My order was placed on a Tuesday and arrived to my house the following Thursday, two days later. I am pleased with the papers that I received, exactly as ordered, and with six extra bonus papers for printing, to try the new line of papers that Red River developed. I am pleased with the number of papers offered in the sample photo pigment ink pack, 34 papers, plus the bonus papers, all 8.5x11 in size. I will shop there again, highly recommended store.

Camera manufacturers' extraordinarily inflated battery prices have bred a dirty market in cheap impostor batteries, flourishing online. There are hundreds of these fakes on Amazon.com alone, shipping from no published addresses and fronted by disposable Gmail accounts. Amazon just looks the other way, raking in commissions on spurious claims and doctored ratings by battery scam artists who say their products are good-as, if not better-than, OEM voltage and amp hours. I know. I'm an investigative journalist and videographer who's been burned more than once. When I needed a half dozen of the heftiest camera batteries in the NP-F class to power a newly-acquired lighting kit, I looked for a name I could trust. For years, I've relied solely on Duracell whose batteries have never failed to live up to their specs. DuracellDirect.com caught my eye. But as of this writing, Duracell has yet to release its best of class, the F970s, in the United States though they are available in the UK. London-based DuracellDirect came to my rescue, shipping the batteries I needed from their London facility via DHL Express in time for a video shoot already in production — customer service that's all too rare in online retailing and offering engineer input on the performance I was likely to achieve using the Duracell version. Not only were Duracell's batteries far less expensive than Sony's, they're built to outperform. These Duracell NP-F970s provide 7800mAh compared to Sony's 6300mAH. The breeding shows. I can keep an LED video light lit at full output longer than four hours on a pair of them while freeing myself from worries about on-location lighting failures — or whether they'll still be working a month from now. Duracell's 3-year warranty shames the hit-and-run frauds. Duracell demands rigid standards from this reseller, and the fact that DuracellDirect has recently taken over online distribution of Duracell products in the United States is great news. They've been handling Duracell batteries in the European market for 13 years and while there were apparently issues with DuracellDirect.com's previous operators, this experience and the outstanding performance of its new management team has made the site my go-to source for camera and lighting portable power.

Another art supply online retailer with some of the lowest prices I've seen. One of the items in my order was out of stock with 7/6 listed as the date of receiving new stock. An email was sent informing me of this and gave me the option to cancel the order for that item or the whole order. There was also a shipping choice to ship all items when available or ship separately depending on availability (more expensive). Eventually the whole order was shipped around mid-July, so there was some delay but it arrived in fine packaging with nothing damaged.

HORRIBLE!!!... Signed up for membership. Ordered some goods. Half were not in stock, so my order amounted to a few paintbrushes. Tallied my order... Shipping to Hawaii? Only through UPS or FedEx online they said after signing on. Shipping cost? $100 shipping charge for $100 order. Backed out and called them.. Sorry, we only use UPS and FedEx when ordering online. Decided that day to ancel my membership. Have they returned my emails, phone calls, responded??? No. Worst customer service I've come across in years!!

After doing a lot of research, I ordered two "Vivitar to Inexpensive Radio Slave Adapter Cable" from FlashZebra.com on the 23rd (Friday). I chose "Standard" shipping and was pleasantly surprised when the order was delivered on Monday. That is super fast shipping from Kentucky to Colorado. Both the cables worked well and needless to say, I am one happy customer. I would highly recommend FlashZebra.com to anyone looking for Photography related accessories.

I ordered a silver ring on June 4th, 2008. The stated delivery time was "6-8 weeks." After countless e-mails and telephone calls to Canada to prod Louis, the proprietor, _a ring_ (not as pictured when I ordered) arrived - ON OCTOBER 21st, 2008! When I e-mailed to complain about the quality, I received back excuses from Louis about him having to "rush" the job (*16 WEEKS*!) due to a subcontractor having botched something up, etc. He said he would re-do it properly. I sent the original (heartbreakingly poorly done) ring back to him at my expense. Now it is March of 2009: he has my money; he has additional postage I included for the promised re-done Ring; he has the original shoddy ring; I have spent well over $100 in telephone calls to Canada, and there is no sign of the promised re-worked ring. My e-mails go unanswered. Do NOT do business here. *EDIT* - July 21, 2009: Today - *512 Days* after placing my order with Celtic Studio - a ring actually resembling what is advertised on their site finally arrived. It was accompanied by a letter referring to how "nasty" my comments here have been, and what a "jerk" I am for having posted them. Do you want to do business here? Only you can be the judge of that. If you want my advice, based on my personal experience, I would have to say, "It's fine, if you don't mind waiting over a year and a month to finally receive what you ordered, accompanied by some self-serving prose and passive-aggressive abuse."

Looking at the other three reviews posted here, I almost did not place an order for a Clan Ring for my son's wedding present and a Luckenbooth pendant for his lovely fiancee. I am so glad that I decided to put in the order anyway. I am not discounting the reviews already posted, but my experience with Celtic Studio was stellar. Since the wedding was within six weeks, I contacted Louis at to whether they could get the items to me in time. I received a reply within an hour saying that they could, but the sooner I ordered the better. After placing the order, I asked them if it would be a possibility to resize the ring since my son sent me the wrong size. Not only did they say yes, but they RECAST the ring in the correct size without batting an eye. Just so that it would be perfect. After only a week, the ring and pendant was shipped out and I received it today (07/23) in SC (A looong way from BC Canada!). The Ring and the pendant are stunning! Again, I cannot speak to these other reviews, but the Louis that they spoke to doesn't seem to be the Louis and Karen that answered all of my multiple questions promptly, professionally and amicably. I will be ordering another ring for myself soon, and I would recommend Celtic Studio to anybody who is looking for Clan merchandise. By the way, nobody asked me to do this review. I placed an order Dec 2nd, and within 1/2 hour I had confirmation that my account was charged. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to LinkDelight and they responded that it did ship and gave me an invalid tracking number. Day 5 and still I have no valid shipping information. All the company will say is, "it's the Hong Kong Postal service." I am trying to get help from the seller and there is no apparent effort being made to track this order. Hong Kong Post said yesterday that it could take 2 months to track the missing package. Now I found out that the LinkDelight only gave them the package "today", December 8th. It is now December 14th, 12 days after ordering. The package did finally arrive. I connected the unit up and it does appear to work as it was discribed. I am updating my review, for the better, but I am still concerned that they couldn't be honest about the date the item was shipped. Greg

This order was placed for Aputure Pro Coworker 1S Wireless Remote Kit for Minolta Maxxum 7D. The product description page did not convey that a hot shoe adaptor is required to fit this remote. The cost of adaptor was almost as much as the remote. As soon as Linkdelight was informed of this error they updated the respective web page. I gave them 2 options either to refund or pay for the adaptor. The supplier was at least honest to accept his mistake but was not willing to either refund or pay for the adaptor. I did approach Paypal but under their policy they cannot take any action. I brand this company as dishonest despite their mistake they want purchaser to pay for their mistakes.

Don't waste your money. They sent me an 8500 page manual for my Audi A5 that is nowhere near specific to my car. It even contains engine and transmission removal procedures for the Audi Q5 SUV. They advertise a VIN specific manual, but that's not what you get. Save your money and download the same bulk files directly from Audi via the ERWIN site. I called my credit card company and told them that Factory-Manuals.com is a SERVICE (this is important, it's not about the PRODUCT, it's about the SERVICE) that promises to provide a customized manual that is specific to my exact vehicle and that they sent me 8,500 pages that are mostly NOT specific to my vehicle. My credit card company opened a case, agreed with me, and permanently refunded 100% of my money. It's easy to do for anyone.

I bought a battery from www.batteryforpc.co.uk. After the payment I didn't even receive a payment or order confirmation. Nothing. They somehow managed to keep the money I paid via PayPal. Even after a dispute. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from frustration and don't buy from this seller. Your wallet will be thankful.

I ordered a set of hinges for a laptop that I was fixing for a senior citizen that has no access to the outside world due to disability on December 07, 2019. I checked the shipping dates on when I would receive this item and it stated 6-10 days. Today is January 21 and I just received the item 2 days ago. I had to dispute the item with Paypal 2 weeks ago because after several emails back and forth from the company, it was clear that I was not getting anywhere with them. They were not willing to help me. They wanted me to give them 2 more weeks. They did provide a tracking number but I checked the information daily and the item had not been updated and no shipping information was given. I ended up ordering the item from another company due to this. I am denying the shipment and sending the item back. I will NEVER order from this company again. I feel had I not filed a complaint with Paypal, I would have never received my item.

I ordered a computer screen to India - got no confirmation or anything per Email, just a simple note on the website. The money got transferred from my bank account immediately. That was the only thing that seemed to work since then. Wrote several emails to the company - no reply. Tried to call many times - no response at all... as if the company doesn´t exist. After 3 months of waiting and no sign that anything happens I give up hope. What I learned from it? Use only companies that seem to be really trustworthy.

I ordered The Dell INSPIRON 3580 laptop on April 12 and it took three weeks to receive it. I bought this as a gift for my brother and his wife. After receiving it and having one of the Dell techs talk over the phone and do a remote they agreed to ship out another one. The problems continued. It was slow and often freezing up and there were several calls to Dell and more remotes into the laptop amd several reinstalls and it is still not anywhere near the potential a new laptop should have. Also, he was told that the 30 day Dell tech service was over on June 4th and it would cost $100.00 for every call now. So I purchased a Dell lemon and am extremely disappointed as I have bought others laptops and desktops from Dell but I will not own another nor recommend to anyone. I will purchase from Walmart or Costco from now on. I am positive that even a refurbished laptop would be better than the Dell INSPIRON 3580 I will check with my credit card company and PayPal and see if there is any recourse. To say the least I should be able to ship it back and get a full refund. I will be posting this same review on any website that reviews laptops for people to stay away from Dell.

My Hubsan Zino H117S drone fell from the sky on the third flight. I saw the lights go out in mid-flight and the Zino falling. I did a search for 3 days and I did not succeed in finding it. Hubsan does not care about that. They replied to my email saying "Sorry, not mean to suspect what you mentioned in your email, just a little weird sounds." I spent my money, flew 3 times and lost my money. If you buy something from Hubsan keep in mind that there is no guarantee.

I recently ordered a Hubsan drone for 191€. On the first day, several functions do not work. The Return to Home mode, the Follow me mode and the Failsafe mode have all not worked. On the second day I wanted to let the drone fly again. After a short time, the Drone has not reacted to the remote control, has made itself independent, has risen and then simply flown away I then wrote to Hubsan. As a reason for the fly away and for the non-working functions W-Lan signals are to be responsible. Hubsan assumes no responsibility and does not want to reimburse. I wonder how Hubsan imagines this in 2017. W-LAN signals are everywhere in Germany. SO THE DRONE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GERMANY. After a long discussion they wanted to send me a new Drone for $165 without carton and accessories. I declined. Another $165 for a drone that flies away again? No thanks. I am now waiting 19 days but fearing that I will receive no compensation. That's why I put this rating in the hope that not even more people buy these bad products from Hubsan. I spent over 250€ and had less than 30 minutes of fun with the Drone. If you want to buy a Drone should not buy Hubsan. You better make paperplanes out of money and throw them from a bridge. They fly longer. I lost 250€ because of the bad products of Hubsan. I have not received a refund or a new device. Hubsan admits that their drones are very easy to influence but refuses to make a compensation. Companies like this should be banned selling something! I have the Drone as used in the instructions and it is nowhere in the instructions that W-Lan signals disturb the connection. If you want a drone that can fly away at any time and a bad support that makes you angry? Then choose Hubsan

I needed to resize photos for a locket as a Christmas present and OddPrints did an amazing job! Not only was I happy with the ability to create any size picture I wanted and the great quality of the prints, but they also shipped VERY quickly! Ordered their "Web Power Switch III" on 6/17/11. Had a FedEx tracking# in my hand that evening. Had the box in my hand a week later. It's hooked-up and working at this instant; very well made, with a longer-than-expected power cord (always a plus). The LEDs are brighter than I would prefer, and I wish the unit had an internal clock for logging, but nothing's perfect. Prior to ordering, I'd asked a few technical questions via email. I always received a response. Overall, very satisfied.

I bought the Mil-4000n, this is a great machine very easy plug & play, features are exactly what is needed for our small office, problem is the hard drives go out like clock work every 2 years at a replacement cost of 350.00 this gets a little pricey not to mention the loss of your data. DLI loggers customer service is the worst I guess since I'm not a government contactor I don’t matter to them. They made a good machine but the reliability and their service is not worth it.

Paid for the costume on the 22nd of September, called and e-mail SEVERAL TIMES, and after TWO MONTHS they reply "we are making it now". The worse part of these people is blaming everybody else but themselves. They blame China, (PS- my order was in SEPTEMBER, so China's festivity is a lie), they blame each other ( !!!) bad sign in a company, and they blame the client. IF my nephew was not involved in it, I would have let go, but they lied to me repeatedly about the costume to tell me that in the end they did not have it. I cannot phantom my nephew's face when I will tell him. It would have take one sentence: "sorry we messed up". BUT I guess $300.00 are worth more than a kid's disappointment. Greed is turning everything into stone, and eventually stones are corroded by weather. Just saying.

MadVapes was the first vendor that I ordered from when I started with e-cigs. In my experience, they have some of the best customer service, quickest ship times, and also very very easy to do business with. All around great people. The one issue that I've had was a tank that I had ordered was cracked. I honestly cannot blame MadVapes for this, as there isn't sufficient evidence that it didn't happen in transit. I would not have written a review if I had not seen a negative one. I do feel that it unfairly represents the overall quality of experience of shopping with them. I have done business with Madvapes since 10/2/2010. Was there ever a problem with an order - Yes How was the problem reported - Support Ticket What was the nature of the problem - Incorrect item How was the problem resolved - Within 24 hours the correct item was shipped Priority Mail, at no charge, and I did not have to return the wrong item. This is by FAR one of the best companies to purchase E-Cig related items from.

I wanted to put in my two cents - I also purchased an SRD370 from them - with extras it came out to ~ $1300 US. My NAZA2 GPS module was also defective as someone else had claimed in another review. I cannot fault Helipal for that, as they do not make the product, DJI does. I received fairly good troubleshooting information from them and quick email response times (within 1 day accounting for the HK and US EST time difference). All said, everything took about 1 week to resolve due to shipping transit times but they sent me a replacement once they narrowed down the issue - at first they thought it may have been the main control board so I had sent that back first. In my opinion, for the breadth of products, competitive pricing, and selection that Helipal offers on their site, the transit time and shipping costs from HK to the Eastern US is a manageable trade-off for me.

I ordered the ninja 250. None of the bolts were locktited. Arm came apart in first 5 mins of flight causing bad crash. Escs stopped working after three flights. Unwrapped escs to find soldering not connected. Had to resolder Flying in any mode that will let you flip or roll is a bad idea. The quad rolls like 6 times and slams into the ground. The body is basically useless and does absolutely nothing to protect the electronics in a crash as it literally explodes upon impact. The remote has sticky throttle. The camera is extremely glitchy. Ive spent more time repairing this quad than actually flying it. I really am beyond dissapointed. It was quite a bit of money to spend on something i could have built three of them with extremely better quality. This product was a complete and total letdown. they dont do refunds which is understandable but i have built more than a handful of quads and flown for a very long time now. It is not pilot error. After reinstalling allnew bolts...having to reflash the flight controller and resolder the escs and flying with no body i seriously should have built my own. Also...one of the motors died on the 5th flight. Very very dissapointed.

Horrible customer service, one of the worst I've ever seen/experienced. They have no customer service # you can contact them via telephone so your only option is their email which is [email protected]. They respond back to you in a VERY RUDE manner which makes you think if they received any customer service training ever. They will not bother to assist you with any issues if you have any. I paid $12.00 to subscribe to their account. It is a one time fee but after that you get an account which you can then use to buy/sell/trade astronomy products online. After using my account for nearly 10 months, my user account without any explanation vanished. I even tried the "Forgot Password" option to email me the new one but it seemed to not work. I emailed them several times asking them what happened to my account. My account was in excellent standing with 5 star ratings and 48 positive feedback. It took me a while to build this account with its reputation. Their first response was "You don't have one" .. Just like that, no explanation, no urge to try to help me figure out what is going on, NOTHING!.. I emailed them with proof (BoFA statement of $12.00) and also several email threads of how I purchased/sold items on their site. Still no luck. They responded back saying "You have no account, End of story, Goodbye!".. Basically put they were being very rude and could not care if their customer(s) lost their accounts. I know I will never get my account back nor will I be refunded the $12.00 I paid for the account. This comes to show that they don't care about their customers because if they did, they would truly help them out. Overall, horrible experience at astromart.com and big disappointment to the customer service staff as well as the owner Herb York.

I cannot speak for any of them, but I will say that I have been an AstroMart member for almost 8 years now, and have always found my experiences here to be excellent. I have also personally visited with Herb York (owner of this site) via eMail, a couple of times, and never found him to be rude in any way; and actually very helpful in addressing a question I had. I do know that they do govern their site very carefully, and as result, I have never heard of any scamming attempt being successful here. I now have a fair bit of astronomy equipment and as I love to buy, sell, and trade with others back and forth to achieve that ‘perfect setup’, I find that AstroMart is really a major part of that. PLUS … I now have acquired several new astro-friends around the country that have offered standing invitations for me to come and visit if I am ever under their part of the sky. Again… I cannot talk for anyone else, but the facts for me are that I now have almost 300 trades with AstroMart, and all of these experiences have been nothing less than great. The shared discoveries, the amateur photos, the forum posts and all the classified postings of hard to find equipment, have made my astro-hobby so very much richer. I personally am very glad to be part of the AM membership, so if I could rate them at more than Five Stars, I would. chipj54

My order took 3 weeks to arrive, which isn't that big of a deal seeing as the confirmation email said it might take that long, but when my 5x7 on glass arrived, the quality of the image was terrible even though the image I uploaded was high resolution. Very disappointed. Will not use this company again.

I ordered my laptop battery on August 14th 2016. Todays date is December 30th 2016 and I have yet to receive any confirmation of the item being shipped. Their communication has been terrible to say the least. The only time I was ever informed of any shipping issues or processing issues was when I went out of my way to contact them with my concern. They were unable to ship my battery and they never made an effort keep me informed. I do not recommend this site to anybody who wishes to actually receive the item they ordered within a reasonable time frame. I would rate it zero stars, but unfortunately that is not an option.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Asus laptop which was relatively easy (by model number); the installation of Asus laptops requires disassembly of the case, but this too was relatively easy... I had bought s laptop and phone tool for this. It took about 30 minutes to carefully unscrew the case, remove the old dead battery and install the new one. I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

Ordered late Monday and received the scope on Thursday!!! Great shipping time. One issue...the webyshops.com web site states "Lifetime Burris Warranty" but the documentation received with the scope only provides a one year warranty...the Lifetime Warranty was the major reason for purchasing this item from webyshops.com versus other competitive web sites. I hope that I do not have any problems with this scope, but if I do, then I fully expect either webyshops.com to uphold their end of the bargin. If not, I'll be forced to contact Burris for further discussion.

After a few years I could not use my Garmin on the battery. I called Garmin and they indicated the battery was not replaceable. I started a search and found Newpower99. I order the kit and I received it about a week later. The video was clear on what to do so I started the process. The only problem I encountered was the data cable came loose. it took about 5 tries to get the cable in place to lock it down but finally I had the right placement and was able to lock it down. The unit works great now and seems to charge up t full power. Thanks for a great product and service that was not available.

I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

I also completed the ABBE Level 4 course in building thermography with James Hill recently but cannot agree fully with all his sentiments unfortunately. This course is extremely time-heavy, a fact that was not made clear before we paid for the course. Parts of the course material are technically flawed and overall it is limited. Learners are expected to undergo various examinations without very much at all to go on. The marriage between the initial 4-5 day training days, the iRed Handbook, the course submissions, including numerous surveys, and the examinations is poor imo - it is broken and does not work. I have tried to give my constructive feedback to iRed & indeed ABBE in this respect on a number of occasions now. Do not expect to qualify for at least one year. It is a shame, as on paper, this is a good course. I cannot recommend that any building thermographers should take this course - ITC Cat 1 or Cat 2 is much better in terms of timings, course material and examination preparations. My review, which is meant as honest feedback, does not in any way reflect negatively on my course instructor, Bruce Arnold, or indeed any other course that iRed may provide.

Just got 6 IMREN 3500mah 18650 cells from imrbatteries and the max capacity when running cycle tests is 1948mah. Under the yellow wrapper I can just make out a part # IMREN2107ACS I'm guessing by the part # that these are ACTUALLY 2100mah batteries. imrbatteries said ALL SALES are FINAL and now I know why. I would give 10 stars if allowed for Osvaldo Flores and Antonio Ospina! Osvaldo helped me with a control panel issue several months ago. He was patient and very motivated to help. I have emailed him a few times since then with questions and he always responded and was helpful. Most recently, I called on Oswaldo again and he referred me to Antonio to help with my issue. I’m not very techy and it takes a lot of patience and detailed directions for me to be able to follow through. Antonio did not give up until the printer issue was resolved! Bought this as replacement battery for mobile phone. The standard battery is 2900 mAh the Losoncoer offers 3400mAh. Sadly it's a blatant Chinese marketing lie. It lasts less time than the one year old battery I was replacing. The capacity is nothing like 3400mAh. The manufacture cannot even spell battery correctly. "BUSINESS BATTER" Just don't buy and try and get an original you will get a better product.

I was very impressed to begin with - my battery was shipped within an hour of ordering and should have arrived the next day. Several days came and went and nothing - no delivery card through the door or anything. After nearly a week, I made contact and was told that the courier had tried to deliver on multiple occasions - yet I'd not had a delivery card or any evidence of their attempts. Enquiries were made with the courier and I eventually picked up my order from their depot, about 10 miles away. Upon collection, it turned out that the incorrect house number had been put on my order, despite it being correct on all of the order information. Sadly, this small but crucial error left me without a car for a lot longer than was necessary. It's a shame, as otherwise I'm sure I'd have been writing a glowing review about an excellent service.
