I first contacted Gas Smart a year ago to discuss a mains connection to a house I was in the process of purchasing. They have been helpful and patient at every stage of the process, adapting to the rather slow timetable that I was having to adhere to thanks to planning constraints holding back site clearance work which was necessary to give access to the property. The work to make the connection went very smoothly.

Had to call customer service a couple of times on the same day - both times were really excellent and efficient, on one occasion helping resolve an issue that actually wasn't their responsibility. Obviously only two instances but in each case they couldn't have been more helpful! Online portal is very good also allowing date downloads etc for managing purposes.

I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.

I have ordered harnesses twice in a month and both times I received the harnesses very quickly (3-4 Days). My order was short 1 harness on the first order and customer service took care of it immediately and I received the harness in 2 days!

Was told my change over date was the 20th March. At this time you already new you were pulling out of the UK. I now am being transfered to EDF energy, a company I have had my supply with before and did not want to choose again. Now I am tied in for 2yrs unless I pay to come out. I should habe been told about this before I completed the change over!

Not happy with company not notifying me prior to selling out to EDF energy (who I have just left after not being happy with), only after being with I supply for just 2 month's made a complaint 2 weeks ago and was told someone would give me a call still waiting??? Want to terminate my contract without penalty and pick my own provider not be forced back to one I don't want!!!

Unbelievable service, ordered new pump as needed a new one ASAP, was given equivalent model (price a lot less than the original) arrived within 36 hours. Phoned to check order given info on the order and delivery. Even in these unusual times service was first rate. If i ever need a part or equipment replacing these are first on my list. booked a medium pick up, £180 plus a tv and a mattress. The crew arrived and were a sub contractor. Said it wasn’t 4 yards. It was supposed to be 4 cubic yards but they seemed to be measuring for 4 yards of length and not height or depth. There is no way to absolutely agree what size the load is. They refused to take over half. I asked for a quote for the rest. They phoned the office after taking photos and the office said it was £350 on top of what we had already paid! This is the price for an xxlarge pick up on its own without having paid for the medium. Wasn’t willing to pay so had to send them away with half of what we had. My husband had to hire a van at £80 and move the rest, taking time and money we didn’t have. Were moving House 2 days later so had to get rid of junk ASAP. I called the head office to complain. The lady had photos of my garden and seemed shocked that they had left it and agreed that I should only have paid the difference between the medium and large. She couldn’t get anyone out to me that day but promised for Monday and to call me first thing on Monday. That was 5 days ago and unsurprisingly no contact at all. Absolute disgrace.

Booked for double mattress to be collected on 20th May and waited in all day,but no one came without any explanation as to why. After several emails over the course of a month, another slot was booked for 19th June. Again, no one came to collect but an email later on in the afternoon was sent to explain they couldn't make it having waited in for most of the day. Won't be using this company again I'm afraid.

Bought a Zanussi cooker on Sunday 29th March 2020 (during Covid 19 crisis) It was fully installed and wired up within 24hours. Their team were courteous and explained the functions of the cooker. The cooker is brilliant and works fantastically well. Bloody amazing service if you ask me.

Ordered a new desktop PC 2 days ago to arrive by midday today. Recieved an email to confirm the order had been received, and over £1000 was taken from my bank account. Didn't hear anything more so went to track it today and it said the order had been cancelled. Apparently this was because they now wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers license or bank statement as proof of address. They refunded the money yesterday but yet to see it returned to my account. They never tried to call or email to get proof of address, they never said I'd need it in the first place, they were happy to take my money, and they cancelled it without ever trying to get in touch and procure the documentation that they never said I'd need to show them. I was heartbroken, was so excited last night I couldn't sleep and now I'm gutted and down £1000 for nothing. I have emailed their customer service and received no reply to my questions. Do not trust or shop at AO, I certainly wont be again.

We purchased grass in June and After the grass was laid the back 1/4 of the yard was damaged( looked totally smashed down and a different color) . The company told us the grass would eventually perk up as that was not unusual. They came back out a couple of times and tried resanding it and raking it to no avail. We asked from the get go to have it replaced but they told us it would spring back. After 3 months of arguing they contacted the warranty company and finally replaced the entire yard of grass. We were very happy to have our problems solved. I would not buy artificial grass again as it is too hot for people and dogs to walk on in the summertime ????

Grass only lasted three years because of untreated batch that went to several of their customers. The manufacturer replaced the grass but it was an inferior product. Artificial Grass wanted to charge more for labor than the original installation. I did it myself in the end with less patching than the original install.

My family and I spent the last week of July 2017 in the lovely neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona. We live in the U.S.A. Booking with Be Mate was pretty easy and I received great support from Mara, via email, before I made up my mind. Be Mate partnered with My Space Barcelona for this transaction. My Space Barcelona provided the accommodation. The apartment was clean and very functional. Unfortunately, My Space Barcelona's service was sub par, especially regarding: 1) transportation from their office to the apartment (they required us to stop by their office first); 2) issuing an invoice after our stay; 3) refunding the deposit in a timely manner. Luckily, Be Mate came to the rescue and sort out everything. Javier and his team really save the day! All in all, we had a wonderful stay despite travelling with 3 toddlers age 5-month to 2 years old. I am looking forward to book again through Be Mate.

Three weeks ago I went on my own to Malaga so I decided to use the help of Be Mate. It was fantastic choice! They looked after me from the moment I booked my apartment to the end of my stay. Noémi the Be Mate representative was just amazing made me feel very welcome, gave me all the information I needed. Everything went according to plan. I was very happy with my choice!

I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Thank you and thank you Keiv for your hard work!

Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

Leanda has done my spray tans for the past few months now and she is fab!! I have psoriasis which I’m pretty conscious of and I feel so comfortable which isn’t always the case... there’s been times when my house is crazy with my baby boy and the dog jumping about and she helps to make things easier! Also the two hour tans a great for me as it’s quick and easy! Would completely recommend xx

I received my order in good time,materials were 1st class as expected.However I did think 4 bulk bags were actually what would be required,silly old me,listened to my partner,concerned about our bank balance,suggested we just order 3 bulk bags.I did scroll the internet to see if there was a company closer to my home in Lanark to compare prices,perhaps cost for one bag might be less than your £192.32/bag?I did find Gravel Master who would supply the same material incl del and VAT for £177.I have not ordered the material until I check my bank account LOL.I am retired you know,its a lot of cash for me.

Bought items at cost. Later had a call to say item was out of stock. Was offered slightly cheaper item and received a refund. Was happy with item when it arrived so called back a few days later to order more and was charged around £10 more for exact same product. Was told they would not honour the original price even though I was a repeat customer. I decided to go with Lamp Shop Online, even though they charged me slightly more, I was happier because the custom was better. Also the product was slightly better quality when arrived.

I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. I would encourage anyone wishing to change their career to take the plunge. If you put in the hard work and study along with the excellent service from the team you will definitely succeed!

I used Oxi fresh for the first time yesterday I could not be more pleased. Charlie was efficient and through. All the carpets including stairway, landings, closets look great, feel great and smell Fresh. He also cleaned large chair cushions which look brand new. This has been a vacation home and seasonal rental so had a lot of use. Oxi Fresh is environmentally friendly. Uses little water and dries Quickly! Great for allergies,.

Scheduling was easy, verified my appointment, sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing my job, verified the morning of my appointment, had an earlier opening that worked better for my scheduled, showed up when they said they would. Zach was very professional and polite. He also was the person they sent a picture of- not all companies do this - and he did an excellent job. My carpet looks brand new. Am so glad I chose this company and would recommend to anyone looking for a great company that provides top-notch customer service. Thanks Zach and the Oxi-fresh team.

Ordered the item on 04/30, the website says that it would ship in 24 hours. As of 5/4, it had not shipped. When we called, they just said theyd have the manager go yell at the warehouse guys. That doesn't really help as we needed to install this weekend. Hopefully, re-ordering will actuall y ge the item shipped promplty this time (I need tracking info so I know when to open the gate on the driveway)

We're a small museum that has a portable air conditioner on the second floor of our historic home (house where Thomas Edison was born). We needed replacements for the intake and exhaust hoses. It took me quite a while to find what we needed. At the end, did consult with rep by phone. Ducting for our use is much more expensive than anticipated; for our budget and the total price we paid for the portable air conditioner.

1. The customer should know the total cost before placing the order including tax, shipping etc., . The shipping charges should be listed first so that customers would be able to decide to purchase or not. Your product prize is very reasonable but not the shipping prizes. 2. I am very happy with the service that I received. After placing the order I realised that there was a different length of cable available that I wanted instead of what I ordered. So I emailed to change the order and it was changed quickly and the amount charged to my credit card was correct to the new order. I received the order the next day so very happy with the prompt service received.

When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

Hi Your website is pretty clunky and some of the featured things I wanted were not in stock - like other Camelbak bottles and short dated Clif Bars. Because of my lowish ratings, I was promised a follow-up phone call that didn't happen. After ordering product colours that I did not really want, I was then emailed to say those colours were not available and would I accept some other colours. I ordered on the 12th but my order was not actioned until late on the 14th but I got the impression it would be quicker than this. On a positive not, my order was all correct and well packaged.

When ordering I didn't realise the the bottles had small screw lids as previously I had bottles with large screw lids and had given them away to daughter raving about how good they were . I said Id buy some more. I decided to keep them though

This is an excellent site for learning french. I've tried language exchanges but they never work because nobody will practice with you. This company is worth the membership fee. It isn't expensive and It's a lot of fun. I've put my french to practice with native speakers and I have no problems speaking the language.

Absolutely appalling customer service, will never be using this company again. 1 month and no order sent/received. Gave me a tracking number once I made a dispute with my bank and never sent the parcel. 3 weeks in a row I was told it would be with me in 1 to 3 days. They also entered the wrong shipping address on the Australia post label of the parcel that has not been sent!! My bank refunded me the money I paid to Celsius beauty. Worse experience ever, constant automated replies to my emails stopped answering my calls even when I left messages on the answering machine.

I purchased two handwash items on 9 November. By 17 November I had not received any tracking details. When I asked what was happening, Celcius said the products were "due" by 24 November, taking into account the maximum shipping estimate (though, my estimate was 22 November). Celcius did not actually ship the products until 22 November, despite the website saying it takes “1-4 Handling days” to ship. Thanks to AusPost being so quick, I got the items on 23 November. No explanation was given about why there was such a long delay in shipping my purchase. Just that all times are estimates. I did not receive a response to my initial email to Celcius until after I logged an issue through PayPal. I then managed everything through PayPal. Overall, the level of service was disappointing, and the explanations were lacking. My recommendation is to avoid this website.

I ordered a car from them and everything was confirmed, but when it came time to pick it up I was told that such a vehicle is not available since it is on service. However slightly different is available. One small question: If you are a professional and provide a good service, you should know that the machine will not be available at the time? Do not waste your time, you will receive an offer with a much different car elsewhere with some strange explanations. This is the type of business: post good offers on the website to attract customers, but when you pay, it suddenly turns out that there is no such offer. Instead of this car, they trying to offer your "Something else". It's not that I expect from a good company. It’s not a professional service. Drover trying to explain me their cooperation with their partners, but those partners were chosen by Drover not me. I paid to Drover service directly not for partners. So their explanation not acceptable. Drover fault is clear. I learned the result of working with this company: a headache, a big loss of time for calls and explanations to each member of the team of my situation, again and again listening to funny explanations and offers of cars that are not suitable for my job. Finally, I have the work with the client was lost, I lost good money. Profit is zero. Waiting for a refund of 3-4 working days. Do not waste your time and money, go to another, more professional and reliable company and you'll save your time and money.

Very poor customer service. Made 3 separate orders, not one of them was correct. Items missing in 1st order. Black Flue pipes sent instead of Stainless in 2nd order. Wrong flashing sent in 3rd order. Waited for a week for wrong items to be collected, then 2 weeks for them to refund items. Nobody rings you back. Would never use this Company again. Hopeless. Find another Flue Supplier would be my advice.

Ordered flue for 2 jobs On Friday and was told could be Monday but would be Tuesday which was fine as I had expressed I needed the items by Tuesday .Then on Wednesday when nothing had arrived I phoned and email until finally got hold of somebody to be told only half my order was coming and the rest might come the next day .They never bother to contact me to let me know so I then could have made other arrangements, instead just waffled on about it be someone else’s fault. Rubbish service will never use again

I have been with them from last three months. They don’t have good management staff and after doing three shifts in a week I only paid for only one shift. I have sent them heaps of emails regarding my pay but my problems are not solved and atlast I have to ended up with a decision that I have to quit this job :(
