We were 3 guys wanting a fun day out and booked our cars and contacting everyman racing wasn't a problem. I had to extend my voucher and that was very nice of them. No charge. My voucher was a present from my kids. 3 x 6 miles. The track (Dunsfold) is 2,7km (not miles) long (wiki) if you drive the full figure eight. T&C state that you will drive the 6miles per car (not laps). But I haven't driven that distance at all (18m in total), since you only do two and a half laps. I only discovered that afterwards, when telling friends about the day. I emailed everyman racing on their feedback email on the 9th July 2021. Until now I haven't even received a response. I guess I get a 'copy paste' response like the other reviews...

I bought my husband and my son a 4 lap race experience, which they promptly updated to an 8 lap. They was treated so well by the drivers and course organisers and had an absolute ball. The whole thing from start to finish was professional and well run and I would recommend this as an awesome present for anyone who enjoys a fast car and some adrenaline!

I will did the 12oclock session and by then I felt the car was pretty used tyres brakes etc but having said that i luved the experience I race bikes so to feel the difference in braking acceleration grip etc was awesome took a while to get thru it2and half hours for 5 minutes driving but again no complaints I'd do it again in a heartbeat cheers 5 stars

Overall i have had positive experiences with mister auto however after my last order i wanted to cancel as due to corona virus it would take 3 weeks to arrive so i wanted to cancel but found no way to do this through their website or via phone. When the parts arrived (brake caliper repair kits) the piston rubber shield did not fit so i ended up buying new calipers elsewhere. Update in response to the replay i received - you cannot contact Mister Auto through my account regarding an order that has not shipped.. The question has to be asked why i cannot cancel an unshipped order via my account section of the website, especially when the quoted arrival date was three weeks later, although well done to Mister Auto for shipping one day earlier that the ridiculously delayed original time..

I Bought a Corteco R/H engine mount last year for my Peugeot 3008 2010, or so I though, from Mr Auto supposingly a PSA supplier. Well after fitting the mount myself, the engine mount has now collapsed after six months damaging my drive shaft bearing. The investigating mechanic says that it is not a Corteco mount and instead a cheap Mount swapped into a Corteco box. I originally bought this from the Mr Auto Ebay site in which the mount was being sold for £65.80 has apposed to the online shop of £89.00. He stated that he's fitted hundreds of Corteco parts and unfortunately this was not Corteco and a cheap £30 part instead and that they have swapped out the Corteco Mount and stamped the cheap Mount with Corteco in red ink, that apparently wipes off with your hand, and then proceeded to put it in a used Corteco box. He says it is an old dodgy supplier trick, I've now had to buy an original part at the cost of £143, which on inspection is far superior and I now need to look into getting the drive shaft bearing replaced. Steer clear of this company, especially the ebay shop, scammers.

This company are extremely efficient when it comes to selling you insurance but a lot less so when dealing with a claim. Claims are passed to Kindertons Claims Management. I was involved in an accident in which the roof had to be taken off, the car was clearly a write off. Liability was accepted by the other driver immediately. It took about 6 weeks for the car to be officially written off. And then a further month to get any money. Of course, the offer was ridiculously low, based on a level of mileage that no-ne has been able to do because of lockdowns. They did increase it but only after I had to get evidence from the garage who provided the service record. My main issue was communication. I sent daily emails asking for an update, I tried live chats asking for updates, I telephoned and never got through to the right person. It was such hard work. There was no customer service whatsoever.

I feel that the experience of dealing with Volvo car insurance went well. I was really satisfied with the end result of my car when it was returned to me. Staff dealing with the repair at XL motors were very polite and friendly. Happy to help. There however was a delay in getting the car back to me on time. It was explained that the bonnet that was sent was not in a satisfactory condition to be fitted. I was quoted 3 to 4 days but ended up being 11 days.

Jannetty Racing should be avoided at all costs!!! I brought my 2014 chevy camaro in to have a dyno tune, a new downpipe (free flow) and cold air inductions box installed. The car was left off on a Monday and promised back Tues afternoon. The car was not ready til Friday. When I picked the car up at Jannetty Racing Waterbury CT on Friday everything seemed ok. Ill admit the cold air inductions install and new down pipe was done right but the dyno tune was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off. When I had someone else dyno tune it later they told me the air fuel ratios were way off and the ignition timing was so far off it could have done damage to my engine. I ordered Magna flow muffler and received a Flow master at the cost of $538.00. When I called customer service to explain that they sent me the wrong muffler. The customer service department told me that I made the mistake and that they never make mistakes taking orders. They do this every day and never make a mistake!!I I was like well it's your word against mine either way I don't want this muffler so what can I do?. I was told that I would have to ship muffler back directly too Flow master, so apparently they never touch the parts. Cost to ship back was $132.00 I had to call multiple times to inquire about my refund. The customer service department called me to tell me now I would have to pay a $98.00 restocking fee. I said why wouldn't you tell me about the fine print restocking fee when I first ordered or when I was asking about returning the muffler. He said that it's on the bottom of the packing slip. Nothing he could do about it. I asked to talk to his manager and was told he usually in and out but I could try and get him before 3PM. Then asked me if I wanted to buy the one I originally ordered. They don't put the "U" in cUstomer service as they advertise more like the "U" in Unsatistfied cUstomers!! Look elsewhere for your parts look for someone that actually handles your parts not just a middleman with their hand in your pockets.
