Order Placed - Apr 1 Expected Delivery date - May 11 No intimation when order didn't arrive, emailed Dell - they pushed delivery date to June 1st. Again no intimation, order didn't arrive, emailed Dell again - got an email saying we can offer 5% discount but no new delivery date. Called Dell on June 11th - Dell still couldn't confirm on any new delivery date. Finally cancelled the order after such a long wait.

I ordered The Dell INSPIRON 3580 laptop on April 12 and it took three weeks to receive it. I bought this as a gift for my brother and his wife. After receiving it and having one of the Dell techs talk over the phone and do a remote they agreed to ship out another one. The problems continued. It was slow and often freezing up and there were several calls to Dell and more remotes into the laptop amd several reinstalls and it is still not anywhere near the potential a new laptop should have. Also, he was told that the 30 day Dell tech service was over on June 4th and it would cost $100.00 for every call now. So I purchased a Dell lemon and am extremely disappointed as I have bought others laptops and desktops from Dell but I will not own another nor recommend to anyone. I will purchase from Walmart or Costco from now on. I am positive that even a refurbished laptop would be better than the Dell INSPIRON 3580 I will check with my credit card company and PayPal and see if there is any recourse. To say the least I should be able to ship it back and get a full refund. I will be posting this same review on any website that reviews laptops for people to stay away from Dell.

Had to put together a new computer, a proper workhorse and gaming rig, to keep up with all the things I throw at it. Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. They listened to all my requests and demands, and made sure to fulfill this order perfectly. This, and the many times I talked to them before, about new orders or the occassional issue, such as broken hardware, and the great service they always offered, has shown me what a great company this is!

After requiring support to log on to app, it briefly worked. Then first time it was used the lock connects with my Iphone, and when the app “unlock” is pressed it says the lock is unlocking (but the lock remains locked). When fingerprint is tried, the light turns from white to green (briefly) then goes out. Lock doesn’t open. When morse code is tried it shuts off before the “10” digits are entered. 4 emails to support without response over the past month is unsatisfactory! I'll need to cut the lock or my favorite gym bag if it wont open.

Failed after a rain and if you look on website warranty does not cover water damage why say it’s waterproof when it’s not and on top of that they won’t warranty water damage I bought 4 of these for outside use cause they say waterproof and ok for outside use

I wasn't able to change delivery address or pick the mobile phone up from the depot, so had to take day off work... Emailed your company and got no reply.. Also it wasn't made clear on your site that the p40 plus can't get Google and app sore on it... I've just had another look at your add and I can't see anything warning customers of the no Google and app store!!! Basically you are now calling me a liar hahaha I think EE should get rid of your company for false and bad advertisement... Go on buy mobiles.net and see for yourself... Ordered their "Web Power Switch III" on 6/17/11. Had a FedEx tracking# in my hand that evening. Had the box in my hand a week later. It's hooked-up and working at this instant; very well made, with a longer-than-expected power cord (always a plus). The LEDs are brighter than I would prefer, and I wish the unit had an internal clock for logging, but nothing's perfect. Prior to ordering, I'd asked a few technical questions via email. I always received a response. Overall, very satisfied.

I bought the Mil-4000n, this is a great machine very easy plug & play, features are exactly what is needed for our small office, problem is the hard drives go out like clock work every 2 years at a replacement cost of 350.00 this gets a little pricey not to mention the loss of your data. DLI loggers customer service is the worst I guess since I'm not a government contactor I don’t matter to them. They made a good machine but the reliability and their service is not worth it.

On the 21st of April 2020 I ordered KENWOOD - KSBSX17 American-Style Fridge Freezer, on watching curries online videos for delivery inform me that this fridge freezer would be delivered to the room of my choice this was the main reason I ordered. everything was going well delivery day coming ring at the door and that’s where it was left dumped outside the front door delivery driver refusing to coming in even though I was informed by curries it will be delivered to the room and my choice. I contacted resolver on the 26th April 2020 and so far Curry’s as not replayed.

We worked with this Xicom and paid them tens of thousands of dollars. Suddenly in November 2014 they stopped keeping their promises on development. We continued to pay for services that were not being delivered, so we eventually cut them off. Our project is now a full year behind. Note that they request you give them 5 star rating on Upwork/Elance feedback, so don't trust the reviews there. Hard to find in USA other than UK for a good price. I think even your price is to high for this item on sale. Wish it had no pillow, seat pushes one forward as you rise. I turned it around. Have back pillow under legs. Otherwise will have to like it if I want a bath versus a shower.

As a teacher, I love seeing all of the 1-star reviews by so-called parents, when it's abundantly clear that adolescents are taking a turn a review writing. I'm writing this review not only to offset the kids' reviews, but because this app has been possibly the most important one we've ever downloaded. Screentime has been invaluable for our family, especially on our Android devices. We set the amount of hours/day based on our son successfully addressing his responsibilities (school, chores), and give him the freedom to do what he wants with his time. But when his time is up, it's up. There are no negotiations, no arguments. Occasionally, he'll ask for something to do that might earn him extra time, and that's always considered. It should be noted that on Apple devices, however, this app (or any other) is not nearly as efficient as on Android, which is entirely driven by Apple refusing to allow one app to control another (individually). Apple knows that your kids want iPhones because it is very hard/impossible to monitor them or control the amount of time that they are on their iPhones. Apple does not have a business interest in allowing Screentime to perform well on Apple devices. But on Android, this app shines. If you're a parent hoarse from the last shouting match you had with your child about the unfairness of having only 8 hours a day on gaming sites, then do yourself a favor and try Screentime for Android.

We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing!!! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!

I ordered an ice maker for my fridge to replace one that had a minor leak. The one I received never worked. I filed a warranty claim, and they never responded. I contacted customer service via chat and email five times, they were apologetic, but couldn’t get “the guy who approves that stuff” to respond. I finally opened a claim with PayPal, who settled in my favor after reviewing the documentation.

Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. They need to get their stuff together.

I switched to metro pcs about 4 and a half years ago. I decided to switch when I was trying to lower my monthly bills, due to becoming pregnant. Constant dropped calls to the point where I am scared to make an important phone call. Dropped calls during emergencies. I pay for (4G), that NEVER works. Service is rediculous. At least a hundred hours of my life wasted, to them point of crying with frustration's. Prior to metro Pcs. I used T-mobile for ten years and then At&t for five. Do not waste your money to pay for Metro-Pcs, unless you'd like your phone to show a NO SERVICE in that upper left hand corner permanently. I Never write reviews. I felt I need to. It's sad that people who are trying to minimize bills and HAVE to use a lower priced carrier can not even guarantee I can dial 911 in an emergency. This was not due to towers not being in range. Etc. etc. etc. different states, different times..... phone calls. So many phone calls to customer service with no accurate recording on metro Pcs to my account so every phone call to customer service took an extra thirty minutes to even get to someone "helping" me. The absolute waste of people's money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was hoping to find a decent vendor for a reliable replacement battery for my iPhone. I thought I'd found it with iCracked. But the battery they sent is two years old. As everyone should know, especially iCracked, the chemistry of these batteries degrades with age - whether they are used or not. (Google lithium ion polymer age.) I contacted them via chat and mentioned it, and the response was "Alright, is there a problem." Ummm ... that is the problem. So, old batteries and untrained support staff ... not what I'm looking for. Quick shipping and pretty boxes, though.

Fred " Although obviously bot-generated, that "casual" and even "friendly" email, made me believe that I can trust that company. WRONG!!!! My screen was cracked, so i wanted it to be fixed as soon as possible. I responded on that e-mail. Than waited. Than tried to write againg, And tried to wait a bit more. Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I bought a Smartphone VKWORLD T5 Android 5.1 from Hongkongeek 4 months ago and it arrived on time, looks great and works well. I dropped it a couple of days ago and it's continued to work well, which is what prompted me to write this review. Unlock River did exactly what they said they were gonna do, in a timely fashion. It only took 5 days for them to unlock my IPhone. It's also great they have 24-hour support, so you can email them at any time of day and they'll respond quickly. Great Service. Highly recommendable.

I have been dealing with Gamingevlolved for a few years now and have always received my rented servers from them within a matter of hours, fully set-up, customized and tweaked as i requested it. I have phoned the owner at 2 in the morning requesting a new server and he got out of bed and started my request. This level of service you will not find anywhere else. We have used geekbot for 6 months or more and it's very helpful. Everything is customizable, the support is very fast and, besides that, it generates reports about the teams and the tasks that are in progress. I recommend it!

I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

I have been employed @ iStorage for nearly 5 years, my longest ever permanent role and a testament to how highly i regard this company. I have made some good friends working here and have also managed to be part of something special. There are not many companies out there bringing products to the market that are so ground breaking within their niche and I'm proud to have been part of that journey. And there is so much more in the pipeline, it's truly amazing to see these ideas come into fruition in the form of physical products. I've not experienced this before! It's a very welcoming environment at iStorage and teamwork is key. I have faith and know I can rely on my colleagues support if required and they can rely on me. I am expected to work hard, much the same as any other workplace but I can say it makes it a damn sight easier when you buy into the dream. Overall as you can probably tell, I really enjoy working here.

I was introduced to Lansweeper two years ago. Since then, Lansweeper has been a primary tool in my arsenal. I can't think of a feature that the program provides that we haven't used yet. We use this currently to manage more than 20k systems in several different countries and continually find new ways to use the system. Highly recommended.

Jordan upgraded my old Toshiba with a SSD instead of hard drive and a new version of Windows 10 and Office 2019. Now it runs quicker than a new one. Since then he has upgraded my wife's and her daughter's laptops with great results. He fixed a number of issues with the laptops in the price. Great quick service.

I've worked with them for over 1 year. The apps worked great and had little to no problems with the Play store requirements. If you don't know, from time to time Google makes new requirements for apps like new API levels, 64-bit versions, new icons, etc. Andromo has always been on point, unlike other app builders that I have used and continue to have issues like exposed API keys and security notifications, Andromo has never had these type issues and best of all it is much much cheaper. You can build as many apps as you can with the yearly plan. Innovation wise, I've never seen other app builders bring so many improvements in such a short amount of time: push notifications, Andromo ads (in case you can't use AdMob or the revenue drops) and new features have been recently announced on their blog like app preview, pre-made themes, and progressive web apps. I'm really excited about what's to come for Andromo because the app builder was already stable and efficient. If you would like to create an app without any coding, Andromo is the best place to start. I wish i found them first.

I wanted a custom laptop - first of all, because I had some spare parts from a previous laptop and second, because it is easier to customize a machine before buying it then searching for something that can be customized later on. I was struggling to decide between three models, so I asked a bunch of questions to help the decision. I always had valuable information from support, so finally I bought the machine. Later I had some problems installing Win10 on it (it could not find some drivers during installation...), I contacted support again, got my answers, everything works fine.

I am yet to receive a satisfactory reply as to why this happens. They have form in being con artists so it wouldn't surprise me to find out this is an organised scam rather than an honest mistake.
