I made a purchase from this website and experienced a complete lacking in communication! The customer service number listed did not work, sent a couple emails and got no reply. Found out although trading online as Express Supplement, the company trading name is Quasaro Ltd. Can't say I'd recommend anyone buying from this website, regret not reading the review prior to placing my order.

I placed my order on Saturday night and received it before noon the following Wednesday at my home address in Canada. That's an impressively speedy delivery. All the merchandise so far has been significantly lower priced than I would pay anywhere else, and any correspondence has been very polite and friendly. The entire online shopping experience with The Hydro Source has been pleasant and totally worthwhile. They seem like really good people to deal with, and I intend to return to The Hydro Source for any future needs I encounter.

I bought a graphics card and returned it for a newer model that I bought somewhere else. It worked perfectly well, it's just that it did not fit my needs. Placed an order on 28th March for 2x 27.5kg dumbbells and received an email on April 23rd saying that the item was out of stock and would not be delivered. When placing the order the item was listed in stock and all information on the website stated that existing orders would be met and delivered. During the 27 day wait I received no update on the order and the cancellation email was brief, with little to no explanation. Businesses are obviously facing unprecedented challenges and working extremely hard but but this level of customer service is deeply disappointing. To have waited this long for an out of stock message, while the website stated otherwise, is nothing short of terrible.

I’ve literally had non stop agro with this company, I never speak to the same person, the communication is appalling, there’s so much small print that it is just not realistic, I’ve asked 3 times via email and over the phone for my date the DD comes out to be changed from the 30th to the 1st, 3 times this has gone out and 3 times I’ve been charged £25 by Kennet and my bank will charge me, I spoke to one lovely lady who called and said she’s sorry but the email has been going to someone who no longer works for the company and she will change the date it comes out right now and apologised again THEN a rude email back from some one claiming they’d tried contacting me (been on holiday) and they need to discuss things. I was told I need to put the request in an email which I did and now that’s not good enough. In total it’s cost me £75 in charges when something so simple is complicated! Just change the date! It’s that simple!

I ordered a guitar which arrived about two weeks late. Getting hold off customer services was difficult, but this was as the COVID-19 crisis was beginning to bite so I can understand that they may have been having difficulties getting staff in or organising fresh ways of working. I did eventually get a response, but this was when I tried contacting them through the website. The guitar eventually arrived but it was damaged during transit and poorly finished. I tried to open a discussion about how to resolve my issues but they didn't really listen and just directed me to their returns procedures. Anyhow, I returned the guitar and they replaced it. Unfortunately I am away with work so I can't check to see that the replacement is better than the original. In short, their stated delivery date was missed by a wife margin, but that could have been down to COVID, their customer services were very difficult to get hold of, maybe COVID again, once contacted communication was poor, the quality of the packaging was terrible, the guitar itself was less than it should have been. I have given 3 stars because they supplied a guitar and replaced it when it was faulty, so they met the minimum requirements. Eventually. During the same period I ordered guitars from both Thomann and Gear4music. In both of those cases the guitar arrived within 3 working days. In Gear4Music's case it arrived with a small fault. I contacted them and we reached an amicable resolution the same day.

I bought the 'Numark Mixtrack 3' Controller and payd it with an online payment Method. Controller was here in 2 days. Extremely safe packaged (Thank you alot!) and came without any damage, worked out of the box. Had no problems but only a very minor one that was on the DHL-Side it seems. Well, to be honest, my next Controller i will buy i will probably buy there as well.

I subscribed a few years ago after watching the Swiss French TV program ABE which rated Dextra as the best Legal Protection Service. I did well. For the second time Dextra proved impressively efficient to assert my claim and obtain reparation in a situation where I felt powerless. The online information exchange system is very clear and simple to use. I appreciated once again a minlmal but precise and courteous relationship and, of course, the positive result. Have only good feelings for this company.
