Unless you are willing to chase for delivery you could be left waiting a long while. Also had to chase about returning due to all 3 glass shades being chipped... sent pictures and followed up time after time after time... nothing.. didn’t return calls or answer emails. Credit card company couldn’t help due to individual prices being less than the minimum... so unless your good are perfect when they arrive stay well clear.

This company sells lights that they don't have in stock and take your payment but keep you waiting with no delivery time scales at all. They also dont refund when lights are delivered damaged. I have had to open a paypal dispute to try and claim my money back for a damaged light after purchasing 5 lights from them. Customer service is shocking. They have now had my return since the 16th and have still not refunded me the £114 and havent responded to paypal. Avoid buying from this company

They provide consistently high quality meat, fish, cheese and other produce at competitive prices, with excellent customer service, chilled packaging and prompt delivery. It is like having an old-fashioned butcher's shop, but online. It reminds me of the fresh meat my parents used to source; wonderful flavour, beautifully butchered and from top quality beasts. The cured meats are where they earned their early reputation, but they also source from quality outside suppliers, like Robsons of Craster, who supply them with pairs of the country's best kippers, and from artisan cheese makers..

Whenever I go shopping in Boyes it brings a smile to my face. Being a shopaholic I often spend, spend, spend. There is a great selection of products to choose from. There's something for everyone both young and old. In this shop I can easily lose myself because there's so much to see. I often go into this shop because I find it therapeutic as I suffer from Bipolar disorder which is good in a way because my favourite hobby is to spend, spend, spend. In my books, Boyes is no 1.

went to boyes whitefriagate hull to be followed by a security guard im not a thief and he made me feel uncomfortable this security does not need to be there if hes like that just because you dont wear shirt and tie your classed as a theif remember the posh can be theifs not ordinary people just because you work and have bit of power it goes to your head you made me feel i dont want to shop there again im 56 and not got a criminal record you made me feel i had inwhich its wrong to make a customer feel that way considering i spent £35 in store if you want will bring receipt in to show you im no alcholic no druggie thanks

Terrible customer service, shipping takes a week, and difficult to report problems with an order. Over the past year at least half of the orders I received were missing items. It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone and even if you leave a voicemail they do not call back. It has taken days to get in contact with an actual person. They have an online live chat but have never been able to communicate through that feature. If you're lucky enough to get a person to answer the phone they don't have knowledge about your order, will disagree with you if you say items were missing, and tell you to file a complaint (which you may not ever get a response to). They recently started putting on the boxes a list of items that are supposed to be packed into the box however they don't follow that list when packing. Making it even worse when a box gets damaged and sent back during delivery because on their records the box that needs replacing may contain items you already got or you just never get the items that were missing. Took days to get someone on the phone to fix the problem, would not speed up shipping. Makes it very difficult to run a business when you can't depend on a supplier and ends up costing us when we do not have product to serve due to their disorganization and lack of customer service

Very poor customer service!! I run a coffee shop and they sent me the wrong lid, I am out in the mean time and they will not make it right and send the right ones expedited!! They are requiring me to purchase the wrong ones in order to put in a request to ship the correct ones. And they only offered a 20% discount on the wrong ones. So now I will likely have to close down until the new ones get here because they are made specifically for high temp beverages like Americanos.

I have tried to like Frankie and Bennys but I just can’t take to it at all! I find the food is quite rubbish to be honest, maybe a 6/10. I have been 4-5 times and never been overly happy with my food. The staff are nice and friendly, they have good music playing and it’s a nice atmosphere. However the food is just not up to scratch. Far too expensive for what you end up with.

Weston super mare, I went here yesterday with my girlfriend. The girl who served us couldn’t do enough for us as we made her aware that my girlfriend had a serious peanut allergy she came over with the iPad to show us what we can and cannot have food wise. The food came out fairly quick and the food was lovely as well as the service. Thank you. Jazz was our waitress too. ??

I received Back Yard Ocean's 8' x 26" Float to Fill Ring Pool this summer. It is a smaller-sized pool, which is perfect for my preschool-aged kids. The product itself was very well-packaged, and delivered quickly.The quality was very high as well, especially considering how affordable it is. The materials are quite durable, and the set-up was incredibly easy. We have truly enjoyed having our own backyard oasis to cool off in on hot summer days. The only downside is that this pool does not have a filter to clean and circulate the water. I suppose that is typical for a pool of this small size, though. Next summer, I plan on checking out one of Backyard Oceans larger, filtered pools for added enjoyment.

The 16' solar pool cover I ordered was here in just a few day. It fit perfect, and the best part is no more freezing water. It stay a comfortable 80's. Cant wait to start using it next yr. Backyard Ocean is on my favorite's.

I ordered a present for my girlfriend on her birthday who lives in Australia. They were very cooperative through out the delivery process. They exactly done their part the way I asked them to do. I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

From the first contact with this company I have received 5 star treatment until my purchase was complete. The bed I have bought arrived well protected so there was no chance of any damage. The two young men took no time at all to unpack and build the bed in the place it was bought for. No work at all for me. They gave the impression nothing was too much trouble. I was very happy with my Honda Key Chain. I just got a New-to-me 1984 Honda Nighthawk and wanted a Honda key chain. I like the leather, and the engraving is a plus. I put my name and phone number on it in case I lose it. However the engraving is hard to read, seems it needs to be darker, and it could of used a few more spaces since my phone number looks like this 555-2223333, with no room for a second space to separate the 7 main digits. But overall it was what I was looking for and at a price I was happy with and it got here real quick

I have been using Corte Clean for years to clean the veranda made of Trex on my house. This product removes the barbecue grease and oil, rust from the cast iron bench, in addition to the mold. Not only does it work on the decking, but on the vinyl siding and cedar roof shingles to clean mold. I put it on in the spring and fall, especially the fall on the north side of the house. The rain and snow rinses it. It makes these items look like new.

I own several pairs of Corso Como shoes and I'm truly in love in each and every one of them. The design, quality, style and comfort - are superb! This was my first time purchasing a pair from Corso Como website. Along the way, I had few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was amazing! The pair I purchased is gorgeous! I just needed to size up half a size and the customer service was absolutely the best! Now I can't wait for my wedges to arrive so I can wear them until the very end of this warm season! I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

During our 15 years in the Far East we have enjoyed the courteous and efficient services of Medibroker. We have benefitted from the sound advice and information at every turn, given by Amy Spiers in particular, and have always found Medibroker to be instantly accessible and the ideal conduit between us and the insurer, being able to cut to the chase and get common sense service without being passed from one department to another. We bought 3 birthday cards from Clinton’s in Braintree. However due to unfortunate circumstances the birthday was missed. We have been using this shop for over 20 years. Felt sure that they would take the cards back as in perfect condition still in the plastic wrapping and Clinton’s bag with the new logo. Now bare in mind that they ask you at the till if you want the receipt to save paper I also didn’t want to just chuck all that in the bin. Saving the environment and all that? Also I assumed that customer service would be top notch as aren’t we meant to be saving the High Street stores? No chance. So I rang customer services feeling my complaint on all these levels perfectly valid. What a joke. The girl couldn’t hold a conversation how on earth she has a job in customer services. Probably getting paid peanuts......Using MOONPIG every time from now on. Don’t even have to bother leaving the house! Well done Clinton’s. Looks like you are doing a brilliant job. Remember that time you where all nearly made redundant? Watch your backs!

Went into Clinton's at the mall in Bristol this last weekend. 2 assistants were at 2 tills, one on her mobile phone the other serving a customer. Once the customer left it was my turn. The girl hardly spoke to me instead she carried on a conversation with the other girl about doing extra hours: the girl who was on her mobile said one of the girls she interviewed and offered a job to didn't show up so she could maybe have those hours. In between their conversation the cashier asked if I wanted a bag. She then told me the amount and asked if I'd like stamps. I said no. She continued talking to her colleague whilst my purchase was progressing. I almost had to stretch over to get the receipt! Shame because Clintons have a fab selection of cards....they just need to up their service to avoid losing customers!

Hidden fees always apply so expect the unexpected with any shop direct company. Products are usually of a poor quality (clothes and gym equipment that I have purchased have had a problem with them 50% of the time). Would never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

Amitiza was withdrawn from the UK market, but I was able to source it on Kiwi Drugs.com. My daughter responded well to this drug and I was out of options as the alternative drugs were not effective. So I purchased the medication from the pharmacy Kiwi Drugs. To be brief my review of Kiwi Drugs will include the following comments: deception, swindled, abusive, offensive, irresponsible, trickery! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have recently reviewed their webpage via various security/protection inspections such as "https://drugstorereviews.com/kiwidrug-com-reviews/" where they are not affiliated, regulated nor registered with any pharmaceutical commission. They are also listed as a rogue pharmacy and high risk. I’ve placed two reasonably large orders with the Meat Society so far. Plus points: delivered on time. Meat quality: OK but not as good as they advertise. The issue arose when, in the second order, the wrong cut of meat was delivered. I had ordered a scotch fillet roll worth $109 and a cube roll was delivered instead. I did not realise until later on. The only method of contact was via an email address, with a promised 24hr response time. I sent through order details and photos. When I did not get a response after 3 business days, I sent another email again with photos and details. It has now been over 5 business days and no response. This is very disappointing, as I have paid a premium price for a premium cut and received what appears to be chuck steak basically, and they have not had the courtesy to respond or acknowledge this issue. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Lithgow Carpet One installed carpet in three rooms of my house yesterday - the installer was friendly and his work is A1 - I really couldnt be happier. When I was choosing the carpet at their store they were knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of guidance and advice - thanks guys!!

I recently engaged Carpet One to install engineered timber flooring throughout my unit. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I joined the Gym September 2016 for a year contract. I checked with receptionist (twice with different receptionists) in September 2017 when my gym membership finishes. They both said that my membership finishes on 11th October 2017. I asked them both twice that "so, after 11th of October, my membership completely finishes. I do not want my membership to continue as I have heard some gyms renew the membership themselves after the term finishes which I do not want and I want to make sure my membership does not continue". Then, they both said that the membership will not be extended and will definitely finish on 11th Oct 2017. Then, on 30/10/17, I found out that the gym direct debited $59.15 on 16/10/17 and 30/10/17. I called the gym and asked why. Then, the receptionist said that it is because of automatic roll over. My contract has finished, but it has automatically changed to a normal membership. I explained how I made it clear of this not happening in September. The receptionist said that he would send me the cancellation link to make sure my membership finishes by that day and will speak to Manager if they can honour the money debited after the term. I told him that no receptionist ever mentioned me about the cancellation link and it is not fair. The reception said that he will speak to Manager the next day to give me a call. On 31/10/17, I visited the gym to speak to Manager. Manager asked how he could help me. When I said that I am here for the gym membership cancellation, he said that "oh yes, he (pointed at the receptionist) told me about it. Have you completed the cancellation form?" I told him that that is my point that I clearly expressed myself that my membership to finish by 11th of Oct 2017 which is the day the membership supposed to finish and the receptionists said 'Yes', but no one ever mentioned me about the process. Manager said that it must have been a communication breakdown or I was not clear to the receptionist of what I wanted. 'Finish the membership' is not clear enough?. Anyway, he said that I should have given them the 30 day notice. I told him that I notified the receptionists in September already and they never mentioned me of any form filling process etc. He said that as per the term, 30 day notice can be given only after the contract period finishes, so they did not overcharge me or anything. He asked me to complete the cancellation form then he will process. I explained to him several times that it is unfair as no one ever clearly explained to me of this term. Manager said that the staff on contract would have explained to me and not many people read the contract. However isn't this the company's responsibility to notify consumers of the key terms and conditions? Also, the receptionists' reply in Sept gave me misleading information that my contract would end on 11/10/17, but yet they extended my membership without notifying me. Manager said that they cannot refund the money as I would have paid that money anyway as the 30 days cancellation notice could have be given on 11/10/17, so I would had to pay the fee on 16/10 and 30/10 to make up 30 day notice period. They said that they would have explained to me (which never have occurred until today) and I am the one did not read the contract, yet they have responsibility to explain the key terms to the consumers and I gave them 2 chances to make it clear in September. I have never been clearly informed of the cancellation period and process. I was told that my membership would end on 11/10/17, but they deducted money on 16/10 and 30/10. I have not attending gym as I thought that the membership has expired, yet I have been paying. Therefore, $118 paid through 16/10 and 30/10 has been wasted as result of the company not informing consumer of the right process. Oh, lastly, the manager said that the receptionists have so many other things to do than explaining the contract to the customers.

GO Health club Springwood or any of the clubs...Beware when signing up to this gym, make sure you take the contract home and read everything... Legally they are meant to provide you with a copy of your contract on the day of signing, this never happened to me after 2 days of not receiving anything I wrote to them asking for my contract as i wanted to cancel the membership, they do this so your cooling off period of 48 hours goes past. Im still trying to cancel the contract but they argue my cooling off period lapsed, they dont take any responsibility for negligant staff or do they simply train them this way???? sales tactics, their happy to take your money though and send you to a debt collector!!!!!!

Bird feeder pole/stand arrived in good time. Is sturdy and easy to assemble but whilst the fittings to either hang or mount a feeder on top are specially designed for the job, the poles could well have been taken from the frame of an awning or tent. Not very attractive compared with some supports on the market - which are more ornate and cheaper - though these are not suitable if preference is to mount the feeder on top rather than hang cylindrical feeders from arm(s).

I have been buying clothing from this company for a year now. I even brought things at Xmas time and they were delivered within eight days. Some of the clothing from 9goods is replicas but damn good ones. Other items are originals which you can tell by the quality of the merchandise. I reccommend this company to everyone that asks where did I get those shoes. I have brought the exact tennis shoes that are selling in the stores for $160.00 for $35.00 from 9goods.

I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

It is anytime fitness centre in Woodley, Reading. Location is good. Problem is that it is not kept cool enough. I think this is to save money. All other areas are not bad and cool enough. However, the tread mill area does not get enough air condition's air. It because this area is on the far end, and a wall blocks the air reaching there. It gets very uncomfortable while exercising. I have pointed this matter several times to the owner and to the manager, but they ignore it. I have suggested an easy solution to install a fan on the wall in that particular area. I have also contacted the central office twice, telephone number 03303322361. It was promised that over all area manager would contact me. How ever it did not happen. Recently the manager of the club itself had been rude. He told me that if it was not cool enough then I must leave the club. I consider that the manager's response was unaccetable and ill mannered.

Ordered a new desktop PC 2 days ago to arrive by midday today. Recieved an email to confirm the order had been received, and over £1000 was taken from my bank account. Didn't hear anything more so went to track it today and it said the order had been cancelled. Apparently this was because they now wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers license or bank statement as proof of address. They refunded the money yesterday but yet to see it returned to my account. They never tried to call or email to get proof of address, they never said I'd need it in the first place, they were happy to take my money, and they cancelled it without ever trying to get in touch and procure the documentation that they never said I'd need to show them. I was heartbroken, was so excited last night I couldn't sleep and now I'm gutted and down £1000 for nothing. I have emailed their customer service and received no reply to my questions. Do not trust or shop at AO, I certainly wont be again.

I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

I live in a place with little to no Japanese food or markets, so Bento&Co is a great option for me to get things to use in my lunches. Good quality bento boxes can be surprisingly hard to find on sites like Amazon, so it's great to have a store dedicated to it, that also has a lot of collaborations with different brands. Everything I've ordered has been great and I haven't had any issues with defects or shipping. Would recommend for people who are interested in bento lunch boxes!

Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick! Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...). I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. Can't wait to bring them to the office for a healthy and cute lunch :-) There's just one thing.... you've got so much cute items.... I was specifically looking for blue light glasses as I spend time working on the computer for about 6-8 hours a day and would sometimes suffer from headache and eye strain by the end of the day. Very happy with newly purchased blue light glasses from Framesbuy. I have worn the glasses for 2 weeks now and fortunately haven’t experienced headache at all.
