinstalls and it is still not anywhere near the potential a new laptop should have. Also, he was told that the 30 day Dell tech service was over on June 4th and it would cost $100.00 for every call now. So I purchased a Dell lemon and am extremely disappointed as I have bought others laptops and desktops from Dell but I will not own another nor recommend to anyone. I will purchase from Walmart or Costco from now on. I am positive that even a refurbished laptop would be better than the Dell INSPIRON 3580 I will check with my credit card company and PayPal and see if there is any recourse. To say the least I should be able to ship it back and get a full refund. I will be posting this same review on any website that reviews laptops for people to stay away from Dell.

Had to put together a new computer, a proper workhorse and gaming rig, to keep up with all the things I throw at it. Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. They listened to all my requests and demands, and made sure to fulfill this order perfectly. This, and the many times I talked to them before, about new orders or the occassional issue, such as broken hardware, and the great service they always offered, has shown me what a great company this is!

After requiring support to log on to app, it briefly worked. Then first time it was used the lock connects with my Iphone, and when the app “unlock” is pressed it says the lock is unlocking (but the lock remains locked). When fingerprint is tried, the light turns from white to green (briefly) then goes out. Lock doesn’t open. When morse code is tried it shuts off before the “10” digits are entered. 4 emails to support without response over the past month is unsatisfactory! I'll need to cut the lock or my favorite gym bag if it wont open.

Failed after a rain and if you look on website warranty does not cover water damage why say it’s waterproof when it’s not and on top of that they won’t warranty water damage I bought 4 of these for outside use cause they say waterproof and ok for outside use

I wasn't able to change delivery address or pick the mobile phone up from the depot, so had to take day off work... Emailed your company and got no reply.. Also it wasn't made clear on your site that the p40 plus can't get Google and app sore on it... I've just had another look at your add and I can't see anything warning customers of the no Google and app store!!! Basically you are now calling me a liar hahaha I think EE should get rid of your company for false and bad advertisement... Go on buy mobiles.net and see for yourself... Ordered their "Web Power Switch III" on 6/17/11. Had a FedEx tracking# in my hand that evening. Had the box in my hand a week later. It's hooked-up and working at this instant; very well made, with a longer-than-expected power cord (always a plus). The LEDs are brighter than I would prefer, and I wish the unit had an internal clock for logging, but nothing's perfect. Prior to ordering, I'd asked a few technical questions via email. I always received a response. Overall, very satisfied.

I bought the Mil-4000n, this is a great machine very easy plug & play, features are exactly what is needed for our small office, problem is the hard drives go out like clock work every 2 years at a replacement cost of 350.00 this gets a little pricey not to mention the loss of your data. DLI loggers customer service is the worst I guess since I'm not a government contactor I don’t matter to them. They made a good machine but the reliability and their service is not worth it.

Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

ordered a small indoor antenna. I arrived in three days. Could not get it to work properly. Made six phone calls for technical support. No one ever returned the calls. Requested a return and they granted it saying in their letter to return it to lava electronics in Ontario California. I sent it there and they claimed I was supposed to send it to Texas. The letter clearly states to send it to Ontario California. Still waiting on a refund. I call antennadeals and no one returns calls. You can only leave a message in an automated system sends you a text message. I even responded to the text message and heard nothing back. Horrible company to deal with. They are tied into lava electronics in Ontario California, but live electronics won't claim any responsibility for what antennadeals does. It seems to be a game they are playing. They are expecting people will get tired of pursuing them. Highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.

Product did not meet my expectations so the product was returned. Followed website instructions, received RMA #, packed and shipped in original materials. Shipped on January 7th, 2020, product was received in Texas a week later but no refund. Emails, phone calls all unanswered. If the product you order does not work for you I would just give it to someone else to use because it is doubtful you will ever get a refund from this company.

Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. They need to get their stuff together.

I switched to metro pcs about 4 and a half years ago. I decided to switch when I was trying to lower my monthly bills, due to becoming pregnant. Constant dropped calls to the point where I am scared to make an important phone call. Dropped calls during emergencies. I pay for (4G), that NEVER works. Service is rediculous. At least a hundred hours of my life wasted, to them point of crying with frustration's. Prior to metro Pcs. I used T-mobile for ten years and then At&t for five. Do not waste your money to pay for Metro-Pcs, unless you'd like your phone to show a NO SERVICE in that upper left hand corner permanently. I Never write reviews. I felt I need to. It's sad that people who are trying to minimize bills and HAVE to use a lower priced carrier can not even guarantee I can dial 911 in an emergency. This was not due to towers not being in range. Etc. etc. etc. different states, different times..... phone calls. So many phone calls to customer service with no accurate recording on metro Pcs to my account so every phone call to customer service took an extra thirty minutes to even get to someone "helping" me. The absolute waste of people's money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I informed them about the wrong item and they acted naive and ignored me totally. They even removed the item from their website? I think they did everything on purpose : misleading, cheating... I bought a Smartphone VKWORLD T5 Android 5.1 from Hongkongeek 4 months ago and it arrived on time, looks great and works well. I dropped it a couple of days ago and it's continued to work well, which is what prompted me to write this review. Unlock River did exactly what they said they were gonna do, in a timely fashion. It only took 5 days for them to unlock my IPhone. It's also great they have 24-hour support, so you can email them at any time of day and they'll respond quickly. Great Service. Highly recommendable.

It’s a couple of years ago now but the owner of this business is still the same. I was a regular customer for car services, pink slips and not much else. I had a critical problem with my four wheel drive, I needed a part that cost several thousand dollars. He said he got me a bargain which still cost nearly as much and after at least a month of waiting he completed the job. Turns out he got the replacement part from the wreckers or worse still didn’t change it at all. I had an specialist company remove and inspect the part who confirmed the problem. The specialist then rebuilt the part which cost further substantial costs. The owner of Jannali Car Care Clinic was belligerent and hostile and never returned my calls after that. This business is poison, steer clear. I had spoken with ex employees of his who confirm he is not to be trusted. I was so stressed I just wanted to put it behind me and move on, however I did call Repco (he’s part of their group) but got no response to a phone complaint.

I had a very bad experience with a guy who introduced himself as the owner. I went to the Jannali Car Clinic recently, and was shocked - to say the least. He was very rude, unhelpful, and cursing me all the time. He had no right to be intimidating and forceful. It appears to me that the owner is happy to take your money and scream and intimidate you at the same time. I WILL NEVER EVER SERVICE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. I DON'T FEEL SAFE TO BE THERE.

I have phoned the owner at 2 in the morning requesting a new server and he got out of bed and started my request. This level of service you will not find anywhere else. I have not come across many website hosting providers that offer a month to month plan, Gazellehost was one of them. It is surprising why not all of the hosting is with no contracts, after all how can you commit to a year's worth of hosting. Anyway - this made it really easy to start. Once signed up I was happy with the process, almost immediately received 3 emails, one welcome, one with invoice details and one with login details. Logged in (had to wait a bit longer for domain registration) and set up a one click website. Fantastic experience, really easy and straightforward. I have transferred our business blog domain to gazelle. the .net renewal is just under $10 and after I figured our what an EPP code is the transfer was on the way. (by the way it is the code you get from the existing registrar to be able to transfer) Anyway, once setup, I was easily able to log into the control panel and use a one-click wordpress. This was actually as easy as promised, so I am pretty happy with that. It will probably take me some time to use all the options I get with the hosting and I wish there were more tutorials on the site, but maybe I am just not clued in enough. I needed some help with setting up my email in outlook and sent a request, I received a response in less than 30 minutes, which is a big change from what we used to get. Rob was the customer service person and was able to help. I can definitely recommend this company. Thwy made it quite easy for me to start the website building after I was sitting on the domain for a year. Peter

I've been using G-Core Labs CDN for 5 months and it really helps us to provide content very quick. We are a media company, so provide video content is very important for us. CDN is very helpful. I also like that pricing is transparent and I can look traffic statistics any time I need. At first I had some problems with adjusting CDN, but tech support helped me a lot to fix them. Good product when it works - there are ongoing issues with uploading m3u files for weeks now where the site just times out. The service was completely down for +5 days last month with no offer made to refund users or extend their subscriptions for the missing days.. this issue was compounded by admin/customer service advising people "so your epg is down, this is first world problem; US government is shut down for weeks, have some perspective". Imagine any established brand telling their paying customers that during a loss of service. Above all this service is let down the most by the admin/customer service (same person) who cannot help themselves and constantly talk down to people, telling them their feature request is stupid. Some examples of late: 1. Site not working for a month - user asks for update, admin responds with "In your place I would keep my mouth shut and wait patiently" 2. Another user on the same thread asks when their paid service will work again: Admin responds with "What don't you understand from the words "we", "are", "working", "on" and "it"?" There are countless other examples on the "support" forum. Based on this I'd say just go with xtream-editor instead, it has no limits on the number of channels in their package and is still cheaper, and crucially their customer service actually help people without the need to talk down to them with a smug and arrogant superiority complex. Finally it should be noted the owner of EPG for IPTV has offered a free month's service to people who post "an objective and honest review". This should be kept in mind when reading the (mostly positive) reviews here.

I have purchased a one year subscription however after two weeks their services was so inconsistent, that I have exchanged 34 emails over a period of 60 days IPTV.Shop came up with one excuse after the other when asking for a partial refund of my annual subscription they simply had the audacity to cancel my account and refer me to "7 days full refund policy covered after I initially purchased their service" which clearly I wasn't eligible for that. I truly believe after looking online their are thousand of customers every month who are facing the same issue. Which is why I am in the process to take action against IPTV.SHOP to protect any other fellow citizen from this SCAM. I will launch my complaint with OFCOM and Trading Standards and strongly encourage people to do the same. Hopefully I be able to see part of my hard earned cash back! Needless rot say that IPTV services plus customer services SUCKS!!!!!! Stay away....

I have made some good friends working here and have also managed to be part of something special. There are not many companies out there bringing products to the market that are so ground breaking within their niche and I'm proud to have been part of that journey. And there is so much more in the pipeline, it's truly amazing to see these ideas come into fruition in the form of physical products. I've not experienced this before! It's a very welcoming environment at iStorage and teamwork is key. I have faith and know I can rely on my colleagues support if required and they can rely on me. I am expected to work hard, much the same as any other workplace but I can say it makes it a damn sight easier when you buy into the dream. Booked accommodation and after host receipt depot, he disappeared. Gomfy never answered my mails nor my phonecalls. Very poor to no customer service at all. Were quick while taking the fee, but unacceptable lousy when having to fulfill their terms of guarantee.NEVER AGAIN GOMFY. stay away from them

I was introduced to Lansweeper two years ago. Since then, Lansweeper has been a primary tool in my arsenal. I can't think of a feature that the program provides that we haven't used yet. I've worked with them for over 1 year. The apps worked great and had little to no problems with the Play store requirements. If you don't know, from time to time Google makes new requirements for apps like new API levels, 64-bit versions, new icons, etc. Andromo has always been on point, unlike other app builders that I have used and continue to have issues like exposed API keys and security notifications, Andromo has never had these type issues and best of all it is much much cheaper. You can build as many apps as you can with the yearly plan. Innovation wise, I've never seen other app builders bring so many improvements in such a short amount of time: push notifications, Andromo ads (in case you can't use AdMob or the revenue drops) and new features have been recently announced on their blog like app preview, pre-made themes, and progressive web apps. I'm really excited about what's to come for Andromo because the app builder was already stable and efficient. If you would like to create an app without any coding, Andromo is the best place to start. I wish i found them first.

Following a general enquiry for residential care for an elderly gentleman I received a very quick response with an invitation to view the home which I was able to do the same day First impressions was how friendly and happy the staff were and working in a lovely environment The residents rooms were beautiful everything everything about this home was ideal and I would have been very happy to choose Wheaton Aston Court However the deciding factor came down to location The family decided that it would be more convenient for this gentleman to be nearer to his elderly family and friends who wanted to visit but were unable to drive Having discussed this with other people Wheaton Aston Court has been highly recommended Annette Holloway
