If you'd like to be insulted, please call Dale. He told me to email him my camper make and model so I could get the correct seal. I had my email open so I was typing in his email address and asking him what information he needed in the email. While I was doing this I asked him about another seal I needed and whether or not he had this also. He must have got confused since I was discussing more than one thing and kept telling me to click the link on the web page. I told him I was already typing the email. He wanted to know what I needed and said I was confused since he told me 4 times to click on the contact link. I asked him why he was being rude and he said maybe I shouldn't be on the internet if I couldn't navigate the web page. I told him maybe he shouldn't be dealing with customers if he had no interpersonal skills.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. I am left $100 porrer and have nothing to show for it. They sent me the wrong thing, and then I was stuck paying shipping from PA to CA, then shipping it back to PA to return the item. Then he charged a restocking fee when his website and return policy said " 100% satisfaction and and fit guarantee, with nothing about a restocking fee. These shipping fees + restocking fees totaled around $100 bucks, all for an item that costs I$320 to start with. I am out $100 and have nothing to show for it. My research shows that they get many of their products from a manufacturer called C&R and they operate their own website called camper and recreation inc. A quick google search for camper and recreation inc brings you to the website where you can buy from them directly. (canvasreplacements.com) So do not buy from RV workshop. They are rude, and they don't know their product, and they will leave you with the short end of the stick. Just do a search for camper and recreation inc and cut out the middleman.

What a horror experience booked in for pick up during the day showed up at 11:30pm at night & only fitted half of the items on the truck telling me i had used my allocated spot. Your personal belongings will not be safe or looked after & once you try to say anything they will turn on you even though your a paying customer. THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. If i hired my own 20 cubic meter truck i would have moved triple to what this company had. DISGRACE to the words customer service. NO STAR RATING, STAY AWAY PEOPLE & TELL YOUR FRIENDS.

Called after 8pm on a Sunday night wanting to complete pick up when the Monday had been scheduled. Said to be ready by 630 Monday morning. Arrived after 10am. Haphazardly packed my belongings in the truck. I had to move at very short notice from Melbourne to Brisbane and was essentially hamstrung. Truck driver was incompetent to start. Had scheduled delivery and 1 hour warning upon arrival 3 weeks later. Never received call. Arrived in the evening and refused to navigate driveway. A B-double had reversed down said driveway 2 weeks prior. Refused to complete delivery. Another delivery date was scheduled along with a 1hr warning call. They arrived without a call on a day and time specified as unsuitable. Upon delivery, items were wet and damaged and, a queen mattress, boxes of items and an upright trolley missing. I noticed my upright trolley on the current affair footage! All lost items were never accounted for. Zero communication and I was also blamed for the company having to return to complete delivery. The people are rude and incompetent. Avoid at all costs. I took this company to QCAT and had the issue mediated. I received a small amount in compensation. I strongly encourage other victims to follow through with complaints as compensation may be rewarded. I got off lightly. This company should be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!! Has made me very nervous about moving in the future! Do not use this company!!!
