I had originally ordered a set of handle bar riser extensions from Directline Parts on 6/16/08. Well, they were on back-order and I was told they wouldn't be in until 7/18/08. A whole month away. I canceled the order with Directline and called up MeanCycles. I spoke with Julio who actually walked to the store room and grabbed a set for me. He said that if I made the purchase on-line he would grap the order and ship it out that day. Long story short, I received my parts in less that 36 hours. No special rush shipping or anything. This is my first purchase with this company but it seems they have their act together and follow up on their promises. I would definitely shop with them again.

purchased a universal fit fender which they claimed would fit my bike, took a month to recieve, didnt come close to fitting to my bike, called customer service everyday for almost a week, said they would call me right back & didnt til the 4th day telling me that they would not take their item back & not give a refund, so im out $400
