We have not ventured on our cruises as yet, as it is for February and March 2020 Sydney to Perth then Perth to Sydney. Have been told when we looked at these cruises that there was on board credit, since this was booked we have been told no on credit. We have since seen the cruise from Sydney to Perth has a flight and hotel stay included in Sydney. Have paid $2000 for deposit non refundable.

Weather was awful 50% of time, but our captain was wonderful ( and other crew members) Minor problem , why was boat not fuelled before we arrived, then we would not have lost half a day and had to change itinerary. Route showed us history and geography, but we would have liked a bit more shore exploration time and some guidance of things to see. Perhaps a mini guide book on the boat.

Flights to India is a site that I have been using for years as I fly around India and Asia frequently. I usually find that their rates on flights are lower than other sites. I have also had some luck when I call and speak to an agent directly to lower the cost of my flight. Over the years, the website has gotten much better and easier to navigate.

I have booked a non-refundable room for Sunday 1st October. Kayak changed this to Sunday 15th October AFTER taking my card details. This is useless to me. I will never use the site again. The customer service guy tells me the hotel is now closed and he can't change the booking. Kayak is a great site for those people who like throwing 50 quid away on nothing.

I have used Kayak for years! Lately the price watch is a crock. Click and price goes up. Ok I get it sometimes it happens BUT on every flight I have searched the past 3 months?? The kicker is that those prices don't change then on their site--still show the cheaper rate for a few days. ARGH. So sad to be discontinuing our relationship with what was once the crown jewel. :-( Goodbyes are hard.

This is the third holiday I have booked with Travelbag, and I will be going back to them for the fourth. Each time I have wanted to deal with the Travel Consultant I had previously dealt with, but only out of a sense of loyalty. It doesn’t make any difference, because they are all equally, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and friendly. Their prices have been the best, and they will usually round down a few pounds. You can mix and match flights and hotels with them, some of the well known travel companies don’t have the facility to have two hotels within a two week package. To reiterate, I will definitely contact Travelbag when I enquire about my next holiday.

i booked my trip to Europe with to business class on the 5th Oct. and 2 months later i discovered that the agency requested to cancel my tick and got full refund by the airline on the 7th of October. yet they never informed me until i logged in into my Etihad account on the 7th of Dec. when i contacted them, they blamed the airline and they refused to honor my ticket and as they wanted to charge me an extra $2200 to rebook my ticket. very dodgy business.

I bore witness to vindictiveness on the site both by admins and users with a superiority complex created by a flawed "view/r ead" system creating public badges to promote entitlement. Personal milestones (badges & views) should be just that- personal. Readers are unknowingly suckered into clicking posts that generate these reads that breed types like hullabafoon22, because such users boost and post constantly, with no room for anyone else on the main page to be acknowledged. The site claims to track stolen intellectual property and copyrighted material, but the content remains, and the people who point it out don't. The new donation option is another breach of privacy that the site claims to protect, as through PayPal, both parties information such as legal birth name and personal emails are released. An excellent author I followed on the website, known prodominetly as Burning Sage, was recently banned from the site for speaking up about these issues on a public post. Me, being new to the site, immediately became further soured by what I'd already experienced on the site myself. In final correspondence with this author online, she spoke clear of Booksies intentional lies to justify keeping money she had paid for in advance for services that will never be provided to her such as entering a writing contest and boosting the post for the event. This is not a website for intelligent people. If you want to be a hullabafoon22, than this is the place for you. Otherwise, run in the other direction. -Mechanic Metal. You really need to order enough items to make your shop worthwhile as standard postage costs £4.95 - and it will take 4 or 5 days to be delivered to you. Also watch out for 'short date' items - most are fine, but beware of crisps/biscuits as these are generally soft and unpleasant to eat.

I have had occasion to complain to them however and their "service" department has been less than useless - not replying to my complaint despite several emails. First, let's start by stating that I'm a Diamond-level customer. Their dispute program leans more towards the seller, you have to proof proof and proof that you are right before they refund your money. I just have an incident where I ordered an item ($100) on the 1st of the month and contacted the seller on the 6th and on the 7th he created a shipping level (old trick) to avoid being penalized by Aliexpress. On the 15 the item hadn't arrived at logistics so i contacted seller and he agree to refund but he ask for me to open a dispute. I did and even with proof (images) from the chat, AliExpress judgment was for me to wait 60 days more. THE ITEM Never shipped it was a fake label created by the seller to avoid being penalized. So I contacted PayPal..... Recommendation use PayPal they will make judgments based on proof like chats...do not use debit cards...oh and I'm Diamond Level....JAJAJA As soon as I get my other orders in I'm deactivating my account... And please before ordering check reviews based on experience and avoid any seller with 94% or less....Numbers are inflated

I ordered something from Aliexpress on March 21. It is now May 29 and it has not arrived. They took my money immediately, but no package to me. Their tracking system says it is in a "sorting center". It has been in the "sorting center" for over 2 months. It is obvious that this organization takes your money and then promises you that they will deliver at some point in the future until you finally give up. This place is nothing but organized theft. Stay away from them if you value your money.

So requested another bouquet, which they then said they also didn't have. So finally asked what they did have available, and they said nothing. It's now a day later and too late to get flowers delivered for a reputable delivery company. Don't use this service, they'll let you down.

Their auction site is probably the easiest to use and they appear to have some very good deals. However, be careful ... some items are identical to those sold on eBay so check out the pricing before you bid. Finally, a lot of the items are located overseas, I just bought a multimeter that will arrive around mid May (its not even mid April yet!) then I found the identical model for the same price I had paid in stock in the UK! I would use again but be cautious as to what I buy.

The worst delivery system I have ever used. They cancel the order right before the delivery day with an excuse that they are out of the stock. But when you put the new order, you can still add the out-of-stock goods in the cart and pay for them. So what's the point of the Saywee to make you place the non-sense order and then cancel it? I ordered a kids swing on the 5th April for an Easter present for my niece. I phoned numerous of times and they couldn’t trace my order even though they had taken my money and I had an order number, they just referred me to make a complaint online. Which I did, and they said to ring customer services so going around in circles. Finally after 8 weeks I got an email to say it’s on its way, today I got an email to say they are refunding me my money as product still not been delivered. Dreadful customer service. They had my money for 8 weeks and now are refunding back to me. It was a Easter present, which is very embarrassing as I kept telling apparently it’s on its way. Shocking service. A very unhappy customer.

I ordered a playset from Costco on May 7th. The playset arrived on May 12th in the evening so we waited until the next day to open it so we could put it together. On May 13th, upon opening it, I realized it had been damaged in transit and called to request placement parts. It is now June 21st and we still do not have replacement parts for the 11 pieces that were damaged. I have called every other day to get information on when my parts would be shipped. Nothing. I have received 3 emails total: May 15th, May 31st, and June 1st. I've spoken to ONE supervisor. Each customer service representative told me they would contact someone but no one EVER contacted me back. I was always pushed to the back burner and I'm tired of it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!! If anything is wrong it will take weeks or MONTHS for them to rectify the situation... if they fix it AT ALL. This was meant to be a birthday present for my kids since we couldn't have a birthday party this year due to the pandemic. My kids are extremely disappointed, which makes me more mad. Don't do business with Costco Online orders... unless you like to be ignored and not have the product you paid (over $1500) for.

I love the concept of this mesh bracelet. ↵The problem is when it arrived there were 3 different areas that the mesh links were broken... Creating sharp edges. So... I'm not happy with this purchase (and may not wear it. And will tell people not to buy that particular item from you). but it pain neck to go thru trouble of returning and trying to get replacement.↵

My original purchase was easy. I received notice that I could have 15% off another quick purchase. I had difficulty with the website as I tried to look at products. Very frustrating. I finally purchased a 2nd item. My 15% off was less than free shipping, but I was afraid that I would lose my purchase if I attempted to change it. It was a frustrating experience when items would load incorrectly or fail to load.↵
