Absolutely ridicules! Shipping is extremely slow; Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Installation instructions were not in the box instead they were emailed to you, I still have yet to receive the email with the installation instructions and I have had the item for 4 days. Called customer service, they either don't answer the phone or they tell me they will email it to me with in 5 minutes. I still don't have the instructions to install my item. Absolutely worthless, Buyer Beware!!!

Ordered two oil filters with a coupon, also got free shipping that said it would take 7-10 days. Shipping took 3 days, very surprised. I had good luck with them, and I'll probably buy from them again.

I required a part for a very expensive helmet and the manufacturer were not suppling the part. Peter one of the many excellent staff at Bike Stop phoned the UK distributor and got them to take the part off a new hemet in their stock. I received the part the following day. Great staff, great Service

When I add an item to the cart, something should pop up to tell me I did- I was not sure I was adding anything until I clicked it three times and realized I had added three to the basket. In hindsight, I did see it, the process was just not very fluid. Maybe transition ot the shopping cart page? You can click the back button if you want to go back to the item of a quick link, " Take me back to the last page" My 2 cents;)

Customer service manager Thomas Vaughan very help full and got my order out quickly. Very happy with the hard bags, made very well. Two things though one is that none of the hardware is attached to bags and no where did I see this on web site. Second I received no instructions on doing this witch would have been helpful. I managed to get bags together and everything went smoothly from there. Also didn't receive screws to attach locking tabs to lids. That said very happy with end result.

Recently I bought a pair of fork tubes from K&G and the experience was awesome family what I needed shipped it right out later when I got the invoice in my email I saw they were the wrong size called up and after a couple minutes found out they were the right size and everything was golden thanks Tom

I've been getting my riding gear from these guys when they were off of 84th near I-5. They have always been patient and professional and you can't or shouldn't forget about the seamstress that will sew on a patch for you and will also make adjustments to your jacket,vest and chaps. Store is always clean and well lit. Only 1 request I have would be to bring in more hi-visibility Orange shirts,muscle,tank,short and long sleeved!

They give a wrong products and when I returned she got so mad about it. I bought an electric trailer tongue lift from T-Motorsports through ebay but didn't install for 3 months. Once installed, it went up and down exactly 4 times before it froze in the upper position and even the hand crank cannot not break it loose. Contacted the company and their curt reply was that it is out of its 2-month warranty and they are not responsible. Complete piece of junk and this shyster company does stand behind their products.

Went in for a brand new helmet on a budget . Staff were friendly and not pushy ...been a new rider I haven't no experience but they put the point accross with the difference between a £100 helmet and £300 one . Came away with the £100 one as I was on a budget but will be going back for more motorbike gear when I upgrade to a bigger bike .

Not happy at having to pay the return postage on a £55 pair of boots. The return cost was £10! I couldnt take them back to a shop as the nearest one to me was in Hamilton and I am on the east coast of Scotland. I wont be buying online from you again and I wont be going to one of your shops as theyre too far away!

I have ordered from New England Motorcycle Emporium before in the past. I have always had excellent service and good prices. You can trust this company and their service. Last year I searched the web looking for the best price on Leatherlyke bags. Motoemporium was the cheapest and they gave me free shipping. You couldn't beat that. This time I went searching for the best deal on a cartain brand of gloves. Once again they popped up with the lowest price. Since I was already familiar with them I ordered right away. No problems at all. BTW they have since stopped selling Leatherlyke bags because the manufacturer has price fixed and wont allow businesses to sell below the retail price. Since they cannot give you a savings they wont sell that product. I think that says a good bit about them. You can expect a good deal when your ordering.

I wanted a Nolan x-1002, size 2XL. I could not find a US-based store that had it. I happened to write an email to these guys and they told me that in fact they had a new supplier that could get the 2xl in around the 11th of this month. When I called the next day, they had actully found their supplier had 2 in stock, one of which I ordered and is on the way. Their prices are great and so far the service I've received has been excellent. I called back to add an additional dark shield and Jay recommended I hold off since the helmet already has a sun shield build it. I'm very impressed so far.
