I followed their instructions and sent the items back and they promised to reimburse me, but after they received the items (in absolutely new, unopened condition) they refused to reimburse and wouldn't answer my correspondence. I called and asked for advice and was given very accurate information. We probably spoke for 20 minutes on 2 separate occasions, before I decided what I wanted. Once I ordered on their website, I received my order in 4 days, which was quicker than I expected. The items I ordered were perfect and exactly what I expected. Thank you!!!

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

A little disappointed. The fingerprint doesn't look like a fingerprint at all. The engraving on the back has a heart . I thought the heart would be red like it showed when I ordered it. It is not. I thought the birthstone would be a little bigger. Over all I would not have paid $400.00 if I had seen the finished product first.

What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair. Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. They claimed it would take 3-5 days for production time of my necklace but it actually took them 17 days so i wound up receiving my necklace about 6 days later than expected. Also they didn't reply to ANY of my emails and their customer service phone line was always 'too busy to take my call.' I will never order from here again. Very stressful and annoying.

So I ordered a book for my recent trip to Banff! The book just arrived and I LOVE IT! I used the online version of chatbook since I had so many images I wanted to edit first, but uploading the images was superrrr easy as well as moving them around to be in the order that I wanted! I struggled with choosing to order because all the images looked pixelated online when you could review pages, but I knew the image size/resolution was large enough! I couldn't find one review that said they had the same problem, but I'm happy to report all images were clear once printed! I chose the hardcover, 6x6 option and now it's the cutest little memory book on my coffee table! Very inexpensive even with adding on twice as many pages as what's available! 10/10 would recommend!

I've ordered several books from them and they have been great. I ordered Christmas card from them that are in postcard format. I wasn't sure I wanted to send those out without an envelope but then I saw they came with envelopes so I ordered them. I received the cards but they have no envelopes. I contacted the company and they told me that there was an error and they don't come with envelopes. False advertisement because the description clearly stated they came with "Free envelopes" The company offered no compensation for their mistake nor would they send the envelopes.

My Wal-Mart-bought suspenders work fine, but eventually the clips rip my jeans. Found your video online, and trigger snap suspenders sound like the answer to that problem! Site was easy to navigate, easy to register, and easy to order! Looking forward to my new suspenders! Update: Now that I have them, they work great, but they seem to twist in the back sometimes, due to the way the trigger piece spins on the end. Would an X-back eliminate that? Is that even available as a trigger snap? It might just be that I'm not used to the way Y-back feels on my back.

Beware anyone considering purchasing a Groupon from Scanmyphotos! I purchased the $29 deal for and sent them 500 of my most endeared photos. I was informed my Groupon was "expired" and invalid and now they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. I asked Groupon to intervene. Groupon was no help at all. I spent $25 on the groupon, $20 to ship the photos, then Scanmyphotos charged me another $20 to return the photos months later. I would not consider using this company again. I'm out $85. Don't buy into their Groupon. You may be sorry.

I was excited when Groupon offered a deal for photo scanning services. I had wanted to scan some of my film photos for some time, but was wary of sending it to out-of-the-USA photo scanning services recommended by friends. The fact that I could send my pictures to the same state made me feel better. I scanned most of the pictures that I want electronic files of, but if I happen to sift through my parents photo albums, I may use your service again. - Would you recommend our service to your friends and family members? Why or why not? I would recommend the service to people. Many of the photo scanning services used to be outside of the country, and that was scary for many of my friends. The pricing was confusing and isn't easily understandable from the website. I had to call and get clarification regarding some points. My only complaints are (1) the backlog and time for processing, and (2) when I received my return order, my pictures were returned in the order I sent them (as I requested), however, they were not packaged in a careful manner. Many of my pictures came back to me bent, which was disappointing. The saving grace for the bent photos is I now have them in digital form so I can reprint a new copy.

I sent in a bunch of mixed media for my Dad's retirement party and used the "Memory Box" option that cost around $300. I was able to get a bunch of film reels, videos and old slides done for a flat rate of what fit in the box, i saved a lot over the a la carte pricing options when I did the math. The order took a little over a month but that was shipping back and forth to New York, I think they had it for around 3 weeks or so. I got everything onto a hard drive I sent in and was able to edit everything together into a 10 minute movie I did for the party. Everyone loved it, the film was even 720p (I chose the higher option) and I have since copied all the family stuff for my siblings. Seems like my experience differed but most reviews on here have some sort of groupon issue which I am unfamiliar with, I thought the process was pretty straightforward and easy. I would recommend Scan Digital for ease of use and keeping my families materials safe.

In using Smilebox since March 2011, a paid premium subscriber, I loved the program. I had no issues over 8 years until July 2019, they changed the software, my password didn't work. I had 2 accounts, old program AND new program (for businesses)! I got that problem solved, I thought, but unable to send, kept ending at update membership page. Finally able to email but couldn't access contacts. Frustrating!! After months I finally gave up! Cancelled my membership, told I'll have access until March. I can't use it so what good is that! Will see come March!

This company is false advertising. It has two boxes you can pick from $5.00 and $9.99. It is unclear that once you select the $5.00 box your card will be charge $59.99 yearly. I thought my card will be charge $5.00. The company don't have phone number you can called, you can only email them.

When I first began using Kizoa several years ago it was quite functional. Not completely user friendly, but it was possible to learn your way around and create a fairly nice movie/slide show. But recently it's function has declined markedly, stopping my projects midstream after a great deal of effort, with no support from Kizoa. Constantly unable to upload critical photos and collages after putting in a great deal of work. Very, very frustrating. If you are looking for a dependable media production application I can no longer recommend Kizoa. Definitely look elsewhere because this one has become a dead end.

I paid for Kizoa last year & created an amazing video for Fathers Day. I was so impressed I chose to purchase one of the upgrades and it was supposed to be for 12 months. A few months later I was denied access to my account which kept telling me my subscription had expired. Not happy!!

I was very pleased with the customer service at Gearcor. Part of my order had to come from the manufacturer which the site had indicated. After placing my order I received an email to inform me that as soon as the portion of my order arrived from the manufacturer they would send out my complete order. Once my order was shipped I had it the next day, awesome! I would definitely purchase from Gearcor again.

Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

We are so happy that I booked Living Dolls Makeup Artistry to do my big day hair. She was so easy to get along with and was extremely patient in doing my trials and was willing to test various hair styles. On your day of the wedding, Living Dolls Make up Artistry showed up to my house early to produce with her assistant (who has been as well great! ) and they got right to work as there were 10 of us getting our hair done which morning. They were so efficient because of their time and everyone looked lovely! My hair looked even much more beautiful than I pictured and yes it held up great throughout the full day. I think that the Spanish learning program is very good at Spanish Uruguay Spanish School. Only 5 weeks with the guys from Spanish Uruguay Spanish School and I can now describe people, cities, myself, I can count and speak about my family, even had a conversation in Spanish with my grandma with is from Madrid and she was very impressed by my progress. I think that I made the right choice when I choose to learn Spanish with them, I like the Program C very much, and I will continue to study Spanish with them even when I’ll get home.

Students use this site to find a tutor.There is no fee for them (they will pay directly to the tutor they picked). Regarding tutors: no registration fee, no fee for advertising, they pay just 3-5 dollars for a tutoring job. So, It should be clear to people that what you are saying is a LIE!!
