I understand if a order is placed after hours 90% of the time the order will actually go in first thing on the next business day and you count your one day from there. Wayne in customer service it's not a customer service representative does not have good people skills at all and will lose more business then he will ever gain in the position he is in. Management really needs to evaluate people's current position. Hope part gets here tomorrow and I might bump it up a star

I ordered a part on Friday morning and paid extra for 2nd day air. They didn't deliver it to UPS until Monday night, so I won't get the part till Wednesday. I called and was like, what kind of company offers 2nd day air but takes 2 extra days to ship it? The representative said I was "irresponsible" and full of "crap" for expecting that to happen! I have never had such horrible customer service!! Buyer beware. If you have all summer to wait, the price difference may be worth it for you.

Ordered from iboats a couple weeks ago. I've called and left voicemails numerous times as well as emailed. I've gotten NO REPLY at all! No product has shown up or shipped. Guess I'll have to dispute the charges with my CC.

Using Boatsales .com allows prospective buyers to have an opportunity from anywhere in Australia to compare the quality of their item and if it is not overpriced based on other ads. I initially wanted alot more for my boat but realised the current market had alot of boats under my original price. The buyer of my boat got another 10 litres of motor oil a boat cover with the alligator straps and an extra anchor for free. I also delivered the boat for him to Melbourne and both parties are extremely happy. He knows he got a really good buy for his dollars. I know his family will have many enjoyable days on the bay as there was nothing to spend to get it on the water. Thanks Boatsales for selling my boat.

Door de koppige houding van een der medewerkers was de sfeer voor vertrek al gelijk verziekt, mijn echtgenote was jarig en we hadden een vroeg vertrek geboekt gezien we plannen hadden in Cahors die we dus niet meer op tijd konden waarmaken.Door die man zijn we pas veel later kunnen vertrekken ondanks de extra betaling.Na 10 jaar als klant is dit voor mij moeilijk te verteren en bezinnen we ons om in september en volgend jaar elders te boeken.

Der Sevice war gut, das Boot war alt und nicht ganz sauber, wieso man es ohne Führerschein fahren darf, ist mir schleierhaft. Mit über 20 Jahren Bootsrerfahrung und eigenem Boot war es möglich, bei Starkwind ohne Bug- und Heckstrahlruder das Boot in die Schleusen zu navigieren .

Wir haben auf der Horizont 12 /5 wunderbare Tage auf der mecklenburgischen Seenplatte verbracht. Ein äußerst großzügig geschnittenes boot mit tollem rundumblick aus Küche Wohnbereich und natürlich auf der Fly Bridge die einen alten Bootsfahrer überaus glücklich macht.

vérification plus approfondie du bateau commande hydraulique de la barre aurait dû être purgée en haut et lees niveaux faits quand hydraulique de la turbine chauffe odeur huile chaude et perte de vitesse 8 mn pour faire 1 km ! antenne radio cassée

I used to be able to view the lake maps free on the app on my phone. Then it said I had to pay a one time fee. I paid it and then 2 years later it wants me to buy the yearly subscription for 21 bucks. Will not let me view lakes without purchase. Stupid. On top of that. My lowrance has a navionics card in it and it is not very detailed and some well known lakes around me are not even mapped. Pathetic. Buddy has lakemaster and lakemaster has the map no problem.

I bought a navionics card at a reseller in October and here in March my plotter told me that the subscription needed to be renewed. I wrote navionics customer service and they resolved the issue instantly and guided me through the process of getting my card up and running again. Nice to experience a company that takes ownership of it’s products and don’t push you as a customer back to the reseller.

Ordered Xmas presents from Overton's on 12/5. One would expect that there would be enough time for delivery before 12/25. No. Overton's did not even fill the order until 12/16. Never had any order info listed. No record of order when I contacted them. Them a day later they told me that the order was shipped and due 12/24. Nope. Not shipped that day. Actually delivered on 12/26. Worst company ever.
