I actually checked on amazon first because I needed a specific set of things really quickly - Amazon didn’t have any of the pasta making tools I needed as it turned out. So I started googling to find a specialist who would hopefully, not only gave the tools I needed but could deliver in time for Christmas Eve.... 2 days away! Pasta kitchen had everything I needed (all in stock) and with a next working day delivery promise. They didn’t disappoint- everything turned up in time for me to make an authentic Italian supper for my family! I’m delighted and will be back again ????????

I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

Please do not book with this company- I booked a wedding in Mexico for 40+ Which has had to be changed due to Covid. We were sold the dream of a full package, someone who would help us with every aspect of our wedding booking. The reality has been so different, as soon as the deposits were taken the lack of communication has been shocking. One of the reasons we booked was because We were promised change the date save the rate at the time of booking but this seems to not be the case as this doesn’t include flights which we were told it did. We have verbally been given w new date but I have asked for written confirmation of this and they have not done it. All I get is ‘trust me it’s been changed’ Customer service is shocking we have to chase them for every bit of information. Literally to the point of calling them everyday for the last 2 months. No one ever calls you back. They are not helpful at all. When you question them as to why they don’t have answers their response is they they go through a tour operator- which was never explained when we booked this. We were sold this as a package holiday but it isn’t. Be aware of things like transfers they said they were included and after we have found out they aren’t. They do not reply to messages on the wedding profile. Honestly has been the worst experience booking my wedding, the stress they they have caused us has been unbearable. I am now in the position where I have to potentially tell my friends and family they may have lost their deposits, they were really helpful until they got everyone’s money. There lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking.

Refusing Full Refund Please do not book with this company! I was supposed to go to a wedding in April 2020 & paid £960, but due to COVID-19, this was unfortunately cancelled. The couple decided to cancel their wedding at the end of May & I’ve been trying to obtain my full refund ever since. I was reassured by Perfect Weddings Abroad that once they received the money from their tour operators, a full refund would be made. At the end of August, I received two random payments of £300 & £34.72 from Perfect Weddings Abroad, without an email or phone to explain what these payments were for. I contacted them & they said this was the correct refund amount, however they had now added cancellation fees & change of dates fees which was not included in my booking confirmation. They are now refusing to pay my full refund. I would really advise people to not make any bookings with this company after my poor experience. Lack of communication, poor service & several false claims are just a few things that spring to mind about this company! Do yourself a favour & avoid them at all costs!

First heard about Shropshire petals at a wedding fair at the Excel London. They have an amazing choice of confetti colours. We went for Cherries & Berries as this goes perfectly with our colour scheme, burgundy & blush. Loads of options of how to have your petals but we decided in the end to have them loose. Quick & easy to order and pay. Our delivery came in plenty of time and we were also given the option for our order to arrive 2 weeks before our wedding (which we didn’t go for as our wedding is only a month away, but thought was a good idea). Amazing service from start to finish and so happy with the confetti. Colour is exactly as shown in the website and from the smoke I received at the wedding fair! Thank you!!

I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. I would encourage anyone wishing to change their career to take the plunge. If you put in the hard work and study along with the excellent service from the team you will definitely succeed!

The order took 3 weeks and still no order (expected a delay due to Covid) but no update from skinny tan and then after chasing a few times was told it was damaged in transit. No update from anyone until I chased a few times and no real hurry to whip a new one. Still waiting for an update as to when o will receive the new one, if it’s been shipped. Delay understood after chasing but not good to have to chase so much and no update as to when I will receive the goods paid for weeks ago.

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! Initially there was a hiccup with the top of the zip. I contacted ecostinger, who were happy to replace the suit; however I elected to fix it myself by pulling out an extra tooth above the zip stop. The full bodysuit is now great for lap swimming in an unheated pool. I wear a bikini top and compression shorts under it. When I come out of the pool I peel off the suit and slip into my robe.

My Wal-Mart-bought suspenders work fine, but eventually the clips rip my jeans. Found your video online, and trigger snap suspenders sound like the answer to that problem! Site was easy to navigate, easy to register, and easy to order! Looking forward to my new suspenders! Update: Now that I have them, they work great, but they seem to twist in the back sometimes, due to the way the trigger piece spins on the end. Would an X-back eliminate that? Is that even available as a trigger snap? It might just be that I'm not used to the way Y-back feels on my back.

The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

Vinyl Disorder offers anyone complimentary stickers completely free of charge, and have a vast selection of Sample images you can choose from. Their selection of vinyls, decals, stickers, etc is extremely vast, and as I stated before, they also print custom pictures or logos onto their products. Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

Yup, she was right. 6 months later I use it every night and morning especially when my face is "going through something" due to stress or lack of sleep. I'm 30 years old. I like to adapt my cleansers to the way my skin feels before cleaning, so I use a lot of different ones. All the PTR cleansers are great, though the Irish Mud one is my fave. I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

I have been using these products for long time. My favorites are Coconut milk-Orchid extract body lotion with his shower gel. I love that fragance. Also I use the Apricot scrub. Their shower gels don't let skin very dry. Hydrates very well.

I have been using St. Ives facial scrubs for years now I've tried their apricot green tea coconut and even coffee scrub. I think they can do exfoliate my skin very well the only down part would be I feel like the scrubs micro balls scratches your face as I've heard.

who in their right mind, in this hastened life we live in, design a shampoo bottle with a 30 degree angled top? I will bet all the execs at Dove have a bottle of shampoo upside down in their shower! Who would wait 5 minutes for the product to come to you? My wife had bought a bottle of 'nutritive solutions' and I couldn't decide whether to throw it in the trash or return it. Stupid design. I'm going to another product for shampoo.

Your company is the worst. I just got a collection for a 99.36 bill that I never ordered. I have called you more than a few times over many months and you said the matter was resolved. Each time was followed by a bill for the same amount. And now a collection agency has sent me the bill. The value of my time (and my 850 credit score) that this has wasted has more than exceeded the amount you incorrectly said I owed. Please send me a bill because I think that even the company you have chosen for your collections is mismanaged just as your pathetic company is, and I would rather pay you directly with a certified check. There is such a long and sorry story that is too long for me to go into now, but just know that the litany of ineptitude of your your company is encyclopedic. Please email me the bill so I can pay, but know that I will spend any free time I have while on the toilet with my smart phone giving you bad reviews.

Guthy-Renker has sent my account to a collections agency over NOTHING. I had been a faithful and happy user of Sheer Cover cosmetics for 10+ years. I was on a quarterly shipment schedule, the least-frequent available. As time went on, I used less and less product and it started to pile up. During a move, I was shocked to discover 12 un-opened packages of Sheer Cover. I called and canceled my account. Three months later, I get billed on my credit card for Sheer Cover. I called and they had no record of my cancellation. The product was already shipped so I was instructed to return the product when it arrived, and I'd be credited. Well, nothing arrived. I called and was told I was out of luck. I then opened a fraud complaint with my credit card bank and they got my money back...or so I thought. Then the bills and threatening letters from Guthy Renker started. About six months after I canceled the shipments, I received one in the mail, postage due! I was told by the Postal Service that I could refuse it, which I did. Then I received a bill for two shipments from Guthy Renker. I've called and written letters, all with no results. Now they've sent it to a collections agency. I will NEVER do business with Guthy Renker again. Is my money that I don't even owe them REALLY so important?

I reached out to the company to inquire as to how to do this without paying double shipping. I was told to go ahead and place the order and the overage for shipping would be refunded...and it was before the next morning. The soap I received is wonderful! I have only tried the 70% pine tar so far, but expect that the 30% will be amazing as well! We will definitely be purchasing more of their products in the future!

Frequently order from this site. They are very helpful when placing orders! Package arrives quickly and items are carefully wrapped. Thank you for the extra items!! Made elderberry syrup with the dried elderberries; added ginger and honey. Tasted great. Nettle c/s we drink as a tea daily and German Camomile for sleeping at night. I purchased a Chi flat iron from this company. Just want to warn all consumers out there, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! The iron was malfunctioning, not only did it scorch my hair but it also blew an entire electrical socket in my home that I need an electrician to repair. I have been using the chi original flat iron for over 10 years and never had a problem. I purchased the same iron from beautydeals.net and it was a nightmare. Never again. Please beware when purchasing products from this seller. Not sure of the authenticity or the working condition.

horrible both times. I even gave them a second shot after the first let-down. I waited over one week just to find out that my order was not even going to come meanwhile they billed me. The woman on the phone told me the items were damaged and returned. You would think someone would notify you if something like this would happen. I never even received a confimation of shipment or tracking number. second time was the same. This site is horrible. When you call you will wait on the phone for at least 30 minutes. I'd rather pay more just to not go through this.

The product I need is incredibly difficult to find. I am grateful Brighton Beauty Supply.com has it. I can ONLY find it at Ulta and they rarely stock it. That's frustrating. I was able to get 10 from BBS.com at almost 1/2 the cost! When my order was "still pending" 3 days after I ordered, I email them to get an update. They responded immediately and said it would be out in 2 days. I got it on the day they told me I would. I will definitely order from Brighton Beauty Supply again. Now that I know it may take a week or so, I will simply order it before I run out!!! Good customer service, quantity I need at an excellent price! Thank you!

I went to the Orlando office to have the Venus treatment. I am 53 years old, 5’5” and 140lbs. I have worked out for 10 years and I eat right. I had a hard time losing a small amount of weight in my inner thighs. I came in 1 year ago and had a consultation with Daisy. We agreed this should be really easy and noninvasive. $1800 was paid and an appointment made. The guy that made my appointment did not set up a following appointment and it was not explained to me how often I would need to go. I had 10 appointments and Daisy thought 8 would do the trick. I came in, met Katie. She had to start my appointments over because there were not appoints available for the next couple of weeks. She gifted me an extra appointment due to this. She was thinking maybe 6 treatments would work. She talked about measuring and taking pictures to show the difference. I was never measured by her, however because I work out, I do measure myself. I was at 22 inches. We took pictures at another appointment, I do not remember how far in. There were 2 pictures taken in 2 different rooms with different lighting and a different distance from the camera. It was just a small amount that needed to be fixed . This should have been a very simple job. Months later I told Katie nothing has changed. She consulted Daisy and was told she was not using the correct temp on that area to melt the fat. She turned up the heat. Still nothing. I have record of all my appointments and 30, yes 30 treatments later My inner thighs did not change. I told her this was not working, and we needed to look into getting my money back. She understood because she did not see a change either. She consulted a new manager, Charles who I had to chase down to contact. He was either in meetings or behind closed doors. At one point he was out with Covid. No one told me he was out so I was getting very upset. I called one more time and was told he would call me back, I declined and asked to speak to him at that time. I was told he was giving an interview, I waited forever. His interview was more important that my call. He said he would submit the info and the answer I got back was that the “medical experts” looked at my 2 pictures that I mentioned above and determined there was a slight change. Funny because I was still measuring at 22 inches. I am not the type of person to return things or make false complaints. I like to sleep at night with a clear conscience. I am so disappointed in this service. I really wanted this to work and believe it would due to the small area to treat. I feel so cheated and betrayed. I have never used social media as a tool to force someone to give me my money back or to say bad thing so please don’t make me start now. With all the time I spent traveling and the gas and tolls, just to have this treatment I am asking to have my $1800 returned. Please understand, I received absolutely nothing for $1800. I did lodge a complaint with the BBB and was told Sono Bello was going to contact me and no one did.

Before trying dysport my neck pain was so severe that I couldn't ever get comfortable. My doctor suggested dysport to relax my muscles and it has changed my life. I want to make a review judging just on a one product. I have been using this mask for the last few weeks. It does an amazing job at moisturising my extremely dry skin. You need a very little amount for your whole face. I use this as a sleeping mask once or twice a week, my skin looks smooth and plumped the next morning. The American site doesn't take international cards and if you want to shop in the UK, you ought to pay $30+ in delivery, plus taxes on top of the original price which is just a huge turnoff. I love the Instant Eye Lift. I was introduced to it at a Trish McEvoy make over session earlier this year. The artist applies it under the eye and down to about bottom of nose in a triangle ( point down) the blends with a soft makeup brush. You will not believe the difference. I wanted so badly wanted to love these products. They don't go on smooth, they do not stain my lips, but they stain my skin around my lips. They are so very dry. Literally the worst lip product I have come across. Additionally, I have to pay for the shipping to send the products back so I'm just going to throw them away. The makeup remover wipes also smell awful. Just a bad experience all around. Whatever advertisement agency they use on Instagram is genius, but false.

I've never seen better quality make-up for this price point. The eyeshadows are highly pigmented and have virtually no fallout. The eyeshadow primer is a super light-weight and long-lasting formula. The lipsticks stay on for HOURS even after eating/drinking, and are also highly pigmented. I get my products in a reasonable amount of time. I have nothing bad to say about this company

This product is amazing! I have always had long and thick eyelashes until I started getting eyelash extensions that really damaged my eyelashes. My lashes became tiny and would break easily. After using this serum twice every day for 4 weeks, the length of my lashes had improved tremendously and they were stronger. If you want a fast and guaranteed result, this is definitely a product for you!

Till now is only 11 day count, but I have noticed change in the length and thickness. And I can see my eyelashes grow very fast on the area that lost hair. Plus, it doesn't cause any side effect to my very sensitive skin and eyes. Will post an update with picture when I reach one month. Btw, its customer service is awesome.

I am highly disappointed in this stuff. My friend warned me but the ad was too good to be true and it was indeed not true. I have tried many other serum that didn't hurt my eyes. This hurt really badly. I'm totally disappointed in this product!
