I am the Keyboardist and DJ for the legendary pioneers of Hip Hop, The Sugarhill Gang. I also have Erbs Palsy with only the use of one-hand and was in search for a keyboard that would adjust to my "touch" and feel". I got the ROLI Seaboard Block and Lightpad and was blown away, however I needed to apply "pitch-bend" to my "after-touch" "pressure". I contacted Elizabeth from your Brooklyn, NY office, who moved immediately and sent me the parameters to tweak which enabled to do what I also wanted to do with a keyboard. Elizabeth also put me in touch with Brian Bonz, Artist Relations, also from your Brooklyn office, who has helped me tremendously prepare for my up-coming Singapore Tour with tips and solutions. I had the pleasure of visiting your Brooklyn office to meet with Brian and staff to discuss upgrades and thank them for their excellent service. The absolute best in customer service....I love ROLI

RexArt is the only place I found to carry Richeson hardboard in the sizes I wanted, as well as in bulk packs. Customer service was prompt in contacting me on the first business day after I placed my order on a Saturday regarding additional shipping cost due to the weight of the order. I had no problem approving the understandable cost and received my order within a week. I've already been looking at making additional orders from RexArt for my board orders.

The actual ordering and price match is fantastic. I enquired asking for their returns policy and received an incredibly hostile response. Including the advisor saying over the phone if people buy what they want and return as per their convenience this would put us out of business'. I'm afraid that's not how consumer rights works and equally not how a simple question regarding returns policy needs to be addressed. Bear in mind I did not expect them to even cover for returns cost merely asked what the policy was as it was not clear on their website.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

John adapted our chosen logo for a Yacht Charter business in the UK. The price was good. John talked to me on several occasions to check at each stage the process and concept designs matched our criteria. We have some ideas for the future and may contact him again. What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair. Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. But I wanted something more special that we could actually place in our home. After months of searching for the right people to do it, Paintyourlife.com was selected. I received them yesterday and was really excited as I was lifting the lid on the box...the images were so beautiful printed on glass! My daughter received her picture and loved it. She just sat there looking at it and cried. She said she has her babies (babies at the age of 22 yrs & 18 yrs now) back with her. On my most recent one in July I miss placed the DVD that they made for me, it was a Collection of 13 8MM 50 foot movie my Dad took 50 or MORE years ago. Beware anyone considering purchasing a Groupon from Scanmyphotos! I purchased the $29 deal for and sent them 500 of my most endeared photos. I was informed my Groupon was "expired" and invalid and now they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. I asked Groupon to intervene. Groupon was no help at all. I spent $25 on the groupon, $20 to ship the photos, then Scanmyphotos charged me another $20 to return the photos months later. I would not consider using this company again. I'm out $85. Don't buy into their Groupon. You may be sorry.

When I first began using Kizoa several years ago it was quite functional. Not completely user friendly, but it was possible to learn your way around and create a fairly nice movie/slide show. But recently it's function has declined markedly, stopping my projects midstream after a great deal of effort, with no support from Kizoa. Constantly unable to upload critical photos and collages after putting in a great deal of work. Very, very frustrating. If you are looking for a dependable media production application I can no longer recommend Kizoa. Definitely look elsewhere because this one has become a dead end.

I paid for Kizoa last year & created an amazing video for Fathers Day. I was so impressed I chose to purchase one of the upgrades and it was supposed to be for 12 months. A few months later I was denied access to my account which kept telling me my subscription had expired. Not happy!!

This site would have to be my most valuable find in terms of information that i need on a weekly basis and at the same time the strangest by nature. It's much like EOSHD.com and Phillip Bloom.com. personal-view.com/ for me is the mother ship the other 2 are wings left and right interesting way of putting it i know. So have a read or dabble you might like or you may not. My apologies for the short review, the less i rant the quicker you can be reading about why the Lumix GH2 is the official Canon 5D killer. If you are looking for a compact camera for indoor photos, especially indoor portraits of babies/kids, the Sigma DP2 is perfect as it has a 35mm f2.8 fixed focal length lens which is a fast enough prime for artistic shots of family members. For more landscape type photos the DP1 is a better choice as it is a wider focal length and f4. Both blow away pretty much any other compact camera on the market right now. The sensor in this compact camera rivals that of pro level DSLRs, so the noise level is very low. Can't recommend this line of cameras enough.

I would say this camera is good for DSLR users who want a compact when they don't want their "real" camera. This camera is too complicated for the average point and shoot user.

This site is run out of India and has fraudulent business practices. They do not allow you to cancel your account without a direct conversation via email with the founders. These guys have no clue this is completely illegal in several states in the United States. The "UNLIMITED" plan is NOT unlimited. They quickly throttle you to 2000-2500 icons and then claim that the FAQ and Terms and Conditions explain that UNLIMITED actually is not really possible because well....you agreed to their 3rd world terms and conditions. Sorry.. for those of us in 1st world countries we don't adhere to your 3rd world terms, conditions, lifestyle or poorly executed website. WARNING - this site will not deliver the advertised "UNLIMITED" icons and it is very difficult to cancel your membership plan. STAY AWAY!

The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked. The Alumni Center at ISU introduced me to the concept which I had never heard about before. The strength of their endorsement reassured me that my personal exploration with equipment would be justified, eager as I am to increase hearing beyond excellent and expensive aids. These devices aren't perfect because all conditions and voices vary so, but there is enough improvement and always the hope for more that I am satisfied that I have improved my chances for increased hearing as much as I, with Williams Sound help, find possible at present. apparently this is a refurbished item, maybe I missed this info during ordering process or maybe this info was not clear either I had very little info on the delivery and had to go to my property management to find out something was delivered to me on Feb 28 As I had to be away for a week, I just set up the computer and went thru initial using the account: the unit is abnormally noisy ( fan and hard drive) and I can see 2 large spots on the screen (1mm diameter) that do not turn black I will have to contact the vendor as soon as back in town Long story short: Very disappointing experience so far, hope the vendor will be able to fix that without too much hassle on us

I purchased an LCD from them that would not power on. I contacted them immediately for a return. They provided a shipping label and when I returned it, said it was out of the return period by the time they received it so they would not warranty it, despite my getting a no working display from them. I emailed them to ask for assistance and they ignored my correspondence after that. I will not purchase from this company again. Beware!!!

I have to say they were very nice, in reaching out to me in this way and then they did in fact live up to the return policy I initially read. They stood by the product and processed my return. I received the HP docking station for my HP EliteBook and it is defective. It does not power up and power stays on. I contacted HP and they told me that the manufacturer's warranty expired March 17, 2015 but I have coverage though your company. I am going to return this docking station for a full credit.

Some issues with the check out process not working properly on firefox and having to click on different buttons that would naturally seem like I should be clicking on. Basically your site wouldn't let me check out, but I found a work around and it worked out in the end. Shipping was fairly fast, but my shipment contained 1 out of 6 RAM chips that is the wrong chip. The transaction went smoothly and the item was packed securely. Upon arrival, it booted properly, allowing me to update the firmware before installing a new set of drives and doing a factory reset. As calculated, there were no interruptions during the 36 hour rebuild, and now it's going through a "baking in" period for a week before going online for its intended use.

I earlier had sent my computer to another dealer and they charged me $85 for just evaluating to see if any data could be recovered which they weren't able to. The team was able to get done what I was looking for. They over looked some items and didn't optimize the best way for SEO. Their "office hours" are odd times, which made it more difficult to communicate with them because there was only a small window of real-time interaction for project feedback. For the next project, I'll be looking somewhere else because of the office hours time availability.

Awesome FREE e-learning site, run by a non-profit organization to teach basic computer and internet skills, MS office 2007, math, and other basic everyday skills such as learning how to go shopping or handle things in the kitchen. The style is casual and welcoming and there are more than 200 video courses here. Although this training in life skills is basic, there's no patronization and no penalties if you want to take it slowly. Topics are as varied as how to set yourself up with a Facebook page or use FireFox, through how to collect a prescription or operate a vending machine, to writing a job application. In other words, all areas in which literacy may be required to cope with everyday life and more than just cope, but make life easier and more pleasurable for you. Flash is used throughout in a highly interactive way, and courses are just sufficiently difficult as to make you think, rather than just delivering information you could be reading from a book. The course in learning to read a bus map, for example, is very simple but still involves you in having to click and drag things and make decisions based on what you see and what the instructor on the audio track is telling you. Once you've planned your route, the scene switches to a first-person view and you have to walk up that street to the bus stop itself. It's all beautifully drawn and colored in a hand-made style that is very easy on the eye. Some of the courses here are accredited, so you may earn credits from completing them, and you'll get a certificate when you complete them too. If you or someone you know need a higher standard of literacy and life skills than you have, in order to get a job or simply make your way through everyday adult life, this is an outstanding resource.
