went into dealership to look for our son his first vehicle. They were on us as soon as we parked typical dealership we looked and saw a great car paid 13,000+ cash left come time for his 3 mo service inspection the battery failed they accused us of putting different tires on the car and we haven't changed anything when I contacted the salesman he just sent me an email saying call him why not call me I didn't have a problem when they took my cash now I'm making repairs on a car that supposedly passed all prior inspection do your homework and take a mechanic with you Rami was great until there was a problem will not buy another car here ever!!!!

The purchase of this SUV was record-breaking in that it was my first SUV and the newest vehicle I had ever owned. Within a year and a half I learned that GM believes that the engines in their vehicles can only be expected to last 5 years and that it is too bad, so sad that the engine in my vehicle stopped working. Anyone I spoke to found it inconceivable that a properly serviced vehicle would need to have the engine replaced at less than100K miles. GM believes that since I did not have one of their dealers handle the repairs for my vehicles,there is nothing they can do as only their dealership can accurately diagnosis the cause of the engine failure and due to the age of the vehicle (barely 6 years old) it is solely my responsibility. The non-GM explanation as to the cause of the engine needing to be replaced was that the number one cylinder had grenaded damaging the electrode on spark plug.

purchased a brand new car, had nothing but problems since day 1, requested to exchange it, was denied, was in the shop more than 20 times before it blew the engine at 50,000 miles.....will never buy a Chevy again....NEVER!!!!!
