I was hoping to find a decent vendor for a reliable replacement battery for my iPhone. I thought I'd found it with iCracked. But the battery they sent is two years old. As everyone should know, especially iCracked, the chemistry of these batteries degrades with age - whether they are used or not. (Google lithium ion polymer age.) I contacted them via chat and mentioned it, and the response was "Alright, is there a problem." Ummm ... that is the problem. So, old batteries and untrained support staff ... not what I'm looking for. Quick shipping and pretty boxes, though.

Placed my first inquiry about a month ago. Soon after received that e-mail: "Hi there! I will be happy to provide you a quote and walk you through how our service works. Keep an eye on your phone as you should be hearing from me very soon by either text or call! If your phone is inoperable or you need to reach me immediately please reply directly to this email or call my phone number listed below. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Thank You! Fred " Although obviously bot-generated, that "casual" and even "friendly" email, made me believe that I can trust that company. WRONG!!!! My screen was cracked, so i wanted it to be fixed as soon as possible. I responded on that e-mail. Than waited. Than tried to write againg, And tried to wait a bit more. I pre-ordered LG G Watch more than two months ago together with small gadget worth less than 10£. Gadget was sent to me using DHL and expenses were 15£. Insane. Finally I figured out that I'll "last in line" to get G Watch since they would have to pay another DHL feed. Got feedback of G Watch but they refused to co-operate otherwise. I do not recommend either MobileFun or combining pre-order with gadgets on stock.

I stupidly ignored reviews I read online and ordered off this site. Being based in Ireland I was glad they delivered to Ireland. I ordered and paid for dhl express shipping. Then I heard nothing. 2 days later I get an email to tell me they can't ship my item due to the delivery address being different than my billing address. Hellooooo, every other company can do this!! I reply to say that they can piat to my billing address and then I'm met with silence. I call their order support line and leave a message. No response. I call again the next day. No response. I email them again. No response. Then I get the first email again, so I respond again. No response. So, I go online and leave a review about the service I've had, then I finally get a call. They will ship my item out to my billing address. The guy on the phone is snarky with me, "so we can deliver to your billing address? That's all you had to do, tell us that, no need for all this" I refrain from answering and just tell him to send my order out. It's been a week now since my order, paid for 1-3 days express shipping. Really regret using these cowboys as they have.np clue about customer service. Do yourself a favor, avoid them.

I waited 6 days for an emergency screen, that I paid extra on the shipping for to have it over-nighted, just to get the wrong screen, and then have the company tell me they don't have the screen I actually ordered. I felt like they were really shifty, the woman on the phone had dogs barking in the background, her accent was bad enough! The dogs didn't help! I'm still waiting on the refund. I took pictures of the unaltered INCORRECT item as I was packaging it back up, just in case they try to pull something. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I LOST A HIGH VALUED CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!!

I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Will never order from them again.

Ordered $75 screen replace kit and never got my package, called Thomas at strivemobile and didn't care just kept my money. I called my bank and filed fraud claim against them. They are running a scam on people and need to be shut down. I'm filing complaint with BBB and more.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service possible. Robot generic answers via e-mail and phone... Prices are extortionate. Hidden fees always apply so expect the unexpected with any shop direct company. Products are usually of a poor quality (clothes and gym equipment that I have purchased have had a problem with them 50% of the time). Would never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I have been dealing with a lot of security camera/access control vendors the last couple of years, but have never encountered one like Zbeem. When I first started browsing the website, the company owner popped up and offered assistance - I was able to inquire right then and there about product availability. Zbeem kept me advised of the order status. Their prices were great - AND I received a 5% discount for my first order under a promotion. So far I am greatly satisfied. I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

Edit: Time has passed since I was asked by them to write a positive review for them in exchange of a refund for a faulty product, so I changed my star rating down from 4 to 3 and modified the contents to reflect my honest opinion on my experience I bought two batteries at once from them for a Dell Latitude E5440 and a Precision 3520, both of which came in a bit later than I expected and the batteries are in good shape while the Dell logos are covered with markings. The Latitude E5440 battery works great, while the Precision 3520 battery came in as defective; it has problems being detected unless the laptop is powered on a specific way. I emailed their support address regarding my issue and that's when I heard back, I found out that they're a Chinese based company despite them trying to appear Canadian, I then eventually got my refund in exchange of a "Positive review" on Trustpilot and Resellerratings.

I informed them about the wrong item and they acted naive and ignored me totally. They even removed the item from their website? I think they did everything on purpose : misleading, cheating... I bought a Smartphone VKWORLD T5 Android 5.1 from Hongkongeek 4 months ago and it arrived on time, looks great and works well. I dropped it a couple of days ago and it's continued to work well, which is what prompted me to write this review. It was only £66 including delivery for a very modern smartphone and I've been delighted.

Unlock River did exactly what they said they were gonna do, in a timely fashion. It only took 5 days for them to unlock my IPhone. It's also great they have 24-hour support, so you can email them at any time of day and they'll respond quickly. Great Service. Highly recommendable.

I ordered plenty of goods in April, 2020 but have not received my goods even in June, 2020. The phone is disconnected and the email is no response at all. I tracked the package status in UPS and the package was broken and discarded... om.. But who should take the responsibility for this? But of course it should not be me!

I recently purchased a Hypertherm 45XP plasma cutter from IOC's ebay store and also a consumables kit for it as well. The price was consistant with the lowest price I could find and the communication was excellent as well. A lot of money for me to spend over the internets but happy to say the item was delivered quickly and in great shape. Also, I noticed that the device had only been manufactured just about 1 month prior so truly brand new which was nice - not some old unit sitting around for 2 years or so. I had a very good experience from IOC and I also just love the machine - amazing quality and performance from this 45XP. Everything great !!

I purchased a Miller Tig Welder for my husband for Christmas. The welder was approximately $2,000 and the customer service during the purchase was great. I had no idea what to buy and I was trying to surprise my husband. They walked me through all the options. My husband used the welder for the first time today, March 1st. He would have used it sooner but we have had issues with our local supplier being out of gas. Within seconds the welder popped and stopped working. My husband contacted Welding Supplies from IOC today to let them know that we were sold a defective product. Their response was it has been more than 14 days so you have to take it in for a repair. I will not repair a welder that we have never used. The welder needs to be replaced immediately with a new one. I will continue to write reviews on every forum in addition to opening a BBB case. We are not satisfied with a repair. Stand behind the products you sell. I would not recommend buying from this company.

One would think purchasing a key means one owns it. Not the case with Scdkey, which apparently resells keys (maybe sells same key to several people) that have not been used in some time limit. Makes sense. Sell a $100 key to 10 people at $20 apiece, expecting 7 of them not to use the key within a time limit, and offering the 2 who end up colliding with the first activator new keys. Key prices are so good that customers are likely to stock up. Great Ponzi scam. Legitimate stores don't have expiration dates on non-perishable goods that were sold and paid for.

I’ve experienced extremely unprofessional & poor customer service from Pure Health Newstead since 9th November 2018 and after my access to book classes was (again) stopped for no reason. I requested immediate cancellation (& no further charges) after 6 days of no access (that was pre-paid) and despite making 4 phone calls to request the issue to be fixed. Pure Health Newstead ignored my initial cancellation request and following 3 emails, the phone rang out within business hours and after taking time off work to go into the studio to speak directly – • I received no apology or explanation for why my access was stopped for 6 days • I was refused a refund for the days I was denied access as apparently refunds are strictly against company policy • My request for immediate cancellation was refused. I was advised I would continue to be charged a month of upfront gym membership fees (from 13th Nov) per contract, despite what has happened since 8th November Having been a loyal member for over 4 years, I am extremely disappointed as (expressed in my email to Pure Health on 13-Nov), I have always been a huge supporter of the style of gym, Marina’s hands-on approach, the workshops, style & variety of classes Pure Health offers.

I have been going to Pure for close to a year now, as a city worker it's very convenient to pop in after work. Every afternoon offers a variety of options and I am never bored. The popular classes can get booked pretty quickly but I see improvements in the timetable. The staff is friendly and supportive.

I joined this gym because it had really good reviews on Google. I now know why -they have all their negative reviews deleted. This is incredibly dishonest. How can anyone make a fully informed decision to join with this type of nonsense going on? This gym is not upfront with new members. They make it sound so easy to cancel your membership but its not. They also use a dodgy debit company - Debit Success, to harass members into paying fake outstanding fees. They behave so unprofessionally and dishonestly. Be aware.

I had to leave a review on this website because this gym always seems to get its negative reviews removed from Google. I joined Lifestyle Health Club at Redbank Plains. This gym breaches the Fair Trading Code of Practice for the fitness industry. 1. They do not provide members with a copy of the rules and regulations of the gym. But they constantly penalise their members when they supposedly break the rules with $50 fines. 2. They do not give members a signed copy of their membership contract. 3. They fail to inform members if their ongoing agreement is for an initial 6 or 12 month term - this needs to be included in the contract. 4. They fail to provide 2 months notice of when the membership is about to end and no information regarding how to cancel a membership. 5. They wont allow members to cancel in writing. This is legally allowed. They instead ignore your written notice, continue to debit your account beyond 2 debits and then refer you to a third party called Debit Success. You are then subjected to harassment via numerous emails, phone calls and text messages on a daily basis and threats of debt collectors. I fear that if someone who is fragile or suffers from mental health issues is subjected to this kind of harassment it could be very detrimental to them because the harassment is relentless and intrusive. 6. They make misleading claims about how easy it is to cancel. When I joined I wanted to make sure it was easy to cancel. I was told I just had to tell the gym and give enough notice for 2 last debits to occur. I cancelled my membership in early August and 2 months later I am being harassed. I cancelled because the gym is dirty. Dead cockroaches and mouse poo were in the female part of the gym. Also, many female members do not use towels on equipment which is great if you like putting your clean towel on a puddle of someone elses sweat. You are also meant to wipe down equipment where you cant use your towel. Most members do not do this. There is limited equipment in the female only section. Two leg machines is insufficient. Many times I was unable to finish my workout because other members would sit on the equipment talking or texting on their phones. They were completely oblivious to other members. Any complaints to staff fall on deaf ears. The aircon is not cool enough and the fans attached to the walls do not oscillate. The carpark is not well lit. As a female I felt unsafe leaving this gym at night and always had my phone ready to dial the police. To make matters worse there is a vacant block of land next to the gym. The gym should provide a well lit and safe carpark for its members. You are given very few ideas to use the equipment. I was given 9 things to do on the equipment. This is so you will pay for a personal trainer who are more expensive than other gyms in the area. I heard other members being charged for rule violations they had no idea about. They too were also not given copies of their contracts so this makes it easy for staff to fine members $50 for a rule violation they didnt even know exited. I do not recommend joining this gym.

First time we have used express car services so always nervous especially with a North London to Gatwick run Christmas week ! However our driver arrived exactly on time , had a new style car with plenty of room and the best price I have found so top marks all round . We will be using them again !

I ordered and paid for a game code a while ago now, when i went to my emails to try and get the code instead i got an email telling me that they could not give me my order until i send ID verification where they wanted a picture of my passport. I do not know why i was not told this before taking my money. I did not feel comfortable sending ID to them so i asked for a refund or at least another way to get my product where they simply asked for ID again. I then asked again for a refund and they sent me a web link to review them. It has been 5 days now and i have not got any meaningful response on how to get a refund or my product. Don't buy from them, it is unlikely you will get your money back or your product without giving away sensitive data to a random business.

My son (14) who has Asd went into Tallaght branch 27th. He had the money to puchase controller & 150 Psn. He came home with controller. He definitely parted with his money in the shop. The girl / boy in shop never gave him the psn docket. It wdnt be familar with it as his older brother normally buys it. I am disgusted. Im seeking advice around it. My son has Asd & loves his playstation

I have phoned the owner at 2 in the morning requesting a new server and he got out of bed and started my request. This level of service you will not find anywhere else. I have not come across many website hosting providers that offer a month to month plan, Gazellehost was one of them. It is surprising why not all of the hosting is with no contracts, after all how can you commit to a year's worth of hosting. Anyway - this made it really easy to start. Once signed up I was happy with the process, almost immediately received 3 emails, one welcome, one with invoice details and one with login details. Logged in (had to wait a bit longer for domain registration) and set up a one click website. Fantastic experience, really easy and straightforward. I have transferred our business blog domain to gazelle. the .net renewal is just under $10 and after I figured our what an EPP code is the transfer was on the way. (by the way it is the code you get from the existing registrar to be able to transfer) Anyway, once setup, I was easily able to log into the control panel and use a one-click wordpress. This was actually as easy as promised, so I am pretty happy with that. It will probably take me some time to use all the options I get with the hosting and I wish there were more tutorials on the site, but maybe I am just not clued in enough. I needed some help with setting up my email in outlook and sent a request, I received a response in less than 30 minutes, which is a big change from what we used to get. Rob was the customer service person and was able to help. I can definitely recommend this company. Thwy made it quite easy for me to start the website building after I was sitting on the domain for a year. Peter

I have been buying clothing from this company for a year now. I even brought things at Xmas time and they were delivered within eight days. Some of the clothing from 9goods is replicas but damn good ones. Other items are originals which you can tell by the quality of the merchandise. sent them my daughters water damaged 5s, they came back with 3 extra items that were broken, which i half expected, but the price to repair them was very fair,i thought. before going ahead with the repair i phoned them and asked about warranty for the repair and long term success rate of the repair and received an honest answer. went ahead with the repair and got the phone back the next day. all working well. they kept me in the loop with emails and sorted out a world pay issue too. highly recommend phone came back just in time as my other daughter dropped her phone its going to free fusion

I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

Recently I purchased Macbook pro 13, 2019 Mid release. It was my first Macbook. I used to Windows system and while choosing where to buy, I almost did research in every website every platform and even tried to but refurbished one from Apple website. But considering all positive feedbacks i finally decided to buy it from iPower Resale. Delivery and quality is satisfying. But when I opened the box I was shocked. I purchased for Silver and 256gb SSD but got Space gray and 128 GB SSD. I dont know how it is possible to confuse such specs but at the end they immediately replied to all my questions and compensated the difference between the one I purchased and the one I received. Macbook works great. Just such a disappointing experience for me (((.

Bought iPhone 8 and at first I would open an app an app and it would crash and turn off and not turn on for a few minutes, but after the first week it stopped doing that and haven’t had any complaints since. So can’t complain really ????♂️ Great phone!

Good product when it works - there are ongoing issues with uploading m3u files for weeks now where the site just times out. The service was completely down for +5 days last month with no offer made to refund users or extend their subscriptions for the missing days.. this issue was compounded by admin/customer service advising people "so your epg is down, this is first world problem; US government is shut down for weeks, have some perspective". Imagine any established brand telling their paying customers that during a loss of service. Above all this service is let down the most by the admin/customer service (same person) who cannot help themselves and constantly talk down to people, telling them their feature request is stupid. Some examples of late: 1. Site not working for a month - user asks for update, admin responds with "In your place I would keep my mouth shut and wait patiently" 2. Another user on the same thread asks when their paid service will work again: Admin responds with "What don't you understand from the words "we", "are", "working", "on" and "it"?" There are countless other examples on the "support" forum. Based on this I'd say just go with xtream-editor instead, it has no limits on the number of channels in their package and is still cheaper, and crucially their customer service actually help people without the need to talk down to them with a smug and arrogant superiority complex. Finally it should be noted the owner of EPG for IPTV has offered a free month's service to people who post "an objective and honest review". This should be kept in mind when reading the (mostly positive) reviews here.

I have purchased a one year subscription however after two weeks their services was so inconsistent, that I have exchanged 34 emails over a period of 60 days IPTV.Shop came up with one excuse after the other when asking for a partial refund of my annual subscription they simply had the audacity to cancel my account and refer me to "7 days full refund policy covered after I initially purchased their service" which clearly I wasn't eligible for that. I truly believe after looking online their are thousand of customers every month who are facing the same issue. Which is why I am in the process to take action against IPTV.SHOP to protect any other fellow citizen from this SCAM. I will launch my complaint with OFCOM and Trading Standards and strongly encourage people to do the same. Hopefully I be able to see part of my hard earned cash back! Needless rot say that IPTV services plus customer services SUCKS!!!!!! Stay away....
